Oct 31, 2026SimpleForm – Form Maker to Chat Apps with Quiz, Poll and Multi Lead Notifications: Arbitrary File UploadCVE-2026-118235 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The SimpleForm – Form Maker to Chat Apps with Quiz, Poll and Multi Lead Notifications plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.10.2 via the handle_upload function. This is due to missing server-side file key allowlist and pre-sanitization extension derivation that allows a trailing-dot filename to bypass all extension and MIME validation in handle_upload. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The only access control is a nonce that is printed into every public form's data-nonce attribute, making it trivially obtainable by any unauthenticated visitor on a page embedding the form shortcode.

The WP Data Access – App Builder for Tables, Forms, Dashboards, Charts & Maps plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.88 via the 'rel_tab' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract every row and column of the underlying database table backing any anonymously published app, including WordPress user password hashes, email addresses, and password-reset keys from wp_users. Exploitation requires that an administrator has published at least one app with its REST API authorization set to 'anonymous', which is the standard configuration for publicly embedded apps.

Oct 31, 2026Popup Builder – Create highly converting, mobile friendly marketing popups.: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-89270 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.1
The Popup Builder – Create highly converting, mobile friendly marketing popups. plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.5 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trash all published popups on the site with a single unauthenticated GET request. The attack is amplified by a second flaw in SGPopup::find(), which returns false for every normally published popup when the sg_popup_preview_id parameter is present, causing the trash branch to fire against every popup on the site simultaneously.

Oct 31, 2026Hustle – Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Optins, Popups: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-109386 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Hustle – Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Optins, Popups plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 7.8.14.3. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to overwrite the site's active ESP integration credentials (AWeber, Constant Contact, Infusionsoft, ConvertKit, or HubSpot API keys) with attacker-controlled values — diverting all subsequent Hustle form lead submissions to the attacker's ESP tenant — and, for HubSpot, irreversibly delete the operator's OAuth token, OAuth referer, and OAuth current-page option rows. This requires the attacker to hold the plugin-granted hustle_create capability (e.g., an Editor delegated hustle_create but not hustle_edit_integrations via Hustle's Permissions tab), which allows them to load a Hustle module wizard page and obtain the hustle_provider_action nonce needed to reach the vulnerable handlers.

Oct 31, 2026PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-109217 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 5.16.5 via the 'invoice_number (via document filename)' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract another customer's complete invoice PDF — including billing identity, shipping address, private order notes, line items, prices, dates, order ID, and invoice number — delivered directly to the attacker's email as an order confirmation attachment. Exploitation requires the plugin's yearly invoice number reset option to be enabled, and the attacker's guest-checkout order must trigger a processing email within 60 seconds of a victim order that shares the same yearly-reset invoice number.

Oct 31, 2026PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-107750 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2
The PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'billing_address.first_name / last_name / company, customer_note' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.16.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-92244: the wp_kses() allow-list introduced in 5.16.2 correctly blocks raw-tag payloads but is bypassed by entity-encoded payloads (e.g., <img onerror=…>) that contain no literal angle-bracket characters and are therefore passed through unmodified before the trailing decode rematerializes them.

Oct 30, 2026TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language.CVE-2026-63378 · Other software · fctr-id · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language. Prior to 3.0.1-beta, any authenticated user with a valid `fctr_session` cookie can submit arbitrary Python source in the `script_code` field of `POST /api/react/execute-script`, without administrator privilege. In `src/api/routers/react_stream.py`, the source is stored with `skip_discovery=True`, bypassing AI-based content filtering, and is passed to `validate_generated_code` in `src/utils/security_config.py`. `BLOCKED_PATTERNS` recognizes direct `__import__` calls but misses the import name passed as a string, `getattr` is in `ALLOWED_BUILTINS`, and the AST checker handles `ast.Name` and `ast.Attribute` targets but fails to handle `ast.Call` targets. Dynamic `getattr` call chains through `__builtins__` therefore evade validation. The `_write_temp_script` helper writes the accepted code to disk, and `asyncio.create_subprocess_exec()` executes it as the application process user, which is root in the default container. Command output is returned as Server-Sent Events through `GET /api/react/stream-react-updates?process_id=<id>`. The resulting container compromise

Oct 30, 2026TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language.CVE-2026-63377 · Other software · fctr-id · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language. Prior to 3.0.1-beta, `POST /api/auth/setup` in `src/api/routers/auth.py` allows an unauthenticated network attacker to create the first administrator account before the legitimate owner completes initial setup. The `initial_setup` function checks only the `is_setup` completion flag and requires no authentication, one-time bootstrap token, or network restriction. The default `docker-compose.yml` publishes port 8001 on all interfaces, the `Dockerfile` starts the listener on 0.0.0.0, and `src/api/main.py` mounts the authentication router without a global authentication guard. The endpoint invokes `create_auth_user` with `UserRole.ADMIN` and `set_auth_cookie`, issuing a valid `fctr_session` JWT cookie. Localhost-only CORS rules do not restrict non-browser HTTP clients, and the setup operation does not require access to a real Okta tenant. The attacker becomes the sole administrator and prevents legitimate first-run setup, can read Okta-synced user data, API tokens, chat history, and application configuration, modify users and Okta integration credentials, and lock o

