  • Sep 27, 2026pnpm versions 11.0.0 before 11.11.0 and 10.7.0 before 10.34.5 expand ${VAR} environment-variable placeholders in the httpProxy, httpsProxy, and noProxy settingsCVE-2026-101043 · Other software · pnpm · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.3

pnpm versions 11.0.0 before 11.11.0 and 10.7.0 before 10.34.5 expand ${VAR} environment-variable placeholders in the httpProxy, httpsProxy, and noProxy settings read from a project's pnpm-workspace.yaml. Because the manifest is repository-controlled and the proxy keys were omitted from the request-destination key set that otherwise suppresses placeholder expansion for untrusted manifests (as already done for registry, pnprServer, registries and namedRegistries), an attacker who controls a repository's pnpm-workspace.yaml can cause a victim who clones the repository and runs a pnpm command (e.g. pnpm install) to expand environment secrets such as NPM_TOKEN or GITHUB_TOKEN into a proxy hostname or userinfo and route install traffic — and the corresponding DNS lookups — through an attacker-controlled host. The exfiltration occurs during configuration loading, before any lifecycle script executes. Fixed in pnpm 11.11.0 and 10.34.5.

  • Sep 26, 2026froxlor is a server administration panel.CVE-2026-100717 · Other software · froxlor · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.5

froxlor is a server administration panel. In versions 2.3.10 and earlier, Validate::validateUrl rejects carriage return and line feed characters only in the path, query and fragment components returned by parse_url, and never inspects the userinfo (user:pass@) components. This is an incomplete fix for GHSA-c3p2. An authenticated low-privilege customer with subdomain-create rights (no admin or change_serversettings privilege required) can supply a subdomain redirect URL that carries a CR/LF payload in the userinfo portion (e.g. http://user%0areturn 200 "pwned";%0a@evil.com/). The value passes validation, survives IDNA encoding, and is written verbatim into the generated nginx or Apache vhost configuration, allowing the attacker to break out of the emitted directive and inject arbitrary web-server configuration lines. froxlor regenerates and reloads the web-server configuration as root, so the injected directives take effect server-wide and can hijack responses or read local files. The issue is fixed in version 2.3.12.

  • Sep 26, 2026Froxlor is a server administration panel.CVE-2026-100716 · Other software · froxlor · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.4

Froxlor is a server administration panel. In versions 2.3.10 and earlier, the customer data-export (DataDump) cron fails to validate intermediate path components of the export destination: Froxlor\FileDir::makeCorrectDir() contains an off-by-one in its path-component walk that skips the first segment below the customer home directory, and the guard in ExportCron.php checks only the final component with is_link(). An authenticated customer whose account has the export feature enabled can schedule an export into a genuine subdirectory of their own webspace, then replace an intermediate path component with a symlink before the root-owned cron runs. The cron's `chown -R` then recursively changes ownership of the linked directory tree — for example /etc — to the customer's UID, yielding host root and cross-tenant compromise. Exploitation is deterministic and requires no race. This is an incomplete fix of GHSA-75h4-... The issue is fixed in Froxlor 2.3.12.

froxlor versions before 2.3.12 fail to invalidate existing panel sessions, API keys, and 2FA trust cookies when a user password is changed. Froxlor through 2.3.10 stores only a numeric user ID in remembered-2FA tokens (panel_2fa_tokens) without recording the account namespace, and the remembered-token lookup during login is not constrained to the customer or administrator account type. Because customer and administrator IDs are allocated from separate namespaces, a remembered-2FA token legitimately issued to a customer with a given ID also matches an administrator with the same ID. An attacker who controls a customer account with a colliding ID, holds a valid remembered-2FA cookie for it, and already knows the target administrator's password can bypass the administrator's TOTP second factor and obtain an authenticated administrator session. This is a second-factor bypass only; it does not defeat password authentication. Fixed in 2.3.11.

FW error occurs 4. reconfig restores the BSS connection 5. however, restoring the NAN connection fails due to a FW error. 6. erroneously, ieee80211_handle_reconfig_failure is called and marks all interfaces as not-in-driver (will be fixed in a different patch). 7. mac80211 frees the links of the BSS connection but doesn't tell the driver about that, as it thinks that this vif is not in the driver. 8. in ieee80211_stop_device, *ALL* wiphy works are getting flushed (erroneously?) 9. Therefore, async_handlers_wk is being executed, processing the statistics notification that was received after we restored the BSS connection. 10. the notification handler dereferences fw_id_to_bss_conf[id], which is now a dangling pointer, as mac80211 already freed this link in (7). 11. On the first access to one of the links fields, we panic. While this can and should be fixed by removing the call to ieee80211_handle_reconfig_failure in (6), it is al

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: skip extra isize expansion during mount to prevent deadlock ext4_try_to_expand_extra_isize() is called from __ext4_mark_inode_dirty() while holding an active jbd2 handle. During mount (!SB_ACTIVE), the expand path may move xattrs to external blocks and release ea_inodes via iput(). When !SB_ACTIVE, iput() calls write_inode_now() which acquires s_writepages_rwsem, creating a circular lock dependency: s_writepages_rwsem --> jbd2_handle --> xattr_sem --> s_writepages_rwsem This can be triggered via: ext4_process_orphan() -> ext4_truncate() -> ext4_mark_inode_dirty() -> ext4_try_to_expand_extra_isize() or: ext4_evict_inode() -> ext4_mark_inode_dirty() -> ext4_try_to_expand_extra_isize() Skip expansion when !SB_ACTIVE. This is a minor loss of functionality (extra isize won't grow for these inodes during mount), which e2fsck can resolve later if needed.

