  • Aug 25, 2026DB-GPT builds the destination path for an uploaded skill from the multipart filename without constraining it to the upload directory.CVE-2026-80104 · Other software · eosphoros-ai · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

DB-GPT builds the destination path for an uploaded skill from the multipart filename without constraining it to the upload directory. skill_upload in packages/dbgpt-app/src/dbgpt_app/openapi/api_v1/agentic_data_api.py takes file.filename as given and writes the request body to upload_dir / filename. A path composed with that operator discards the left operand when the right one is absolute and follows parent references otherwise, so a filename such as ../../../tmp/x or /tmp/x resolves outside the intended directory; nothing canonicalises the result, checks that it remains under the upload root, or prevents a .py suffix. The route's only dependency is get_user_from_headers in dbgpt_serve/utils/auth.py, which returns a request carrying the admin role whether or not a user_id header is supplied, so the endpoint is reachable without credentials. A remote attacker holding no account can therefore write attacker-controlled bytes to any path the server process can write, place a new Python module inside the application package or replace one the application already imports, and obtain code execution in the server process when that module is next imported.

  • Aug 24, 2026phpIPAM before 1.8.2 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the REST API that allows unauthenticated attackers to gain full API access by exploitingCVE-2026-67602 · Websites & servers · phpipam · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

phpIPAM before 1.8.2 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the REST API that allows unauthenticated attackers to gain full API access by exploiting an insecure object cache keying mechanism. The cache is keyed by lookup value alone without including the searched column, enabling an entry written during an app_id lookup to satisfy a subsequent app_code lookup, allowing attackers to use the numeric database row identifier as an API token to read, write, and delete all IP address management records.

  • Aug 21, 2026@fastify/busboy is a multipart form-data parser for Node.js.CVE-2026-74866 · Other software · @fastify/busboy · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbMedium 5.8

@fastify/busboy is a multipart form-data parser for Node.js. Its multipart part-header parser splits header lines only on the two-byte carriage-return line-feed sequence, so a lone carriage return or line feed embedded in a part header is not treated as a line break and is carried verbatim into the parsed Content-Disposition filename and field name handed to the application. An attacker who uploads a file whose filename or field name contains a bare carriage return or line feed can inject control characters into consumers that trust the parser to return clean values, enabling filesystem filename pollution, log forging, or header injection when the value is forwarded to a carriage-return-sensitive sink. All versions of @fastify/busboy up to and including 3.2.1 are affected. The issue is fixed in version 3.2.2, which rejects any header line that still contains a bare carriage return or line feed. Users should upgrade to 3.2.2, and consumers such as @fastify/multipart should bump their @fastify/busboy dependency to pull in the fix.

  • Aug 20, 2026A flaw was found in the `ipa-enrollment` SLAPI plugin.CVE-2026-73199 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 6.5

A flaw was found in the `ipa-enrollment` SLAPI plugin. A remote authenticated client can exploit a null pointer dereference vulnerability by sending a malformed Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) extended operation. By omitting the request value for the `JOIN_OID` in the `ipa-enrollment` extended operation, an attacker can trigger a server crash, potentially causing a denial of service.

A privilege escalation flaw was found in FreeIPA. The uniqueness constraint enforced on Kerberos principal name attributes in the 389-ds directory server does not properly account for equivalent representations of the same principal name, allowing a user with sufficient LDAP write privileges to create a service principal that impersonates an existing privileged one. This can lead to unauthorized acquisition of Kerberos service tickets for sensitive services, potentially resulting in full domain compromise.

A flaw was found in FreeIPA. When a trust relationship is configured between FreeIPA and Active Directory, Active Directory users can bypass authentication for FreeIPA services, including the portal, SMB server, and LDAP directory. This is possible by impersonating a client name in the Ticket Granting Service (TGS) due to FreeIPA services not verifying Privilege Attribute Certificate (PAC) certificates. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated Active Directory user to escalate their privileges within the FreeIPA domain.

