Feb 25, 2026Fleet is open source device management software.CVE-2026-26186 · Other software · fleetdm · reported by GitHubMedium 5.1
Fleet is open source device management software. A SQL injection vulnerability in versions prior to 4.80.1 allowed authenticated users to inject arbitrary SQL expressions via the `order_key` query parameter. Due to unsafe use of `goqu.I()` when constructing the `ORDER BY` clause, specially crafted input could escape identifier quoting and be interpreted as executable SQL. An authenticated attacker with access to the affected endpoint could inject SQL expressions into the underlying MySQL query. Although the injection occurs in an `ORDER BY` context, it is sufficient to enable blind SQL injection techniques that can disclose database information through conditional expressions that affect result ordering. Crafted expressions may also cause excessive computation or query failures, potentially leading to degraded performance or denial of service. No direct evidence of reliable data modification or stacked query execution was demonstrated. Version 4.80.1 fixes the issue. If an immediate upgrade is not possible, users should restrict access to the affected endpoint to trusted roles only and ensure that any user-supplied sort or column parameters are strictly allow-listed at the applicat

Feb 25, 2026n8n is an open source workflow automation platform.CVE-2026-27578 · Other software · n8n-io · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to versions 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and 1.123.22, an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows could inject arbitrary scripts into pages rendered by the n8n application using different techniques on various nodes (Form Trigger node, Chat Trigger node, Send & Wait node, Webhook Node, and Chat Node). Scripts injected by a malicious workflow execute in the browser of any user who visits the affected page, enabling session hijacking and account takeover. The issues have been fixed in n8n versions 2.10.1 and 1.123.21. Users should upgrade to one of these versions or later to remediate the vulnerability. If upgrading is not immediately possible, administrators should consider the following temporary mitigations. Limit workflow creation and editing permissions to fully trusted users only, and/or disable the Webhook node by adding `n8n-nodes-base.webhook` to the `NODES_EXCLUDE` environment variable. These workarounds do not fully remediate the risk and should only be used as short-term mitigation measures.

n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to versions 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and 1.123.22, additional exploits in the expression evaluation of n8n have been identified and patched following CVE-2025-68613. An authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows could abuse crafted expressions in workflow parameters to trigger unintended system command execution on the host running n8n. The issues have been fixed in n8n versions 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and 1.123.22. Users should upgrade to one of these versions or later to remediate all known vulnerabilities. If upgrading is not immediately possible, administrators should consider the following temporary mitigations. Limit workflow creation and editing permissions to fully trusted users only, and/or deploy n8n in a hardened environment with restricted operating system privileges and network access to reduce the impact of potential exploitation. These workarounds do not fully remediate the risk and should only be used as short-term mitigation measures.

Feb 25, 2026n8n is an open source workflow automation platform.CVE-2026-27498 · Other software · n8n-io · reported by GitHubCritical 9
n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to versions 2.2.0 and 1.123.8, an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows could chain the Read/Write Files from Disk node with git operations to achieve remote code execution. By writing to specific configuration files and then triggering a git operation, the attacker could execute arbitrary shell commands on the n8n host. The issue has been fixed in n8n versions 2.2.0 and 1.123.8. Users should upgrade to one of these versions or later to remediate the vulnerability. If upgrading is not immediately possible, administrators should consider the following temporary mitigations. Limit workflow creation and editing permissions to fully trusted users only, and/or disable the Read/Write Files from Disk node by adding `n8n-nodes-base.readWriteFile` to the `NODES_EXCLUDE` environment variable. These workarounds do not fully remediate the risk and should only be used as short-term mitigation measures.

Feb 25, 2026n8n is an open source workflow automation platform.CVE-2026-27495 · Other software · n8n-io · reported by GitHubCritical 9.4
n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to versions 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and 1.123.22, an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows could exploit a vulnerability in the JavaScript Task Runner sandbox to execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox boundary. On instances using internal Task Runners (default runner mode), this could result in full compromise of the n8n host. On instances using external Task Runners, the attacker might gain access to or impact other task executed on the Task Runner. Task Runners must be enabled using `N8N_RUNNERS_ENABLED=true`. The issue has been fixed in n8n versions 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and 1.123.22. Users should upgrade to one of these versions or later to remediate the vulnerability. If upgrading is not immediately possible, administrators should consider the following temporary mitigations. Limit workflow creation and editing permissions to fully trusted users only, and/or use external runner mode (`N8N_RUNNERS_MODE=external`) to limit the blast radius. These workarounds do not fully remediate the risk and should only be used as short-term mitigation measures.

