  • Jul 1, 2026Taskbuilder – Project Management & Task Management Tool With Kanban Board: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-12110 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The Taskbuilder – Project Management & Task Management Tool With Kanban Board plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'task_search' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.8 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The wppm_get_task_list AJAX handler performs no capability check and no nonce verification, meaning any authenticated user including those with Subscriber-level access can invoke it directly.

  • Jul 1, 2026Taskbuilder – Project Management & Task Management Tool With Kanban Board: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-12090 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The Taskbuilder – Project Management & Task Management Tool With Kanban Board plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'wppm_proj_filter' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.8 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. No nonce verification is performed on the wp_ajax_wppm_view_project_tasks handler, meaning any authenticated session — including subscriber-level — can reach the vulnerable code path without any additional preconditions.

  • Jun 29, 2026APCu Manager: Does not escape APCu object-cache keys before rendering them in an admin-area pageCVE-2026-10083 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 7.5

The APCu Manager WordPress plugin before 4.5.0 does not escape APCu object-cache keys before rendering them in an admin-area page, leading to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability. When a persistent object cache is enabled, cache keys derived from unsanitised user input (e.g. a transient name created by another APCu Manager WordPress plugin before 4.5.0 from an unauthenticated request) are output without escaping and execute arbitrary JavaScript in the session of an administrator viewing the page.

  • Jun 27, 2026Frontend File Manager: Authenticated Arbitrary File DeletionCVE-2026-8095 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1

The Frontend File Manager Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authenticated Arbitrary File Deletion in versions up to and including 23.6. This is due to a case-sensitive bypass of the wpfm_dir_path parameter sanitization in the wpfm_file_meta_update AJAX handler, where supplying WPFM_DIR_PATH in uppercase evades the unset check and is normalized to wpfm_dir_path by sanitize_key() during update_post_meta(), allowing an attacker to overwrite the stored file path with an arbitrary filesystem path that is then passed directly to unlink() in delete_file_locally() without any directory containment validation. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access to delete arbitrary files on the server, including sensitive files such as wp-config.php, potentially leading to full site takeover.

  • Jun 6, 2026Debug Log Manager – Conveniently Monitor and Inspect Errors: Improper Output Neutralization for LogsCVE-2026-9016 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Debug Log Manager – Conveniently Monitor and Inspect Errors plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Improper Output Neutralization for Logs in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.0. This is due to the `log_js_errors()` AJAX handler being registered for unauthenticated users via `wp_ajax_nopriv_log_js_errors` and gated only by a nonce that is publicly disclosed in every front-end page's HTML through `wp_localize_script()` whenever JavaScript error logging is enabled, providing no real authorization barrier. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary forged entries into the site's WordPress debug log by supplying attacker-controlled values for the `message`, `script`, `lineNo`, `columnNo`, and `pageUrl` fields — enabling spoofing of error and incident records, obscuring malicious activity within fabricated log noise, and misleading administrators who rely on the log for triage. This vulnerability is only exploitable when the plugin's JavaScript error logging feature is enabled, as the requisite nonce is only published into the page HTML under that condition.

  • Jun 5, 2026WP User Manager – User Profile Builder & Membership: Local File InclusionCVE-2026-9290 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The WP User Manager – User Profile Builder & Membership plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.17 via the (profile template scope) function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to include and execute arbitrary .php files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where .php file types can be uploaded and included.

  • Jun 5, 2026Event Monster – Event Management, Events Calendar, Tickets: Insufficient Verification of Data AuthenticityCVE-2026-8608 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Event Monster – Event Management, Events Calendar, Tickets plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insufficient Verification of Data Authenticity in versions up to, and including, 2.1.0. This is due to the capture_payment() AJAX handler (registered via wp_ajax_nopriv_em_capture_payment) trusting client-supplied payment data — including transaction ID, amount, and payment status — without performing any server-side verification against the PayPal API or any other payment gateway, and without nonce or capability checks. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to forge payment records, mark bookings as Completed, and obtain confirmation emails containing valid QR code tickets without making any actual payment.

WordPress Plugin ad manager wd 1.0.11 contains an arbitrary file download vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to download sensitive files by manipulating the path parameter. • Jun 3, 2026SP Project & Document Manager: Unauthorized accessCVE-2026-10737 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The SP Project & Document Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access due to a missing capability check on the view_file function in all versions up to, and including, 4.71. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read file metadata and obtain download links for arbitrary files stored inside project folders on the server, which can contain sensitive information. The authorization gate uses a negated nonce check OR-chained with permission checks, meaning a missing or invalid nonce causes the entire condition to evaluate to true and bypass all preceding capability and ownership checks. The secondary fallback check only denies access for root-level files (pid == 0), leaving all files stored inside project folders fully exposed to unauthenticated users who supply only a valid file ID in a POST request to admin-ajax.php.

  • May 28, 2026Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for: Missing AuthorizationCVE-2026-8689 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to, and including, 3.11.14. This is due to a missing capability check on the renderChartPages() and uploadData() functions, where the wp_ajax_visualizer-create-chart and wp_ajax_visualizer-edit-chart AJAX actions invoke renderChartPages() without any current_user_can() check, and wp_ajax_visualizer-upload-data invokes uploadData() which also lacks a capability check and validates its nonce without an action argument, making it trivially bypassable. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to create arbitrary chart posts and access or modify chart data belonging to other users, including administrators.

  • May 27, 2026WPCode - Insert Headers and Footers + Custom Code Snippets - WordPress Code Manager: Remote Code ExecutionCVE-2026-8832 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The WPCode - Insert Headers and Footers + Custom Code Snippets - WordPress Code Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in versions up to, and including, 2.3.5 This is due to the 'wpcode' custom post type being registered without a custom capability_type or capability restrictions in the wpcode_register_post_type() function, allowing WordPress core to fall back to standard post capabilities for all creation paths including XML-RPC. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to create and publish executable PHP snippet posts via XML-RPC wp.newPost, which are then executed server-side via eval() in the run_eval() function when the snippet is rendered through the [wpcode] shortcode.
