In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched_ext: Fix the bypass dispatch claim for schedulers bypassed by an ancestor scx_bypass() claims bypass dispatch when the scheduler's depth goes from zero to one and releases it when the depth returns to zero, but propagates only the depth to the descendants, not the claim. A descendant that starts bypassing with its ancestor never claims, and one whose own bypass ends under the ancestor's keeps its claim, as its depth does not return to zero. A sub-scheduler enable whose bypass ends under a PM suspend thus leaks its claim: the parent keeps hosting bypass dispatch and the sub-scheduler's next bypass trips the WARN_ON_ONCE() on the claim. A sub-scheduler disable that starts under a PM suspend has no claim, so once the resume lifts the root's bypass its tasks sit on the parent's bypass DSQs with nobody consuming them. Claim for every descendant whose depth goes from zero to one in the propagation and release every scheduler in the subtree whose depth returned to zero once the tasks have moved out of the bypass DSQs. A parent that is bypassing itself when a descendant claims consumes only its own bypass DSQs, e

GFI KerioConnect (Kerio Connect) before 10.0.8 Patch 2 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Webmail component that allows a remote attacker to run JavaScript in a victim's authenticated Webmail session by uploading a crafted SVG email attachment that bypasses sanitization of event-handler attributes. Attackers can exploit the temporary-download endpoint's insufficient Content-Security-Policy sandbox to execute scripts when the attachment is opened, enabling theft of the victim's credentials and mailbox contents. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: riscv: patch: fix handling of bpf-jit execmem addresses Commit 8718e5a3090b ("riscv: patch: skip fixmap mapping when kernel text is already writable") gated the core_kernel_text() branch of patch_map() on CONFIG_STRICT_KERNEL_RWX, and explicitly left the vmalloc branch unchanged. That branch has a separate problem. That branch only creates a temporary writable fixmap alias when CONFIG_STRICT_MODULE_RWX is enabled, and otherwise assumes the target is directly writable and returns the address unchanged. That assumption no longer holds: bpf_prog_pack_alloc calls set_memory_rox() on every pack unconditionally in alloc_new_pack(), independently of any CONFIG_STRICT_*_RWX option, so BPF text in the vmalloc area is read-only regardless of what CONFIG_STRICT_MODULE_RWX says. With CONFIG_STRICT_MODULE_RWX=n, patch_map() returns the read-only address directly, the subsequent copy_to_kernel_nofault() takes a page fault and returns -EFAULT. bpf_arch_text_copy() turns that into -EINVAL, which propagates through bpf_jit_binary_pack_finalize() to the WARN_ON() in bpf_int_jit_compile() and leaves the program un-JITed. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfs: fix exchange-range-to-eof file size exchange Norbert Szetei posted a patch containing an incomplete description of a bug in XFS_IOC_EXCHANGE_RANGE's TO_EOF flag. The bug tricks exchange-range into modifying a file so that it has shared blocks starting beyond EOF, which is never allowed because files never have written data beyond EOF, and you can only share written data blocks. This is key to all the incorrect behavior that follows. Eventually I got from Norbert a description of what's going wrong: > Fair. The Module Manager's block-pool create dispatcher proved that two `ALIGN_TYPE` words of the extra-parameter array a memory-protected module supplies lay inside the module's data, and then used indices 0 through 3 of that array. One of the two unproved words is read by the dispatcher's own buffer check, which takes index 1 as the pool start and index 2 as the length to range-check it over. So the out-of-bounds read is performed by the validation code itself, before the kernel service is reached, and the size the caller's pool start is then validated against is a word the manager has not proved the module owns. The other unproved word is read when the service's argument list is built. Vulnerable function: `_txm_module_manager_tx_block_pool_create_dispatch`, in `common_modules/module_manager/inc/txm_module_manager_dispatch.h`.

A ThreadX module reaches a kernel object's delete service through the Module Manager's dispatch layer, which asked one question about the pointer: does the object lie outside the module's own code and data. That is the policy for *using* an object, and using an object a module does not own is supported and intended — `txm_module_object_pointer_get_extended` searches the system's created objects by name and hands back objects the application created and objects other modules created, so that a module can send to a shared queue, take a shared semaphore or get a shared mutex. Destroying one of those is not sharing it. A module could name any object it had a pointer to and have the privileged dispatcher delete it.

