Aug 12, 2026Draft List is a WordPress plugin to manage and promote unpublished content.CVE-2026-49466 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Draft List is a WordPress plugin to manage and promote unpublished content. Versions 2.6.3 and below are vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in the `[drafts]` shortcode and Draft List widget when the documented custom `template` option places the `{{draft}}` placeholder inside an HTML attribute. The vulnerable code inserts the raw draft `post_title` into `{{draft}}` when the current viewer cannot edit posts. Because the template is sanitized before `{{draft}}` replacement, a Contributor can store a quote-only title payload that breaks out of an attribute in a site-configured Draft List template and executes JavaScript for visitors who load the public page. Version 2.6.4 fixes the issue.
- What to do

Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/siw: publish QP after initialization siw_create_qp() currently calls siw_qp_add() befCVE-2026-68417 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/siw: publish QP after initialization siw_create_qp() currently calls siw_qp_add() before the queues, CQ pointers, state, completion, and device list entry are ready. A QPN lookup can therefore reach a QP that is still being constructed. Move siw_qp_add() to the end of siw_create_qp(), after QP initialization and before adding the QP to the siw device list.

Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/gpusvm: publish dpagemap early to avoid device mapping leak on error drm_gpusvm_get_paCVE-2026-68240 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/gpusvm: publish dpagemap early to avoid device mapping leak on error drm_gpusvm_get_pages() only stored the local dpagemap into svm_pages->dpagemap on the success path. If a later page failed (e.g. -EOPNOTSUPP when ctx->allow_mixed is false) and jumped to err_unmap, svm_pages->dpagemap was still NULL, so __drm_gpusvm_unmap_pages() skipped device_unmap() and leaked the device mappings already created. Assign svm_pages->dpagemap when the first device page is mapped so the err_unmap path can device_unmap() those mappings. This issue was found by Sashiko AI review.

Aug 6, 2026Traefik is an open-source edge router that makes publishing services a fun and easy experience.CVE-2026-71325 · Other software · traefik · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8
Traefik is an open-source edge router that makes publishing services a fun and easy experience. Prior to 2.11.54, 3.6.25, and 3.7.10, cross-namespace @kubernetescrd references are not rejected for TraefikService backend references resolved by the service resolver. A tenant confined by RBAC to a single namespace can therefore bind its own router to a TraefikService owned by another namespace and expose or reroute that namespace's backend, defeating the namespace isolation allowCrossNamespace=false is meant to enforce. This issue is fixed in version 2.11.54, 3.6.25, 3.7.10.

Aug 6, 2026Contiki-NG's MQTT client parse_publish_vhdr() in os/net/app-layer/mqtt/mqtt.c sets topic_len_received=1 before checking topic_len against the 64-byte limit, so CVE-2026-5857 · Other software · Contiki-NG · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.2
Contiki-NG's MQTT client parse_publish_vhdr() in os/net/app-layer/mqtt/mqtt.c sets topic_len_received=1 before checking topic_len against the 64-byte limit, so an over-length topic returns early but leaves the flag set. On the next TCP segment, tcp_input() re-invokes the parser with topic_received==0, and the persisted topic_len_received==1 skips the length-reading block containing the guard, falling through directly to a memcpy() that uses the unvalidated 16-bit topic_len as the copy length. The 65-byte topic[] destination overruns into adjacent struct fields including the payload_chunk pointer, which subsequent MQTT code dereferences, giving a compromised or attacker-controlled broker an arbitrary-pointer-write primitive. Contiki-NG's MQTT implementation has no TLS support so the connection is plaintext. Impact ranges from information disclosure and denial of service to remote code execution on embedded targets without memory protection.

In multi-tenant deployments, the Publisher REST APIs fail to enforce tenant isolation correctly. This allows a user in one tenant, possessing sufficient privileges to invoke these APIs, to perform operations that impact other tenants. Aug 5, 2026Zbtlink router firmware ships an embedded remote-control implant, ENDLESSDOORS, present in every published build across the product line.CVE-2026-66747 · Other software · Zbtlink · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3
Zbtlink router firmware ships an embedded remote-control implant, ENDLESSDOORS, present in every published build across the product line. It is the open-source ycsunjane/rctl tool built in as an OpenWrt package (librctl.so), started at boot and run as root under the process name kworker to blend in with the kernel's [kworker/*] threads. It opens no listening port; it phones home over cleartext TCP to a hardcoded command-and-control server (command channel 7000, interactive-shell callback 7001) with no authentication and no transport encryption, re-attempting contact roughly every 35 seconds. Its command handler passes any received string to popen() as uid=0, and a reserved rctlbash command returns an interactive root shell. Because the channel is unauthenticated and cleartext, control is not limited to whoever planted it: any party that answers at the C2 address, occupies the network path (DNS or route hijack), or acquires the hardcoded fallback domain obtains unauthenticated remote code execution as root.