An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply absolute or otherwise out-of-scope file paths in the listOfFiles JSON property, together with attacker-controlled basePath and compressedFileName values, in a method=compress request. CyberPanel 1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the readFileContents method of the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply an arbitrary absolute or out-of-scope path in the fileName JSON property. Because authorization validates only domainName and does not canonicalize or restrict fileName to that domain's home directory, the application returns the contents of files readable by the CyberPanel execution identity.

Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in Microweber. The vulnerability lies in the ‘group’ parameter of the ‘/admin/settings’ endpoint in the administration panel. A successful exploit allows an attacker to trick an authenticated user into executing malicious JavaScript code in their browser. This enables the attacker to perform actions without the victim’s consent, steal confidential information or hijack the user’s session.

When a Tauri application uses the dialog plugin's file or folder picker, an attacker with JavaScript execution (XSS) can force the scope expansion to be recursive, granting read/write access to an entire directory tree after a single user click on a normal-looking OS file dialog. The user has no indication that recursive access was granted, and the expanded scope cannot be revoked for the lifetime of the application.

  • Sep 22, 2026URLs could be constructed which expanded environment variable or INI file values, so potentially sensitive information could be exfiltrated to a remote server oCVE-2026-63278 · Other software · The Document Foundation · reported by security@documentfoundation.orgMedium 6.7

URLs could be constructed which expanded environment variable or INI file values, so potentially sensitive information could be exfiltrated to a remote server on opening a document containing such links. The check added for CVE-2024-12426 did not recognise every way of naming the package content provider, so a URL that named it differently still reached the expansion. In fixed versions the package content provider is matched when the URL is checked.

  • Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-79919 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to version 2.10.6-lts, function-library code running under the LD_PRELOAD sandbox can invoke ctypes.CDLL from an importlib.abc.MetaPathFinder callback so the dlopen call-stack heuristic sees a Python import frame, then use unhooked dlsym with RTLD_NEXT to resolve glibc's real syscall and bypass the sandbox syscall blacklist. An authenticated workspace member can consequently read or write files, execute processes, or access networks as the sandbox user. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.6-lts.

Prior to version 2.10.6-lts, the ToolExecutor LD_PRELOAD sandbox hooks execve, execvpe, and execveat to prevent subprocess creation but does not hook fexecve. • Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-79917 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.7.0 through 2.10.4-lts, POST /chat/api/{application_id}/chat/{chat_id}/share_chat verifies that a conversation exists but does not verify that it belongs to the authenticated chat_user_id or to the application bound to the caller's token. An attacker with any chat token and a known victim chat_id can create an unauthenticated public ChatShareLink exposing the victim's conversation and can create PublicFileAccess state that makes associated files retrievable without credentials, with no available revoke path. MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to 2.10.5-lts, authenticated workspace members can inject control characters into AWS Bedrock access_key_id and secret_access_key fields that _update_aws_credentials writes to /root/.aws/credentials without safe parsing. An attacker can append a new AWS profile containing credential_process, then select that profile during a later model-validation request so botocore executes an attacker-controlled command as root. • Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-77525 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 4.2

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.10.2-lts and earlier, management chat-record routes authorize the path application_id but load records using global chat_id and chat_record_id values without confirming that the chat belongs to the authorized application. A normal user in the same workspace who knows the chat_id of a persisted non-debug record for a victim's published application can place it under a separate attacker-owned application path to read victim chat records. An attacker with an owned knowledge base and document can also use add_knowledge to copy victim answers while updating the victim record's improve_paragraph_id_list. MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In version 2.10.3-lts and earlier, the model parameter form route authorizes the path workspace but ModelSerializer.ModelParams loads and saves a Model by id alone without including workspace_id in the query. An authenticated user with model read permission in an attacker-controlled workspace can supply a known victim model_id to read or overwrite the victim's model_params_form in another workspace, potentially altering workflows that use those defaults. MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In version 2.10.3-lts and earlier, the knowledge web-document import and synchronization crawler passes an authenticated workspace user's URL to Fork.fork, which calls requests.get with verify=False and without restricting schemes, loopback, link-local, private, or reserved addresses. MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to version 2.10.5-lts, assistants with a tool, MCP tool, skill, or sub-application use SandboxShellBackend, which exposes an execute shell tool without excluding it and omits execute from interrupt_on, so human approval is not required. Untrusted chat or ingested content can therefore cause command execution; source deployments with MAXKB_SANDBOX disabled run commands directly as the application user, while the official root container's string-based gosu wrapper allowed shell metacharacters to execute outside the intended sandbox. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.5-lts.