A memory-protected ThreadX module's queue request reaches the Module Manager's dispatch layer, which decides how much of the module's buffer the privileged queue copy may touch and hands that extent to the module port's range check. A queue's `tx_queue_message_size` is a count of `ULONG`s and the copy moves that many words, so the extent is `message_size * sizeof(ULONG)` bytes. The front-send dispatcher passed the word count itself. `tx_queue_send` and `tx_queue_receive`, either side of it in the same header, have always multiplied. A source buffer ending `message_size` bytes into memory the module may read was therefore accepted, and `_txe_queue_front_send` then read `message_size * sizeof(ULONG)` bytes from it in privileged mode — `3 * message_size` bytes past the end of what the module is allowed to read. The words are written into the queue's message area, so a module that can receive from that queue reads them back.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched_ext: Wait for SCX_OPSS_DISPATCHING before reenqueueing a task ebf1ccff79c4 ("sched_ext: Fix ops.dequeue() semantics") moved the final ops_state store in scx_dispatch_enqueue() after the DSQ unlock so that the custody update and ops.dequeue() precede it. A task can thus be found on a DSQ while still SCX_OPSS_DISPATCHING. The dequeue and core-sched pick paths wait for the state to clear in ops_dequeue() but the reenqueue paths don't. A reenqueue in that window runs ops.enqueue() and sets SCX_OPSS_QUEUED before the dispatch has completed. The dispatcher's final store then overwrites it with SCX_OPSS_NONE and finish_dispatch() drops every later dispatch of the task. Wait for SCX_OPSS_DISPATCHING to clear before dequeueing a task for reenqueue, the same way ops_dequeue() does.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: ufs: core: Keep internal commands dispatchable during error handling Commit 08b12cda6c44 ("scsi: ufs: core: Switch to scsi_get_internal_cmd()") switched UFS internal commands to allocate requests on hba->host->pseudo_sdev->request_queue, which shares the host tagset with regular LUNs. During error recovery, ufshcd_err_handling_prepare() calls blk_mq_quiesce_tagset(&hba->host->tag_set), marking all queues in the tagset as quiesced, including pseudo_sdev->request_queue. When ufshcd_verify_dev_init() subsequently issues internal commands (e.g. NOP OUT UPIU) via blk_execute_rq(), blk_mq_run_hw_queue() skips running the quiesced queue, resulting in an unrecoverable circular wait deadlock. Keep quiescing the tagset and unquiesce the pseudo SCSI device on top of that, so internal commands stay dispatchable while the logical units remain quiesced. Re-quiesce the pseudo device before unquiescing the tagset so that quiesce_depth stays balanced. Clock scaling and ufshcd_pause_command_processing() are unaffected: they keep quiescing the whole tagset, internal commands included.

Improper Input Validation vulnerability in BeamMCP.Schema in ScriptKittyOS beam_mcp allows an MCP client to reach a tool's dispatch function with arguments that violate the input schema the server advertised. BeamMCP.Schema.validate/2 checked type, required, additionalProperties, enum and numeric bounds on the top-level arguments object only. Constraints inside nested objects and on array items (items, minItems, maxItems, minLength, maxLength, pattern, nested required, enum and additionalProperties: false) were advertised by tools/list and never checked at tools/call or prompts/get, and keywords outside the enforced subset (oneOf, anyOf, $ref) were advertised and ignored. A host whose dispatch code relies on the schema it declared receives values the schema forbids, such as an out-of-range number or an undeclared key inside a nested object. What the host does with such a value decides the impact. This issue affects beam_mcp: from 0.1.0 before 0.10.1.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dma-buf/dma-fence: fix checking signaling bit for timeline and driver name v3 The patch "dma-buf: dma-fence: Fix potential NULL pointer dereference" changed the check to test for the ops pointer instead of the signaled bit to avoid a potential NULL dereference when the ops pointer has been cleared. The problem is now that the ops pointer is cleared only when neither the release nor the wait callback is implemented and this isn't true for a lot of dma_fence implementations yet. So those implementations lost the RCU protection after signaling of the returned string resulting in potential use after free. Add the signaling check additional to the ops pointer check so that we have both the protection against NULL dereference as well as the RCU protection after signaling for the returned string. v2: improve comments to note RCU protection and explain why we check both signaling state and ops pointer v3: some comment improvements suggested by Philip

