  • Oct 28, 2026Mage Eventpress: Privilege escalationCVE-2026-109381 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Mage Eventpress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in versions up to, and including, 5.7.8 This is due to the mep_grant_shop_manager_access() function hooking user_has_cap and unconditionally granting manage_options whenever an attacker-controllable request marker matches — most notably $_GET['page'] starting with 'mep_' or 'mpwem_', which is never validated against an actually registered EventPress screen. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to elevate their privileges to Administrator by appending ?page=mep_x to core admin URLs (options-general.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: namespace: reset the old parent's ->overmount in mnt_change_mountpoint() __umount_mnt() reCVE-2026-98995 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: namespace: reset the old parent's ->overmount in mnt_change_mountpoint() __umount_mnt() resets ->overmount of the parent when it unmounts the mount that overmounts it. mnt_change_mountpoint() doesn't. It moves the mount to its new parent and leaves the old one pointing at it. For a mount that is moved beneath in attach_recursive_mnt() that doesn't matter. The new mount has already reset ->overmount of the old parent by the time the old top mount is moved onto it. It matters for reparent() though. propagate_umount() moves a surviving overmount onto the first ancestor that isn't going to be unmounted. The mount it was taken from is unmounted immediately afterwards. If a file descriptor keeps that unmounted mount alive ->overmount points at the moved mount. That's a dangling pointer and UAF as the moved mount is unmounted and freed. do_lock_mount() follows ->overmount from the target path under mount_lock. With a file descriptor on such a mount as the target of a mount beneath topmost_overmount() walks into the freed mount and do_lock_mount() takes references on whatever it finds there. So reset ->overmount of t

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dcache: don't put a mountpoint on a dentry that's being removed rmdir(), unlink() and rename() call dont_mount() on the victim and then detach_mounts() with the victim's inode locked. do_lock_mount() takes the inode lock of the mountpoint and checks cant_mount() so a mount can't show up after detach_mounts(). But attach_recursive_mnt() makes a second mountpoint for the root of the source mount so that the mounts already located at the destination can be put on top of it. No inode is locked for that one and d_set_mounted() only refuses a dentry that is unlinked. Between detach_mounts() and d_delete() the victim is still hashed: rmrace: b passed dont_mount() and detach_mounts(), sleeping T2: move_mount(S, /tmp/plcant/x, BENEATH) = 0 errno 0 () T1: rmdir(/tmp/plcant/d/b) = 0 errno 0 109 107 0:61 /d/b//deleted /tmp/plcant/x rw,relatime - tmpfs tmpfs rw 108 109 0:63 / /tmp/plcant/x rw,relatime - tmpfs T rw A bind mount of the directory that's being removed is moved beneath an existing mount while the rmdir() is located between the two calls. • Oct 15, 2026The Apache Airflow SFTP provider's deferrable code paths (`SFTPTrigger`, `SFTPHookAsync`, `SFTPClientPool`) disable SSH host-key verification by default unless CVE-2026-94135 · Email & office · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 4.3

The Apache Airflow SFTP provider's deferrable code paths (`SFTPTrigger`, `SFTPHookAsync`, `SFTPClientPool`) disable SSH host-key verification by default unless the connection explicitly sets `no_host_key_check` to false. Deployments that run SFTP sensors or operators in deferrable mode are affected. An attacker in a machine-in-the-middle position between the triggerer and the SFTP server can impersonate the server and capture the credentials or data exchanged. Users of apache-airflow-providers-sftp are recommended to upgrade to apache-airflow-providers-sftp 7.0.0 or later. This is a separate defect from CVE-2026-94134 (the synchronous SSH hook default, which also affects the SFTP hook); users who applied the fix for one also need this release for the other - apache-airflow-providers-sftp 7.0.0 fixes both.

  • Oct 1, 2026Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development.CVE-2026-104181 · Other software · filamentphp · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4

Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 4.0.0 until 4.13.3 and 5.8.3, app-based multi-factor authentication management actions do not consistently require confirmation of the current password. An attacker with access to an authenticated user session can set up app-based MFA and obtain recovery codes, or disable app-based MFA and regenerate recovery codes by supplying an existing app code or recovery code, without knowing the account password. Email-based MFA is not affected, and the issue does not independently permit an unauthenticated sign-in, but changing the app-MFA configuration may lock the legitimate user out. This issue is fixed in versions 4.13.3 and 5.8.3.