Oct 30, 2026ag-psd is a JavaScript library for reading and writing Photoshop Document files.CVE-2026-62297 · Other software · Agamnentzar · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
ag-psd is a JavaScript library for reading and writing Photoshop Document files. Before the allocation-limit remediation attempt in version 31.0.0, `readPsd()` commits image and layer buffers from attacker-declared PSD geometry before validating the declarations against the actual available data or sane allocation limits. The `psdReader.js` implementation sizes off-heap typed arrays using `width`, `height`, `channels`, `depth` and `per-layer rectangles`, so a tiny PSD declaring enormous geometry can force multi-gigabyte memory allocation before a later bounds error. The reported 52-byte input on Node 24 produced approximately 3.17 GB peak RSS before a RangeError; under memory pressure the process can be terminated before the error can be caught, and concurrent inputs can exhaust memory. Services reading untrusted PSDs are exposed to denial of service. This differs from genuinely large PSD files whose memory demand is proportional to real input content. Version 31.0.0 adds a composite-image allocation limit, but complete coverage of the separately described layer-rectangle allocation path is not established and requires curator residual/scope review.

Oct 30, 2026pgAdmin 4's materialized view refresh passed the target database's name to psql's --dbname argument unchanged.CVE-2026-116252 · Other software · pgadmin.org · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007High 7.1
pgAdmin 4's materialized view refresh passed the target database's name to psql's --dbname argument unchanged. libpq treats a --dbname value containing "=" (or a postgresql:// URI) as a full connection string, whose keywords override the host, port and other settings pgAdmin had supplied. A database whose name is such a string, which any role with CREATEDB can create, therefore redirected the psql process pgAdmin starts for the refresh to a host and port of the creator's choosing, and the connecting user's saved server password was presented to that endpoint. It also let the pgAdmin host be made to open connections to arbitrary addresses. The same weakness was fixed for Backup, Restore, Maintenance and Import/Export Data in earlier releases (CVE-2026-86862); the materialized view refresh was the remaining caller. The fix routes the name through the same database_conninfo() helper, so libpq treats it strictly as a database name. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.19.

Oct 30, 2026To pass a server's password to psql and to the utilities pgAdmin 4 runs as background processes, the server manager wrote it into pgAdmin's own process environmCVE-2026-116246 · Other software · pgadmin.org · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007High 7
To pass a server's password to psql and to the utilities pgAdmin 4 runs as background processes, the server manager wrote it into pgAdmin's own process environment: as PGPASSWORD for the PSQL tool, and under a per-process variable for a utility. Nothing removed it afterwards. pgAdmin's environment is shared by every user's requests and copied into every process it starts, so in server mode another user's later PSQL session or utility inherited the password, and libpq used PGPASSWORD for any connection made without a password of its own, letting one user connect with another user's saved password. The fix puts the password only into the environment built for the process that needs it and starts psql with a copy of pgAdmin's environment instead of the environment itself. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.19.

Oct 30, 2026pgAdmin 4 runs pg_dump, pg_restore, pg_dumpall and psql from the binary path a user sets in their preferences.CVE-2026-116243 · Other software · pgadmin.org · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007High 7.7
pgAdmin 4 runs pg_dump, pg_restore, pg_dumpall and psql from the binary path a user sets in their preferences. In server mode the binary path was refused only when it lay under the per-user storage directory (STORAGE_DIR), not under a SHARED_STORAGE directory, which ordinary users can upload files to. A user could therefore upload an executable to shared storage, point their binary path at it, and have pgAdmin run it as the operating-system account running pgAdmin. On POSIX, files created through pgAdmin are not executable, so this is exploitable where any file with an executable name can run, such as Windows server mode. The fix checks the binary path against every SHARED_STORAGE directory as well, after expanding $DIR, collapsing ".." and resolving symbolic links, compares directories in a way a different spelling on a case-insensitive filesystem cannot bypass, refuses a path containing a NUL, and enforces the check wherever binary paths are resolved, including for the PSQL tool. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.19.

