Nov 1, 2026Google::Auth versions from 0.11 through 0.12 for Perl accept an authorization code from any local process because the gcloud-auth login callback does not check CVE-2026-74760 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e
Google::Auth versions from 0.11 through 0.12 for Perl accept an authorization code from any local process because the gcloud-auth login callback does not check the OAuth state. The gcloud-auth login and application-default login commands send a state parameter with the authorization request, then take the code from the first request to reach their loopback listener without comparing the returned state. A local attacker can submit an authorization code for their own Google account. The CLI exchanges it and stores the refresh token as the user's credentials, so the user's tools then act as the attacker's account.

Nov 1, 2026The OAuth2 userinfo endpoint (`/login/oauth/userinfo`) decided whether to limit the `groups` claim to public organizations by re-parsing the `Authorization` heaCVE-2026-118394 · Other software · Gitea · reported by 88ee5874-cf24-4952-aea0-31affedb7ff2
The OAuth2 userinfo endpoint (`/login/oauth/userinfo`) decided whether to limit the `groups` claim to public organizations by re-parsing the `Authorization` header as an OAuth2 access token instead of using the scope of the credential that authenticated the request. When a public-only OAuth2 token was sent as a query parameter or form field, or a public-only personal access token was used, that scope came back empty and the claim listed the token owner's private organizations, teams and concealed memberships. The disclosure is limited to the owner's organization and team names and memberships; no repository content is exposed. The endpoint now uses the scope of the authenticating token.

Oct 31, 2026Shield Security – Smart Bot Blocking, Brute-Force Login Protection & File Scanning: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-118057 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2
The Shield Security – Smart Bot Blocking, Brute-Force Login Protection & File Scanning plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'REQUEST_URI' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 22.3.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The hidden 'path' column in ForTraffic.php lacks a client-side render function, so DataTables builds its cell via innerHTML, causing stored HTML in the path value to be parsed into live DOM nodes; a prior partial fix in version 18.5.8 added esc_html() only to the visible 'page' column, leaving the hidden 'path' field unescaped and exploitable through version 22.2.6.

Oct 31, 2026Wp Social Login and Register Social Counter: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-103898 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1
The Wp Social Login and Register Social Counter plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.2. This is due to the social login REST callback registered at `/wp-json/wslu-social-login/type/{provider}/` with `permission_callback => __return_true` locating an existing WordPress account solely by the email string returned from the OAuth provider and calling `wp_set_auth_cookie()` without a password check, while the only verification guard — `!empty($getProfile->emailVerified)` in `inc/admin-create-user.php` — is a no-op for the bundled Hybridauth Facebook and Twitter adapters, both of which assign the raw email string rather than a boolean verified flag to `emailVerified`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to obtain a fully authenticated session as any existing WordPress user, including Administrators, whose registered email address can be presented through a configured Facebook or Twitter login on the target site. Exploitation requires only that the attacker control an OAuth account whose provider-returned email matches the target account's registered WordPress email address; no local credentials, nonce, or p

Oct 31, 2026UsersWP – Front-end login form, User Registration, User Profile & Members Directory: Unauthorized account accessCVE-2026-119980 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The UsersWP – Front-end login form, User Registration, User Profile & Members Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized account access via Use of Predictable Password in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.78 The vulnerability exists because `get_dummy_user_passowrd()` derives the shared password for all 25 built-in dummy user accounts as the first 15 characters of `substr(hash('SHA256', AUTH_KEY . site_url()), 0, 25)`, while the full 25-character value of that same hash is simultaneously embedded in the hidden `uwp_register_hash` field rendered on every registration form response — reachable without authentication via both the public `/register/` page and the `wp_ajax_nopriv_uwp_ajax_register_form` AJAX handler, even when user registration is disabled. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to recover the dummy user password directly from a single HTTP request and use it to authenticate as any of the 25 built-in dummy accounts (such as antawn, chynna, or kiki) through `wp-login.php`, potentially achieving privilege escalation if any dummy account holds an elevated role. Exploitation requires that an administrator has previously created dummy use

Oct 30, 2026In server mode pgAdmin 4 locks an internal account after MAX_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS failed logins (3 by default).CVE-2026-116238 · Other software · pgadmin.org · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007Critical 9.2
In server mode pgAdmin 4 locks an internal account after MAX_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS failed logins (3 by default). The limit could be bypassed, giving an unauthenticated attacker an unlimited number of password guesses against any internal account, including the administrator's, in the default configuration: - Flask-Security registers its own views next to pgAdmin's. A login submitted to its /login view was checked and logged in without pgAdmin's failed login count or lock. Its /verify view checked a signed-in user's password without limit, its /change view changed a password without pgAdmin's change password permission or re-encrypting the user's saved server passwords, and its /reset views sent and applied password resets for accounts that are not internal or are locked. - The internal account was looked up by its exact username, while the login form matches the email ignoring case, so a login with the username typed in another case was neither counted nor checked for the lock. - With LDAP or webserver authentication also configured, a wrong internal password was never counted, and with Kerberos or webserver authentication configured a guess could be answered without being counted. Oct 30, 2026CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow log injection via newlines in the login name.CVE-2026-118994 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e
CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow log injection via newlines in the login name. login() writes the login name to the application log without escaping control characters. The login RPC method needs no authentication, so a name containing a newline followed by text in the log record format adds a forged record. An unauthenticated attacker can forge log records, such as a successful administrator login from an address of their choosing.

