  • Sep 23, 2026Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms.CVE-2026-76089 · Other software · verbb · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7

Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's formie/sent-notifications/get-resend-modal-content control panel action in SentNotificationsController::actionGetResendModalContent accepts a request-supplied notification ID without permission or object-level authorization checks. Any authenticated user able to invoke the action can enumerate notification IDs and read recipient headers and complete HTML email bodies containing submitted form data, even without the sent-notification viewing permission. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31.

  • Sep 23, 2026Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms.CVE-2026-76087 · Other software · verbb · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2

Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's anonymous formie/submissions/submit action in SubmissionsController::actionSubmit trusts a client-supplied submissionId when loading an incomplete submission without session binding, ownership validation, or a valid submissionEditToken. An unauthenticated attacker can enumerate sequential IDs and overwrite or hijack another user's in-progress multi-page or save-for-later submission, and the modified data can be persisted and forwarded through notifications or integrations when the submission is completed. This is an incomplete remediation of CVE-2026-47266 because that earlier change validated edit tokens for save-submission but did not protect submit. Completed submissions are excluded by the isIncomplete filter. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31.

  • Sep 23, 2026Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms.CVE-2026-76086 · Other software · verbb · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5

Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's formie/integrations/form-settings control panel action in IntegrationsController::actionFormSettings is reachable without the required form integration permissions and passes request-supplied settings to a configured integration. An authenticated attacker can replace outbound host properties such as apiUrl while the server uses stored API keys or OAuth tokens, causing non-blind server-side requests to an attacker-controlled or internal host and returning the remote response. This residual flaw remained because the permission gate added in version 3.1.28 excluded the form-settings action. Sites that permit low-privileged or front-end user authentication can therefore expose integration credentials and internal network responses. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31.

  • Sep 23, 2026Solspace Freeform plugin for Craft CMS 5.x is a super flexible form-building tool.CVE-2026-73858 · Other software · solspace · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Solspace Freeform plugin for Craft CMS 5.x is a super flexible form-building tool. From 5.0.0 through 5.10.13, submitted values from public Freeform forms can be evaluated by the isolated Twig renderer when rendered into HTML attributes. An unauthenticated attacker can place Twig expressions in submitted field values, including value attributes, and receive evaluated PHP, operating-system, or Craft filesystem-path constants in the form response. The isolated context was not shown to expose Craft globals, environment variables, credentials, arbitrary files, or code execution, so the confirmed impact is limited server and environment information disclosure and possible rendering errors. This issue is fixed in version 5.10.14.

When a Tauri application uses the dialog plugin's file or folder picker, an attacker with JavaScript execution (XSS) can force the scope expansion to be recursive, granting read/write access to an entire directory tree after a single user click on a normal-looking OS file dialog. The Tauri updater plugin verifies update binaries using minisign signatures, but the signature covers only the raw binary bytes. The update manifest -- which contains the version number, download URL, and signature -- is fetched over TLS but is never itself signed or authenticated. Because the only anti-rollback check compares the manifest's version field against the current version, and that field is unsigned, an attacker who can serve a crafted manifest can force installation of any older signed release without possessing the developer's private key.

Improper link resolution before file access ('link following') vulnerability in the `tar` source plugin of Apache BuildStream running on Python < 3.12 allows malicious source tarballs to write files on the host, with the privileges of the user running BuildStream, via symlinks as part of source fetching. The impact of this issue is mitigated by: * BuildStream projects should only use trusted sources in their elements as otherwise the build output can also not be trusted * Tracking a source tarball pins its SHA256 hash, which prevents MITM attacks of users that are fetching an already tracked project * When running on Python >= 3.12, BuildStream >= 2.3.0 already makes use of the Python `tarfile` filter functionality, which blocks the symlink escape Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.8.1, which fixes this issue.

The Tauri updater plugin's 'check' IPC command accepts an allowDowngrades boolean parameter directly from frontend JavaScript code. When set to true, it replaces the version comparator from "update must be newer" to "update must be different." Because the default permission set grants allow-check to the webview, any XSS in the app frontend can invoke this command and bypass the only anti-rollback protection the updater offers. Combined with another bug, this enables downgrade attacks without even needing to fake a higher version number.