  • Sep 14, 2026Ekia File Manager 1.2.7 exposes com.ekia.filecontrolmanager.OpenFileProvider as an exported Android ContentProvider without requiring caller permissions.CVE-2026-81301 · Other software · Ekia · reported by help@fluidattacks.comHigh 8.5

Ekia File Manager 1.2.7 exposes com.ekia.filecontrolmanager.OpenFileProvider as an exported Android ContentProvider without requiring caller permissions. The provider maps the caller-controlled URI path directly to a filesystem path and passes it to new File(...). It then supports query(), openFile(), and delete() operations. Because the provider is exported and lacks android:permission, android:readPermission, or android:writePermission, another local application can access the provider authority and cause File Manager's process to read, create, overwrite, or delete files that are accessible to that process.

AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting. In 1.16.1 and earlier, the manager role can store meta_page_title or meta_page_favicon through /api/admin/system-preferences, and MetaGenerator inserts those values into production homepage HTML without escaping attribute values or text content. The values pass unchanged through server/models/systemSettings.js and reach MetaGenerator.generate() in server/index.js. #assembleMeta() in server/utils/boot/MetaGenerator.js concatenates the stored values into HTML. When an administrator visits the homepage /, injected JavaScript can read the administrator JWT and use it to create API keys, access or modify workspace and chat data, delete users, and perform other administrator actions. server/endpoints/admin.js accepts the manager-controlled settings before server/models/systemSettings.js returns them unchanged. No fixed version is available as of this review.

  • Sep 1, 2026Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development.CVE-2026-84307 · Other software · filamentphp · reported by GitHubLow 3.7

Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 4.0.0 until 4.12.5 and 5.7.5, packages/panels/src/Auth/Pages/Login.php presents the multi-factor authentication challenge before evaluating canAccessPanel(). For an account that canAccessPanel() denies, submitting the correct password renders the MFA challenge while an incorrect password returns the generic authentication failure, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to confirm whether a candidate password is valid for that account. When email-based MFA is configured, the correct-password path also sends a login code to the account holder. The issue applies only to accounts that have MFA enabled and are denied panel access. Authentication is not bypassed because canAccessPanel() still runs after the challenge, and no session is created. This issue is fixed in versions 4.12.5 and 5.7.5.

  • Sep 1, 2026Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development.CVE-2026-84306 · Other software · filamentphp · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 4.0.0 until 4.12.6 and 5.7.6, packages/panels/src/Auth/MultiFactor/App/AppAuthentication.php uses AppAuthentication::verifyCode() with a used-code cache key derived from both the app authentication secret and the submitted TOTP code. This isolates the newest accepted timestep by code instead of by secret, allowing a previously issued app-based MFA code to be accepted after a newer code has already been used. Reuse of the exact same code was already prevented, but another code inside the accepted time window remained usable. An attacker who obtains the target account's password and one app-based MFA code can use that code for the remainder of the configured window, which is approximately four minutes with the default settings, even after the legitimate account holder logs in with a newer code. Email-based MFA is not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 4.12.6 and 5.7.6.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: afs: Remove setting of AS_RELEASE_ALWAYS for symlinks and mountpoints Regular AFS files correctly use afs_file_aops which have release_folio set as netfs_release_folio, so AS_RELEASE_ALWAYS is valid for them when fscache is enabled (set via afs_vnode_set_cache()). Symlinks and mountpoints in AFS use afs_dir_aops, which does not provide a release_folio callback. However, afs_apply_status() unconditionally calls mapping_set_release_always() for these. In such case when memory management code attempts to release folios, filemap_release_folio() checks folio_needs_release() which returns true due to AS_RELEASE_ALWAYS being set. Since there is no release_folio callback, it falls through to try_to_free_buffers(), which at present expects buffer_heads to be not null. For symlinks and mountpoints without buffer_heads, this causes pointer dereference. [dh: Added more bits that were missed]

AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting. From 1.0.0 to 1.15.0, AnythingLLM's unauthenticated account-recovery flow in server/utils/PasswordRecovery/index.js uses recoverAccount() to deduplicate the raw recoveryCodes values before trimming them, so one valid code submitted twice with different surrounding whitespace can satisfy the two-code check. Each normalized value can also match the same stored hash instead of consuming a distinct hash. An attacker who knows the target username and one recovery code can call POST /api/system/recover-account in multi-user mode, receive a password-reset token, and use POST /api/system/reset-password to take over the account, including an administrator account.

gpsd through release-3.27.5, fixed at commit 4c06658, contains a command injection vulnerability in gpsprof that allows attackers who control the GPS device subtype value to execute arbitrary shell commands by embedding backtick payloads in the gnuplot plot title without proper escaping. The subtype field sourced from a DEVICES JSON log entry or NMEA PGRMT sentence is written into a generated gnuplot program via a set title statement with only double-quote characters escaped, enabling arbitrary shell command execution as the user running gnuplot when the victim renders the generated plot through the gpsprof and gnuplot workflow.