Feb 25, 2026n8n is an open source workflow automation platform.CVE-2026-27493 · Other software · n8n-io · reported by GitHubCritical 9.5
n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to versions 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and 1.123.22, a second-order expression injection vulnerability existed in n8n's Form nodes that could allow an unauthenticated attacker to inject and evaluate arbitrary n8n expressions by submitting crafted form data. When chained with an expression sandbox escape, this could escalate to remote code execution on the n8n host. The vulnerability requires a specific workflow configuration to be exploitable. First, a form node with a field interpolating a value provided by an unauthenticated user, e.g. a form submitted value. Second, the field value must begin with an `=` character, which caused n8n to treat it as an expression and triggered a double-evaluation of the field content. There is no practical reason for a workflow designer to prefix a field with `=` intentionally — the character is not rendered in the output, so the result would not match the designer's expectations. If added accidentally, it would be noticeable and very unlikely to persist. An unauthenticated attacker would need to either know about this specific circumstance on a target instance or discover a matching form by chance. Eve

Feb 25, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2026-25743 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, users with the "Forms administration" role can fill questionnaires ("forms") in patient encounters. The answers to the forms are displayed on the encounter page and in the visit history for the users with the same role. There exists a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the function to display the form answers, allowing any authenticated attacker with the specific role to insert arbitrary JavaScript into the system by entering malicious payloads to the form answers. The JavaScript code is later executed by any user with the form role when viewing the form answers in the patient encounter pages or visit history. Version 8.0.0 fixes the issue.

Feb 25, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2026-25476 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the session expiration check in `library/auth.inc.php` runs only when `skip_timeout_reset` is not present in the request. When `skip_timeout_reset=1` is sent, the entire block that calls `SessionTracker::isSessionExpired()` and forces logout on timeout is skipped. As a result, any request that includes this parameter (e.g. from auto-refresh pages like the Patient Flow Board) never runs the expiration check: expired sessions can continue to access data indefinitely, abandoned workstations stay active, and an attacker with a stolen session cookie can keep sending `skip_timeout_reset=1` to avoid being logged out. Version 8.0.0 fixes the issue.

OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the Message Center accepts the URL parameter `show_all=yes` and passes it to `getPnotesByUser()`, which returns all internal messages (all users’ notes). The backend does not verify that the requesting user is an administrator before honoring `show_all=yes`. The "Show All" link is also visible to non-admin users. Feb 25, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2026-25164 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the REST API route table in `apis/routes/_rest_routes_standard.inc.php` does not call `RestConfig::request_authorization_check()` for the document and insurance routes. Other patient routes in the same file (e.g. encounters, patients/med) call it with the appropriate ACL. As a result, any valid API bearer token can access or modify every patient's documents and insurance data, regardless of the token’s OpenEMR ACLs—effectively exposing all document and insurance PHI to any authenticated API client. Version 8.0.0 patches the issue.

Feb 25, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2026-24487 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubMedium 5.7
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, an authorization bypass vulnerability in the FHIR CareTeam resource endpoint allows patient-scoped FHIR tokens to access care team data for all patients instead of being restricted to only the authenticated patient's data. This could potentially lead to unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI), including patient-provider relationships and care team structures across the entire system. The issue occurs because the `FhirCareTeamService` does not implement the `IPatientCompartmentResourceService` interface and does not pass the patient binding parameter to the underlying service, bypassing the patient compartment filtering mechanism. Feb 25, 2026changedetection.io is a free open source web page change detection tool.CVE-2026-27696 · Other software · dgtlmoon · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6
changedetection.io is a free open source web page change detection tool. In versions prior to 0.54.1, changedetection.io is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) because the URL validation function `is_safe_valid_url()` does not validate the resolved IP address of watch URLs against private, loopback, or link-local address ranges. An authenticated user (or any user when no password is configured, which is the default) can add a watch for internal network URLs. The application fetches these URLs server-side, stores the response content, and makes it viewable through the web UI — enabling full data exfiltration from internal services. Feb 25, 2026Coturn is a free open source implementation of TURN and STUN Server.CVE-2026-27624 · Other software · coturn · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2
Coturn is a free open source implementation of TURN and STUN Server. Coturn is commonly configured to block loopback and internal ranges using "denied-peer-ip" and/or default loopback restrictions. CVE-2020-26262 addressed bypasses involving "0.0.0.0", "[::1]" and "[::]", but IPv4-mapped IPv6 is not covered. When sending a "CreatePermission" or "ChannelBind" request with the "XOR-PEER-ADDRESS" value of "::ffff:127.0.0.1", a successful response is received, even though "127.0.0.0/8" is blocked via "denied-peer-ip". The root cause is that, prior to the updated fix implemented in version 4.9.0, three functions in "src/client/ns_turn_ioaddr.c" do not check "IN6_IS_ADDR_V4MAPPED". "ioa_addr_is_loopback()" checks "127.x.x.x" (AF_INET) and "::1" (AF_INET6), but not "::ffff:127.0.0.1." "ioa_addr_is_zero()" checks "0.0.0.0" and "::", but not "::ffff:0.0.0.0." "addr_less_eq()" used by "ioa_addr_in_range()" for "denied-peer-ip" matching: when the range is AF_INET and the peer is AF_INET6, the comparison returns 0 without extracting the embedded IPv4. Version 4.9.0 contains an updated fix to address the bypass of the fix for CVE-2020-26262.

