  • Jul 1, 2026Tina is a headless content management system.CVE-2026-55661 · Other software · tinacms · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

Tina is a headless content management system. In versions prior to @tinacms/mdx 2.1.7 and tinacms 3.9.3, rich-text parsing and the default link/image renderers did not sanitize the url field on Slate link/image nodes. Content containing javascript: or data:text/html URLs — including case-variant, whitespace-padded, and control-character-obfuscated forms — is rendered into href/src and executes when the content is viewed. Any actor able to author rich-text content (for example a lower-privileged editor, or imported/external content) can achieve stored XSS against editors and site viewers. This issue is fixed in versions @tinacms/mdx 2.1.7 and tinacms 3.9.3.

  • Jul 1, 2026Tina is a headless content management system.CVE-2026-55660 · Other software · tinacms · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

Tina is a headless content management system. In versions prior to @tinacms/app 2.5.6 and tinacms 3.9.3, cross-origin postMessage handlers and a rich-text URL-sanitization bypass enable stored XSS and session takeover. The library registers window message listeners — the useTina overlay handler, the OAuth authentication popup handler, and the admin↔preview iframe GraphQL reducer — that act on event.data without verifying event.origin or event.source and post messages using non-specific target origins, while insufficient URL sanitization in rich-text content allows malicious URLs to persist and execute. A page the victim visits (or a window in an opener/iframe relationship with a Tina admin) can forge messages to drive the editor, inject preview content, or observe/forge the OAuth popup channel to take over an authenticated editing session. This issue has been fixed in versions @tinacms/app 2.5.6 and tinacms 3.9.3.

  • Jul 1, 2026Tina is a headless content management system.CVE-2026-54074 · Other software · tinacms · reported by GitHubHigh 7.8

Tina is a headless content management system. @tinacms/cli versions prior to 2.4.3 contain a Remote Code Execution vulnerability in the Forestry-to-Tina migration command. The internal helper addVariablesToCode unquotes any value matching the marker "__TINA_INTERNAL__:::(.*?):::" inside the stringified collection JSON. User-supplied label and name fields from .forestry/**/*.yml are placed into that JSON without any sanitisation. An attacker who controls a Forestry-style project can therefore inject arbitrary JavaScript into the generated tina/templates.{ts,js} file. The injected code is written at module top level, so it executes the moment the developer runs tinacms dev or tinacms build, with the developer's privileges. This issue has been fixed in version 2.4.3.

  • Jun 24, 2026Ghost is a Node.js content management system.CVE-2026-53949 · Other software · TryGhost · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Ghost is a Node.js content management system. From 5.46.1 until 6.21.2, the validation applied to filters on the public API endpoints could be partially bypassed, making it possible to reveal private fields via a brute force attack. If SQLite was used as the database password hashes were fully accessible. If MySQL was used as the database the password hashes' case (uppercase / lowercase) would have been lost, which would likely have rendered a further brute force attack on the discovered hashes fruitless. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.21.2.

  • Jun 24, 2026Ghost is a Node.js content management system.CVE-2026-53948 · Other software · TryGhost · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4

Ghost is a Node.js content management system. From 6.19.4 until 6.21.1, insufficient validation of the client-supplied Content-Type on Ghost's Admin API file upload endpoint allowed uploaded files to be served from the site with an attacker-chosen content type on S3/GCS storage backends. On installations that serve uploaded files from the same origin as the site, this could have been used to facilitate stored cross-site scripting against site visitors or staff. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.21.1.

Ghost is a Node.js content management system. From 5.18.0 until 6.21.1, a discrepancy in responses from the members signin endpoints made it possible for an unauthenticated attacker to determine whether a given email address belongs to a registered member of a Ghost site. • Jun 24, 2026Ghost is a Node.js content management system.CVE-2026-53946 · Other software · TryGhost · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4

Ghost is a Node.js content management system. From 6.19.4 until 6.21.1, when re-rendering posts, Ghost would refetch missing image dimensions by issuing an outbound HTTP request to the URL stored on an image card — without restricting that URL to trusted image hosts. An authenticated staff user able to create or edit posts could therefore point an image card at an attacker-chosen host and cause the Ghost server to request it on their behalf, including hosts on internal networks or cloud instance metadata endpoints that would not normally be reachable from the public internet. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.21.1.

