  • Sep 29, 2026Issue summary: An established DTLS 1.2 association using an AEAD cipher suite can be terminated by a single unauthenticated datagram whose encrypted fragment isCVE-2026-75806 · Websites & servers · OpenSSL · reported by openssl-security@openssl.orgMedium 5.3

Issue summary: An established DTLS 1.2 association using an AEAD cipher suite can be terminated by a single unauthenticated datagram whose encrypted fragment is shorter than the mandatory explicit IV and authentication tag overhead. Impact summary: An attacker who can send a datagram that is routed to an existing DTLS 1.2 association can tear that association down without knowing any key material. This is a Denial of Service limited to the targeted association. There is no memory safety or confidentiality impact. CWE: CWE-1284: Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input Description: In TLS 1.2 and DTLS 1.2 every record protected by an AEAD cipher suite carries an explicit IV followed by the ciphertext and an authentication tag. When decrypting such a record the record layer passed the record length to the cipher implementation before checking that the record was long enough to contain the explicit IV and the tag. For a record shorter than that overhead the cipher implementation rejected the impossible length, and the record layer treated this as an internal failure and raised a fatal internal_error alert instead of treating the record as one that failed authentication.

  • Sep 28, 2026Joomla Extension - regularlabs.com - LFI / SSRF in Modules Anywhere 1.5.0 - 9.0.5 for Joomla - Modules Anywhere Pro lets additional attributes on a module tag rCVE-2026-100750 · Other software · regularlabs.com · reported by security@joomla.orgHigh 8.5

Joomla Extension - regularlabs.com - LFI / SSRF in Modules Anywhere 1.5.0 - 9.0.5 for Joomla - Modules Anywhere Pro lets additional attributes on a module tag replace arbitrary parameters of the selected module. This feature is enabled by default in affected versions. The overrides are applied without checking who authored the content containing the tag. The security effect depends on how the selected module consumes the replaced parameter. Joomla's core Feed module provides a concrete affected path: its rssurl parameter is opened by the server and accepts local file: URLs as well as network URLs.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: rtl8723bs: fix mismatched free of HalData in rtw_sdio_if1_init() padapter->HalData is allocated via vzalloc(), but incorrectly freed using kfree() in the rtw_sdio_if1_init() error path. Using kfree() to release this vmalloc-backed buffer can lead to memory corruption. Use rtw_hal_data_deinit() to pair the free correctly and free HalData with vfree(). The bug was first flagged by an experimental static analysis tool we are developing for kernel memory-management bugs. Manual inspection confirms that the issue is still present in current mainline. An x86_64 allyesconfig build showed no new warnings. As we do not have suitable RTL8723BS SDIO hardware to test with, no runtime testing was able to be performed.

Improper Link Resolution Before File Access in the drag source staging path of the drag and drop protocol in kitty from 0.47.0 before 0.49.0 allows a program writing to the terminal to create files and directories at paths outside the staging directory, because subdir_data_for_drag() in kitty/dnd.c resolves a descendant of the staged item tree by constructing a path string and opening it with safe_open(path, O_DIRECTORY | O_RDONLY, 0) rather than by walking the tree one component at a time, so a client that declares two entries with the same name, the first a symlink whose target is an arbitrary absolute path and the second a directory, causes mkdirat() to fail with EEXIST, which the code ignores, and causes the subsequent path resolution to follow the symlink and return a directory descriptor outside the staging directory, which is then passed as the dirfd argument to add_payload() and used for every further create operation on that item and its descendants. Entry names are sanitised against path separators and dot components, but symlink targets are not validated. Files are created with O_CREAT | O_WRONLY | O_EXCL at mode 0644, so existing files cannot be overwritten, and directo

  • Sep 25, 2026The AIL Framework tag selector component (var/www/static/js/tags.js) is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS).CVE-2026-100174 · Other software · ail project · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 5.1

The AIL Framework tag selector component (var/www/static/js/tags.js) is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS). A user with the ability to create a custom tag could embed an HTML payload containing JavaScript event handlers (e.g., <img src=x onerror=alert(1)> or <svg onload=...>) in the tag name. When another authenticated user opened a page containing the tag selector, the malicious tag name was inserted into the DOM using jQuery's html property, causing the embedded script to execute in the victim's browser context. The vulnerable code paths affected both the suggestion/combo-item rendering (_renderComboItems) and the selected-tag rendering logic. In both cases, the display value derived from the tag's displayField was passed directly to the html property of a jQuery element constructor, which parses and inserts the string as raw HTML rather than as text. Preconditions: the attacker must have an authenticated account with permission to create custom tags, and the victim must be an authenticated user who views a page that renders the tag selector with the attacker's stored tag. The attack is stored (persistent) and does not require the victim to perform any action beyon

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: rtl8723bs: fix xmit_frame/xmit_buf leaks on mgnt-frame error paths issue_beacon(), issue_probersp() and issue_asocrsp() obtain a management xmit_frame together with its xmit_buf from the driver's fixed-size management-TX pools via alloc_mgtxmitframe(). On the normal path the frame is handed to dump_mgntframe(), which transfers ownership and eventually returns both objects to their pools (the frame and, for beacons, the buf in rtl8723bs_mgnt_xmit(); other bufs via the pending-xmitbuf/TX-completion path). Several error/edge paths return early after a successful alloc_mgtxmitframe() but before dump_mgntframe(), so ownership is never transferred and neither object is freed: - issue_beacon(): beacon larger than 512 bytes - issue_probersp(): cur_network->ie_length > MAX_IE_SZ - issue_probersp(): kzalloc() of the SSID scratch buffer fails - issue_asocrsp(): pkt_type is neither ASSOCRSP nor REASSOCRSP Because alloc_mgtxmitframe() removes the frame and buf from their free lists (list_del_init) without placing them on any pending list, an orphaned pair is on no list and referenced by nobody, so it is on