  • Aug 19, 2026The HL7800 cellular modem driver's +CGCONTRDP: response handler on_cmd_atcmdinfo_ipaddr() in drivers/modem/vendor_standalone/hl7800.c parses the PDP-context dynCVE-2026-12522 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgHigh 8.8

The HL7800 cellular modem driver's +CGCONTRDP: response handler on_cmd_atcmdinfo_ipaddr() in drivers/modem/vendor_standalone/hl7800.c parses the PDP-context dynamic parameters (local address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS servers) that the cellular network assigns to the device. The response is linearized into a 256-byte stack buffer, after which each address field length is computed from comma/. delimiter positions in the network-supplied data and used directly as the length argument to strncpy() into the fixed 64-byte stack buffer temp_addr_str (and the 16-byte iface_ctx.dns_v4_string). Because the field length is derived from attacker-controlled delimiter positions and was not bounded against the destination buffer, a single field can be far larger than 64 bytes. A malicious or impersonated cellular network (for example a rogue base station) can return a crafted +CGCONTRDP response with an overlong address field, causing strncpy() to write past temp_addr_str on the modem worker thread's stack, plus an out-of-bounds NUL write at temp_addr_str[addr_len]. No device-side privileges or user interaction are required: the device itself issues the AT+CGCONTRDP=1 query during normal ne

ArcadeDB server (com.arcadedb:arcadedb-server) in versions 26.7.3 and earlier fails to propagate the authenticated principal to asynchronous command worker threads. When an HTTP command is submitted with awaitResponse:false, it executes on an async worker whose DatabaseContext has no bound user, causing the scripting authorization gate to become a no-op. A user with only read access to a single database can submit an asynchronous JavaScript (language=js) command via the /api/v1/command endpoint to run code with unrestricted host access (e.g., database.getSecurity().createUser) and create a server-wide administrator, escalating to full administrative control. ArcadeDB before 26.8.1 fails to bind the authenticated principal (setCurrentUser) on its batch and time-series HTTP handlers. Because no principal is bound on the worker thread, the engine's fine-grained per-type ACL layer (LocalBucket.checkPermissionsOnFile) does not execute for these handlers. In deployments that use per-type or per-group ACLs, a user with database access but only limited per-type permissions can read from and write to types they are not authorized to access by submitting requests to the batch/time-series endpoints. Deployments that rely solely on database-level access control are not affected.

@fastify/multipart is a multipart form-data parser for Fastify. In versions from 3.0.0 up to but not including 10.1.1, request.saveRequestFiles() can leave completed temporary files on disk when a client disconnects while the parser is advancing between multipart parts. The iterator rejection that occurs between parts falls outside the per-file cleanup path, so an earlier completed file is never removed. An unauthenticated client can repeat this to cause persistent, linear disk consumption, leading to denial of service. This is an incomplete-fix variant of CVE-2025-24033. @fastify/multipart is a multipart form-data parser for Fastify. In versions from 5.3.0 up to but not including 10.1.1, when the busboy fileSize limit truncates a file part, the plugin clears its internal current-file reference while the underlying stream is still open. If the client then aborts the connection before sending the terminating boundary, the abort cleanup finds no stream to destroy, so saveRequestFiles() never settles, the request handler hangs, and the temporary file already written to disk is never cleaned up. An unauthenticated client can repeat this to permanently leak temporary files and suspended handler executions, leading to disk and event-loop exhaustion. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-multipath: fix flex array size in struct nvme_ns_head struct nvme_ns_head contains a flexible array member, current_path[], which is indexed using the NUMA node ID: head->current_path[numa_node_id()] The structure is currently allocated as: size = sizeof(struct nvme_ns_head) + (num_possible_nodes() * sizeof(struct nvme_ns *)); head = kzalloc(size, GFP_KERNEL); This allocation assumes that NUMA node IDs are sequential and densely packed from 0 .. num_possible_nodes() - 1. While this assumption holds on many systems, it is not always true on some architectures such as powerpc. On some powerpc systems, NUMA node IDs can be sparse. For example: NUMA: NUMA node(s): 6 NUMA node0 CPU(s): 80-159 NUMA node8 CPU(s): 0-79 NUMA node252 CPU(s): NUMA node253 CPU(s): NUMA node254 CPU(s): NUMA node255 CPU(s): That is, the possible/online NUMA node IDs are: 0, 8, 252, 253, 254, 255 In this case: num_possible_nodes() = 6 So memory is allocated for only 6 entries in current_path[]. However, the array is later indexed using the actual NUMA node ID. As a result, accesses suc