  • Jun 24, 2026Ghost is a Node.js content management system.CVE-2026-53943 · Other software · TryGhost · reported by GitHubCritical 9.6

Ghost is a Node.js content management system. From until 6.37.0, when Ghost is behind a shared caching layer that results in cached content being shared between different visitors, an unauthenticated user could send an x-ghost-preview header that altered the rendered frontend response. In affected cache configurations, that response could be stored and served to subsequent visitors requesting the same page, allowing cache poisoning of request-specific preview output. When running Ghost's frontend and admin panel on the same domain this could be used to take over staff user accounts. When running these on different domains staff accounts have no exposure. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.37.0.

Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.73.23 and 6.20.0, an authenticated Control Panel user could view metadata and content for resources they don't have permission to view, including entries, assets, users, roles, groups, and other configured resources. Depending on the resource, this could expose titles, custom field values, entry content, asset metadata, and the existence of users, roles, and groups. No data could be modified. Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.73.23 and 6.20.0, the fix for CVE-2026-41175 was incomplete. It addressed the issue in the query builder, but the same protection was not applied to in-memory collection sorting. Manipulating sort parameters could result in the loss of content and assets. This requires a front-end template that passes request input into a tag's sort parameter. It is not exploitable by default — a template would need to be explicitly set up to sort by a visitor-controlled value. This has been fixed in 5.73.23 and 6.20.0.

  • Jun 17, 2026e107 is a content management system (CMS).CVE-2026-48997 · Other software · e107inc · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

e107 is a content management system (CMS). Versions 2.3.5 and earlier contain a command injection vulnerability in the ImageMagick resize destination path. In resize_image(), the source path is escaped with escapeshellarg(), but the destination path is inserted inside raw double quotes in the convert command; in the submit-news upload flow, that destination filename includes the first six characters of user-controlled news title input. Because the title filter removes literal spaces but not tab characters, and shell expansions such as $(...) and backticks can survive into the quoted destination argument, /bin/sh -c may evaluate attacker-controlled input. Exploitation is possible only when all of the following non-default settings are enabled: resize_method=ImageMagick, subnews_attach=1, upload_enabled=1, subnews_resize is numeric between 30 and 5000, and the attacker is a non-admin in classes permitted by both subnews_class and upload_class. This issue has been fixed in version 2.3.6.

ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. In versions up to and including 4.30.0, `apos.util.set()` traverses dot-notation paths without sanitizing `__proto__`, allowing an authenticated editor to write arbitrary values to `Object.prototype` via the `$pullAll` patch operator. A confirmed gadget in `publicApiCheck()` causes this to bypass authorization on all piece-type REST API endpoints for every subsequent unauthenticated request, for the lifetime of the Node.js process. ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Versions up to and including 1.4.2 of the `@apostrophecms/seo` package injects the Google Analytics Tracking ID (`seoGoogleTrackingId`) and Google Tag Manager ID (`seoGoogleTagManager`) directly into `<script>` tag bodies using JavaScript template literals without any sanitization or validation. • Jun 12, 2026ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system.CVE-2026-53607 · Other software · apostrophecms · reported by GitHubLow 3.7

ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. In versions up to and including 4.30.0, when `prettyUrls: true` is enabled on `@apostrophecms/file` (a documented SEO feature for serving uploaded files at clean URLs), the public pretty-URL handler builds the upstream URL using the raw `Host` HTTP request header. That URL is then `fetch`'ed and the response body + headers are streamed straight back to the requester. Because `Host` is fully attacker-controlled, an unauthenticated remote attacker can pivot the apostrophe process to issue outbound HTTP requests against any host it can reach on the private network. The path component is constrained to `/uploads/attachments/<cuid>-<slug>.<ext>` (built from a local-DB lookup), which keeps the impact narrow: cross-instance data exfiltration is neutralized by cuid uniqueness, but blind-SSRF residuals remain (network-topology mapping via response-code / timing differences and verbose proxy/WAF 404 body disclosure). As of time of publication, no known patched versions exist.

ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system, and sanitize-html provides a simple HTML sanitizer with a clear API. Versions of sanitize-html prior to 2.17.5 use `allowedSchemesAppliedToAttributes` (default: `['href', 'src', 'cite']`) to gate the `naughtyHref()` function that blocks dangerous URI schemes like `javascript:` and `vbscript:`. The HTML specification defines 10+ attributes that accept URIs (`action`, `formaction`, `data`, `poster`, `background`, `ping`, `xlink:href`, `dynsrc`, `lowsrc`), but none of these are included in the default gate list. When a developer allows any of these attributes in their configuration, `javascript:` URIs pass through completely unmodified, enabling XSS. Version 2.17.5 patches the issue.

ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Versions up to and including 4.29.0 have a password reset flow that constructs the reset URL using `req.hostname`, which is derived directly from the attacker-controlled HTTP `Host` header when `apos.baseUrl` is not explicitly configured. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a victim's email address can send a crafted reset request that causes the application to email the victim a reset link pointing to the attacker's domain. • May 22, 2026NukeViet CMS is a multi Content Management System.CVE-2026-41147 · Other software · nukeviet · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7

NukeViet CMS is a multi Content Management System. Versions 4.5.07 and prior contain a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability caused by insufficient server-side input sanitization in the Request class. The application relies primarily on client-side filtering to sanitize HTML tags and attributes in user-submitted content, which can be bypassed by intercepting and modifying HTTP requests directly (e.g., using Burp Suite). An attacker can inject malicious payloads which are stored server-side and executed in the browser of any user who views the content. Anyone viewing user-submitted content (such as administrators and moderators reviewing contact messages or comments) is impacted, and the vulnerability can be exploited by any anonymous visitor without authentication, with the Contact module used only as a proof of concept. Potential consequences include session hijacking through cookie theft, unauthorized actions performed under the victim's identity, defacement or redirection to phishing pages, and phishing attacks via manipulated email notifications. This issue has been fixed in version 4.5.08. If developers are unable to upgrade immediately, they should work around this

Zenar Content Management System contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts by manipulating form parameters in POST requests. Attackers can inject script tags through the current_page parameter sent to the ajax.php endpoint, which reflects unsanitized user input in the response HTML to execute arbitrary JavaScript in victim browsers.

  • May 14, 2026Strapi is an open source headless content management system.CVE-2026-27886 · Other software · strapi · reported by GitHubCritical 9.2

Strapi is an open source headless content management system. Strapi versions starting in 4.0.0 and prior to 5.37.0 did not sufficiently sanitize query parameters when filtering content via relational fields. An unauthenticated attacker could use the `where` query parameter on any publicly-accessible content-type with an `updatedBy` (or other admin-relation) field to perform a boolean-oracle attack against private fields on the joined `admin_users` table, including the `resetPasswordToken` field. Extracting an admin reset token via this oracle made full administrative account takeover possible without authentication. When a filter such as `where[updatedBy][resetPasswordToken][$startsWith]=a` was applied to a public Content API endpoint, the underlying query generation performed a `LEFT JOIN` against the `admin_users` table and emitted a `WHERE` clause referencing the joined column. The query parameter sanitization layer did not block operator chains that traversed into relational target schemas the caller had no read permission on, allowing the response count to be used as a one-bit oracle on any admin-table field. The patch in version 5.37.0 introduces explicit query-parameter sani

