  • Aug 25, 2026Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder: DOM-Based Reflected Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-18328 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'error_description' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability is only triggerable on pages hosting a Forminator form configured to use the Stripe Checkout Sessions payment API, which became the default in 1.56.0.

  • Aug 25, 2026Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-18323 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Radio Field (Save and Continue Draft) in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is exploitable because the Save-and-Continue draft submission AJAX endpoint is registered as nopriv, allowing unauthenticated attackers to bypass radio field option-membership validation and persist a crafted payload that, when rendered on the Submissions admin page, is auto-executed via the bundled Inputmask library's data-attribute callback binding.

  • Aug 25, 2026MetForm – Contact Form, Survey, Quiz, & Custom Form Builder for Elementor: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-18100 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The MetForm – Contact Form, Survey, Quiz, & Custom Form Builder for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'mf_form_id' Widget Setting in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload bypasses Elementor's save-time wp_kses_post filter because it contains no HTML tags, and MetForm's own str_replace transformation of script tags into JavaScript template literal expressions provides an additional delivery path.

  • Aug 25, 2026Gutenverse – WordPress Blocks, Page Builder & Site Editor: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-19943 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Gutenverse – WordPress Blocks, Page Builder & Site Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'titleTag' Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The malicious titleTag value survives wp_kses_post on save because it is stored inside a block-comment delimiter and the live HTML is only synthesized at render time by do_blocks(), meaning the payload also fires in administrator and editor sessions during post preview.

Affects up to 4.0.2. Update Gutenverse – WordPress Blocks, Page Builder & Site Editor to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Aug 24, 2026Cozy Blocks – Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor & FSE with 700+ Patterns, 58 Blocks & Templates: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-75019 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Cozy Blocks – Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor & FSE with 700+ Patterns, 58 Blocks & Templates plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via cozyHoverEffect Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.16 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload survives wp_kses_post on save because it contains no angle brackets — only a double-quote breakout of the cozyHoverEffect.boxShadow.color attribute value — allowing event-handler injection at the render stage.

  • Aug 24, 2026WP Courses LMS – Online Courses Builder, eLearning Courses, Courses Solution, Education Courses: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-10630 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The WP Courses LMS – Online Courses Builder, eLearning Courses, Courses Solution, Education Courses plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.29 via the 'resultID' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to read any other user's quiz answers and scores by enumerating the incrementing resultID value via the wpcq_get_quiz_result AJAX action. The only access control on this endpoint is a nonce check (wpc_nonce) that is exposed to every logged-in user on the frontend, providing no meaningful authorization barrier.

  • Aug 22, 2026WS Form LITE – Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder: PHP Object InjectionCVE-2026-4703 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The WS Form LITE – Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 1.10.80 via deserialization of untrusted input from form submission meta values. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present.

  • Aug 22, 2026GreenShift – Animation and Page Builder Blocks: Unauthorized modification of dataCVE-2026-5093 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The GreenShift – Animation and Page Builder Blocks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data in versions up to, and including, 12.8.9. This is due to a missing capability check on the 'gspb_update_global_wp_settings' function that only verifies the 'edit_posts' capability instead of requiring administrative privileges. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to modify global WordPress theme color settings site-wide, leading to site defacement.

  • Aug 22, 2026Themify Builder: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-75027 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Themify Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 7.8.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the stored Themify Builder styling data (padding and margin properties) of arbitrary posts, including private and draft posts, by supplying an attacker-controlled post ID and JSON styling payload. The nonce required by the handler is automatically emitted to all frontend pages rendered by the builder via wp_localize_script, meaning any unauthenticated visitor can trivially retrieve a valid nonce from page source and satisfy the only access control in place.

The Extra Product Options Builder for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 1.2.176 does not verify that the requester is entitled to a customer-uploaded file before serving it, allowing unauthenticated users who obtain a file's stored name to retrieve it. The Extra Product Options Builder for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 1.2.176 writes a deny-all rule into its upload directories, so the disclosure only crosses a boundary on web servers that honour it, such as Apache. The Masteriyo LMS WordPress plugin before 2.3.3 does not sanitise and escape a quiz field before outputting it back in a page, and grants its instructor role the ability to store unfiltered HTML, allowing such users to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks against any visitor of the affected page, including administrators. This affects default single-site installations. Sites running multisite, or defining DISALLOW_UNFILTERED_HTML, are not affected as the capability is not granted there.

  • Aug 16, 2026Kubio AI Page Builder: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-16779 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Kubio AI Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.5. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to overwrite front-page configuration options (show_on_front, page_on_front, and page_for_posts), rewrite primary navigation menu items, replace template parts, and overwrite the Kubio global-data post. Although a nonce check via check_ajax_referer() is present, the nonce is unconditionally emitted into window.kubioUtilsData for every user who can load the block editor, making it harvestable by any Contributor and therefore an ineffective authorization barrier.

    What to do
Affects up to 2.8.5. Update Kubio AI Page Builder to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Aug 16, 2026Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) – Easy Quiz and Survey Maker: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-15963 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) – Easy Quiz and Survey Maker plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via 'randon_category' Quiz Option in all versions up to, and including, 11.2.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

  • Aug 16, 2026Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-13167 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with delegated form management access and above, to activate arbitrary already-installed WordPress plugins — including previously deactivated or vulnerable plugins — without holding the core activate_plugins capability. Exploitation requires the target user to hold a delegated Everest Forms capability (manage_everest_forms, everest_forms_create_forms, or everest_forms_view_forms), which the plugin's own roles and permissions tool allows administrators to assign to non-administrator roles such as Author; the nonces required to exploit the AJAX handlers are emitted on EVF admin pages accessible to any such delegated user.

  • Aug 15, 2026User Profile Builder: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-15826 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The User Profile Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via Type Confusion in versions up to, and including, 3.16.4. This is due to the wppb_log_in_user() function calling absint() on the return value of wp_insert_user() before performing an is_wp_error() check — when a registration is submitted with a 61–70 character username, WordPress core rejects it with a WP_Error object, but absint() coerces that object to the integer 1 before the error check can short-circuit execution, causing the plugin to bind and return a transient-backed autologin nonce tied to user ID 1. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as the site's Administrator account (user ID 1), resulting in full administrative takeover of the site.

The Beaver Builder Page Builder – Drag and Drop Website Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Button Module 'button' (Button Code) Setting in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.2.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Beaver Builder grants editor access to any WordPress role holding the edit_posts capability by default, meaning Author-level users and above can exploit this vulnerability.

  • Aug 15, 2026Form Maker by 10Web – Mobile-Friendly Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder: Blind SQL InjectionCVE-2026-15993 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Form Maker by 10Web – Mobile-Friendly Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to blind SQL Injection via '{username}' Placeholder in Dynamic-Choice Field WHERE Clause in all versions up to, and including, 1.15.44 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This requires that a form is configured with a DB-backed dynamic choice field whose WHERE template references the {username} placeholder, and the attacker must first set their own display_name to a SQL payload via the standard WordPress profile edit screen before triggering the fm_reload_input AJAX endpoint.