Feb 24, 2026InvenTree is an Open Source Inventory Management System.CVE-2026-27629 · Other software · inventree · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9
InvenTree is an Open Source Inventory Management System. Prior to version 1.2.3, insecure server-side templates can be hijacked to expose secure information to the client. When generating custom batch codes, the InvenTree server makes use of a customizable jinja2 template, which can be modified by a staff user to exfiltrate sensitive information or perform code execution on the server. This issue requires access by a user with granted staff permissions, followed by a request to generate a custom batch code via the API. Once the template has been modified in a malicious manner, the API call to generate a new batch code could be made by other users, and the template code will be executed with their user context. The code has been patched to ensure that all template generation is performed within a secure sandboxed context. This issue has been addressed in version 1.2.3, and any versions from 1.3.0 onwards. Some workarounds are available. The batch code template is a configurable global setting which can be adjusted via any user with staff access. To prevent this setting from being edited, it can be overridden at a system level to a default value, preventing it from being edited. This

Feb 24, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2026-25135 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubMedium 4.5
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Versions prior to 8.0.0 have an information disclosure vulnerability that leaks the entire contact information for all users, organizations, and patients in the system to anyone who has the system/(Group,Patient,*).$export operation and system/Location.read capabilities. This vulnerability will impact OpenEMR versions since 2023. This disclosure will only occur in extremely high trust environments as it requires using a confidential client with secure key exchange that requires an administrator to enable and grant permission before the app can even be used. This will typically only occur in server-server communication across trusted clients that already have established legal agreements. Version 8.0.0 contains a patch. As a workaround, disable clients that have the vulnerable scopes and only allow clients that do not have the system/Location.read scope until a fix has been deployed.

Feb 24, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2026-21443 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubLow 1.2
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the `xl()` translation function returns unescaped strings. While wrapper functions exist for escaping in different contexts (`xlt()` for HTML, `xla()` for attributes, `xlj()` for JavaScript), there are places in the codebase where `xl()` output is used directly without escaping. If an attacker could insert malicious content into the translation database, these unescaped outputs could lead to XSS. Version 8.0.0 fixes the issue.

Feb 24, 2026OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application.CVE-2025-67491 · Other software · openemr · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Versions 5.0.0.5 through 7.0.3.4 have a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the ub04 helper of the billing interface. The variable `$data` is passed in a click event handler enclosed in single quotes without proper sanitization. Thus, despite `json_encode` a malicious user can still inject a payload such as ` ac' ><img src=x onerror=alert(document.cookie)> ` to trigger the bug. This vulnerability allows low privileged users to embed malicious JS payloads on the server and perform stored XSS attack. This, in turn makes it possible for malicious users to steal the session cookies and perform unauthorized actions impersonating administrators. Version 7.0.4 patches the issue.

Feb 24, 2026Piwigo is an open source photo gallery application for the web.CVE-2025-62512 · Other software · Piwigo · reported by GitHubMedium 5.5
Piwigo is an open source photo gallery application for the web. In version 15.5.0 and likely earlier 15.x releases, the password reset functionality in Piwigo allows an unauthenticated attacker to determine whether a given username or email address exists in the system. The endpoint at password.php?action=lost returns distinct messages for valid vs. invalid accounts, enabling user enumeration. As of time of publication, no known patches are available.

