Jul 15, 2026A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a map directive uses regex matching and a string expression references the map's regex capture vCVE-2026-42533 · Network & remote access · F5 · reported by f5sirt@f5.comCritical 9.2
A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a map directive uses regex matching and a string expression references the map's regex capture variables before referencing the map output variable. Alternatively, the same result could be achieved by using a non-cacheable variable in a string expression under certain conditions. An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Impact: This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX system or to possibly trigger a code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

Jul 15, 2026n8n before versions 1.123.61, 2.27.4, and 2.28.1 contains a permission bypass vulnerability in external secrets handling caused by a mismatch between the staticCVE-2026-59259 · Other software · n8n · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6
n8n before versions 1.123.61, 2.27.4, and 2.28.1 contains a permission bypass vulnerability in external secrets handling caused by a mismatch between the static validation check and the runtime expression engine. An authenticated user with credential create or update permissions but without the externalSecret:list scope can embed external secret references into credentials in forms the static validation does not detect; these references resolve at workflow execution time, exposing secret values the user is not authorized to access. This issue only affects instances where an external secrets provider is configured and Advanced Permissions are in use.

Jul 14, 2026In Eclipse Jetty, for HTTP/1, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 requests, there is no strict check that the request authority (host and port) matches what provided in the Host CVE-2026-6790 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgMedium 5.3
In Eclipse Jetty, for HTTP/1, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 requests, there is no strict check that the request authority (host and port) matches what provided in the Host header (if present). This was not enforced in earlier HTTP RFC (for example, in RFC 2616), but it is in the latest RFC (9110 and 9112). This mismatch can cause a number of problems that may be classified as vulnerabilities such as: * URI constructions (for example, for redirects -- this is typical for login pages) * Virtual host selection * Reverse proxying * Misleading logs * Etc. Given that the latest RFCs require that request authority and Host header must match, Jetty should enforce this invariant.

Perl versions before 5.40.5-RC1, from 5.41.0 before 5.42.3-RC1, from 5.43.0 before 5.43.10 produce silently incorrect regular expression matches when an alternation of more than 65535 fixed string branches is compiled into a trie in Perl_study_chunk. When such branches are combined into a trie, the delta between the first branch and the shared tail is stored in a 16-bit field. A branch count above 65535 overflows the field, and the trie's match decision table is truncated with no warning or error. A pattern of this shape produces false positive matches (matching strings it should not) and false negative matches (failing to match strings it should). When such a pattern gates an access or filtering decision, the result is wrong.

@fastify/middie versions 9.1.0 through 9.3.2 decode the encoded slash %2F inside path parameter values before matching middleware paths, while Fastify's underlying router preserves the encoding during route lookup. The two layers disagree on the canonical request path, so the middleware fails to match a URL that the route handler does match. When middleware is used for authentication, authorization, rate limiting, or auditing on parameterized paths, an attacker can reach the protected handler by sending a single crafted URL with an encoded slash in the parameter position. The bypass is HTTP method agnostic and requires no authentication or special preconditions. Patches: upgrade to @fastify/middie 9.3.3. Workarounds: avoid parameterized middleware paths for security decisions, or enforce authentication at the route handler or via a Fastify hook that runs after the router has resolved the request.

Jun 30, 2026Woodpecker before 3.15.0 matches the ApprovalAllowedUsers bypass list against pipeline.Author.CVE-2026-58370 · Other software · woodpecker-ci · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.2
Woodpecker before 3.15.0 matches the ApprovalAllowedUsers bypass list against pipeline.Author. For the GitLab forge driver, pipeline.Author is populated from the git commit author name (commit.author.name) carried in the webhook payload, which is attacker-controlled and not verified by GitLab. A user who can open a merge request from a fork can set the commit author name to match an entry in ApprovalAllowedUsers, causing needsApproval to return false so the pipeline runs without the required approval. This defeats the fork-approval security boundary and allows execution of attacker-controlled pipeline steps on a Woodpecker agent and exfiltration of CI secrets exposed to the run. Other built-in forge drivers (Gitea, Forgejo, GitHub, Bitbucket) derive pipeline.Author from the forge-validated sender/actor identity and are not affected.

PKCS#12 MAC verification uses an attacker-controlled comparison length, weakening the integrity check on the MAC and allowing a mismatched MAC to be accepted. The PKCS#12 verify path compared the locally computed HMAC against the MAC parsed from the PKCS#12 structure using a length taken directly from the attacker-supplied input, without first verifying that it equals the length of the digest actually produced by the configured algorithm. A truncated or zero-length stored MAC could therefore be accepted, defeating the integrity protection of the MAC.

However, vti6 stores all these different types of tunnels in the same hash table (ip6n->tnls_r_l) prone to hash collisions. The bug is that the fallback search loops in vti6_tnl_lookup() were missing checks to ensure that the candidate tunnel actually has a wildcard address.

