The OpenClaw Prometheus diagnostics plugin (@openclaw/diagnostics-prometheus) before version 2026.9.3 does not enforce the operator.read scope on its authenticated metrics endpoint. In deployments using an identity-bearing Gateway authentication mode such as trusted-proxy, a caller whose effective role has no read scope can retrieve the diagnostics document even though ordinary read methods reject the same identity, disclosing operational metrics to an authenticated profile intentionally limited below read access. Shared-secret Gateway callers already hold the documented full operator scope and are not affected. The issue is fixed in 2026.9.3; as a workaround, disable the Prometheus endpoint or ensure every identity that can reach it is intended to hold operator.read.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tick/broadcast: Plug clockevents replacement race 朱恺乾 reported and decoded the following race condition when a broadcast device is replaced: CPUA CPUB __tick_broadcast_oneshot_control() bc = tick_broadcast_device.evtdev; tick_install_broadcast_device(dev) clockevents_exchange_device(cur, dev) shutdown(cur); detach(cur); cur->handler = noop; tick_broadcast_device.evtdev = dev; tick_broadcast_set_event(bc, next_event); <- FAIL: arms a detached device. If the original broadcast device has a restricted interrupt affinity mask and the last CPU in that mask goes offline then the BUG() in tick_cleanup_dead_cpu() triggers because the clockevent device is not in detached state. The reason for this is that tick_install_broadcast_device() is not serialized vs. tick broadcast operations. The obvious cure is to serialize tick_install_broadcast_device() with tick_broadcast_lock against a concurrent tick broadcast operation. That requires to split clockevents_exchange_device() into two parts, one which does the exchange, shutdown and detach operation and the other

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/pai: Support CPU hotplug for PMU PAI The command 'perf stat -e pai_crypto/CRYPTO_ALL/ -- <command>' crashes the kernel when CPUs are hotplug added during that run. Root cause is the missing allocation of per-CPU data structures for that new CPU. The allocation is dynamic and the first event that has task context creates such a structure for each online CPU. This is not sufficient. CPUs may be offline during event creation and can be set online during the perf run time. For example commands # echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online # perf stat -e cycles -i -- stress-ng -t10s --matrix X # sleep 1 # echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online Currently without a CPU hotplug handler, that new CPU has no per-CPU data infrastructure. The scheduler runs PMU call back function pai_add() to install the PMU support for that CPU before the task is being scheduled on that new CPU. In pai_add() instructions mp = this_cpu_ptr(pai_root[idx].mapptr); cpump = mp->mapptr; return a NULL pointer and the result is a kernel panic as variable cpump is used inside that function. Add CPU hotplug support for C

Sep 25, 2026GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-96766 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'business_hours' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.183 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because the AJAX save handler validates only post authorship and a nonce with no additional capability check, allowing any subscriber-level user who owns a listing to exploit this vulnerability.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: Add DIRECT_MAP_PHYSMEM_END definition get_free_mem_region() and mhp_get_pluggable_range() bound their search to DIRECT_MAP_PHYSMEM_END. LoongArch does not define it, so the fallback in include/linux/mm.h applies: under CONFIG_SPARSEMEM_VMEMMAP it is (1ULL << MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS) - 1, a compile-time constant that does not adapt to the CPU's physical address space bits (cpu_pabits, probed from CPUCFG1). The vmemmap window only covers physical space below 2^(cpu_pabits+1) (i.e. VMEMMAP_SIZE), so on CPUs with fewer physical address bits than MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS the fallback allows get_free_mem_region() to return a ZONE_DEVICE region outside the vmemmap window; vmemmap_populate() then wraps the memmap range around and maps it into low memory, silently corrupting the page tables. The same search also picked the top-of- address-space region that crashed memmap_init_zone_device() with amdkfd on Loongson-3C6000 in 6.16 [1]; the commit 2969b42c8f99 ("LoongArch/mm: align vmemmap to maximal folio size") keeps that region in bounds on current Loongson-3C6000 configs, but CPUs with smaller cpu_pabits (e.g. the Loongson-2

Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: kasan: fix cache shrink race with CPU hotplug kasan_quarantine_remove_cache() first invokeCVE-2026-93208 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: kasan: fix cache shrink race with CPU hotplug kasan_quarantine_remove_cache() first invokes per_cpu_remove_cache() on all online CPUs. Each callback moves objects belonging to the cache from cpu_quarantine to the CPU's shrink_qlist, where they can later be freed from task context. kmem_cache_destroy() invokes the quarantine removal path while holding cpus_read_lock(), but kmem_cache_shrink() does not. The latter can therefore race with CPU offlining as follows: kmem_cache_shrink() CPU hotplug ------------------- ----------- on_each_cpu() CPU1 moves objects to CPU1's shrink_qlist on_each_cpu() returns CPU1 goes offline kasan_cpu_offline() drains cpu_quarantine leaves shrink_qlist untouched for_each_online_cpu() skips CPU1 The objects left on CPU1's shrink_qlist are not returned to the slab allocator. This may prevent kmem_cache_shrink() from releasing slabs that would otherwise become empty. If CPU1 remains offline, a later

Sep 23, 2026Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms.CVE-2026-76089 · Other software · verbb · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7
Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's formie/sent-notifications/get-resend-modal-content control panel action in SentNotificationsController::actionGetResendModalContent accepts a request-supplied notification ID without permission or object-level authorization checks. Any authenticated user able to invoke the action can enumerate notification IDs and read recipient headers and complete HTML email bodies containing submitted form data, even without the sent-notification viewing permission. Sep 23, 2026Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms.CVE-2026-76087 · Other software · verbb · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's anonymous formie/submissions/submit action in SubmissionsController::actionSubmit trusts a client-supplied submissionId when loading an incomplete submission without session binding, ownership validation, or a valid submissionEditToken. An unauthenticated attacker can enumerate sequential IDs and overwrite or hijack another user's in-progress multi-page or save-for-later submission, and the modified data can be persisted and forwarded through notifications or integrations when the submission is completed. This is an incomplete remediation of CVE-2026-47266 because that earlier change validated edit tokens for save-submission but did not protect submit. Completed submissions are excluded by the isIncomplete filter. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31.

Sep 23, 2026Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms.CVE-2026-76086 · Other software · verbb · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's formie/integrations/form-settings control panel action in IntegrationsController::actionFormSettings is reachable without the required form integration permissions and passes request-supplied settings to a configured integration. An authenticated attacker can replace outbound host properties such as apiUrl while the server uses stored API keys or OAuth tokens, causing non-blind server-side requests to an attacker-controlled or internal host and returning the remote response. This residual flaw remained because the permission gate added in version 3.1.28 excluded the form-settings action. Sites that permit low-privileged or front-end user authentication can therefore expose integration credentials and internal network responses. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31.

Sep 23, 2026Solspace Freeform plugin for Craft CMS 5.x is a super flexible form-building tool.CVE-2026-73858 · Other software · solspace · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
Solspace Freeform plugin for Craft CMS 5.x is a super flexible form-building tool. From 5.0.0 through 5.10.13, submitted values from public Freeform forms can be evaluated by the isolated Twig renderer when rendered into HTML attributes. An unauthenticated attacker can place Twig expressions in submitted field values, including value attributes, and receive evaluated PHP, operating-system, or Craft filesystem-path constants in the form response. The isolated context was not shown to expose Craft globals, environment variables, credentials, arbitrary files, or code execution, so the confirmed impact is limited server and environment information disclosure and possible rendering errors. The Tauri updater plugin verifies update binaries using minisign signatures, but the signature covers only the raw binary bytes. The update manifest -- which contains the version number, download URL, and signature -- is fetched over TLS but is never itself signed or authenticated. Improper link resolution before file access ('link following') vulnerability in the `tar` source plugin of Apache BuildStream running on Python < 3.12 allows malicious source tarballs to write files on the host, with the privileges of the user running BuildStream, via symlinks as part of source fetching. The impact of this issue is mitigated by: * BuildStream projects should only use trusted sources in their elements as otherwise the build output can also not be trusted * Tracking a source tarball pins its SHA256 hash, which prevents MITM attacks of users that are fetching an already tracked project * When running on Python >= 3.12, BuildStream >= 2.3.0 already makes use of the Python `tarfile` filter functionality, which blocks the symlink escape Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.8.1, which fixes this issue.