Oct 29, 2026Wild Apricot Login: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-93757 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5
The Wild Apricot Login plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via SSO Email-Collision Account Binding in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.18. When no WildApricot contact-ID mapping is found for an incoming SSO login, the plugin falls back to a network-global `get_user_by('email', ...)` lookup in `Module.php` to resolve a WordPress user, then `UserSynchronizer::syncWaContact()` binds and `Controller::login()` issues a session cookie via `wp_set_auth_cookie()` for that resolved user — both guarded only by `is_super_admin()` — without ever requiring proof of ownership of the matched WordPress account such as a password, local account-linking confirmation, inbox verification, or administrator approval. This makes it possible for attackers with custom-level WildApricot membership access to authenticate as an existing WordPress subsite administrator on a path-based Multisite network, obtaining a valid network-global authentication cookie for the victim without their credentials. When logging in to a Matrix account, Thunderbird used the homeserver address provided in the server's login response without validating it. A malicious or compromised homeserver could provide a file: URL, causing Thunderbird to send all further Matrix requests of that session to local files or, on Windows, to an attacker-controlled network share, which could leak the user's NTLM credentials. Parse Server before 8.6.102 and 9.0.0 before 9.10.5-alpha.2 contains an authentication bypass because the validateSetUp, validateLogin, and validateUpdate methods of custom adapters subclassing AuthAdapter are never called, and an inherited default that accepts any authData is used instead. Attackers can supply arbitrary authData to sign up, link identities, log in as existing users, or skip custom additional authentication factors.

Infinity for Reddit through 8.3.4 contains a login cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows attackers to log victims into an attacker-controlled account because the exported LoginChromeCustomTabActivity redirect handler checks a hardcoded OAuth state value. Attackers can authorize the app's client ID with their own Reddit account, then deliver an infinity://localhost redirect containing their code and the constant state, causing the victim's posts, messages, and browsing to occur on the attacker's account.

Oct 23, 2026A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the login page of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows an unauthenticated attacker to execute JavaScript thCVE-2026-93638 · Email & office · Zimbra · reported by cve@rapid7.comMedium 6.1
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the login page of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows an unauthenticated attacker to execute JavaScript through the zrememberme parameter. A crafted relogin URL selects a two-factor error display that inserts the parameter into a hidden input attribute without HTML encoding. A victim who opens the URL receives attacker-controlled script and page content under the legitimate Zimbra origin, allowing credential capture through a replacement login form. The relogin path logs out an existing session before rendering the payload, so the demonstrated attack does not inherit that session's mailbox access. ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.17 are affected.

Oct 19, 2026Apache Airflow Amazon provider: the AWS auth manager's SAML login flow does not bind the authentication response to the browser that began it.CVE-2026-86467 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 8.8
Apache Airflow Amazon provider: the AWS auth manager's SAML login flow does not bind the authentication response to the browser that began it. The login handler discards the AuthnRequest ID and the callback validates the assertion without requiring a matching InResponseTo, so an unauthenticated attacker who can cause a victim to load a page can complete a SAML login in the victim's browser using the attacker's own assertion, silently logging the victim into the attacker's Airflow account. Subsequent work the victim performs lands in a session the attacker controls. Affects deployments using the AWS auth manager with SAML authentication. The victim needs only to visit an attacker-controlled page; no Airflow account or credential is required of the attacker. This is the same login-CSRF class fixed in the Keycloak auth manager as CVE-2026-40948. Users of apache-airflow-providers-amazon are recommended to upgrade to version 9.38.0, which fixes the issue.

Oct 19, 2026@fastify/oauth2 is a Fastify wrapper for OAuth2 login flows.CVE-2026-110008 · Other software · @fastify/oauth2 · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbMedium 4.2
@fastify/oauth2 is a Fastify wrapper for OAuth2 login flows. In versions 7.2.0 through 8.3.1, the state and code-verifier cookies are set without a Path attribute at a login route with two or more path segments, while the clearing step at the OAuth callback writes them with a root path, so the original cookies survive the callback and the documented single-use guarantee for the state value does not hold. A state value an attacker learns stays valid for the rest of the browser session, letting the attacker drive their own authorization flow in the victim's browser and sign the victim in to the attacker's account (login CSRF). The issue is fixed in @fastify/oauth2 8.3.2, and users should upgrade to 8.3.2 or later. As a workaround, set an explicit cookie path so the set and the clear name the same cookie.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories.