Jun 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm/dpu: fix mismatch between power and frequency During DPU runtime suspend, calling CVE-2026-53056 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm/dpu: fix mismatch between power and frequency During DPU runtime suspend, calling dev_pm_opp_set_rate(dev, 0) drops the MMCX rail to MIN_SVS while the core clock frequency remains at its original (highest) rate. When runtime resume re-enables the clock, this may result in a mismatch between the rail voltage and the clock rate. For example, in the DPU bind path, the sequence could be: cpu0: dev_sync_state -> rpmhpd_sync_state cpu1: dpu_kms_hw_init timeline 0 ------------------------------------------------> t After rpmhpd_sync_state, the voltage performance is no longer guaranteed to stay at the highest level. During dpu_kms_hw_init, calling dev_pm_opp_set_rate(dev, 0) drops the voltage, causing the MMCX rail to fall to MIN_SVS while the core clock is still at its maximum frequency. When the power is re-enabled, only the clock is enabled, leading to a situation where the MMCX rail is at MIN_SVS but the core clock is at its highest rate. In this state, the rail cannot sustain the clock rate, which may cause instability or system crash. Remove the call to dev_pm_opp

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2/dlm: validate qr_numregions in dlm_match_regions() Patch series "ocfs2/dlm: fix two bugs in dlm_match_regions()". In dlm_match_regions(), the qr_numregions field from a DLM_QUERY_REGION network message is used to drive loops over the qr_regions buffer without sufficient validation. This series fixes two issues: - Patch 1 adds a bounds check to reject messages where qr_numregions exceeds O2NM_MAX_REGIONS. The o2net layer only validates message byte length; it does not constrain field values, so a crafted message can set qr_numregions up to 255 and trigger out-of-bounds reads past the 1024-byte qr_regions buffer. - Patch 2 fixes an off-by-one in the local-vs-remote comparison loop, which uses '<=' instead of '<', reading one entry past the valid range even when qr_numregions is within bounds. This patch (of 2): The qr_numregions field from a DLM_QUERY_REGION network message is used directly as loop bounds in dlm_match_regions() without checking against O2NM_MAX_REGIONS. Since qr_regions is sized for at most O2NM_MAX_REGIONS (32) entries, a crafted message with qr_numregions > 32 causes out

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nfnetlink_osf: fix out-of-bounds read on option matching In nf_osf_match(), the nf_osf_hdr_ctx structure is initialized once and passed by reference to nf_osf_match_one() for each fingerprint checked. During TCP option parsing, nf_osf_match_one() advances the shared ctx->optp pointer. If a fingerprint perfectly matches, the function returns early without restoring ctx->optp to its initial state. If the user has configured NF_OSF_LOGLEVEL_ALL, the loop continues to the next fingerprint. However, because ctx->optp was not restored, the next call to nf_osf_match_one() starts parsing from the end of the options buffer. This causes subsequent matches to read garbage data and fail immediately, making it impossible to log more than one match or logging incorrect matches. Instead of using a shared ctx->optp pointer, pass the context as a constant pointer and use a local pointer (optp) for TCP option traversal. This makes nf_osf_match_one() strictly stateless from the caller's perspective, ensuring every fingerprint check starts at the correct option offset.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: fix durable fd leak on ClientGUID mismatch in durable v2 open ksmbd_lookup_fd_cguid() returns a ksmbd_file with its refcount incremented via ksmbd_fp_get(). parse_durable_handle_context() in the DURABLE_REQ_V2 case properly releases this reference on every path inside the ClientGUID-match branch, either by calling ksmbd_put_durable_fd() or by transferring ownership to dh_info->fp for a successful reconnect. However, when an entry exists in the global file table with the same CreateGuid but a different ClientGUID, the code simply falls through to the new-open path without dropping the reference obtained from ksmbd_lookup_fd_cguid(). Per MS-SMB2 section 3.3.5.9.10 ("Handling the SMB2_CREATE_DURABLE_HANDLE_REQUEST_V2 Create Context"), the server MUST locate an Open whose Open.CreateGuid matches the request's CreateGuid AND whose Open.ClientGuid matches the ClientGuid of the connection that received the request. Impact: When using Socks5ProxyAgent, undici reuses a single connection pool across different origins without verifying that the pool's origin matches the requested origin. All requests are dispatched through the pool connected to the first origin, regardless of the intended destination. This causes cross-origin request routing: credentials and request data intended for origin B are sent to origin A, responses from the wrong origin are trusted, and HTTPS requests may be silently downgraded to HTTP. Impacted users are applications that use Socks5ProxyAgent (directly or via setGlobalDispatcher) and make requests to more than one origin. This was introduced in undici 7.23.0 via PR #4385 and affects all versions through 8.1.0. Patches: Upgrade to undici v7.26.0 or v8.2.0. Workarounds: Use a separate Socks5ProxyAgent instance per origin, or avoid using Socks5ProxyAgent with multiple origins.

