In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/vfio_ccw: Implement a crw lock Unlike the channel_program struct, which covers synchronous I/O submissions and asynchronous interrupts, the CRW region relies exclusively on asynchronous events coming from hardware. Implement a lock to manage the list of those payloads, to ensure they are read cohesively.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: cls_u32: skip hash tables in u32_bind_class() u32_walk() enumerates both struct tc_u_hnode and struct tc_u_knode through the walker callback. u32_bind_class() unconditionally casts the passed fh to tc_u_knode and accesses &n->res, so when fh is actually a tc_u_hnode, which has no tcf_result member, this results in a slab-out-of-bounds read of res->classid in tc_cls_bind_class(). The issue can be reproduced with the following commands: tc qdisc add dev lo root handle 1: hfsc tc class add dev lo parent 1: classid 1:1 hfsc sc rate 1000kbit tc filter add dev lo parent 1:1 protocol ip prio 1 u32 match u32 0 0 flowid 1:1 tc class add dev lo parent 1: classid 1:2 hfsc sc rate 2000kbit Fix this by skipping hash tables via the TC_U32_KEY(handle) check.

Aug 26, 2026In FreeBSD 15.0, the kernel structure used to represent user credentials changed: previously the primary group ID was stored in the first element of the array cCVE-2026-58092 · Other software · FreeBSD · reported by secteam@freebsd.orgHigh 8.1
In FreeBSD 15.0, the kernel structure used to represent user credentials changed: previously the primary group ID was stored in the first element of the array containing the list of supplementary group IDs, whereas now the primary group ID is stored in a dedicated field. This change was largely internal to the kernel and not user-visible. One function, group_is_primary(), was not properly updated as a part of this transition. This function is used by mac_do to determine the primary group ID of the credential after applying a transition rule, used when the rule target does not explicitly specify a group. As a result, with certain mac_do rules, it is possible for a credential switch to incorrectly set the primary group ID to the ID stored in the first element of the original credential's supplementary group array. If the list of supplementary groups is empty, this value will be 0, corresponding to the "wheel" group. For example, a rule such as "uid=1001>uid=1002" can be abused to set the primary group ID to 0 even if the process did not originally belong to group 0. Certain mac_do rules can be abused to set a process' group ID to 0. Note however, that the rule must apply to

Aug 25, 2026QWED is open-source AI verification infrastructure for deterministic verification of LLM outputs, tool calls, code, schemas, and agent state before production eCVE-2026-55585 · Other software · QWED-AI · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
QWED is open-source AI verification infrastructure for deterministic verification of LLM outputs, tool calls, code, schemas, and agent state before production execution. Prior to 5.1.2, the qwed package passes caller-controlled math expressions directly to SymPy parse_expr() without restricted global_dict and local_dict namespaces, allowing Python eval() to resolve builtins and execute arbitrary Python code in the API server process. In src/qwed_new/api/main.py, POST /verify/math is protected by get_current_tenant but accepts any valid tenant API key, reads the expression field, applies only a cosmetic re.sub(r'(\d)(()', r'\1*\2', expression) normalization, and passes the result to parse_expr(). In src/qwed_new/core/batch.py, POST /verify/batch sends math items through batch_service.create_job(), stores item.query verbatim, and _verify_item() passes VerificationType.MATH input to parse_expr() without sanitization. The default-enabled POST /auth/signup endpoint allows anyone to create a standard tenant account, POST /auth/api-keys issues an x-api-key, and either vulnerable path can then be used to read or write files, modify data, execute operating system commands, terminate the ser

