  • Oct 30, 2026Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library.CVE-2026-63184 · Other software · christianhelle · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library. Prior to 2.1.1, the `refitter` dotnet tool invokes `NJsonSchema` with unsafe defaults for `$ref` resolution when generating Refit interfaces and contracts from attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced OpenAPI descriptions. Remote `http(s)` references cause requests from the developer or CI host and inline untrusted remote schema content into generated output. Absolute local file paths and relative `../` traversal outside the input directory also resolve and inline local content, permitting arbitrary local-file disclosure. The demonstrated chain stops at server-side request forgery, remote file inclusion, and local file inclusion, not code execution: Refit sets the base URL at runtime, enum values use verbatim-string doubling, and string defaults are escaped. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.1.

  • Oct 30, 2026jack lets users share media libraries through their Radarr/Sonarr stack, peer-to-peer.CVE-2026-62979 · Other software · roziscoding · reported by GitHubHigh 8.4

jack lets users share media libraries through their Radarr/Sonarr stack, peer-to-peer. Prior to 0.1.0, `middleware/handle-error.ts` serializes raw `FetchError` objects into HTTP responses. `lib/servers/base.ts` attaches outbound request headers on upstream non-success responses and schema-validation failures; the public `extras` field in `lib/errors/FetchError.ts` remains enumerable and is emitted by JSON serialization. These headers include the internal Radarr/Sonarr `X-Api-Key` and custom connector headers such as `CF-Access-Client-Secret`. `lib/redact.ts` redacts logs and spans but not this response path. Any client with the shared peer API key, plus Cloudflare Access credentials if required by the deployment, can force an error without a race or user interaction. `GET /peer/items/:id` and `GET /servers/health` can expose the internal media-server key, while `GET /torznab/download/:id` can expose another peer's key and Cloudflare Access secrets. The /peer/search and /items routes catch these errors and are not affected. Disclosed internal keys grant full administrative control of the corresponding Radarr/Sonarr instance, crossing the intended boundary between friends' shared pee

  • Oct 30, 2026ESPAsyncWebServer is an asynchronous HTTP and WebSocket server library for ESP32, ESP8266, RP2040 and RP2350.CVE-2026-62966 · Other software · ESP32Async · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

ESPAsyncWebServer is an asynchronous HTTP and WebSocket server library for ESP32, ESP8266, RP2040 and RP2350. Prior to version 3.11.2, the multipart parser in `src/WebRequest.cpp` frees `_itemBuffer` and sets it to NULL when `BOUNDARY_OR_DATA` matches the closing boundary of a file part, before confirming the following terminator, while leaving `_itemIsFile` true. If the next byte is neither the final closing dashes nor a clean CRLF, the `DASH3_OR_RETURN2` or `EXPECT_FEED2` rewind branch re-injects provisionally consumed bytes through `itemWriteByte`. Because `_itemIsFile` remains true, `_itemBuffer`[`_itemBufferIndex`++] writes through a null pointer. On ESP32 this causes a `StoreProhibited` exception, panic and device reboot, producing remote denial of service. A route with a non-trivial body/upload handler, such as a file-upload or web-OTA endpoint, must be present. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.2.

  • Oct 30, 2026Ring is a Clojure web applications library inspired by Python's WSGI and Ruby's Rack.CVE-2026-62864 · Other software · ring-clojure · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

Ring is a Clojure web applications library inspired by Python's WSGI and Ruby's Rack. Prior to 1.15.5, `wrap-nested-params` in the `ring.middleware.nested-params` namespace uses a backtracking regular expression to match parameter names from URL query strings and HTTP request bodies. An attacker can craft a parameter name that drives quadratic O(n^2) matching work, causing regular-expression denial of service in applications using the middleware. `Ring-Defaults` users are also exposed because nested-params is enabled by default. Applications omitting the middleware do not expose this parsing path. This issue is fixed in version 1.15.5.

  • Oct 30, 2026ag-psd is a JavaScript library for reading and writing Photoshop Document files.CVE-2026-62297 · Other software · Agamnentzar · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

ag-psd is a JavaScript library for reading and writing Photoshop Document files. Before the allocation-limit remediation attempt in version 31.0.0, `readPsd()` commits image and layer buffers from attacker-declared PSD geometry before validating the declarations against the actual available data or sane allocation limits. The `psdReader.js` implementation sizes off-heap typed arrays using `width`, `height`, `channels`, `depth` and `per-layer rectangles`, so a tiny PSD declaring enormous geometry can force multi-gigabyte memory allocation before a later bounds error. The reported 52-byte input on Node 24 produced approximately 3.17 GB peak RSS before a RangeError; under memory pressure the process can be terminated before the error can be caught, and concurrent inputs can exhaust memory. Services reading untrusted PSDs are exposed to denial of service. This differs from genuinely large PSD files whose memory demand is proportional to real input content. Version 31.0.0 adds a composite-image allocation limit, but complete coverage of the separately described layer-rectangle allocation path is not established and requires curator residual/scope review.

