  • Oct 12, 2026The Metasploit Framework Web Service REST API (msf-ws) exposes the credential store through Msf::WebServices::CredentialServlet.CVE-2026-87689 · Other software · Rapid7 · reported by cve@rapid7.comCritical 9.8

    The Metasploit Framework Web Service REST API (msf-ws) exposes the credential store through Msf::WebServices::CredentialServlet. Every mutating and read route in this servlet calls warden.authenticate! before processing a request, except the update_credential (PUT) and delete_credentials (DELETE) handlers for /api/v1/credentials, which omit the authentication call entirely. Because these handlers call directly into lib/msf/core/db_manager/cred.rb, which performs no authorization check of its own, any client able to reach the web service on its default 0.0.0.0:8080 listener can read, modify, or permanently delete every stored credential record — including passwords, hashes, and private keys stored for a shared team engagement — without presenting any authentication. All published versions of Metasploit Framework through 6.5.4 are affected. The issue is fixed in 6.5.5 by adding warden.authenticate! as the first statement in both handlers, matching the pattern used by every other route in the API.

  • Oct 12, 2026A flaw was found in openstack-network-exporter.CVE-2026-83536 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 5.3

    A flaw was found in openstack-network-exporter. The HTTP server within the component is configured without essential timeout settings, such as ReadHeaderTimeout. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated, remote attacker to initiate multiple slow HTTP header connections. By trickling header bytes, the attacker can exhaust server resources, specifically file descriptors, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) that prevents legitimate Prometheus metric scraping and alerting.

  • Oct 12, 2026A flaw was found in openstack-network-exporter.CVE-2026-83535 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 7.4

    A flaw was found in openstack-network-exporter. When an operator configures user authentication but omits or misconfigures Transport Layer Security (TLS), the basic authentication mechanism is silently bypassed. This fail-open design allows an adjacent network attacker to access sensitive Open vSwitch (OVS) and Open Virtual Network (OVN) dataplane metrics without credentials. Consequently, an attacker can enumerate bridge names, port counters, OVN controller state, and host topology, leading to information disclosure.

  • Oct 12, 2026User-controlled values are not sufficiently neutralized when included in CSV exports.CVE-2026-93581 · Other software · OTRS GmbH (former OTRS AG) · reported by security@otrs.comMedium 6.1

    User-controlled values are not sufficiently neutralized when included in CSV exports. Values originating from user input, including data submitted by authenticated users or received through external communication channels such as email, may be stored in fields that are later included in CSV exports. An attacker can therefore inject values beginning with spreadsheet formula characters such as =, +, -, or @. An attacker does not necessarily require an authenticated account if the affected field can be populated through an external input channel such as incoming email. When an affected CSV file is opened in spreadsheet software, the application may interpret these values as formulas instead of plain text. Depending on the spreadsheet application and its security configuration, a malicious formula may cause unintended actions, disclose information, or invoke external functionality. Exploitation may require the user opening the exported CSV file to confirm one or more security warning dialogs. The vulnerability does not execute code on the OTRS server; any additional impact occurs in the spreadsheet application used to process the exported file. This issue affects OTRS: * 7.0.X

    mini-swe-agent 1.10.0 through 2.4.6 contains an information exposure vulnerability in BubblewrapEnvironment because bwrap omits --clearenv, so sandboxed commands inherit the host environment. Attackers using prompt injection in processed task content can make the agent read API keys from the environment and exfiltrate them over the shared network.

  • Oct 10, 2026SpeedyCache – Cache, Optimization, Performance: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-104006 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceLow 3.7

    The SpeedyCache – Cache, Optimization, Performance plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.2 via the 'comment_author_*, comment_author_email_*' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract the full name and email address of returning commenters pre-filled into comment form input fields and persisted as the site-wide cached page by any unauthenticated attacker requesting the same public URL. The read-side handler in advanced-cache.php correctly skips cached delivery for requests carrying comment_author_* cookies, but this check is absent on the write path, meaning the cache poisoning is invisible to the victim commenter yet fully exploitable by any unauthenticated attacker with no cookies.

  • Oct 10, 2026Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-94375 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

    The Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.8 via the get_file_path. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract download exported order CSV files containing customer PII — including names, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and order contents — directly over HTTP with no authentication. This is exploitable whenever the .htaccess and index.php guard files are absent from wp-content/webtoffee_export/, which can occur after any uninstall/reinstall cycle, migration, backup restore, or staging sync, since the export directory persists but its guard files do not; export filenames follow a fully deterministic second-precision timestamp pattern, making them brute-forceable across any suspected export window.

  • Oct 10, 2026Post Export Import with Media: Directory TraversalCVE-2026-104763 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9

    The Post Export Import with Media plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 1.17.1 via the 'file_path' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. This requires the attacker to upload a crafted ZIP archive containing a media_metadata.json file with path traversal sequences in the file_path field while specifying an allowed file extension for the destination filename to bypass the extension guard introduced in version 1.13.2.

  • Oct 10, 2026Download Manager: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-103964 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

    The Download Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.71 via the 'first_name' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to extract the administrator's full Cookie header, including wordpress_logged_in_* session cookies, from the suspension email sent during the administrator's authenticated request, enabling full session hijack and account takeover. Exploitation requires an administrator to perform the Suspend action against the attacker's account, which causes the plugin to synchronously compile and send the suspension email inside the administrator's authenticated HTTP request — making the administrator's session cookies available to the template engine at send time.

    Affects up to 3.3.71. Update Download Manager to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
