  • Oct 28, 2026identrail is a machine identity security platform for AWS, GitHub/OIDC, and Kubernetes.CVE-2026-59185 · Other software · identrail · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5

identrail is a machine identity security platform for AWS, GitHub/OIDC, and Kubernetes. Prior to 1.0.2, the default-on `POST /v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/projects/:project_id/github/connect/complete` endpoint in `internal/api/router.go` accepts `installation_id` from the request body or `X-GitHub-Installation-ID` header without verifying the installation belongs to the caller's workspace. `CompleteGitHubConnection` in `internal/api/github_connect.go` rigorously binds `state` to the caller's tenant, workspace, and project, but checks only that the installation ID is positive before persisting it as the caller's connection. `ListInstallationRepositories` in `internal/connectors/github/repositories.go` invokes token creation through `internal/connectors/github/app.go` and `POST /app/installations/{installationId}/access_tokens`, using the application's JWT. An authenticated tenant who starts a legitimate connection can supply another customer's non-secret installation ID to read the victim organization's private repository inventory, content, and metadata or drive posture scans, provided identrail's GitHub App is installed there. The default-off V2 `CompleteGitHubConnector` path share

  • Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116692 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8

MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, third-party scorer deserialization in mlflow/genai/scorers/base.py accepts request-selected descendants of THIRD_PARTY_SCORER_ALLOWED_MODULES rather than requiring an exact allowed module. A caller can use MLflow artifact endpoints to place a Python module beneath a writable allowed package and submit its module and class through /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke. Scorer.model_validate_json() imports the module and constructs the class before trace processing. Authentication-disabled deployments permit this code execution without credentials, while basic-auth deployments require a principal capable of creating an experiment and run and uploading artifacts. In either configuration, the allowed scorer package must be writable by the server process. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

  • Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116691 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 2.19.0 until 3.17.0, mlflow.crewai.autolog() records CrewAI Agent objects without consistently sanitizing nested credential-bearing values. mlflow/crewai/autolog.py::_get_agent_attributes() converts the Agent llm field to a string that includes the provider API key, while mlflow/crewai/autolog.py::_construct_full_inputs() expands the Agent object into mlflow.spanInputs. Applications can therefore send plaintext provider credentials to the MLflow trace backend or a configured OTLP destination, where trace readers can obtain them. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

  • Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116690 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.10.0 until 3.17.0, the prompt branch in _create_model_version() accepts schemeless relative sources because path validation runs only when a source has a URL scheme, and mlflow.prompt.is_prompt is interpreted by tag presence rather than a true value. A remote caller can store a server-local path as the model version artifact location and use /api/2.0/mlflow/model-versions/get-artifact to read files accessible to the MLflow server process. Default unauthenticated servers require no privileges, while basic-auth deployments are exposed to authenticated users who can create registered models. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

  • Oct 26, 2026Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability.CVE-2026-115922 · Other software · onnx · reported by GitHubMedium 6.2

Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability. Prior to 1.22.0, _unpack_2bit() and _unpack_4bit() resize unpacked arrays according to attacker-controlled TensorProto.dims without verifying that raw_data or int32_data encodes the declared number of elements. Materializing an untrusted UINT2, INT2, UINT4, INT4, or FLOAT4E2M1 tensor through onnx.numpy_helper.to_array() or onnx.reference.ReferenceEvaluator can therefore expand a small packed payload into a disproportionately large allocation and exhaust memory. This issue is fixed in version 1.22.0.

  • Oct 26, 2026Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability.CVE-2026-115921 · Other software · onnx · reported by GitHubMedium 6.2

Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability. From 1.4.0 until 1.22.0, ScanInferenceFunction, ScanInferenceFunction_opset8, and ScanInferenceFunction_opset9 do not safely validate the required num_scan_inputs attribute. A missing attribute is dereferenced as a null pointer, while a negative value is converted to size_t and can reach an exceptional oversized allocation path. An untrusted model can therefore terminate or disrupt shape inference, including a negative-value model that can pass onnx.checker.check_model(). This issue is fixed in version 1.22.0.

Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability. From 1.2.1 until 1.22.0, ConvTranspose shape inference processes a weight tensor with fewer than three dimensions without a kernel_shape attribute by deriving an empty effective_kernel_shape and indexing it for the input's spatial dimensions. The flaw affects convTransposeShapeInference_opset11() and the current inference path, and an untrusted model that can pass onnx.checker.check_model() can crash onnx.shape_inference.infer_shapes(), causing denial of service without demonstrated confidentiality or integrity impact. This issue is fixed in version 1.22.0.

Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability. Prior to 1.22.0, RNNShapeInference_opset1_to_6() processes malformed RNN and LSTM nodes from opsets 1 through 6 and GRU nodes from opsets 3 through 6 without verifying that the first input has rank three. The function accesses dim(0) and dim(1) on an undersized protobuf shape, which can read outside the intended repeated field and terminate an application when onnx.shape_inference.infer_shapes() processes an untrusted model that can pass onnx.checker.check_model(). • Oct 23, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-115886 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, the scorer invoke, register, and GenAI evaluate endpoints, including unauthenticated POST /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke, accept serialized third-party scorer data that Scorer.model_validate_json resolves using a module-path allowlist without constraining the selected class or its constructor arguments. When optional trulens and trulens-providers-litellm packages are installed, an attacker can select mlflow.genai.scorers.trulens, choose a model URI outside MLflow's native provider registry so execution uses the LiteLLM fallback, and supply api_base and api_key values that cause the server to send an outbound request to an attacker-chosen or internal host with attacker-controlled headers and body. The vulnerable deserialization occurs before a tracking-store lookup or job submission. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

Libreswan's IKEv2 state machine has a null pointer dereference bug in the EAP handling code for authentication. As a result of inconsistency within the IKEv2 state machine code, this bug can be triggered by any IKEv2 connection, even if EAP is not configured at all. The error is caused by a fall-through where it incorrectly dereferences ike->sa.st_eap which is NULL. A malicious IKE_AUTH packet can trigger this bug, meaning the peer does not need to be authenticated. The bug results in a crash and restart of the pluto daemon. No remote code execution is possible. Continued exploitation can cause a denial of service.

ConnectBot SSH Client Library is written in Kotlin with Kaitai Struct and KStateMachine. Prior to 0.3.1, the SSH protocol parser trusts attacker-controlled inner byte lengths and element counts without verifying that they fit in the containing packet. A malicious or compromised SSH server can return a small malformed packet whose oversized declarations cause the Kaitai Struct Java runtime to attempt excessive allocation or repeated parsing before detecting truncated input. The general transport path requires a client connection but no authentication or optional feature; malformed SSH-agent messages additionally require SSH agent forwarding. The issue can raise an uncaught OutOfMemoryError and terminate the application process, with no demonstrated confidentiality or integrity impact. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.1.

The chunk-exhaustion error path in bt_mesh_delayable_msg_manage() releases a context that was already popped off free_ctx but not yet inserted on busy_ctx, so the context was appended to neither list and was permanently lost from the pool. Because bt_mesh_delayable_msg_init() runs only once from bt_mesh_init(), and node reset/suspend only drain busy_ctx, the loss survives unprovision, re-provision and suspend/resume — it is cleared only by a reboot. The error path is reached when the chunk pool (CONFIG_BT_MESH_ACCESS_DELAYABLE_MSG_CHUNK_COUNT, default 40 chunks) is short of the chunks a new delayed message needs and the oldest pending message cannot be flushed because bt_mesh_access_send() returns -EBUSY or -ENOBUFS (all segmented-TX contexts busy, or advertising/segment buffers exhausted). Soft Machine is a Virtual Machine–based agentic development environment / Cloud OS. In versions 0.2.247 and prior, two authentication helpers in /app/server.js — verifyContainerAuth() and authenticateWorkspaceHttp() — accept the global CONTAINER_SHARED_SECRET as a bearer token without verifying which workspace the caller belongs to. Because that secret is set identically on every container in the Fly app and is reachable from the user-facing process environment inside each workspace, any tenant can use it to authenticate to any other tenant's workspace API. The result is cross-workspace read, write, and destructive-restore primitives reachable from any paying customer's shell. The existing per-workspace token check (workspaceTokenMatches) protects the user-facing per-workspace token path, but the shared-secret bearer path bypasses it entirely. At time of publication, there are no publicly known patches.

In versions 0.2.247 and prior, the workspace HTTP service that listens on 0.0.0.0:8080 inside each sm-ws-* Fly Machine exposes endpoints (/health, /file/<path>, /archive/<dir>) without any authentication or origin check. Any host that can reach TCP/8080 on a workspace can read arbitrary files under that workspace's /workspace root and download whole project trees as tar archives. Because every workspace shares the same Fly private 6PN and resolves all peer addresses via the unauthenticated _instances.internal TXT record, every other sm-ws-* machine on the same Fly app/org is a reachable, unauthenticated attacker — the trust boundary (workspace owner ↔ everyone-else) is missing. At time of publication, there are no publicly known patches.

  • Sep 22, 2026mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol.CVE-2026-63628 · Other software · wevm · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol. Prior to 0.8.2, the fee-payer cosigning path in src/tempo/internal/fee-payer.ts copied a client-supplied access_list from a 0x78 FeePayerEnvelope without validating its length or contents. Because EIP-2930 access-list entries consume intrinsic gas even when the listed addresses are never used, a client could add fabricated address-only entries and cause the server fee_payer wallet to pay unnecessary transaction fees. The demonstrated 180-entry list remained within the 500,000 gas policy cap, 16 KB header limit, and RPC simulation budget while increasing the fee by approximately 9.4 times. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.2.

