  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85293 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. In version 1.7.2-beta-1, InvoicePlane stores client_email values without enforcing email syntax and renders them unescaped inside double-quoted value attributes in the invoice mailer form and quote mailer form. An administrator who can edit a client can store attribute-breaking input, and, when the mailer is configured, JavaScript executes when another authenticated administrator opens the related mailer page. The script runs in the InvoicePlane origin and can perform same-origin actions with the victim's session. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85292 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's User_Controller compares the session user_type value with the required role by using PHP's loose inequality operator. Under a non-standard session backend that returns unexpected scalar types, type juggling can cause a value that is not strictly the required role to pass the authorization check. This can permit authentication or authorization bypass in affected session configurations. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85291 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Users::change_password() method accepts a user_id from the URL and updates that account's password without an object-level authorization check. An authenticated secondary administrator can target the primary administrator account and replace its password without knowing the current password. The attacker can then take over the primary account and access its data and privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85290 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Cron::recur() method writes an invalid cron key from the URL path directly to the application log without neutralizing CRLF characters. An unauthenticated requester can place forged log lines into the audit trail by supplying a crafted cron_key value. The injected entries can corrupt forensic records and interfere with log-based monitoring. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85289 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane omits ensure_valid_post_request() from delete methods including Payments::delete(), Recurring::delete(), and User_clients::delete(). Although the routes require POST, they do not validate the request's CSRF token. An attacker can submit a cross-origin form through an authenticated administrator's browser to delete financial records and other application data. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85274 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane exposes Recurring::stop() as a state-changing GET route without CSRF token validation. When an authenticated administrator loads attacker-controlled content that requests /invoices/recurring/stop/{id}, the application stops the selected recurring invoice. An attacker can target multiple identifiers to interrupt recurring billing and cause financial loss. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-54790 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 6

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane stores an administrator-controlled custom_field_table value without validating it against the allowed custom-field table names. Mdl_custom_fields::used() later concatenates that stored value into the FROM table and WHERE column identifier positions, so opening the custom-field edit form executes a second-order SQL injection. The injection can query arbitrary schema data and can cause application errors or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-50547 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Invoices::generate_xml() method appends a database-derived xml_id to the XMLconfigs helper directory and includes the resulting PHP path without validating the identifier. A low-privileged attacker who can influence the e-invoice configuration can use traversal sequences to include an existing PHP file. The standalone advisory establishes local file inclusion; code execution requires a separate file-upload or file-write primitive. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane exposes Invoices::delete() and Invoices::delete_invoice_tax() as state-changing routes without requiring POST and validating a CSRF token. When an authenticated administrator loads attacker-controlled content that requests an affected route, the application can delete an invoice or invoice tax record. The cross-origin action can remove financial data without the administrator's intent. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-39372 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 4.9

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane stores and serves uploaded image attachments without stripping EXIF metadata. When an administrator uploads an image through invoice attachments, quote attachments, or another attachment feature and shares it with another user, the recipient can retrieve embedded GPS coordinates, timestamps, and device information. The preserved metadata can disclose private location and device details across users. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-39353 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2-rc-1, InvoicePlane builds its permitted template list by scanning a PHP template directory that can be written through an administrator-controlled file-write capability. A malicious PHP file placed in the directory is automatically trusted by Mdl_templates and can be selected as public_invoice_template. When a public invoice is rendered, the guest View controller includes the trusted file and executes it with web-server privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2-rc-1.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane interpolates the administrator-controlled tax_rate_decimal_places setting into an ALTER TABLE statement for ip_tax_rates in Settings::index() without strict integer validation. A crafted setting value can add clauses to the schema-changing statement and remove or alter required database columns. The resulting schema corruption can permanently modify financial data structures and make the application unavailable. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026Knit Pay – Cashfree, Instamojo, Razorpay, PayPal and more: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-89426 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The Knit Pay – Cashfree, Instamojo, Razorpay, PayPal and more plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 9.6.1.0. This is due to the `maybe_update_user_role()` function reading the target role directly from an attacker-controlled Gravity Forms entry field — configured via the feed's `user_role_field_id` — and passing it to `WP_User::set_role()` without validating the supplied value against an allowlist of permitted roles. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to elevate their privileges to administrator by tampering with the hidden role field value at form submission time. Exploitation is further enabled by the fact that $0 orders are synchronously marked as SUCCESS during form submission without requiring a real payment, and when no GF User Registration user can be resolved, the role assignment target falls back to `$lead['created_by']` — the currently authenticated submitter's own user ID — making any authenticated form submitter an eligible exploitation target.