Jul 28, 2026The pglogical queue mechanism, used to convey out-of-band commands such as replicated DDL from a publisher to a subscriber, executes message payloads on the subCVE-2026-50736 · Other software · EnterpriseDB · reported by 20be33e2-bf35-4d13-8fad-18bd2f3e3659Critical 9
The pglogical queue mechanism, used to convey out-of-band commands such as replicated DDL from a publisher to a subscriber, executes message payloads on the subscriber at the privilege level of the apply worker, which is equivalent to a PostgreSQL superuser in default installations. A party acting as the publisher can send crafted queue messages that cause arbitrary SQL to be executed on the subscriber as superuser, escalating from a role permitted to use pglogical to full superuser and breaking the isolation between tenants in shared deployments. To exploit the issue an attacker must be able to direct a subscription at an endpoint they control. In default installations this requires privileges normally reserved for a superuser, so the issue is most relevant to managed deployments where the ability to create subscriptions has been delegated to non-superuser roles.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfsd: release layout stid on setlease failure nfs4_alloc_stid() publishes the new stid into cl->cl_stateids via idr_alloc_cyclic() under cl_lock before returning to nfsd4_alloc_layout_stateid(). When nfsd4_layout_setlease() then fails, the error path frees the layout stateid directly with kmem_cache_free() without ever calling idr_remove(), leaving the IDR slot pointing at freed slab memory. Any subsequent IDR walker (states_show, client teardown) dereferences the dangling pointer. The correct teardown for an IDR-published stid is nfs4_put_stid(), which removes the IDR slot under cl_lock, dispatches sc_free (nfsd4_free_layout_stateid) to release ls->ls_file via nfsd4_close_layout(), and drops the nfs4_file reference in its tail. A second issue blocks that switch: nfsd4_free_layout_stateid() unconditionally inspects ls->ls_fence_work via delayed_work_pending() under ls_lock, but INIT_DELAYED_WORK(&ls->ls_fence_work, ...) currently runs only after the setlease call. On the setlease-failure path the destructor would touch an uninitialized delayed_work. nfsd4_alloc_layout_stateid() nfs4_alloc_stid()

In Eclipse KUKSA Databroker version 0.6.1, the kuksa.val.v2.VAL/PublishValue gRPC handler fails to validate the existence of the optional data_point field in PublishValueRequest. When a request contains a valid signal_id but omits data_point, the server directly calls unwrap() on request.data_point, triggering a panic in the Tokio worker thread. This issue can be triggered by any client holding a valid JWT token. Unauthenticated or invalid-token requests are rejected and do not reach the vulnerable path. The panic causes the individual gRPC call to be cancelled but does not terminate the Databroker process, which remains available for subsequent requests.

In Eclipse Parsson published Maven Central artifacts before version 1.1.8, the JSON parser did not enforce a default maximum on the number of characters consumed while parsing a single JSON document. Applications that parse attacker- controlled JSON can be forced to consume excessive CPU and memory by processing very large documents, including large arrays, objects, strings, numbers, whitespace, or nested structures, resulting in a denial of service. Eclipse Parsson 1.1.8 introduces a configurable maximum parsing limit with a default limit of 15 million parser-consumed characters.

Jun 24, 2026Welcome Software Publishing: Arbitrary Options UpdateCVE-2026-4297 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The Welcome Software Publishing plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Options Update in all versions up to and including 0.0.31. This is due to a missing capability check in the nc_setOption() function, which is exposed via the nc.setOption XML-RPC method. The function authenticates the user via $wp_xmlrpc_server->login() (verifying credentials are valid) but does not perform any authorization check such as current_user_can('manage_options'). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to update arbitrary WordPress options via XML-RPC requests. This can be leveraged to change the default_role option to 'administrator' and then register a new administrator account, achieving full privilege escalation and site takeover.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rbd: fix null-ptr-deref when device_add_disk() fails do_rbd_add() publishes the device with device_add() before calling device_add_disk(). If device_add_disk() fails after device_add() succeeds, the error path calls rbd_free_disk() directly and then later falls through to rbd_dev_device_release(), which calls rbd_free_disk() again. This double teardown can leave blk-mq cleanup operating on invalid state and trigger a null-ptr-deref in __blk_mq_free_map_and_rqs(), reached from blk_mq_free_tag_set(). Fix this by following the normal remove ordering: call device_del() before rbd_dev_device_release() when device_add_disk() fails after device_add(). That keeps the teardown sequence consistent and avoids re-entering disk cleanup through the wrong path. The bug was first flagged by an experimental analysis tool we are developing for kernel memory-management bugs while analyzing v6.13-rc1. The tool is still under development and is not yet publicly available. We reproduced the bug on v7.0 with a real Ceph backend and a QEMU x86_64 guest booted with KASAN and CONFIG_FAILSLAB enabled. May 9, 2026apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages.CVE-2026-42576 · Other software · chainguard-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages. Prior to version 1.2.7, DiscoverKeys in pkg/apk/apk/implementation.go unconditionally type-asserts JWKS keys as *rsa.PublicKey without checking the key type. If a repository JWKS endpoint returns a non-RSA key (e.g. EC), the unchecked assertion panics and crashes apko. May 9, 2026apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages.CVE-2026-42575 · Other software · chainguard-dev · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages. Prior to version 1.2.7, apko verifies the signature on APKINDEX.tar.gz but never compares individually downloaded .apk packages against the checksum recorded in the signed index. The checksum is parsed and available via ChecksumString(), and the downloaded package control hash is computed, but the two values are never compared in getPackageImpl(). Mismatched packages are silently accepted. An attacker who can substitute download responses (compromised mirror, HTTP repository, poisoned CDN cache) can install arbitrary packages into built images. May 4, 2026Schedule Post Changes With PublishPress Future: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-5247 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.5
The Schedule Post Changes With PublishPress Future plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'wrapper' attribute of the [futureaction] shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 4.10.0. This is due to insufficient input sanitization on the wrapper attribute. The plugin uses esc_html() to escape the value, but esc_html() only encodes HTML entities and does not prevent attribute injection when the value is used as an HTML tag name in a sprintf() call. An attacker can inject event handler attributes via spaces in the wrapper value. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Since it is also possible for administrators to make this functionality available to lower-privileged users, this introduces the possibility of abuse by contributors.