  • Oct 30, 2026LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files.CVE-2026-62254 · Other software · LibreDWG · reported by GitHubMedium 5.5

LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14, a specially crafted R13-R2000 DWG can trigger algorithmic resource exhaustion in `decode_R13_R2000` in `src/decode.c`. The class-decoding loop performs `realloc` on every iteration without a sanity check on `num_classes`. Manipulating that field forces an extremely slow allocation loop and denial of service when the file is parsed. Running the parser in a sandbox with memory limits is a workaround rather than a remediation. This issue is fixed in version 0.14.

  • Oct 30, 2026LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files.CVE-2026-62250 · Other software · LibreDWG · reported by GitHubMedium 5.5

LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14.8413, a crafted pre-R13 DWG can make `decode_preR13_entities()` in `src/decode.c` enter a nonterminating loop that allocates a new object each iteration. `decode_preR13` in `src/decode_r11.c` computes `size` from the raw file-controlled `entities_start` and `entities_end` header bounds; the callee clamps `end` to `dat->size` but never recalculates `size`. At `end` of input, `bit_read_RC` and `bit_read_RS` stop advancing `dat->byte`, the overflow guard fails because `end` equals `dat->size`, and the no-advance check compares against `oldpos` saved before the loop instead of the previous iteration. This leaves repeated allocation of `dwg->object` entries until allocation fails or the process is OOM-killed, not merely a constant-memory CPU hang. The defect remains after the clamping and no-progress changes associated with the earlier issue 1131. Applications and tools calling `dwg_read_file()` on untrusted files, including `dwg2dxf`, `dwgread` and `dwg2svg`, can suffer denial of service when a user or automated pipeline opens a malformed file; no attacker credentials are required. This issue is fixed in repository

  • Oct 30, 2026Picotls is a TLS protocol library that allows users select different crypto backends based on their use case.CVE-2026-59993 · Other software · h2o · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

Picotls is a TLS protocol library that allows users select different crypto backends based on their use case. In affected revisions through 44bc503, when picotls is used as a `client-side TLS stack`, a peer can send a `HelloRetryRequest` followed by a `spoofed Hello message` that causes a null-pointer dereference. This can terminate the consuming process, including a process performing other work, resulting in denial of service. This issue is fixed in commit a06ca41.

  • Oct 30, 2026LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files.CVE-2026-54610 · Other software · LibreDWG · reported by GitHubLow 3.3

LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14, `bit_TV_to_utf8()` in `src/bits.c` can write to the caller-provided `src` buffer despite accepting const input. On an `iconv()` error other than `E2BIG`, the function frees its output buffer and passes the original input alias to `bit_u_expand()`, which expands or shrinks Unicode and multibyte escape sequences in place. If the input is a string literal, read-only mapping, or other immutable buffer, the write can cause a segmentation fault and denial of service; mutable caller-owned input can be unexpectedly modified before being returned. This affects applications that expose the conversion API to untrusted input under those conditions. Direct file-triggered exploitability through normal DWG decode/export paths remains unconfirmed because many TV strings are heap allocated by bit_read_TV(). This issue is fixed in version 0.14.

When a pgAdmin 4 connection was not meant to use a Kerberos user's delegated credentials, pgAdmin removed KRB5CCNAME from its environment, so the Kerberos library fell back to the default credential cache, or a client keytab, of the operating-system account running pgAdmin. libpq then answered any server that asked for GSSAPI authentication with that account's ticket, whatever user name the pgAdmin user gave, so in server mode any user could connect as the service account's Kerberos principal; gssencmode=disable did not prevent it. On Windows, SSPI used the service account's logon in the same way. psql was also started with pgAdmin's environment, which could hold another user's credential cache while that user was connecting. The fix points KRB5CCNAME and KRB5_CLIENT_KTNAME at a file that cannot exist except while a Kerberos-authenticated user connects with Kerberos, and gives every other connection, psql and the utilities require_auth=!gss,!sspi and gssencmode=disable, checked on the final connection string. require_auth needs libpq 16 or later. pgAdmin 4 opens SSH tunnels with the sshtunnel library but gave it neither host_pkey_directories nor ssh_config_file, so it always loaded the unencrypted private keys in ~/.ssh of the operating-system account running pgAdmin, read that account's ~/.ssh/config (IdentityFile, User, HostName, ProxyCommand) for the tunnel host, and could use its ssh-agent. In server mode any user could therefore configure a tunnel to a host that accepts the service account's key, with no credentials of their own or with an identity file that did not exist in their storage, and reach it as that account. The fix makes tunnels in server mode use only the identity file or password the user configured: the service account's keys, configuration and agent are no longer used, and an identity file that cannot be found in the user's storage is reported instead of falling back to ~/.ssh. Desktop mode is unchanged. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.19.