  • Aug 15, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nft_set_pipapo: don't leak bad clone into future transaction On memory allocatiCVE-2026-72252 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nft_set_pipapo: don't leak bad clone into future transaction On memory allocation failure the cloned nft_pipapo_match can enter a bad state: - some fields can have their lookup tables resized while others did not - bits might have been toggled - scratch map can be undersized which also means m->bsize_max can be lower than what is required This means that the next insertion in the same batch can trigger out-of-bounds writes. Furthermore, a failure in the first can result in the bad clone to leak into the next transaction because the abort callback is never executed in this case (the upper layer saw an error and no attempt to allocate a transactional request was made). Record a state for the nft_pipapo_match structure: - NEW (pristine clone) - MOD (modified clone with good state) - ERR (potentially bogus content) Then make it so that deletes and insertions fail when the clone entered ERR state. In case the very first insert attempt results in an error, free the clone right away.

  • Aug 13, 2026@fastify/busboy is a multipart form-data parser.CVE-2026-19484 · Other software · @fastify/busboy · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbHigh 7.5

@fastify/busboy is a multipart form-data parser. In versions 3.1.0 through 3.2.0, a remote unauthenticated attacker can stall the Node.js event loop by sending a multipart request whose boundary is crafted to a specific length. The vendored streaming search stores its skip table in a fixed 256 entry byte array, and a boundary of exactly 252 bytes makes the search needle 256 bytes, which truncates the default skip distance to zero and turns the search into a CPU bound loop on a small body. A single small request can keep one core busy and deny service to other requests handled by the same process. The issue is fixed in @fastify/busboy 3.2.1, which widens the skip table so the skip distance is preserved. Users should upgrade to 3.2.1.

  • Aug 13, 2026@fastify/busboy is a multipart form-data parser.CVE-2026-19481 · Other software · @fastify/busboy · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbHigh 7.5

@fastify/busboy is a multipart form-data parser. In versions 1.0.0 through 3.2.0, an attacker who can submit multipart form-data can crash the parser by sending a part header whose name is a prototype-inherited property such as __proto__ or constructor. The internal header parser stores headers in a plain JavaScript object and assumes each value is an array, so an inherited property name resolves to a truthy non-array value and triggers a TypeError. In the common pipe integration the failure surfaces as an error event, but in direct write or end usage the exception is thrown synchronously and can terminate the Node.js process, causing an unauthenticated denial of service. The issue is fixed in @fastify/busboy 3.2.1, which creates the header object with a null prototype. Users should upgrade to 3.2.1.

A flaw was found in FreeIPA. The trust-fetch-domains command is gated by a read-only permission on the trust object rather than a trust-administration permission, allowing an authenticated, non-privileged IPA user to trigger a privileged Active Directory trust refresh using an attacker-supplied server and credentials, resulting in unauthorized, attacker-controlled modification of trusted-domain and ID-range identity data in the IPA LDAP directory.

Decidim is a participatory democracy framework. Prior to 0.30.9, from 0.31.0 before 0.31.5, and in 0.32.0.rc1 before 0.32.0.rc2, when VAPID delivery is enabled, the notification subscription flow stores a client-supplied push endpoint without validating that it belongs to an approved push service, and SendPushNotification later passes that endpoint to WebPush.payload_send, allowing an authenticated user to create stored, mostly blind server-side requests to arbitrary reachable HTTPS endpoints. This issue is fixed in versions 0.30.9, 0.31.5, and 0.32.0.rc2.