Jun 3, 2026ZDRES-232: resolveProxyClass Not Overridden - acceptMatchers Filter Bypass via java.lang.reflect.Proxy Assessment: Fully addressed.CVE-2026-47065 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgCritical 9.8
ZDRES-232: resolveProxyClass Not Overridden - acceptMatchers Filter Bypass via java.lang.reflect.Proxy Assessment: Fully addressed. When the serialised stream contains a TC_PROXYCLASSDESC (the marker for a java.lang.reflect.Proxy ), JDK’s ObjectInputStream.readProxyDesc() is dispatched. JDK then calls the default ObjectInputStream.resolveProxyClass(interfaces) implementation, which performs Class.forName(intf, false, latestUserDefinedLoader()) for EACH interface name and constructs the proxy class — bypassing the accepted classes list . ZDRES-233: Class.forName(name, initialize=true, classLoader) in readClassDescriptor Triggers Static Initialiser of Allow-Listed Classes Assessment: Fully addressed. For ANY class on the allow-list, deserialising a stream that names it triggers the class’s (static initialiser) BEFORE any instance is constructed. This means an attacker who supplies a class name on the allow-list (e.g., the developer wrote accept(“com.myapp.*") , attacker supplies com.myapp.SomeClass ) causes <clinit> of SomeClass — and many real-world classes have side-effecting static initialisers Both issues have been fixed.

Jun 2, 2026(*x509.Certificate).VerifyHostname previously called matchHostnames in a loop over all DNS Subject Alternative Name (SAN) entries.CVE-2026-27145 · Other software · Go standard library · reported by security@golang.orgMedium 6.5
(*x509.Certificate).VerifyHostname previously called matchHostnames in a loop over all DNS Subject Alternative Name (SAN) entries. This caused strings.Split(host, ".") to execute repeatedly on the same input hostname. With a large DNS SAN list, verification costs scaled quadratically based on the number of SAN entries multiplied by the hostname's label count. Because x509.Verify validates hostnames before building the certificate chain, this overhead occurred even for untrusted certificates.

Jun 2, 2026CZ.NIC BIRD Internet Routing Daemon through 2.19.0 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the BGP AS_PATH mask matching implementation in nest/a-path.c.CVE-2026-49943 · Other software · NIC · reported by MITREMedium 6.3
CZ.NIC BIRD Internet Routing Daemon through 2.19.0 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the BGP AS_PATH mask matching implementation in nest/a-path.c. The as_path_match() function uses a fixed-size stack array of 2048 + 1 pm_pos entries, while parse_path() expands AS_PATH segments from a received BGP UPDATE without enforcing a corresponding capacity limit. When RFC 8654 BGP Extended Messages are enabled and a BIRD filter evaluates an AS path mask expression such as "bgp_path ~ [= ... =]", an established BGP peer can send a long AS_PATH containing more than 2048 expanded ASNs. This causes parse_path()/as_path_match() to write beyond the fixed stack buffer, resulting in a crash of the daemon. NOTE: reportedly, the Supplier's position is that a fix is not being prioritized because all network operators should already be rejecting routes with unusually long attributes.

Jun 1, 2026It was identified that the LDAP client implementation in version 2.1.7 does not verify if the server certificate matches the intended LDAP hostname.CVE-2026-35563 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 8.8
It was identified that the LDAP client implementation in version 2.1.7 does not verify if the server certificate matches the intended LDAP hostname. While the underlying code validates the certificate chain against a trusted authority, the absence of endpoint identification allows a valid certificate issued for an entirely unrelated host to be improperly accepted. This oversight leaves the connection highly vulnerable to server impersonation and complete connection compromise. The root cause of this vulnerability lies in the incomplete TLS server identity verification within the LDAP client implementation. The attacker requires MITM capability on the network to exploit this vulnerability. This attacker must be able to present a certificate trusted by the client's configured trust store. The hostname verification has been enforced in the new version of the LDAP API

May 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/virtio: fix accept queue count leak on transport mismatch virtio_transport_recv_listCVE-2026-46214 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/virtio: fix accept queue count leak on transport mismatch virtio_transport_recv_listen() calls sk_acceptq_added() before vsock_assign_transport(). If vsock_assign_transport() fails or selects a different transport, the error path returns without calling sk_acceptq_removed(), permanently incrementing sk_ack_backlog. After approximately backlog+1 such failures, sk_acceptq_is_full() returns true, causing the listener to reject all new connections. Fix by moving sk_acceptq_added() to after the transport validation, matching the pattern used by vmci_transport and hyperv_transport.