  • May 14, 2026Strapi is an open source headless content management system.CVE-2026-22707 · Other software · strapi · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Strapi is an open source headless content management system. In Strapi versions prior to 5.33.3, the Upload plugin's Content API endpoints did not enforce the administrator-configured MIME type restrictions (`plugin.upload.security.allowedTypes` and `deniedTypes`). The same restrictions were correctly enforced on the Admin Panel upload path. The upload plugin's `enforceUploadSecurity` security check was invoked in the admin upload controller but was missing from the Content API controller. The Content API handlers `uploadFiles` and `replaceFile` (and the `upload` wrapper that dispatches to them) called the underlying upload service directly, bypassing both the magic-byte MIME detection and the configured allow/deny lists. An authenticated user with the Content API upload permission could therefore upload file types the administrator had explicitly disallowed, including HTML and SVG content. In deployments serving uploaded files from the same origin as the admin panel (default), an attacker could upload an HTML or SVG file that, when opened directly by an admin, executed JavaScript in the admin origin, enabling admin-session hijack and authenticated administrative actions against th

  • May 14, 2026Strapi is an open source headless content management system.CVE-2026-22706 · Other software · strapi · reported by GitHubLow 2.1

Strapi is an open source headless content management system. In Strapi versions prior to 5.33.3, changing or resetting a user's password did not invalidate the user's existing refresh-token sessions by default. The refresh-token invalidation step in the users-permissions and admin authentication controllers was conditional on a caller-supplied `deviceId`. When a password change or reset request did not include a `deviceId`, no refresh tokens were revoked, leaving every prior session active. An attacker who had previously obtained a refresh token could continue minting new access tokens after the legitimate user reset their password, allowing persistent unauthorized access for the lifetime of the refresh token (up to 30 days by default). Rotating credentials no longer terminated an active attacker session, defeating password reset as a containment measure. The patch in version 5.33.3 invalidates all refresh tokens associated with the user on every password change and password reset, regardless of whether a `deviceId` is supplied. A new device-scoped session is then issued to the caller as part of the response.

  • May 14, 2026Strapi is an open source headless content management system.CVE-2026-22599 · Other software · strapi · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

Strapi is an open source headless content management system. In versions on the 4.x branch prior to 4.26.1 and on the 5.x branch prior to 5.33.2, a database-query injection vulnerability existed in the Strapi Content-Type Builder write API. An authenticated administrator could inject arbitrary database statements through the `column.defaultTo` attribute when creating or modifying a content type. Setting `defaultTo` as a tuple `[value, { isRaw: true }]` caused the value to be passed directly into Knex's `db.connection.raw()` during schema migration without sanitization, allowing arbitrary statement execution at the database layer. Depending on the database engine, this enabled arbitrary file read via database utility functions, denial of service via forced server crash on schema-migration error, and on engines that permit external program execution, remote code execution against the database server. The patch in versions 4.26.1 and 5.33.2 addresses this by restricting all Content-Type Builder write APIs to development mode only. Production deployments running v5.33.2 or later return 404 for requests against `/content-type-builder/content-types` and related endpoints, removing the ne

  • May 14, 2026Strapi is an open source headless content management system.CVE-2025-64526 · Other software · strapi · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

Strapi is an open source headless content management system. In Strapi versions prior to 5.45.0, the rate-limit middleware in the users-permissions plugin derived its rate-limit key in part from `ctx.request.body.email`, including on routes whose body schema does not contain an `email` field (`/auth/local`, `/auth/reset-password`, `/auth/change-password`). An unauthenticated attacker could include an arbitrary `email` value in the request body to obtain a fresh rate-limit key per request, effectively bypassing per-IP throttling on those routes and enabling high-volume credential brute-force, password-reset code brute-force, and credential-stuffing attempts. The rate-limit key was constructed as `${userIdentifier}:${requestPath}:${ctx.request.ip}`, where `userIdentifier = ctx.request.body.email`. On routes that legitimately use email as their identifier (e.g. `/auth/forgot-password`, `/auth/local/register`), this scoping is correct. On routes that use a different identifier (`identifier` for login, `code` for password reset, `currentPassword` for password change), the email field was not part of the route contract, but the middleware still incorporated it into the key, allowing a ca