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: dsa: tag_brcm: legacy FCS: request needed tailroom The legacy FCS tagger calculates the CRC over skb->len bytes starting at skb->data. When a nonlinear skb reaches the tagger, this reads past the linear head into unrelated slab memory. The tagger appends an Ethernet FCS but does not declare that tailroom. As a result, DSA leaves NETIF_F_SG and NETIF_F_FRAGLIST enabled on the user port, and nonlinear skbs can reach the CRC calculation. Declare the required tailroom. DSA will then clear those features and the networking core will linearize skbs before the tagger runs. A KASAN-enabled dsa_loop test using this tagger reports: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in crc32_le Read of size 1 at addr ffff8880397086c0 by task exp/135 Call Trace: crc32_le (lib/crc/crc32-main.c:38) brcm_leg_fcs_tag_xmit (net/dsa/tag_brcm.c:343) dsa_user_xmit (net/dsa/user.c:942) dev_hard_start_xmit (net/core/dev.c:3937) __dev_queue_xmit (net/core/dev.c:4926) packet_sendmsg (net/packet/af_packet.c:3110) __sys_sendto (net/socket.c:2281) The buggy address belongs to the object at ffff888039708400 which belo

LibRaw 0.22.0 contains an incorrect numeric conversion vulnerability in LibRaw::parse_tiff_ifd() when processing TIFF tag 0x00fe (NewSubfileType). A specially crafted RAW, TIFF, or DNG file can supply an attacker-controlled NewSubfileType value outside the range of a signed int. The parser converts this value and narrows it to int without performing range validation. This out-of-range conversion triggers undefined behavior, resulting in process termination and denial of service.

  • Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: core: Do not block on tag allocation in scsi_eh_lock_door() scsi_eh_lock_door() is cCVE-2026-93781 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: core: Do not block on tag allocation in scsi_eh_lock_door() scsi_eh_lock_door() is called from scsi_restart_operations() while the host is still in the SHOST_RECOVERY state, i.e. before the host is switched back to SHOST_RUNNING and scsi_run_host_queues() restarts the queues. It allocates a request via scsi_alloc_request() with no flags, so blk_mq_get_tag() may block waiting for a free sched tag when all tags are already in use. Those tags can be held by commands that were just requeued by scsi_eh_flush_done_q() during error handling. Such commands cannot be dispatched until the host leaves SHOST_RECOVERY and scsi_run_host_queues() is called - which only happens *after* scsi_eh_lock_door() returns. This forms a circular dependency: - scsi_eh_lock_door(), running in the SCSI error handler thread, waits for a sched tag held by a requeued command; - the requeued command cannot complete and release its sched tag until the error handler thread leaves scsi_restart_operations() and restart the queues. For devices with a single driver tag (e.g. USB storage) it is a guaranteed deadlock and I/O t

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: octeon: add missing tasklet_kill in cvm_oct_tx_shutdown The TX cleanup tasklet can be scheduled by the watchdog IRQ handler to execute cvm_oct_tx_do_cleanup. There can be a pending tasklet in the queue which might run after the cvm_oct_remove() frees net_device structures, causing a use-after-free in cvm_oct_tx_do_cleanup() as it iterates cvm_oct_device[] which is an array of netdevice pointers. Add tasklet_kill() after free_irq() to ensure the tasklet is no longer scheduled or running before teardown proceeds.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: octeon: add missing napi_disable in cvm_oct_rx_shutdown cvm_oct_rx_shutdown calls free_irq and netif_napi_del without disabling the napi instance first. As the free_irq only waits for completion of hard interrupt handlers, the napi poll function could still be active. This underflows the refcount of the VIP device's OF node when endpoint parsing fails on a malformed device tree. The only reference the function takes on np is the success-path of_node_get() stored in vip->chan.of_node, and that one is already released by the tegra_vip_init() error path and by tegra_vip_exit(). SGLang versions through 0.5.20 contain an unbounded memory allocation vulnerability in handle_staging_req() that fails to validate chunk_idx from ZMQ STAGING_REQ frames in prefill/decode disaggregation deployments. Attackers with access to the decode engine's internal ZMQ rank port can send a frame with an extremely large chunk_idx value, causing the scheduler to allocate memory until the system runs out and terminates the process.

  • Sep 17, 2026The Approval app's approve/reject endpoint is meant to require the file's current etag as a freshness check, preventing an approver from approving or rejecting CVE-2026-82982 · Other software · Nextcloud · reported by support@hackerone.comMedium 4.3

The Approval app's approve/reject endpoint is meant to require the file's current etag as a freshness check, preventing an approver from approving or rejecting a file whose contents changed after they reviewed it. The backend only enforced this check when the etag parameter was present and non-empty in the request. An attacker able to intercept and modify the approval request could omit the etag field entirely, bypassing the freshness check and approving or rejecting a file version they never reviewed.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