  • Jul 9, 2026EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-13441 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'new_event_type_background_color' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.3.4.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires the plugin's Guest Submissions setting (allow_submission_by_anonymous_user) to be enabled, which allows unauthenticated attackers to submit event types via the frontend form; when that setting is disabled, exploitation requires at minimum a subscriber-level authenticated account.

  • Jun 30, 2026The asynchronous SNTP client in Zephyr (subsys/net/lib/sntp/sntp.c, sntp_close_async) closed the UDP socket file descriptor directly from the calling thread immCVE-2026-10655 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6.5

The asynchronous SNTP client in Zephyr (subsys/net/lib/sntp/sntp.c, sntp_close_async) closed the UDP socket file descriptor directly from the calling thread immediately after detaching it from the network socket service, without synchronizing with the socket-service poll thread. The socket service thread polls each socket via zvfs_poll, which (in zsock_poll_prepare_ctx) registers a k_poll_event pointing into the socket's net_context (&ctx->recv_q) and then blocks in k_poll without holding a reference or lock. net_context objects are allocated from a fixed pool (contexts[CONFIG_NET_MAX_CONTEXTS]) and reused after close. When sntp_close_async is invoked from a different thread than the poll thread (in the in-tree consumer subsys/net/lib/config/init_clock_sntp.c, the SNTP timeout handler runs on the system workqueue while the socket service thread is blocked in poll on the same fd), the close frees and may reuse the net_context while the poll thread still has a poller node linked into the freed object, resulting in a use-after-free / object confusion of kernel poll structures. The SNTP timeout path is the normal no-response failure mode, so a network peer or off-path attacker who d

Hydra through 9.7, fixed in commit 9cc84c2, contains a stack buffer overflow in NTLM authentication across SMTP, POP3, IMAP, NNTP, HTTP, HTTP-Proxy, and HTTP-Proxy-Urlenum modules when processing malicious NTLM Type-2 challenges. A malicious server can send a crafted NTLM Type-2 challenge with an excessively long domain string, causing base64-encoded response data to overflow a 500-byte stack buffer by 18 to 330 bytes, enabling remote code execution on systems without stack protection.

  • Jun 24, 2026AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting.CVE-2026-55611 · Other software · Mintplex-Labs · reported by GitHubNone

AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting. From 1.11.1 until 1.14.1, userId/workspaceId scoping to the parsed-files read/delete paths was added. However, the POST /api/workspace/:slug/embed-parsed-file/:fileId flow still deletes the target file by primary key only, with no ownership check, inside two finally{} blocks that run even when the ownership-checked read fails. As a result a manager or admin (multi-user mode) can delete any other user's parsed file in any workspace — including workspaces they are not a member of — by enumerating integer fileIds. The server even returns "File not found" while still deleting the file. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.14.1.

AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting. Prior to 1.13.0, on Windows, the document folder listing route can accept an encoded absolute Windows path that resolves outside the intended documents directory. The shared path containment helper rejects POSIX-style "../" traversal but does not reject Windows-style parent paths returned by path.relative(), such as "..". • Jun 22, 2026Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development.CVE-2026-48505 · Other software · filamentphp · reported by GitHubHigh 7.4

Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 4.0.0 until 4.11.5 and 5.6.5, a flaw in the handling of recovery codes for app-based multi-factor authentication allows the same recovery code to be reused via concurrent submission. This issue does not affect email-based MFA. It also only applies when recovery codes are enabled. If an attacker gains access to both the user's password and their recovery codes, they get two authenticated sessions per recovery code burned instead of one, or more if they batch the parallel submissions wider, materially extending the attacker's window of access compared to what the single-use guarantee implies. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.11.5 and 5.6.5.

  • Jun 22, 2026Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development.CVE-2026-48500 · Other software · filamentphp · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.52, 4.11.5, and 5.6.5, any schema can contain a file upload form field, so Filament applies Livewire's WithFileUploads trait to the Livewire component the schema is embedded in. However, some schemas, such as the panel login form, do not require file uploads, and exposing unauthenticated temporary file uploads on these components is not an acceptable risk. On these components, an unauthenticated attacker could upload arbitrary files to the application's temporary storage, which could be abused to exhaust disk space or inflate storage costs. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.52, 4.11.5, and 5.6.5.