Insertion of sensitive information into a log file in Amazon Kinesis Producer Library for Java before 1.0.8, when the library's logger is configured at DEBUG log level, might allow local users to obtain the AWS credentials that the library resolved for the application. Separately, affected versions of the library pass these credentials to the native child process as command-line arguments, where a local user can read them from the process argument list. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.0.8 or later, rotate any long-term IAM user keys, revoke active role sessions where needed, and restrict or redact log data written by an affected version. 0.x users should migrate to software.amazon.kinesis:amazon-kinesis-producer 1.0.8 or later.

The gettext family of functions in the GNU C Library version 2.0 and later accept LANGUAGE environment variable entries that contain '/' or that are equal to "..", unless the program is setuid or setgid (AT_SECURE). An attacker who can set LANGUAGE in the environment of a program that uses gettext can make it load a message catalog (.mo file) from an arbitrary location in the file system. A crafted .mo file can crash the program through out-of-range offsets, or supply translations whose format directives do not match the arguments passed by the program. That causes undefined behaviour in the printf family of functions and may allow arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the program. The safety of message catalogs relies on them being installed in trusted, read-only locations, and the directory traversal bypasses this. The fix for CVE-2014-0475 rejects ".." path components in locale names passed to setlocale or taken from the LC_ALL, LC_* and LANG environment variables. gettext reads LANGUAGE directly and appends each colon-separated entry to the message catalog directory, so that fix did not cover LANGUAGE. LANGUAGE is only used when the LC_MESSAGES locale is not "C

Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input vulnerability in the Elixir standard library's JSON module allows an unauthenticated attacker who supplies a JSON document to cause a denial of service through CPU and memory exhaustion. JSON.decode/1 and JSON.decode!/1 convert each integer literal with erlang:binary_to_integer/1 and do not bound its length. A literal of one million digits decodes successfully but costs 100 to 300 times as much CPU as a string of the same length, so one request body of a few megabytes holds a scheduler for about a second. A literal of more than about 1.29 million digits raises SystemLimitError. Applications generated by phx.new decode request bodies with JSON in Plug.Parsers, before routing and authentication. Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input vulnerability in the Elixir standard library's URI module allows an attacker who supplies a URL to cause a denial of service through CPU exhaustion. URI.parse/1 converts the port component with String.to_integer/1 in split_authority/1 (lib/elixir/lib/uri.ex) without bounding its length, so a port of up to 1,262,592 decimal digits produces a bignum of that size and a longer one raises SystemLimitError. Rendering the parsed URI back to text (URI.to_string/1, inspect/1, logging, error formatting) converts the bignum with :erlang.integer_to_binary/1, which is quadratic on Erlang/OTP 27, 28 and 29.0: a 400,000-digit port renders in about 2.6 seconds and a 1 MB port in about 18 seconds. joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. Prior to 1.7.6, joserfc compact JWS deserialization calls bytes.split() before enforcing the existing aggregate segment-size limits. When attacker-controlled compact serialization bytes reach deserialize_compact(), the split creates copies of the header, payload, and signature segments before ExceededSizeError rejects them, causing an additional allocation approximately proportional to the supplied token. Requests that exhaust available process memory can therefore cause an availability failure even though signature verification fails. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.6.

pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.3, pypdf can take excessive time to retrieve page labels from a crafted PDF containing a flat page-label number tree with many ranges. The page_labels property resolves each page independently and repeatedly scans the same /Nums array from the beginning, causing work to grow with both the page count and the number of label ranges. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.3.