The WPForms – AI Form Builder for WordPress – Contact Forms, Payment Forms, Survey Form, Quiz & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via 'page_title' POST Parameter via {page_title} Smart Tag in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. This is only exploitable on forms whose admin-authored confirmation message places the {page_title} Smart Tag inside an HTML attribute context.

  • Sep 25, 2026s2Member – Excellent for All Kinds of Memberships, Content Restriction Paywalls & Member Access Subscriptions: Remote Code ExecutionCVE-2026-19804 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The s2Member – Excellent for All Kinds of Memberships, Content Restriction Paywalls & Member Access Subscriptions plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to, and including, 260814 via the 'first_name' parameter parameter. This is due to insufficient sanitization of the first_name parameter via esc_refs(), which strips only regex backreferences and not PHP tags, before substitution into the eval'd Signup Tracking Codes template, combined with disclosure of the site-global proxy verification key that allows PayPal postback verification to be bypassed. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute code on the server. Successful exploitation requires that the site administrator has configured a Signup Tracking Codes template containing the %%first_name%% placeholder (a documented, GUI-supported feature) and that the attacker has obtained the site-global proxy verification key, which is exposed in plaintext in the JSON response of any PayPal Checkout AJAX request on the target site.

  • Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cifs: validate idmap key payload length The cifs.idmap key type stores its payload length CVE-2026-93785 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cifs: validate idmap key payload length The cifs.idmap key type stores its payload length in key->datalen, which is limited to U16_MAX. Accepting a larger key payload truncates the recorded length and can make later users interpret the payload using inconsistent bounds. Reject oversized preparsed payloads before allocating or copying them. This keeps key->datalen consistent with the stored data for both inline and separately allocated idmap payloads.

  • Sep 23, 2026Paytium: Mollie payment forms & donations: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-18467 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The Paytium: Mollie payment forms & donations plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.3. The 5.0.3 patch introduced a wp_hash()/hash_equals() signature gate on the pt-paytium-user-data field, but left a second filter — pt_cf_checkout_meta(), registered on the pt_meta_values hook after the signed builder — that copies every $_POST['pt_form_field'][*] key verbatim into the payment meta array without any signature verification; this allows the pt-user-role value it copies to overwrite the signed path's output, after which paytium_user_data_processing() reads the persisted _pt-user-role post meta and passes it directly as the role argument to wp_insert_user(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to register a new WordPress account with the administrator role and fully take over the site. Exploitation requires submitting a payment through a publicly-exposed [paytium] shortcode form and completing the resulting payment flow, after which the attacker can seize the new administrator account via the standard lost-password flow on their supplied email address.

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.1, in InvoiceShelf's multi-company installations, any user who is an Owner of one company can read and overwrite any user account in any other company on the same installation. `GET/PUT /api/v1/users/{user}` resolves the target `User` by global primary key, and `UserPolicy` checks only that the requester owns their own header-company — it never verifies that the target user belongs to that company. This allows cross-tenant disclosure of user data and full account takeover (email/password overwrite + company re-assignment). Version 2.4.1 fixes the issue.

  • Sep 22, 2026mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol.CVE-2026-63628 · Other software · wevm · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol. Prior to 0.8.2, the fee-payer cosigning path in src/tempo/internal/fee-payer.ts copied a client-supplied access_list from a 0x78 FeePayerEnvelope without validating its length or contents. Because EIP-2930 access-list entries consume intrinsic gas even when the listed addresses are never used, a client could add fabricated address-only entries and cause the server fee_payer wallet to pay unnecessary transaction fees. The demonstrated 180-entry list remained within the 500,000 gas policy cap, 16 KB header limit, and RPC simulation budget while increasing the fee by approximately 9.4 times. • Sep 22, 2026mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol.CVE-2026-63627 · Other software · wevm · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol. Prior to 0.8.2, FeePayerPolicy in src/tempo/internal/fee-payer.ts used decodeFunctionData to validate fee-sponsored calldata but did not reject trailing bytes. A client could append nonzero padding that increased intrinsic calldata gas while gas_limit and max_fee_per_gas remained within policy caps, causing the server fee_payer wallet to pay substantially more than the decoded transaction required. The tested 16 KB header limit bounded the demonstrated padding to about 5,500 bytes and produced approximately five times the normal transaction fee. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.2.

Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input in ZenHive mpp allows a client holding an open payment channel to obtain paid resources without being charged. MPP.Session.Actions.accept_voucher/3 in lib/mpp/session/actions.ex treats a voucher whose cumulativeAmount equals the channel's already-accepted cumulative amount as an idempotent success, returning the channel unchanged without calling maybe_spend/2. The credential verifies, the protected resource is served, and spent and units stay where they were. Because the server issues a fresh challenge per request and the credential replay store keys on challenge id and payload, the same signed voucher can be re-presented under every new challenge, so one paid voucher yields an unbounded number of paid units. The path is reachable from any method built on MPP.Session.Method through the Plug, MCP, JSON-RPC and WebSocket transports. This issue affects mpp: from 0.14.0 before 0.16.2.

  • Sep 22, 2026Authentication Bypass by Capture-replay in ZenHive mpp allows an attacker holding a captured subscription activation credential to charge the payer repeatedly.CVE-2026-87119 · Other software · ZenHive · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.2

Authentication Bypass by Capture-replay in ZenHive mpp allows an attacker holding a captured subscription activation credential to charge the payer repeatedly. The payer signs a Tempo KeyAuthorization over the chain id, key type, key id, expiry, limits and scopes only, with nothing tying it to the challenge that prompted it. MPP.Methods.Tempo.KeyAuthorization.verify/3 in lib/mpp/methods/tempo/key_authorization.ex pins each of those signed fields against the subscription request, and the access key it pins is a static per-endpoint server key, so one signed authorization verifies against every challenge the server issues for the same subscription terms. MPP.Methods.Tempo.Subscription.activate/4 deduplicates activations by challenge id, so presenting the captured credential under a fresh challenge produces a different dedup key, claim_activation succeeds, and the subscription transaction is built and broadcast again. Each replay charges the payer's wallet a new first-period settlement and re-authorizes the server key, bounded only by the subscription expiry and the chain's own semantics for re-installing an existing key. This issue affects mpp: from 0.14.0 before 0.16.2.

  • Sep 19, 2026Payment Gateway of Stripe for WooCommerce: Improper Verification of Cryptographic SignatureCVE-2026-9832 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Payment Gateway of Stripe for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.8. This is due to the publicly accessible `woocommerce_api_wt_stripe` webhook endpoint (`EH_Stripe_Webhook_Handler::handle()`) wrapping the only call to `\Stripe\Webhook::constructEvent()` inside an `if (!empty($endpoint_secret))` guard that is never entered on default installations — because the `eh_stripe_webhook_secret` option is empty after a fresh plugin install — causing the raw, attacker-controlled POST body to be decoded and processed as a fully trusted Stripe event without any signature verification, authentication, or authorization. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to send forged Stripe webhook events to manipulate WooCommerce order statuses, including marking unpaid orders as paid or completed via `payment_complete()`, forcing legitimate orders into a failed state, fabricating dispute notifications, and injecting forged refund events. This vulnerability is only exploitable when the Stripe webhook signing secret has not been configured by an administrator; once a valid signing sec

Paymenter is a free and open-source webshop solution for management of hosting services. Prior to 1.5.7, app/Livewire/Services/Upgrade.php::doUpgrade() relies on Service::upgradable to check for a pending service upgrade and later executes $credit->increment('amount', abs($price)) without DB::transaction or lockForUpdate() spanning those operations. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cxl/mbox: Clamp mailbox output allocation to the payload size CXL_MEM_SEND_COMMAND bounds the user's in.size to the mailbox payload size but leaves out.size unbounded, then cxl_mbox_cmd_ctor() calls kvzalloc(out.size). A large out.size drives a huge allocation, above INT_MAX it WARNs and taints, and with panic_on_warn=1 it panics. The transport __cxl_pci_mbox_send_cmd() already clamps the response copy to min(out.size, payload_size, device len), so the output buffer is never written beyond payload_size. Clamp the allocation to payload_size too, matching the RAW path.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cxl/mbox: Break poison list loop on an empty payload A device that returns count == 0 with CXL_POISON_FLAG_MORE set on every iteration never advances nr_records, so the max_errors guard never trips and the do/while loops forever while holding poison.mutex. That hangs the sysfs-triggered scan thread and blocks all subsequent poison operations on the device. The existing "Protect against an uncleared _FLAG_MORE" guard was intended to bound a misbehaving device but does not cover the count == 0 case. Stop the loop on an empty payload so a malfunctioning or malicious device cannot wedge the poison scan.
