  • Sep 29, 2026Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Unauthenticated RCE via field shortcode injection in Balbooa Forms < 2.4.3.4 - Balbooa Forms supports administrator-defined PHPCVE-2026-102425 · Websites & servers · reported by security@joomla.orgCritical 9.5

    Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Unauthenticated RCE via field shortcode injection in Balbooa Forms < 2.4.3.4 - Balbooa Forms supports administrator-defined PHP code which runs after a public form submission. The feature also supports form-field shortcodes inside that PHP. Before calling `eval()`, the component replaces each shortcode with the raw value submitted by the visitor, leading to an RCE vector. A public form must use the product's optional PHP-after-submission action and interpolate an attacker-controlled field shortcode inside a double-quoted PHP string to be vulnerable.

  • Sep 29, 2026Flysystem is an open source file storage library for PHP.CVE-2026-102601 · Other software · thephpleague · reported by GitHubLow 3.5

    Flysystem is an open source file storage library for PHP. Prior to 3.35.3, the default WhitespacePathNormalizer in src/WhitespacePathNormalizer.php used by Filesystem across adapters calls preg_match with the u modifier and treats both false and 0 as falsy. A path containing malformed UTF-8 causes PCRE to return false, so paths that also contain control characters bypass CorruptedPathDetected::forPath() in normalizePath(). Filesystem::write() can store such names and Filesystem::listContents() can return the raw ANSI escape sequences, allowing hidden or spoofed terminal file listings when an administrator displays them. This issue is fixed in version 3.35.3.

  • Sep 29, 2026Google Merchant Center Feed (gmfeed) module for PrestaShop is vulnerable to unauthenticated arbitrary file write in the feed.php endpoint.CVE-2026-85520 · Websites & servers · reported by cvd@cert.plCritical 9.3

    Google Merchant Center Feed (gmfeed) module for PrestaShop is vulnerable to unauthenticated arbitrary file write in the feed.php endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker can send a crafted request that controls the output file name, path, extension, and content through request parameters. Due to the lack of authentication and input validation, the request is processed successfully, allowing an attacker to write and execute arbitrary PHP code, resulting in remote code execution (RCE). This issue was fixed in version 2.3.9.

  • Sep 28, 2026DOMSanitizer is a DOM/SVG/MathML Sanitizer for PHP 7.3+.CVE-2026-100370 · Other software · rhukster · reported by GitHubMedium 4.7

    DOMSanitizer is a DOM/SVG/MathML Sanitizer for PHP 7.3+. Prior to version 1.0.15, the isDangerousUrl() method is responsible for rejecting dangerous URL values in the href and xlink:href attributes. The weakness is that "javascript:" is rejected as a scheme, while "data:" is rejected only when the literal substring onload appears in the URL value (/^data:.*onload/i). Because data: payloads are routinely Base64-encoded, the dangerous content (<script>, event handlers, etc.) is invisible to that substring test. A URL such as data:text/html;base64,… therefore survives in href / xlink:href, even though the decoded payload is active markup. This is an incomplete input-validation / sanitization defect in the sanitizer itself. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.15.

  • Sep 28, 2026Joomla Extension - ordasoft.com - Unauthenticated SQL Injection in Book Library (Free) < 6.4.6 - site/booklibrary.php’s books() function reads the field and dirCVE-2026-101110 · Websites & servers · reported by security@joomla.orgCritical 9.3

    Joomla Extension - ordasoft.com - Unauthenticated SQL Injection in Book Library (Free) < 6.4.6 - site/booklibrary.php’s books() function reads the field and direction request parameters and passes each through a function called protectInjectionWithoutQuote(), whose only real protection is a keyword blacklist that, on detecting the literal substring select, wraps the value in $db->quote() instead of rejecting it. The value is then concatenated directly into an unquoted ORDER BY clause, a position where quoting provides no protection at all. Reaching the vulnerable code path requires two conditions: a first request to prime session-stored sort defaults, and a trailing decoy comment (-- xselect) that satisfies the blacklist’s substring check without altering the payload’s effect.

