Custom software development · Myrtle Beach, SC

The software behind the business.

Web apps, portals, payments, booking and the systems that tie them together. If your business runs on spreadsheets, sticky notes and three apps that don't talk to each other, this is the fix. We build it the way we built VYVE and Cue: for real customers, real money and real Saturday nights.

What we build

Systems we already run in production.

Web apps and dashboards

The screens your team and your customers actually work in, with accounts, roles and permissions enforced by the database, not just hidden buttons.

Running in VYVE and Cue

Payments, subscriptions and payouts

Checkout, recurring billing, plan tiers, sales tax, refunds, failed-payment emails, and payouts to the people you pay. Card numbers never touch your server.

Running in VYVE

Booking, scheduling and calendars

Availability, booking pages, reminders, and calendar feeds people subscribe to from Google or Apple Calendar.

Running in Cue

Customer and client portals

One place for your customer to see their documents, sign the contract, pay the invoice and know what happens next.

Running in Cue's couple app

Realtime systems

Phones, screens and dashboards that update the same second, built to keep going when the Wi-Fi doesn't.

Running in VYVE

AI that does real work

Moderation, sorting, drafting and summarizing, built with guardrails, a hard backstop for the cases that matter, and a human who can always override.

Running in VYVE's AI moderation

Connected to the system you already run

Your order, inventory or customer system stays the source of truth. The website and the app read from it and write back to it, with a queue that retries when it's down, so nothing is lost and nobody types an order in twice.

Integrations and automation

Email, payments, calendars, webhooks and scheduled jobs that run themselves, so the follow-up you keep forgetting just happens.

Internal tools

Staff portals with review workflows, approvals and a calendar, designed as carefully as anything a customer sees. We run our own team on one.

How it works

A written plan before a line of code.

Bigger systems start with Technical Discovery: a short, fixed-fee look at what you run today that ends in a plan you own. You decide what to build with real numbers in front of you.

  1. A first call

    You
Walk us through the business, the systems you run today and what keeps breaking. Half an hour, no prep.
    We
Listen for what the system has to do, what it has to connect to, and what can't go wrong.
    You get
A straight answer on whether custom is right for you, and if it is, a proposal for Technical Discovery.
  2. Technical Discovery

    You
Give us read-only access to what exists today and an hour or two with the people who use it.
    We
Map your systems, your data and your workflows, test how the pieces can connect, and find the risks before they cost anything.
    You get
A written Technical Plan: the architecture, the stages with a price for each, the risks and how we handle them. It's yours whether or not we build it, and the discovery fee is credited in full toward the build if you go ahead within 60 days.
  3. Build in stages

    You
Review each stage on a working preview and tell us what's wrong while it's still cheap to change.
    We
Build the part that pays for itself first, then the rest, with your current system running untouched alongside.
    You get
Software you can use from the first stage, not a big reveal at the end.
  4. Switch over

    You
Pick the day. Keep running the business.
    We
Move the data, check every record came across, redirect every old link, and keep the old system one step away as a fallback.
    You get
A switch-over report with the counts: what moved, what was checked, what's still on the old system.
  5. Keep it running

    You
Tell us what changes in the business.
    We
Watch the jobs, the payments and the connections, and fix what breaks before your customers notice.
    You get
On a care plan, one team that knows the system end to end.

How we handle your systems and data

The answers to the first page of most security questionnaires. Send us yours and we'll fill it in.

Start with a call →
  • Read-only to startDiscovery looks at your systems without changing them. Write access, if a build needs it, is agreed in writing first.
  • Your system stays the master recordWhen we connect to the system you already run, it stays the source of truth. The website or app reads from it and writes back to it, and a write that can't go through waits in a queue and retries, so nothing is lost or entered twice.
  • Keys stay on the serverPasswords, API keys and connection details live on the server, never in a browser or an app, and every connection gets only the access it needs.
  • Customer data stays where it isWe don't copy your customers or orders into our own tools to work on them, and we don't put them into AI tools.
  • Access you can see and revokeYou know who on our side can reach what. Access ends when the work does, or the moment you ask.
  • Your code and your dataWho owns what is written into the agreement before the build starts, and your customer data is always yours.

Live event platformLive

VYVE

The live event operating system for bars, venues and resorts. Every phone in the room and every TV on the wall, in sync.

01

Six modules, one platform. DJOS for the booth, CrowdOS for the guests, DisplayOS for every TV, plus PlayOS party games, TriviaOS and TournamentOS.

02

Realtime that survives a packed bar. Guest phones and venue TVs stay in step the same second, and keep going when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't, because the night can't stop.

03

AI moderation with a human override. Every guest photo and shoutout is screened by our AI vision system before it reaches the TV, and the DJ can reverse any call in one tap.

Cue

The business behind the booth: a wedding DJ's inquiries, contracts, payments, planning and the live run of show, in one app.

01

Inquiry to last song on one record. Pipeline, Smart Files, contracts, invoices and payments, the couple's planning, and the night's timeline all hang off the same event.

02

A live run of show. On the night, the timeline runs itself: cues, drift against the plan, and the next moment on the DJ's lock screen, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch.

03

Apps for both sides. A business app for the DJ and a separate app for the couple on iPhone, plus the web dashboard.

How we work

Built like we're going to run it. Because we do.

Most custom software goes wrong in the same places: a permission check that only lives in the browser, a payment that's marked paid before the money settles, a background job nobody notices has stopped. We've hit those problems in our own products and fixed them for real, so yours starts past them.

Security lives in the database. Who can see and change what is enforced by the database itself, so a clever request that skips your app still gets nothing.

Money is only real once the payment processor says so. Plans, upgrades and access change when the payment actually settles, never optimistically.

Every feature ships with its failure mode handled. What happens when the network drops, the card declines or the AI isn't sure is decided up front, not discovered by a customer.

We're based in Myrtle Beach and build for businesses on the Grand Strand and across the country.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does custom software cost?

Custom systems start at $15,000, and the final number depends entirely on what it has to do. Bigger builds start with Technical Discovery, a fixed fee that's credited in full toward a build signed within 60 days, and end in a written plan that breaks the work into stages with a price for each, so you can start with the part that pays for itself first.

We already use off-the-shelf tools. Why build something custom?

Often you shouldn't, and we'll say so. Custom makes sense when you're paying for five tools that don't talk to each other, when your process is the thing that sets you apart, or when you're doing work by hand that a system should do.

Who owns the code and the data?

That's agreed in writing before the build starts, and your customer data is always yours.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Usually, and that's what Technical Discovery is for: we find out how your system can be reached and prove the connection before anyone commits to a build. Payment processors, calendars, email providers and most business systems with an API or a database can be connected, and the system you already run stays the source of truth.

Will you fill in our security questionnaire?

Yes. Discovery is read-only, credentials stay on the server, your customer data isn't copied into our tools, and who owns what is in the agreement. Send the questionnaire with your first message and we'll answer it in writing.

Do you build AI features?

Yes, with guardrails. VYVE uses AI to check every guest photo and message before it reaches a venue's TV, with a human override on every decision.