pgAdmin 4's Import/Export Data tool wraps a user's query export in a psql \copy (...) TO command and checks that the query's parentheses are balanced so that nothing can escape the wrapper. The check rejected a backslash inside a single-quoted string, but not inside a double-quoted identifier, where it treated the next double quote as closing the identifier. psql's \copy parser applies the connection's escape character to whichever quote opened a token, so with standard_conforming_strings off a backslash-escaped double quote does not close the identifier. pgAdmin's and psql's view of the quoting then diverged, a closing parenthesis hidden from the check ended the \copy (...) wrapper, and a following TO PROGRAM clause was executed by psql on the pgAdmin host, as the operating-system account running pgAdmin, before the server rejected the statement. An ordinary database role can turn standard_conforming_strings off for itself, and the Import/Export Data permission is granted to non-administrators by default. This is a bypass of the fix for CVE-2026-17566. The fix rejects any backslash inside a double-quoted identifier, as was already done for single-quoted strings, since its meaning

In server mode pgAdmin 4 keeps an account per authentication source, so the same username can exist as, for example, an internal account and an LDAP account. After LDAP or Kerberos authenticated a user, pgAdmin chose the account to log in by username alone, or took the account Flask-Security's login form had looked up, without checking that it came from the source that authenticated the user. The session therefore belonged to another account, with its role, its servers and its saved database passwords: - An LDAP or Kerberos user whose username matched an internal account was logged in as that internal account, including the administrator account created when pgAdmin is first set up. - With internal authentication listed before LDAP or Kerberos in AUTHENTICATION_SOURCES, the login form's internal validation looks up the account whose email was typed and keeps it even though its password does not match. A Kerberos user could type another Kerberos user's principal and be logged in as that user, and an LDAP user could do the same with an LDAP account whose email is their username. Exploitation requires valid credentials for an LDAP directory or Kerberos realm that pgAdmin is configur

Oct 30, 2026OpenStation: Desktop Windows, Dock & Virtual Desktops for WP Admin: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-109592 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The OpenStation: Desktop Windows, Dock & Virtual Desktops for WP Admin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.16. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to modify arbitrary other users' placement rows (position, sort order, parent folder, and meta) and read serialized metadata — including title, permalink, and post status — of the entities those orphaned placements reference. Exploitation requires at least one orphaned placement to exist — a state produced naturally by the plugin's own trash cascade, which marks a parent folder as trashed while leaving child placements' parent_id intact — and the attacker must first self-enable OpenStation via the save-openstation AJAX endpoint, which requires only the 'read' capability held by every default WordPress role. This was also independently found by the OpenStation team.

Oct 30, 2026CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow denial of service via the request path interpolated as a regular expression under CGI, FastCGI and PSGI.CVE-2026-118993 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e
CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow denial of service via the request path interpolated as a regular expression under CGI, FastCGI and PSGI. The before_dispatch hook installed by startup() removes PATH_INFO from the end of the request URI with a substitution that interpolates PATH_INFO unquoted. Under CGI, FastCGI and PSGI both values come from the request, so the client chooses both the pattern and the string it is matched against. A short unauthenticated request with a backreference in the path backtracks exponentially and can keep a worker process busy for minutes.

Oct 30, 2026CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl encrypt configuration backups with the padded password as the AES key.CVE-2026-118991 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e
CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl encrypt configuration backups with the padded password as the AES key. getCrypt() pads the backup password with "x" characters and cuts it to 32 bytes to form the AES key, with no salt and no key derivation. The first block of a backup holds a 16 hex digit length field, so decrypting one block confirms a password guess at raw AES speed. An attacker who obtains a backup can recover its password by fast offline guessing, and with it every credential the backup holds.

Oct 30, 2026Insecure Temporary File vulnerability in Mix deps.partition in Elixir allows a local user to execute code as another user via a swapped partition config file.CVE-2026-97209 · Other software · elixir-lang · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 5.4
Insecure Temporary File vulnerability in Mix deps.partition in Elixir allows a local user to execute code as another user via a swapped partition config file. Partitioned dependency compilation passes the project configuration to each partition VM through a file in a fixed-name directory under the shared system temporary directory, and the partition trusts what it reads back. Another local user on the same host can exploit this during a mix deps.compile run that uses partitioned compilation. Mix.Tasks.Deps.Partition.server/4 in lib/mix/lib/mix/tasks/deps.partition.ex creates the directory with File.mkdir_p/1, which accepts an existing directory without checking its owner, so a user who created it first can replace the file before client/0 reads it. Oct 29, 2026Mapster WP Maps: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-107743 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2
The Mapster WP Maps plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 2.0.5. This is due to the /wp-json/mapster-wp-maps/save-mapmaker REST route being registered with a permission_callback that unconditionally returns true (no capability check, no nonce), together with the mapster_write_config_to_acf() helper only sanitizing string config values with sanitize_text_field() — which strips HTML tags but leaves quote characters intact — and the mapster_wp_map shortcode renderer in mapster_wordpress_maps_shortcode_display() concatenating the stored loading_background_color value into a single-quoted inline style attribute without esc_attr(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
