Cookie Policy
Short version: no advertising and no outside analytics. The only cookies here sign you in to the client portal and keep invoice payments safe.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Most of this site sets none at all: reading about our services, looking at our work or sending the contact form leaves nothing behind. Cookies appear only in two places, and both are strictly needed for what you asked to do.
| Cookie | Where | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token | Client portal, after you sign in | Keeps you signed in to the portal, so each page knows it's you. | Until you sign out, refreshed while you use the portal |
__stripe_mid | Payment pages | Set by Stripe, our payment processor, to help detect fraud on card payments. | 1 year |
__stripe_sid | Payment pages | Set by Stripe for the same fraud checks, for this visit only. | 30 minutes |
Our visit log doesn't use cookies
We keep our own record of which pages are read, described in the privacy policy. It sets no cookies. If you arrive on a link we gave you, the tab remembers that link in its session storage until you close it, so the pages you read next count as the same visit. Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal switches the log off entirely.
Why there's no cookie banner
Banners exist to ask permission for optional cookies, like analytics or ads. We don't use any, so there is nothing to agree to. If that ever changes, we will ask first and update this page.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The site still works without them, but you won't be able to stay signed in to the portal or pay an invoice online.

How we handle information in general is in our privacy policy. Stripe's own cookies are described in Stripe's cookie policy.
