Aug 25, 2026Events Manager – Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!: Local File InclusionCVE-2026-14280 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.6
The Events Manager – Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more! plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 7.3.7.4 via the em_options_save function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to include and execute arbitrary .php files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where .php file types can be uploaded and included. The stored traversal key is subsequently executed via an include_once() call that fires on every admin_init invocation — including unauthenticated admin-ajax.php requests — meaning once the malicious key is stored by an administrator, the inclusion is triggered without any further authentication or capability check.

Aug 24, 2026Events Manager – Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-15023 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The Events Manager – Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more! plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via Stored 'meta_key' via Event/Location Duplicate Action in all versions up to, and including, 7.4.0 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This is a second-order SQL injection: an attacker first plants SQL metacharacters in a custom meta key via the standard add-meta flow (WordPress stores these verbatim in wp_postmeta), then triggers the injection by invoking the event_duplicate or location_duplicate action, which reads the stored meta keys via get_post_meta() and concatenates them unsafely into the INSERT query.

Aug 19, 2026Grav Shortcode Core Plugin allows for the development shortcode plugins that utilize the common format utilized by WordPress and BBCode.CVE-2026-64851 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
Grav Shortcode Core Plugin allows for the development shortcode plugins that utilize the common format utilized by WordPress and BBCode. Prior to 6.2.2, Grav Shortcode Core passes shortcode syntax through Security::detectXss() because it contains no literal less-than character, then ColorShortcode.php and related attribute handlers concatenate an attacker-controlled parameter into HTML without encoding. Aug 16, 2026Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-13167 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with delegated form management access and above, to activate arbitrary already-installed WordPress plugins — including previously deactivated or vulnerable plugins — without holding the core activate_plugins capability. Exploitation requires the target user to hold a delegated Everest Forms capability (manage_everest_forms, everest_forms_create_forms, or everest_forms_view_forms), which the plugin's own roles and permissions tool allows administrators to assign to non-administrator roles such as Author; the nonces required to exploit the AJAX handlers are emitted on EVF admin pages accessible to any such delegated user.