When the remote server responds with an HTTP 3xx redirect, reqwest follows the redirect internally without re-checking the new target URL against the scope. • Sep 21, 2026Ansible FreeBSD Jail Connection Plugin is an Ansible connection plugin for FreeBSD Jails via jexec.CVE-2026-55074 · Other software · chofstede · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2

Ansible FreeBSD Jail Connection Plugin is an Ansible connection plugin for FreeBSD Jails via jexec. Through version 1.3.0, the jailexec connection plugin's put_file resolved a transfer's destination to a path on the jail host ( + ) and ran mkdir -p and mv there as root on the host. Those commands follow symbolic links, and the path was operated on outside the jail, so a symlink existing inside the jail was followed by the host-side, root-privileged mv. A party controlling content inside a managed jail (the jail's root, or any process able to create a symlink in a directory an Ansible task later writes to) can therefore cause an arbitrary root-owned write on the host, outside the jail — a full jail escape. Arbitrary root-owned host writes are readily escalated to host compromise (e.g. cron, rc.d, authorized_keys). Preconditions for this vulnerability are that the operator runs a copy/template/fetch-style task (anything using put_file) against the jail, and the attacker can place a symlink inside the jail at or above the task's destination before the transfer runs. This issue has been fixed in version 2.0.0.

  • Sep 19, 2026rclone versions 1.56.0 through 1.75.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the `rclone serve docker` volume plugin.CVE-2026-93987 · Other software · rclone · reported by VulnCheckMedium 4.6

rclone versions 1.56.0 through 1.75.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the `rclone serve docker` volume plugin. newVolume() in cmd/serve/docker/volume.go computes a volume's mountpoint as filepath.Join(drv.root, name) from the attacker-supplied `name` field of a Docker VolumeDriver.Create request without verifying that the result stays within drv.root (default /var/lib/docker-volumes/rclone), and checkMountpoint() then creates that directory with file.MkdirAll before mounting. A volume name containing enough `..` components (e.g. "../../../../../../etc") therefore resolves outside the base directory, allowing anyone able to submit a VolumeDriver.Create request to the plugin socket — normally the Docker daemon, or a workload that can request named volumes in a multi-tenant orchestration setup — to make the privileged rclone plugin process create a directory and mount a remote filesystem specified in the same request at an arbitrary host path, shadowing or disrupting system directories. The advisory notes Volume.restoreState() had the same missing validation when reloading persisted volume state. Fixed in 1.75.1.

The Save as PDF Plugin by PDFCrowd plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Function Invocation in all versions up to, and including, 4.6.1 via the `pdf_created_callback` shortcode attribute. The `eval_shortcode()` function copies any non-`button_`/non-`email_` shortcode attribute verbatim into a custom options array without sanitization, allowlist enforcement, or capability checks, and `create_button()` AES-encrypts that array — including the attacker-supplied callback value — and embeds the resulting blob in the rendered button HTML; when the blob is later POSTed to the unauthenticated `wp_ajax_nopriv_save_as_pdf_pdfcrowd` endpoint, `save_as_pdf_pdfcrowd()` decrypts it and invokes `$options['pdf_created_callback']` as a PHP callable at line 1722 with no `is_callable()` guard, no allowlist, and no capability check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to invoke arbitrary PHP functions or static class methods with plugin option data as the sole argument, enabling disclosure of the site's stored PDFCrowd API key and username or further server-side abuse. The NEX-Forms – Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'additional_params' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 9.3.0 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The operator allowlist applied by get_table_records() when building its own WHERE fragment is not enforced on the same tainted additional_params array when it is forwarded to get_total_records(), leaving the SQL sink unprotected.

The LatePoint – Calendar Booking Plugin for Appointments and Events plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 5.6.3 via the LatePointAbilityDeleteBooking::execute due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for attackers, with LatePoint Agent-level access and above, to read bookings and customer PII (full name, email, phone, and notes) assigned to other LatePoint agents, and delete arbitrary bookings by supplying any booking ID. This vulnerability is only exploitable when an administrator has enabled the Abilities API toggles (latepoint_abilities_api, latepoint_abilities_api_delete, and/or latepoint_abilities_api_edit) in the plugin settings.