The containment/symlink validation performed by FileDir::makeCorrectDir()/makeCorrectFile() is done only at check time; the live filesystem path is re-resolved as root at write time (file_put_contents with FILE_APPEND|LOCK_EX, followed by chmod/chown/chgrp), with a database round-trip and file reads in between, and no path or file-descriptor pinning (no O_NOFOLLOW or openat2(RESOLVE_NO_SYMLINKS)). On installations where the non-default setting system.allow_customer_shell=1 grants customers local shell access, a customer can atomically swap their ~/.ssh directory for a symlink after the check and before the write, causing the root-run cron to append the customer's public key to /root/.ssh/authorized_keys and to chown /root/.ssh to the customer, resulting in full root compromise of the panel host. The cron re-runs on every interval, allowing unlimited attempts. This is a residual race that bypasses the check-time fix introduced for GHSA-mq5v-... . The issue is fixed in Froxlor 2.3.12.

  • Sep 26, 2026Adminer 5.5.1 through 6.0.1 improperly parses the login 'server' string in the host_port() function in adminer/include/functions.inc.php.CVE-2026-100698 · Other software · vrana · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9

    Adminer 5.5.1 through 6.0.1 improperly parses the login 'server' string in the host_port() function in adminer/include/functions.inc.php. The port capture group requires pure digits anchored to the end of the string, so any server value with a non-digit tail fails the regex and falls back to returning the whole string as the host with an empty port. Because the privileged-port restriction in adminer/include/auth.inc.php inspects only the parsed port, the check is skipped, and the mysqli/mysqlnd client subsequently re-parses host:port from the host string and opens a TCP connection. A remote, unauthenticated attacker who can reach the Adminer login page can submit a crafted value such as 127.0.0.1:80/x to make the server initiate TCP connections to arbitrary internal hosts and privileged ports before credentials are validated, enabling server-side request forgery and blind internal port scanning (connection refused vs. handshake vs. timeout acts as a liveness oracle). This is a regression that re-opens the bypass fixed in 5.5.0 (GHSA-58cq-mgw2-38m5). Fixed in 6.0.2.

  • Sep 26, 2026Adminer 6.0.0 through 6.0.1, when the official ClickHouse driver plugin (plugins/drivers/clickhouse.php, rewritten in 6.0.0) is loaded, is vulnerable to pre-autCVE-2026-100697 · Other software · vrana · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3

    Adminer 6.0.0 through 6.0.1, when the official ClickHouse driver plugin (plugins/drivers/clickhouse.php, rewritten in 6.0.0) is loaded, is vulnerable to pre-authentication server-side request forgery. An unauthenticated attacker can submit auth[driver]=clickhouse with auth[server] set to an arbitrary URL (for example http://127.0.0.1:18089), causing the Adminer server to issue an HTTP POST containing 'SELECT version()' to that host. In rootQuery(), if the target returns a status outside 200-299 (other than 401/403), the raw HTTP response body is assigned to the connection error and rendered on the login page, so the attacker receives the full response body of the internal service. This enables internal network/port reconnaissance and disclosure of sensitive information contained in internal error pages (stack traces, internal hostnames, file paths, configuration identifiers). Fixed in Adminer 6.0.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026The convert.base64-encode, convert.quoted-printable-encode and convert.quoted-printable-decode stream filters accept a line-break-chars option whose length is tCVE-2026-92842 · Websites & servers · PHP Group · reported by security@php.netMedium 5.9

    The convert.base64-encode, convert.quoted-printable-encode and convert.quoted-printable-decode stream filters accept a line-break-chars option whose length is tracked separately from the string itself. The filter constructors duplicate the value with pestrdup(), which stops at the first NUL byte, while keeping the original length. When the filter later emits a line break it copies the recorded length out of the truncated allocation, reading past its end and placing adjacent heap bytes into the filter output.

    PHP's OpenSSL stream peer verification checks the certificate's subjectAltName entries first and, whenever no entry matches, falls back to the Common Name. RFC 6125 requires the CN to be ignored once the certificate presents any service identity, so a certificate carrying a non-matching DNS SAN was still accepted when its CN matched the requested peer_name. A certificate trusted by the client for one name can therefore be used to impersonate another.

    php_openssl_matches_wildcard_name() in ext/openssl/xp_ssl.c underflows the length argument passed to memchr() when a TLS server certificate presents a wildcard name whose literal characters are together longer than the hostname being verified. When the http:// stream wrapper follows a redirect it forwards the user-supplied Authorization, Cookie and Proxy-Authorization headers unchanged, even when the redirect target is a different host, a different port, or a downgrade from HTTPS to HTTP. A server that can steer a redirect therefore receives credentials that were only meant for the original origin. This is the same class of issue that libcurl fixed in 7.58.0 ( CVE-2018-1000007 https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-g7x2-hrfp-pv5f ).
