In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: wlcore: enable the right set of ciphers The firmware version number check for IGTK introduced in commit c34dbc5900b0 ("wifi: wlcore: Add support for IGTK key") lets the amount of ciphers decrease on every boot of a too old firmware and that is practically happening. It also does not take into account other chips than the wl18xx. • Aug 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: wcn36xx: fix OOB read from short trigger BA firmware response The firmware response CVE-2026-80635 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: wcn36xx: fix OOB read from short trigger BA firmware response The firmware response length is only checked against sizeof(*rsp) (20 bytes), but when candidate_cnt >= 1, a 22-byte candidate struct is read at buf + 20 without verifying the response contains it. This causes an out-of-bounds read of stale heap data, corrupting the BA session state. Add validation that the response includes the candidate data.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mfd: cs42l43: Sanity check firmware size Currently the code checks if a firmware was received, however it does not verify that the firmware size is larger than the firmware header. As the firmware pointer is dereferenced as a pointer to the header structure this could lead to an out of bounds memory access. Add the missing check.

Unitree G1 EDU firmware through 1.5.2 contains multiple chained vulnerabilities in the BLE GATT server and WiFi provisioning stack that allow unauthenticated proximate attackers to achieve root code execution without pairing or credentials by exploiting an unquoted heredoc variable in the WiFi provisioning script and a buffer overflow in the SSID chunk accumulator. Attackers can send crafted BLE writes to overflow a fixed BSS buffer across BLE connections, corrupting an adjacent mainloop function pointer dispatch entry that is subsequently invoked by the cleanup path passing attacker-controlled data to system() as uid 0.

Unitree G1 EDU firmware through 1.5.2 contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root by chaining three weaknesses: an unauthenticated WebRTC-to-DDS bridge on TCP port 9991, a static AES-128 key stored with world-readable permissions, and a path traversal flaw in the chat_go knowledge upload API. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/panthor: skip zero-sized firmware sections panthor_fw_load_section_entry() skips BO creation when the firmware section VA range is empty. If such a section is added to the firmware section list, section->mem is left as NULL. Later reload and unplug paths iterate over all firmware sections and dereference section->mem, which can lead to a NULL pointer dereference. Zero-sized firmware sections are valid, so accept them as no-op entries but skip adding them to the section list.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