Eval injection in the JScript event-script dispatcher in Progressive Robot Ltd's hMailServer, versions 6.0.0 through 6.3.3 on Windows, allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to run arbitrary JScript inside the hMailServer service process, with the privileges of the service account, via a password containing a backslash followed by an apostrophe, sent in any logon (SMTP AUTH, POP3, IMAP) that names an existing, active account. Exploitation requires a non-default configuration: event scripting enabled (off by default), the script language set to JScript (the default is VBScript), and an OnClientValidatePassword handler defined in the event script. The server wrote event values into the handler call as JScript string literals, escaping the apostrophe but not the backslash, so such a value closes the literal and the rest of it is parsed as script. The same flaw is reachable by a remote POP3 server through the message UID it returns, where an OnExternalAccountDownload handler is defined, and by a remote SMTP server through the error reply it rejects a delivery with, where an OnDeliveryFailed handler is defined. Before 6.2.25 the injected script can create any COM object, and from 6.2

  • Sep 26, 2026Capgo (capgo.app backend) before 12.127.5 contains an authorization flaw in the PATCH /private/role_bindings/:binding_id endpoint.CVE-2026-100629 · Other software · Cap-go · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7

Capgo (capgo.app backend) before 12.127.5 contains an authorization flaw in the PATCH /private/role_bindings/:binding_id endpoint. The handler verifies that the newly assigned role's priority rank does not exceed the caller's own rank, but — unlike the DELETE handler — it never checks the rank of the role currently bound to the target binding. An authenticated user holding the org_admin role (rank 90) can therefore change an org_super_admin binding (rank 95) to a lower-privileged role such as org_member (rank 75). Because the prevent_last_super_admin_binding_delete database trigger fires only BEFORE DELETE and not on UPDATE, an org_admin can demote every org_super_admin, leaving the organization with no super administrator. The issue is fixed in 12.127.5.

Capgo (capgo.app) contains an incomplete access-control/content-lock enforcement issue affecting all versions; no patch is available at the time of publication. The `enforce_encrypted_bundle_trigger` / `check_encrypted_bundle_on_insert` content lock in supabase/schemas/prod.sql exempts `app_versions` rows whose previous `storage_provider` is `r2-direct`, so delivery-critical columns (name, app_id, session_key, key_id, storage_provider, r2_path, external_url, checksum, manifest, native_packages) remain mutable while a row is in that state. Separately, the channel/version join used by the `/updates` endpoint (supabase/functions/_backend/utils/pg.ts) filters only deleted versions and does not exclude `r2-direct` versions, so such rows remain OTA-selectable. An attacker holding a Capgo API key with bundle write/upload permission can create or keep a bundle version in the `r2-direct` state, assign it to a channel, and then modify these fields via direct PostgREST requests, causing altered bundle metadata (for example checksum and session_key) to be served to devices through `/updates`. This bypasses the post-upload content immutability hardening added for a previous app_versions metadat

Flowise through 3.1.4 exposes GET /api/v1/upsert-history/:id and PATCH /api/v1/upsert-history without route-level permission checks, and the backing service performs no workspace or ownership validation. getAllUpsertHistory() returns UpsertHistory rows selected solely by an attacker-supplied chatflowid, and patchDeleteUpsertHistory() deletes rows by an attacker-supplied array of record UUIDs. As a result, any authenticated low-privilege user or valid API key can read or delete document-store upsert history belonging to other users and other workspaces whenever the target chatflowId (which is exposed publicly in /chatbot/<chatflowId> share links) or row ids are known. • Sep 24, 2026Catalyst::Seal versions before 0.03 for Perl allow one request to disable a path or route a later one past an authorization check via a dispatch memo keyed on tCVE-2026-85491 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eHigh 8.8

Catalyst::Seal versions before 0.03 for Perl allow one request to disable a path or route a later one past an authorization check via a dispatch memo keyed on the request path alone. Catalyst::Seal replaces the dispatcher's prepare_action with a version that memoises how a path resolved: which dispatch type matched, at which level, and what was left over as arguments. The key is the request path and nothing else. Action roles that match on the method, content type, scheme or query make that resolution depend on state the key does not carry, so the memo answers for a request it was not built from. A path that resolves to no action is memoised as well, and replaying that entry returns without consulting any dispatch type, so no action is set and the request fails. A GET of a path whose action is declared POST-only therefore disables that path for every later request, the correct POST included. An entry that did resolve replays the level the earlier descent reached. Where a POST-only action sits below a shallower action on the same path, a GET memoises the shallow route, and a later POST is dispatched there with an auto() guarding the deeper controller never running. The memo is cl
