Sep 18, 2026Save as PDF Plugin by PDFCrowd: Arbitrary Function InvocationCVE-2026-92807 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The Save as PDF Plugin by PDFCrowd plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Function Invocation in all versions up to, and including, 4.6.1 via the `pdf_created_callback` shortcode attribute. The `eval_shortcode()` function copies any non-`button_`/non-`email_` shortcode attribute verbatim into a custom options array without sanitization, allowlist enforcement, or capability checks, and `create_button()` AES-encrypts that array — including the attacker-supplied callback value — and embeds the resulting blob in the rendered button HTML; when the blob is later POSTed to the unauthenticated `wp_ajax_nopriv_save_as_pdf_pdfcrowd` endpoint, `save_as_pdf_pdfcrowd()` decrypts it and invokes `$options['pdf_created_callback']` as a PHP callable at line 1722 with no `is_callable()` guard, no allowlist, and no capability check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to invoke arbitrary PHP functions or static class methods with plugin option data as the sole argument, enabling disclosure of the site's stored PDFCrowd API key and username or further server-side abuse. Note that the encryption boundary does not mitigate this vector bec

Sep 15, 2026CrowdStrike released a security update to address a vulnerability in the Falcon sensor for Windows.CVE-2026-40058 · Other software · CrowdStrike · reported by 13ddcd98-6f4a-40a8-8e24-29ca0aee4661High 8.8
CrowdStrike released a security update to address a vulnerability in the Falcon sensor for Windows. The vulnerability only exists when the Microsoft Office File Malicious Macro Removal Windows policy setting is enabled and customers remain protected through the Cloud Anti-malware for Microsoft Office Files settings. An update is available immediately for versions 7.34 and above, 7.32 LTS, and 7.16 for Windows 7/2008 R2 systems. The Falcon sensor for Mac, Linux, and Legacy Systems are not affected. This vulnerability could expose an arbitrary file write to protected locations from an unprivileged context, potentially leading to local privilege escalation. The CrowdStrike Laroux Malware Cleanup Tool, based off of the same feature in the CrowdStrike Falcon sensor for Windows, is also affected. An update for this tool is also available immediately.

Sep 9, 2026WP Crowdfunding: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-19945 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The WP Crowdfunding plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'first_name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. An administrator viewing any user's profile via the ?show_user_id= parameter will render the attacker's stored payload in the admin's browser session, enabling cross-privilege script execution.

Sep 9, 2026WP Crowdfunding: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-19944 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9
The WP Crowdfunding plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via 'wpneo_reward' Post Meta in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with shop manager-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This is a second-order injection: a Shop Manager writes the malicious payload once via the WooCommerce REST products endpoint (POST/PUT /wp-json/wc/v3/products/{id}), and the injected query executes on every subsequent public page view that renders the campaign rewards sidebar.

Aug 25, 2026FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-76063 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'wfp_featured_video_url' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The REST endpoint used to submit the video URL has its permission_callback set to __return_true, meaning any authenticated user — including those with Subscriber-level access — can reach the vulnerable code path.

Aug 25, 2026FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-75930 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to modify arbitrary posts and pages — overwriting title and content, and seizing ownership by supplying an attacker-controlled post_author integer that bypasses wp_kses_post sanitization. The wp_rest nonce required by the handler is trivially obtainable by any logged-in user via /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rest-nonce and therefore does not constitute an authorization barrier.

In versions below 5.1.3 of the CrowdStrike OAuth API app for Splunk SOAR, a user who holds a role with permission to run actions could expose a sensitive document password by invoking either the detonate file or detonate url action, because the action's document_password parameter is not masked and is shown in cleartext in the user interface. Jul 16, 2026CrowdSec offers crowdsourced protection against malicious IPs.CVE-2026-44982 · Other software · crowdsecurity · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2
CrowdSec offers crowdsourced protection against malicious IPs. From 1.5.0 until 1.7.8, pkg/appsec/request.go NewParsedRequestFromRequest allocated a request body buffer from max(r.ContentLength, 0), so HTTP/1.1 requests using Transfer-Encoding: chunked and HTTP/2 requests without a content-length header produced an empty body and caused WAF rules targeting REQUEST_BODY, BODY_ARGS, ARGS_POST, JSON, or XML to be skipped. CrowdSec offers crowdsourced protection against malicious IPs. From 1.7.0 until 1.7.8, the LAPI router used gin-contrib/gzip with DefaultDecompressHandle globally in pkg/apiserver/controllers/controller.go, causing /v1/watchers and /v1/watchers/login to decompress unauthenticated gzip-compressed JSON request bodies without enforcing a maximum decompressed size and allowing excessive heap allocation that can make LAPI unreachable. Jun 9, 2026Helpfulcrowd Product Reviews: Authorization BypassCVE-2026-8499 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The Helpfulcrowd Product Reviews plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authorization Bypass via PHP Type Juggling in versions up to, and including, 1.2.9. This is due to the `helpfulcrowd_validate_token()` function using a loose comparison operator (`!=`) instead of a strict comparison (`!==`) when validating the `token` parameter, while the corresponding REST route `/wp-json/helpfulcrowd/v1/update-settings` is registered with a `permission_callback` of `__return_true`, making it reachable by unauthenticated users; submitting a JSON boolean `true` as the `token` value causes PHP's loose comparison to evaluate as equal to the non-empty base64-encoded secret string, bypassing the check entirely. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to invoke `helpfulcrowd_settings_endpoint()` and write arbitrary attacker-controlled key-value pairs directly into the `helpfulcrowd_options` WordPress database option via `update_option()` without any sanitization or allowlist filtering, enabling full unauthenticated modification of the plugin's stored configuration.

Apr 21, 2026CrowdStrike has released security updates to address a critical unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability (CVE-2026-40050) in LogScale.CVE-2026-40050 · Other software · CrowdStrike · reported by 13ddcd98-6f4a-40a8-8e24-29ca0aee4661Critical 9.8
CrowdStrike has released security updates to address a critical unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability (CVE-2026-40050) in LogScale. This vulnerability only requires mitigation by customers that host specific versions of LogScale and does not affect Next-Gen SIEM customers. The vulnerability exists in a specific cluster API endpoint that, if exposed, allows a remote attacker to read arbitrary files from the server filesystem without authentication. Next-Gen SIEM customers are not affected and do not need to take any action. CrowdStrike mitigated the vulnerability for LogScale SaaS customers by deploying network-layer blocks to all clusters on April 7, 2026. We have proactively reviewed all log data and there is no evidence of exploitation. LogScale Self-hosted customers should upgrade to a patched version immediately to remediate the vulnerability. CrowdStrike identified this vulnerability during continuous and ongoing product testing.

Feb 12, 2025CrowdStrike uses industry-standard TLS (transport layer security) to secure communications from the Falcon sensor to the CrowdStrike cloud.CVE-2025-1146 · Other software · CrowdStrike · reported by 13ddcd98-6f4a-40a8-8e24-29ca0aee4661High 8.1
CrowdStrike uses industry-standard TLS (transport layer security) to secure communications from the Falcon sensor to the CrowdStrike cloud. CrowdStrike has identified a validation logic error in the Falcon sensor for Linux, Falcon Kubernetes Admission Controller, and Falcon Container Sensor where our TLS connection routine to the CrowdStrike cloud can incorrectly process server certificate validation. Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