Aug 25, 2026The OCPP 1.6 client in subsys/net/lib/ocpp/ocpp.c reconstructs a session handle and PDU id from the uid field of a CALLRESULT message.CVE-2026-13217 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 5.9
The OCPP 1.6 client in subsys/net/lib/ocpp/ocpp.c reconstructs a session handle and PDU id from the uid field of a CALLRESULT message. In ocpp_process_server_msg() the code calls atoi(strtok_r(uid, "-", &tmp)) without checking the strtok_r return value. When the server-supplied uid is empty or contains no - delimiter, strtok_r() returns NULL and atoi(NULL) dereferences a NULL pointer, which is undefined behaviour. The uid originates from network data: parse_rpc_msg() in subsys/net/lib/ocpp/ocpp_j.c JSON-parses a frame received from the OCPP central system over TCP/WebSocket and copies the server-controlled string into the local buffer. A malicious or compromised central system, or a man-in-the-middle on a non-TLS ws:// connection, can return a malformed uid to reach the defect. No authentication beyond the existing server connection (or MITM position) is required, and the reconstructed pointer is membership-validated by ocpp_session_is_valid(), so the impact is limited to the NULL dereference rather than arbitrary pointer use. On Zephyr targets that trap access to address 0 (MMU/MPU platforms or CONFIG_NULL_POINTER_EXCEPTION_DETECTION), the dereference faults inside the OCPP read

Aug 24, 2026The Continue CLI applies an incomplete denylist as its only barrier to destructive shell commands when running unattended.CVE-2026-76072 · Other software · continuedev · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.3
The Continue CLI applies an incomplete denylist as its only barrier to destructive shell commands when running unattended. In headless mode and auto mode the default policy in extensions/cli/src/permissions/defaultPolicies.ts grants the Bash tool the allow permission, and permissionChecker.ts hard-blocks a command only when the terminal-security evaluator returns a disabled verdict, so isCriticalCommand in packages/terminal-security/src/evaluateTerminalCommandSecurity.ts is the sole control. Its dangerous-path test matches only /, /*, ~, ~/*, /usr, /etc, /bin and /sbin and their prefixes, so a recursive forced removal of /home, /root, /var, /opt or /srv is not disabled. The command line is parsed with shell-quote, which reduces $HOME to an empty token, so rm -rf $HOME also fails the dangerous-path test while the shell re-expands the variable when the command is spawned. find with -delete is rated high risk rather than disabled, and shred, wipefs, truncate and pkexec are not handled. Because the agent autonomously reads content it does not control, including fetched web pages, repository files and issue text, an indirect prompt injection in that content can cause an unattended run t

Aug 24, 2026The UMP Stream responder library in lib/midi2/ump_stream_responder.c builds reply packets in a 16-byte struct midi_ump (uint32_t data[4]).CVE-2026-13343 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 5.3
The UMP Stream responder library in lib/midi2/ump_stream_responder.c builds reply packets in a 16-byte struct midi_ump (uint32_t data[4]). The builders make_endpoint_info() and make_function_block_info() populate only the first two words (res.data[0] and res.data[1]) and, before this fix, declared their result as an uninitialised local (struct midi_ump res;). The remaining two words (res.data[2], res.data[3]) retain stale stack contents. Endpoint Info and Function Block Info notifications are UMP Stream messages (UMP_MT_UMP_STREAM), which are 4 words long, so the full 16-byte packet — including the two uninitialised words — is transmitted verbatim by cfg->send(). The responder is driven by attacker-supplied UMP Stream Endpoint-Discovery / Function-Block-Discovery requests via ump_stream_respond(). In the in-tree Network MIDI 2.0 server (subsys/net/lib/midi2/netmidi2.c) these requests arrive as UDP datagrams and, with the default no-authentication endpoint, a remote peer can establish a session and trigger the responses; the same library also serves USB MIDI 2.0 hosts. Each discovery request causes the device to disclose 8 bytes of its own uninitialised stack memory to the peer, a

