Your Therapy Works
A counseling and clinical hypnotherapy practice in Myrtle Beach. Clients book a free first call from her real hours, and she runs inquiries, calls and her practice email from one private dashboard.

What had to be true.
Elena is a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical hypnotherapist. Her old site hid its content behind animations and carried spam pages someone had slipped into it. The new one had to feel calm, read clearly on any phone, let someone book a first call at 11 PM without talking to anyone first, and give her one quiet place to answer them, while keeping client details off the website and out of email.
The work, piece by piece.
Book a first call online
The next open time sits on the first screen, pulled from the hours she sets herself. Booking takes a few taps, sends a confirmation with a cancel link, and is capped per visitor so nobody can fill her calendar with made-up names.
Her own dashboard
Inquiries, booked calls, her hours and her email in one place, signed into with a six-digit code instead of a password. Nothing clinical lives there; her client records stay in her practice software.
Practice email that stays private
Every message to her practice address lands in the dashboard, searchable down to any word, and she answers from her own address with her signature attached. Her personal inbox only gets a heads-up with the sender's name, pictures from the internet stay off until she asks, and every reply asks clients to keep health details out of email.
A page for each search
Five hypnotherapy pages, nine counseling pages and seven town pages, each written for what people actually search for, plus a page in Russian one tap from the header for her Russian-speaking clients.
A clean move off WordPress
Every old address points to the page that replaced it, the spam pages now lead home, and the switch never touched her mail.
Desktop and phone.
What's inside: online booking, a private client dashboard, practice email in the dashboard, local SEO pages, a WordPress migration.