  • Oct 29, 2026pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python.CVE-2026-119197 · Other software · pyasn1 · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. Prior to 0.6.5, binary REAL decoding builds a large mantissa one octet at a time by shifting a growing integer and slicing the remaining byte string. Attacker-controlled ASN.1 includes a binary-encoded REAL with a large mantissa and reaches BER, CER, or DER decode(), with or without a schema containing REAL. RealPayloadDecoder.valueDecoder repeatedly performs a left shift, OR, and suffix copy for every mantissa octet, making decode time quadratic in mantissa length. A comparatively small REAL value can hold a decoding worker on one CPU core for seconds or longer and cause availability loss. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.5.

pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. Prior to 0.6.5, constructed BIT STRING decoding repeatedly shifts and copies the complete bit value accumulated from earlier fragments. Attacker-controlled BER or CER input contains many constructed BIT STRING fragments; schema-driven DER also accepts a definite-length constructed BIT STRING. BitStringPayloadDecoder repeatedly calls BitString.fromOctetString with the prior bitString as prepend, shifting an ever-growing SizedInteger for each fragment and causing quadratic work. Large fragmented values can exhaust CPU during decode() without requiring later conversion or formatting. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.5.

  • Oct 29, 2026pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python.CVE-2026-119195 · Other software · pyasn1 · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. Prior to 0.6.5, constructed string and indefinite-length ANY decoding repeatedly concatenates each fragment onto a growing bytes value. Attacker-controlled BER or CER data can use many constructed OCTET STRING or character-string fragments. DER rejects constructed OCTET STRING without a schema, but accepts its definite-length form when asn1Spec selects univ.OctetString; it also accepts constructed character strings such as UTF8String without a schema, even though those encodings are not valid DER. The separate indefinite-length ANY path is reachable in BER and CER when asn1Spec selects univ.Any; DER rejects indefinite lengths. OctetStringPayloadDecoder uses growing header concatenation and AnyPayloadDecoder.indefLenValueDecoder uses growing chunk concatenation, repeatedly copying an increasing prefix and causing quadratic work. A sufficiently fragmented value can occupy decoding workers and cause CPU exhaustion without confidentiality or integrity impact. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.5.

pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. From 0.3.3 until 0.6.5, schemaless container decoding stores every decoded component's TagSet in a growing set even though only one-versus-multiple tag types must be distinguished. Attacker-controlled BER, CER, or DER input contains many distinct long tag IDs whose TagSet hashes collide. Each later set insertion compares against an increasing number of earlier colliding tags in ConstructedPayloadDecoderBase._decodeComponentsSchemaless, producing quadratic CPU work while decoded values and order remain valid. Repeated inputs can exhaust decoder CPU and reduce service availability. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.5.

  • Oct 29, 2026Botan is a C++ cryptography library.CVE-2026-118769 · Other software · randombit · reported by GitHubCritical 9.2

Botan is a C++ cryptography library. From 2.1.0 until 3.13.0, the Botan C API function botan_block_cipher_block_size converted a size_t block size to int without a bounds check. In an application that accepts external algorithm parameter strings and uses the FFI raw ECB mode, an attacker can select the variable-block-size Lion cipher so that the reported size is truncated, the caller allocates insufficient memory, and later block processing causes memory corruption. The C++ API and normally used C API modes such as CBC and CTR are unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 3.13.0.

Botan is a C++ cryptography library. Prior to 3.13.0, Botan's online OCSP client allowed a single HTTP redirect while posting an OCSP request to the URI in a certificate's Authority Information Access extension. A malicious OCSP responder or an on-path attacker could redirect the client to make one blind request to an otherwise unreachable internal HTTP service. The primary impact is blind SSRF that might affect internal services with non-idempotent GET handlers, and response timing can provide a coarse internal-service oracle. • Oct 29, 2026sigstore-js provides JavaScript libraries for interacting with Sigstore services.CVE-2026-118763 · Other software · sigstore · reported by GitHubHigh 7.4

sigstore-js provides JavaScript libraries for interacting with Sigstore services. Prior to 0.7.2, packages/oci/src/registry.ts contains a RegistryClient.signIn() method that stores registry Authorization and Docker configuration headers as defaults on a shared HTTP client, while RegistryClient.uploadBlob() sends a fresh PUT to an absolute blob-upload Location supplied by the registry without checking that its origin or scheme matches the registry. A malicious or compromised registry can therefore direct a user pushing an artifact through attachArtifactToImage() to an attacker-controlled host and receive the registry bearer token, Basic credentials, or custom authentication headers. Redirect-time header stripping does not prevent the leak because the cross-host PUT is a new explicit request rather than a followed redirect. This is a residual of CVE-2026-59891, whose fix changed credential selection in credentials.ts but did not constrain where credentials are sent from registry.ts. Version 0.7.2 fixes the issue by separating registry credentials from client-wide defaults and sending them only to the registry origin.