The Tauri updater plugin's 'check' IPC command accepts an allowDowngrades boolean parameter directly from frontend JavaScript code. When set to true, it replaces the version comparator from "update must be newer" to "update must be different." Sep 21, 2026Ansible FreeBSD Jail Connection Plugin is an Ansible connection plugin for FreeBSD Jails via jexec.CVE-2026-55074 · Other software · chofstede · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Ansible FreeBSD Jail Connection Plugin is an Ansible connection plugin for FreeBSD Jails via jexec. Through version 1.3.0, the jailexec connection plugin's put_file resolved a transfer's destination to a path on the jail host ( + ) and ran mkdir -p and mv there as root on the host. Those commands follow symbolic links, and the path was operated on outside the jail, so a symlink existing inside the jail was followed by the host-side, root-privileged mv. A party controlling content inside a managed jail (the jail's root, or any process able to create a symlink in a directory an Ansible task later writes to) can therefore cause an arbitrary root-owned write on the host, outside the jail — a full jail escape. Arbitrary root-owned host writes are readily escalated to host compromise (e.g. cron, rc.d, authorized_keys). Preconditions for this vulnerability are that the operator runs a copy/template/fetch-style task (anything using put_file) against the jail, and the attacker can place a symlink inside the jail at or above the task's destination before the transfer runs. This issue has been fixed in version 2.0.0.

Sep 19, 2026rclone versions 1.56.0 through 1.75.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the `rclone serve docker` volume plugin.CVE-2026-93987 · Other software · rclone · reported by VulnCheckMedium 4.6
rclone versions 1.56.0 through 1.75.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the `rclone serve docker` volume plugin. newVolume() in cmd/serve/docker/volume.go computes a volume's mountpoint as filepath.Join(drv.root, name) from the attacker-supplied `name` field of a Docker VolumeDriver.Create request without verifying that the result stays within drv.root (default /var/lib/docker-volumes/rclone), and checkMountpoint() then creates that directory with file.MkdirAll before mounting. A volume name containing enough `..` components (e.g. "../../../../../../etc") therefore resolves outside the base directory, allowing anyone able to submit a VolumeDriver.Create request to the plugin socket — normally the Docker daemon, or a workload that can request named volumes in a multi-tenant orchestration setup — to make the privileged rclone plugin process create a directory and mount a remote filesystem specified in the same request at an arbitrary host path, shadowing or disrupting system directories. The advisory notes Volume.restoreState() had the same missing validation when reloading persisted volume state. Fixed in 1.75.1.

Sep 18, 2026Save as PDF Plugin by PDFCrowd: Arbitrary Function InvocationCVE-2026-92807 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The Save as PDF Plugin by PDFCrowd plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Function Invocation in all versions up to, and including, 4.6.1 via the `pdf_created_callback` shortcode attribute. The `eval_shortcode()` function copies any non-`button_`/non-`email_` shortcode attribute verbatim into a custom options array without sanitization, allowlist enforcement, or capability checks, and `create_button()` AES-encrypts that array — including the attacker-supplied callback value — and embeds the resulting blob in the rendered button HTML; when the blob is later POSTed to the unauthenticated `wp_ajax_nopriv_save_as_pdf_pdfcrowd` endpoint, `save_as_pdf_pdfcrowd()` decrypts it and invokes `$options['pdf_created_callback']` as a PHP callable at line 1722 with no `is_callable()` guard, no allowlist, and no capability check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to invoke arbitrary PHP functions or static class methods with plugin option data as the sole argument, enabling disclosure of the site's stored PDFCrowd API key and username or further server-side abuse.