Aug 24, 2026The Mercado Pago Node.js SDK interpolates caller-supplied identifiers into API request paths without percent-encoding them, so characters that are structural inCVE-2026-76842 · Other software · mercadopago · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.8
The Mercado Pago Node.js SDK interpolates caller-supplied identifiers into API request paths without percent-encoding them, so characters that are structural in a URL survive into the outgoing request. The payment (get, capture, cancel), paymentRefund (create, total, list, get), advancedPayment (get, capture, cancel, update, updateReleaseDate) and disbursementRefund (create, createAll, listAll) clients build their path as a template literal, for example RestClient.fetch(`/v1/payments/${id}`, ...) in src/clients/payment/get/index.ts. A dot-dot or slash sequence in the identifier is normalised by the WHATWG URL parser and redirects the request to a different endpoint, and a question mark appends attacker-chosen query parameters, in both cases carrying the merchant's own access token. An application that forwards an identifier influenced by an untrusted party into one of these methods without an ownership check therefore allows that party to reach other resources within the merchant's token scope. The repository already contains the intended helper, encodePathParam in src/utils/path.ts, which pull request 451 applied to roughly 29 other clients while leaving these unchanged.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rqspinlock: Reset tail when preserving queue on deadlock Currently, the destruction of the waiter queue is suppressed for rqspinlock in cases where a deadlock is detected. Deadlock checks happen relatively frequently (on entry for AA, within 1ms for ABBA), and waiter threads may not be involved in locking scenarios involving deadlocks. Thus, it is useful to not flush the queue and let other waiters take a stab at acquiring the lock after we detect a deadlock and exit. However, we need to follow the same logic as what we did previously for the waitq_timeout label: reset the tail, and if we cannot, signal the next waiter appropriately. In case of deadlocks, this signal would just mark the MCS node as unlocked, and in case of timeouts, it would signal RES_TIMEOUT_VAL. The difference thus is in the value propagated, which decides whether the queue remains active or gets flushed. Not doing the tail reset, and waiting for the next waiter can lead to cases where we are the final waiter, and thus no next waiter arrives, leading to intermittent stalls in this path. Once the next waiter does join, we will be unblocked. I

Aug 21, 2026FORT Validator is a Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) relying-party validator that produces validated route-origin data.CVE-2026-53499 · Other software · NICMx · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2
FORT Validator is a Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) relying-party validator that produces validated route-origin data. FORT Validator versions through 1.6.7 contain an origin-validation error in their RRDP processing: a delegated CA under the same Trust Anchor Locator (TAL) can reference a victim CA’s public RRDP notification and snapshot URLs, causing FORT’s URL-based download cache to report success after deleting the victim’s local snapshot. Following a routine victim publication, this can silently remove the victim’s VRPs and other signed objects from FORT’s output, potentially enabling route hijacking or loss of reachability. Version 1.6.8 contains a patch that rejects cross-origin RRDP snapshot and delta URLs; as a workaround, administrators can disable HTTP/RRDP with --http.enabled=false while keeping rsync enabled, although this can leave data unavailable or stale where rsync is not supported.

Terragrunt is a flexible orchestration tool that allows Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform to scale. Prior to 1.0.4, Terragrunt trusts paths decoded from a downloaded module's .terragrunt-module-manifest during fileManifest.Clean() in internal/util/file.go. A malicious or compromised external module can place absolute or traversal paths in the manifest, causing cleanup to delete files outside the module cache that are accessible to the Terragrunt process before OpenTofu or Terraform executes. Aug 20, 2026The Lean 4 kernel does not verify that the structure named in a projection expression matches the type of the value being projected, and environment::add_inductCVE-2026-72844 · Other software · leanprover · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.8
The Lean 4 kernel does not verify that the structure named in a projection expression matches the type of the value being projected, and environment::add_inductive in src/kernel/inductive.cpp did not type check the nested inductive applications that are replaced by auxiliary types, so their parametric arguments escaped checking. A metaprogram running in the Lean process can register an ill-typed nested inductive whose constructor applies a .proj C 0 projection to a value of the unrelated type W, and the kernel admits the declaration through the ordinary checked addDecl path at maximum kernel checking, without sorry, unsafeCast, debug.skipKernelTC, addDeclWithoutChecking, FFI, or a modified .olean file. The result is a type confusion yielding a proof of False that carries no axioms, from which any proposition can be derived. The published proof of concept additionally pads two expressions until their hashes and approximate depths collide, which defeats kernel caching; that is the technique used to reach the flaw, not its cause. Exploitation requires running a metaprogram in-process, for example by building a project or importing a malicious Lake dependency.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
