Sep 28, 2026LDAPCache and LDAPBackingEngine build LDAP search filters for user lookup and role lookup by textually substituting the placeholders %u, %dn, and %fqdn (drawn fCVE-2026-90979 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 7.3
LDAPCache and LDAPBackingEngine build LDAP search filters for user lookup and role lookup by textually substituting the placeholders %u, %dn, and %fqdn (drawn from the login name, the resolved user DN, and its fully qualified namespace form) into administrator-configured filter templates (userFilter, roleFilter). Before the fix, the only sanitization applied to the substituted value was double backslashed: filter = filter.replaceAll(Pattern.quote("%u"), Matcher.quoteReplacement(user)); filter = filter.replace("\\", "\\\\"); This does not escape the other characters RFC 4515 requires escaping in an LDAP search filter: *, (, ), and NUL. A login name containing any of these can change the structure of the resulting filter rather than being matched as a literal value (e.g. a crafted username can turn an equality match into a wildcard match, or close/reopen filter clauses), widening what the search returns and potentially causing a login or role lookup to match an LDAP entry other than the intended one, over-granting roles, and depending on deployment-specific filter templates, potentially affecting which account a login resolved to. It's not exploitable through every entry po

Sep 26, 2026Adminer 4.16.0 through 6.0.1 contain a pre-authentication Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the optional Elasticsearch driver (plugins/driversCVE-2026-100696 · Other software · vrana · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
Adminer 4.16.0 through 6.0.1 contain a pre-authentication Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the optional Elasticsearch driver (plugins/drivers/elastic.php), fixed in 6.0.2. Because adminer/include/auth.inc.php invokes Driver::connect() before the login result is validated, an unauthenticated attacker who submits crafted auth[server], auth[username], and auth[password] parameters can cause the Adminer server to issue an HTTP GET request (via get_url()/file_get_contents()) to an arbitrary reachable host and port. The driver validates only general server syntax and does not block loopback, private, link-local, or other reserved addresses; if no port is given it appends the default 9200, and Adminer's generic port check rejects ports below 1024. Selected JSON error fields from non-2xx Elasticsearch-style responses, as well as connection failures, are rendered on the login page, providing a port-scanning oracle and enabling internal network reconnaissance and service fingerprinting. Exploitation requires that the optional Elasticsearch driver be explicitly deployed (e.g., via the adminer/elastic.php template or an adminer_object() configuration; it is not loaded in a d

Sep 25, 2026OpenClaw (npm package 'openclaw') versions >= 2026.5.28 and < 2026.8.1 mishandle archive listings in the tar.bz2 skill installer: bounded command-output suffixeCVE-2026-100542 · Other software · OpenClaw · reported by VulnCheckLow 2.3
OpenClaw (npm package 'openclaw') versions >= 2026.5.28 and < 2026.8.1 mishandle archive listings in the tar.bz2 skill installer: bounded command-output suffixes were treated as complete listings of the archive. A crafted .tar.bz2/.tbz2 skill archive can push prohibited entries out of both retained listings so that entry-count and size checks pass, and the archive is then extracted in full. If an operator approves installation of such a malicious or compromised skill archive, over-limit files or entry counts are persisted in the skill tools directory, consuming disk space or inodes. The issue bypasses OpenClaw's extraction budgets but does not by itself execute archive contents. Fixed in 2026.8.1.

Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400 / CWE-1333) in regex search query predicates (such as RegexProjectPredicate, RegexRefPredicate, RegexPathPredicate, and sibling predicates) and REST regex filter endpoints (RegexListSearcher /projects/?r= and RefFilter /projects/{project}/branches/?r=) in Gerrit Code Review versions 2.1.6 through 3.12.9, 3.13.0 through 3.13.8, and 3.14.0 through 3.14.2 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker (or an authenticated user if anonymous read access is disabled) to cause a denial of service (CPU starvation and JVM heap exhaustion / OutOfMemoryError) via crafted search queries or REST API requests containing regular expressions with large counted repetitions or exponential DFA determinization patterns. Because the user-supplied regular expression is compiled into an unbounded dk.brics.automaton instance (new RegExp(re).toAutomaton()) on the request thread prior to index evaluation or access control visibility filtering, trivial queries can exhaust JVM heap or pin request threads regardless of heap size. Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400 / CWE-407) in the ANTLR 3 search query parser (QueryParser / Query.g) in Gerrit Code Review versions 2.0.19 through 3.12.9, 3.13.0 through 3.13.8, and 3.14.0 through 3.14.2 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker (or an authenticated user if anonymous read access is disabled) to cause a persistent denial of service (CPU exhaustion and HTTP worker thread pool starvation requiring a server restart) via crafted search queries containing deeply nested parentheses sent to query evaluation endpoints (/changes/?q=, /accounts/?q=, /groups/?query=, /projects/?query=, /Documentation/?q=, /changes/{id}/query?expression=, or SSH gerrit query). Because syntactic predicates in conditionOr and conditionAnd recurse via conditionBase without memoization prior to capability or visibility checks and worker threads do not abort when the client disconnects, a small number of requests (such as 25 requests matching default httpd.maxThreads) can permanently pin all HTTP worker threads. An uncontrolled search path element in InsightVM assessment content in Rapid7 Insight Agent on Windows allows a local, low-privileged user to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM via a planted executable resolved from the machine PATH. Assessment content at or below version 0.0.261.0 included a check that invoked the `code` command without a fully qualified path from a process running as SYSTEM. The command was resolved against the machine PATH environment variable at execution time. Where the machine PATH contained a directory writable by non-administrative users and ordered ahead of the legitimate Visual Studio Code installation, a local user could place an executable named `code` in that directory and cause the agent to execute it with SYSTEM privileges. The version range above refers to InsightVM assessment content versions, not Insight Agent versions. All Insight Agent versions were affected while running assessment content at or below 0.0.261.0. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: Add DIRECT_MAP_PHYSMEM_END definition get_free_mem_region() and mhp_get_pluggable_range() bound their search to DIRECT_MAP_PHYSMEM_END. LoongArch does not define it, so the fallback in include/linux/mm.h applies: under CONFIG_SPARSEMEM_VMEMMAP it is (1ULL << MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS) - 1, a compile-time constant that does not adapt to the CPU's physical address space bits (cpu_pabits, probed from CPUCFG1). The vmemmap window only covers physical space below 2^(cpu_pabits+1) (i.e. VMEMMAP_SIZE), so on CPUs with fewer physical address bits than MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS the fallback allows get_free_mem_region() to return a ZONE_DEVICE region outside the vmemmap window; vmemmap_populate() then wraps the memmap range around and maps it into low memory, silently corrupting the page tables. The same search also picked the top-of- address-space region that crashed memmap_init_zone_device() with amdkfd on Loongson-3C6000 in 6.16 [1]; the commit 2969b42c8f99 ("LoongArch/mm: align vmemmap to maximal folio size") keeps that region in bounds on current Loongson-3C6000 configs, but CPUs with smaller cpu_pabits (e.g. the Loongson-2

Joomla Extension - joomshaper.com - Unauthenticated PII Exposure via IDOR in Guest Checkout in Easy Store extension 1.0.0-3.0.0 - The checkout.searchGuestUser endpoint allowed querying guest checkout records solely by supplying an email address. The server returned complete shipping details (full name, phone number, street address, city, postal code, and country) directly from the #__easystore_guests table with no authentication, session validation, or ownership checks. An unauthenticated attacker could iterate through email lists to enumerate guest customers and harvest sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Resolved by removing the unauthenticated server-side guest lookup endpoint entirely and migrating autofill functionality to client-side localStorage protected by explicit user consent.

Sep 22, 2026MISP contains a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the event REST search export confirmation form.CVE-2026-95665 · Other software · MISP · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 5.1
MISP contains a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the event REST search export confirmation form. The view template app/View/Events/ajax/eventRestSearchExportConfirmationForm.ctp renders a URL-supplied event ID list into a single-quoted JavaScript string literal using PHP's json_encode() without any hex-encoding flags. By default, json_encode() escapes double quotes and backslashes but does not escape single quotes. Because the JavaScript string is delimited by single quotes, an attacker can inject a single-quote character to terminate the string literal and execute arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's browser session. The vulnerability affects the Default and UiBeta themes, both of which render this view. The Overmind theme's own copy of the form already passed the value through an escaped data attribute and was not affected by this specific sink. Preconditions: the victim must be an authenticated MISP user and must actively open or navigate to the attacker-crafted URL. The attacker does not require an account or any prior access to the MISP instance. Security impact: successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the MISP

The ‘/password/guardarClau/recover’ endpoint accepts the ‘usuariId’ parameter, which specifies the account whose password is to be changed. Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
