Cue
The business behind the booth: a wedding DJ's inquiries, contracts, payments, planning and the live run of show, in one app.
What had to be true.
Wedding DJs run their business across a CRM, a contract tool, a payment app, a planning form and a group text. Cue is one record per event, from the first inquiry to the last song, shared with the couple, the planner and the rest of the vendors.
The work, piece by piece.
Inquiry to last song on one record
Pipeline, Smart Files, contracts, invoices and payments, the couple's planning, and the night's timeline all hang off the same event.
A live run of show
On the night, the timeline runs itself: cues, drift against the plan, and the next moment on the DJ's lock screen, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch.
Apps for both sides
A business app for the DJ and a separate app for the couple on iPhone, plus the web dashboard. Android is next.
Booking links and automations
Public booking pages, follow-ups that send themselves, and an inbox that keeps every message with its event.
Desktop and phone.
What's inside: a web dashboard, iPhone apps, a client app, payments, lock-screen Live Activities, automations.