  • Sep 17, 2026Grafana OSS and Grafana Enterprise did not safely resolve symbolic links when extracting plugin archives.CVE-2026-15815 · Other software · Grafana · reported by security@grafana.comHigh 8.8

Grafana OSS and Grafana Enterprise did not safely resolve symbolic links when extracting plugin archives. A crafted plugin archive can chain relative symbolic link entries to escape the plugin installation directory, writing arbitrary files and an executable backend binary outside that directory. The dropped executable runs with the privileges of the Grafana server process, resulting in remote code execution. Plugin archives are extracted before their signature is verified, so a valid plugin signature does not prevent the write. An operator can therefore be affected by installing a plugin that appears legitimate, as well as by installing a plugin from an arbitrary archive using grafana-cli, the GF_INSTALL_PLUGINS environment variable, or preinstall configuration. Grafana Enterprise is affected because it includes the same plugin extraction code as Grafana OSS.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ACPI: processor: validate MADT IOAPIC entry bounds The IOAPIC hotplug lookup parses both MADT and _MAT records directly. The MADT walk previously used a subtable's declared length to advance the cursor after only locating a generic header. The _MAT path likewise passed a generic header to the IOAPIC helper. Validate that a current record has a complete generic header, that its declared length is contained in the available record range, and that a typed IOAPIC record contains the full fixed IOAPIC body before reading its fields. Use the same relation for both MADT and _MAT provider paths.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: sched: fix 32-bit backlog wrap in gred, bfifo and plug enqueue gred_enqueue(), bfifo_enqueue() and plug_enqueue() admit a packet when the current backlog plus the packet length fits within the queue limit: sch->qstats.backlog + qdisc_pkt_len(skb) <= sch->limit (gred default VQ) gred_backlog+qdisc_pkt_len(skb) <= q->limit (gred configured VQ) sch->qstats.backlog + qdisc_pkt_len(skb) <= sch->limit (bfifo) sch->qstats.backlog + skb->len <= q->limit (plug) sch->qstats.backlog and q->backlog are u32, and qdisc_pkt_len()/skb->len are unsigned int, so all sums are computed in 32 bits and wrap at 2^32. Once the true backlog exceeds 4 GiB the wrapped sum becomes small and admission keeps succeeding, so the queue grows without bound and the kernel can be driven to OOM. Promote the sums to u64 so admission stops once the true backlog exceeds the limit. The limit is u32, so the bounded queue stays below 2^32 and the stored u32 backlog never wraps. The bug can only be reproduced as root (albeit with ridiculous setup): attach a gred (or bfifo/plug) qdisc with a limit near 4 GiB, leaving the def

  • Sep 17, 2026@fastify/static is a Fastify plugin that serves static files from a configured root directory.CVE-2026-90982 · Other software · @fastify/static · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbMedium 5.3

@fastify/static is a Fastify plugin that serves static files from a configured root directory. In versions before 10.1.4, on a case-insensitive filesystem such as Windows or the default macOS volume, a route guard or allowedPath restriction can be bypassed by altering the letter case of a path segment. The route matcher is case-sensitive while the filesystem is not, so a request that changes the case of a protected segment does not match the guarded route and falls through to the static handler, yet the filesystem resolves it to the same protected file. As a result, an unauthenticated request can read a file that a route guard or allowedPath was configured to protect. The issue does not affect case-sensitive filesystems and is not a directory traversal, since nothing is served from outside the configured root. The issue is fixed in @fastify/static 10.1.4, which validates the requested path against its actual on-disk spelling and rejects case-aliased paths before authorization. As a workaround, serve static files from a case-sensitive filesystem, or ensure route guards and allowedPath rules account for every letter-case variant of the protected paths.

  • Sep 16, 2026In AVideo through 29.0, the CloneSite plugin is vulnerable to stored OS command injection.CVE-2026-92580 · Other software · WWBN · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

In AVideo through 29.0, the CloneSite plugin is vulnerable to stored OS command injection. In plugin/CloneSite/cloneClient.json.php (line ~270) the stored SSH password is substituted into the command string `sshpass -p '{password}' rsync ...` with a plain str_replace and no escaping, so a single quote in the password breaks out of the quoted word and injects arbitrary shell. The password is written through the admin-only endpoint objects/pluginAddDataObject.json.php, whose only CSRF defense (isUntrustedRequest()/forbidIfIsUntrustedRequest()) is a no-op when the request source appears to be loopback — as happens behind a same-host TLS-terminating reverse proxy with $global['trustedProxies'] unset — or when an attacker-controlled application is co-hosted on the same hostname; on HTTPS the session cookie is issued with SameSite=None, so a cross-site POST carries it. An unauthenticated remote attacker can therefore lure an authenticated administrator into planting a malicious password (and an attacker-controlled cloneSiteURL), after which the plugin's documented crontab entry executes the injected command with no further administrator action, as the crontab owner (commonly root or www-