  • Sep 22, 2026mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol.CVE-2026-63627 · Other software · wevm · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol. Prior to 0.8.2, FeePayerPolicy in src/tempo/internal/fee-payer.ts used decodeFunctionData to validate fee-sponsored calldata but did not reject trailing bytes. A client could append nonzero padding that increased intrinsic calldata gas while gas_limit and max_fee_per_gas remained within policy caps, causing the server fee_payer wallet to pay substantially more than the decoded transaction required. The tested 16 KB header limit bounded the demonstrated padding to about 5,500 bytes and produced approximately five times the normal transaction fee. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.2.

  • Sep 21, 2026Feast is the open source feature store for AI and machine learning.CVE-2026-55563 · Other software · feast-dev · reported by GitHubHigh 8.9

Feast is the open source feature store for AI and machine learning. Prior to 0.65.0, .github/workflows/pr_integration_tests.yml uses pull_request_target with the synchronize event and preserves ok-to-test, approved, or lgtm labels across newly pushed commits, allowing a fork contributor to obtain approval for a benign revision and then run changed code from refs/pull/${{ github.event.pull_request.number }}/merge through privileged make targets. The job exposes GCP, AWS, and Snowflake credentials to that code, enabling runner code execution, credential disclosure, and possible access to downstream cloud resources. An external label-removal integration could mitigate the condition, but no repository workflow provided that protection. This issue is fixed in version 0.65.0.

  • Sep 18, 2026A flaw was found in cockpit-machines.CVE-2026-92768 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 5.5

A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to expose sensitive Virtual Machine (VM) credentials, including plaintext passwords, by inspecting process command-line arguments during VM creation or installation. The cockpit-machines component passes password values directly on the command line, making them visible to other local users on systems where process arguments are not restricted. Successful exploitation leads to information disclosure, potentially compromising VM access.

A flaw was found in `cockpit-machines`. This vulnerability allows a local attacker with the ability to inspect running processes to expose sensitive guest virtual machine (VM) credentials, such as `rootPassword` and `userPassword`. This occurs when the `install_machine.py` script passes these credentials as a JSON command-line argument during VM creation or installation. The exposure is limited to the period when the installation workflow is active and depends on host process-visibility policies.

A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. This vulnerability allows a local attacker with the ability to inspect process metadata to disclose a sensitive Red Hat Subscription Management (RHSM) offline token. The token is exposed when it is passed as a command-line argument to a helper script during the token validation process. Successful exploitation could lead to the compromise of confidentiality, as the exposed token can be used to request access tokens.

  • Sep 17, 2026Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud.CVE-2026-45726 · Other software · siderolabs · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud. From 1.3.0 until 1.6.6 and 1.7.3, importing a standalone Talos cluster creates an ImportedClusterSecrets resource containing the cluster's complete CA secrets bundle. The access rules in internal/backend/runtime/omni/state_access.go allow an authenticated user with the Reader role to retrieve the resource through ResourceService if the importing actor has not rotated those secrets, exposing Kubernetes, Talos, and etcd CA private keys plus the service-account key. The Kubernetes CA private key permits certificate signing for privileged identities such as system:masters and provides control of the imported cluster outside Omni's authorization boundary, including its workloads, credentials, and secrets. This issue is fixed in versions 1.6.6 and 1.7.3.

  • Sep 17, 2026Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud.CVE-2026-45723 · Other software · siderolabs · reported by GitHubLow 2.7

Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud. Prior to 1.6.6 and 1.7.3, managementServer.CreateSchematic in internal/backend/grpc/schematics.go passes the caller-controlled TalosVersion field to imageFactoryClient.OverlaysVersions without validating it as a version. An authenticated Operator can submit traversal segments in TalosVersion, and url.URL.JoinPath normalizes them into unintended paths on the configured image-factory host. Omni then issues HTTP GET requests to those paths and reflects error-body content, enabling same-host endpoint probing and possible disclosure of internal diagnostics while preventing redirection to another host or write requests. This issue is fixed in versions 1.6.6 and 1.7.3.

  • Sep 17, 2026Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud.CVE-2026-45720 · Other software · siderolabs · reported by GitHubHigh 7

Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud. Prior to 1.6.6 and from 1.7.0 until 1.7.3, SAML.getSession in internal/pkg/auth/interceptor/saml.go checks SAMLAssertion.Used and marks it used in separate state operations. Concurrent requests carrying the same captured saml-session token can each observe the assertion as unused and obtain authentication as the victim before either update is visible. The attacker can invoke SAML-protected gRPC endpoints, use ConfirmPublicKey to create multiple persistent credentials tied to the victim, and generate audit entries attributed to the victim, with the resulting access potentially affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability according to the victim's privileges. This issue is fixed in versions 1.6.6 and 1.7.3.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: s390: Fix memory corruption by not reinjecting CK machine checks Channel-subsystem damage machine checks are for the host channel subsystem. The guest channel subsystem is emulated in the userspace VMM. There is no point in forwarding such machine checks into the guest. This also simplifies the machine check reinjection and avoids kfree of a stack variable as reported by sashiko. There might be still machine checks that have the ck bit set with another bit (like instruction damage), mask out the CK bit in s390_backup_mcck_info(), like the CP and ED bits already are.