Feb 24, 2026Piwigo is an open source photo gallery application for the web.CVE-2024-48928 · Other software · Piwigo · reported by GitHubLow 2.7
Piwigo is an open source photo gallery application for the web. In versions on the 14.x branch, when installing, the secret_key configuration parameter is set to MD5(RAND()) in MySQL. However, RAND() only has 30 bits of randomness, making it feasible to brute-force the secret key. The CSRF token is constructed partially from the secret key, and this can be used to check if the brute force succeeded. Trying all possible values takes approximately one hour. The impact of this is limited. The auto login key uses the user's password on top of the secret key. The pwg token uses the user's session identifier on top of the secret key. It seems that values for get_ephemeral_key can be generated when one knows the secret key. Version 15.0.0 contains a fix for the issue.

Feb 24, 2026WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform.CVE-2026-27732 · Other software · WWBN · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6
WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. Prior to version 22.0, the `aVideoEncoder.json.php` API endpoint accepts a `downloadURL` parameter and fetches the referenced resource server-side without proper validation or an allow-list. This allows authenticated users to trigger server-side requests to arbitrary URLs (including internal network endpoints). An authenticated attacker can leverage SSRF to interact with internal services and retrieve sensitive data (e.g., internal APIs, metadata services), potentially leading to further compromise depending on the deployment environment. This issue has been fixed in AVideo version 22.0.

Feb 24, 2026WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform.CVE-2026-27568 · Other software · WWBN · reported by GitHubMedium 5.1
WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. Prior to version 21.0, AVideo allows Markdown in video comments and uses Parsedown (v1.7.4) without Safe Mode enabled. Markdown links are not sufficiently sanitized, allowing `javascript:` URIs to be rendered as clickable links. An authenticated low-privilege attacker can post a malicious comment that injects persistent JavaScript. When another user clicks the link, the attacker can perform actions such as session hijacking, privilege escalation (including admin takeover), and data exfiltration. Version 21.0 contains a fix. As a workaround, validate and block unsafe URI schemes (e.g., `javascript:`) before rendering Markdown, and enable Parsedown Safe Mode.

Feb 24, 2026Payload is a free and open source headless content management system.CVE-2026-27567 · Other software · payloadcms · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. Prior to 3.75.0, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in Payload's external file upload functionality. When processing external URLs for file uploads, insufficient validation of HTTP redirects could allow an authenticated attacker to access internal network resources. The Payload environment must have at least one collection with `upload` enabled and a user who has `create` access to that upload-enabled collection in order to be vulnerable. An authenticated user with upload collection write permissions could potentially access internal services. Response content from internal services could be retrieved through the application. This vulnerability has been patched in v3.75.0. As a workaround, one may mitigate this vulnerability by disabling external file uploads via the `disableExternalFile` upload collection option, or by restricting `create` access on upload-enabled collections to trusted users only.

Feb 21, 2026Pannellum is a lightweight, free, and open source panorama viewer for the web.CVE-2026-27210 · Other software · mpetroff · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
Pannellum is a lightweight, free, and open source panorama viewer for the web. In versions 3.5.0 through 2.5.6, the hot spot attributes configuration property allowed any attribute to be set, including HTML event handler attributes, allowing for potential XSS attacks. This affects websites hosting the standalone viewer HTML file and any other use of untrusted JSON config files (bypassing the protections of the escapeHTML parameter). As certain events fire without any additional user interaction, visiting a standalone viewer URL that points to a malicious config file — without additional user interaction — is sufficient to trigger the vulnerability and execute arbitrary JavaScript code, which can, for example, replace the contents of the page with arbitrary content and make it appear to be hosted by the website hosting the standalone viewer HTML file. This issue has been fixed in version 2.5.7. To workaround, setting the Content-Security-Policy header to script-src-attr 'none' will block execution of inline event handlers, mitigating this vulnerability. Don't host pannellum.htm on a domain that shares cookies with user authentication to mitigate XSS risk.

Feb 20, 2026eBay API MCP Server is an open source local MCP server providing AI assistants with comprehensive access to eBay's Sell APIs.CVE-2026-27203 · Other software · YosefHayim · reported by GitHubHigh 8.3
eBay API MCP Server is an open source local MCP server providing AI assistants with comprehensive access to eBay's Sell APIs. All versions are vulnerable to Environment Variable Injection through the updateEnvFile function. The ebay_set_user_tokens tool allows updating the .env file with new tokens. The updateEnvFile function in src/auth/oauth.ts blindly appends or replaces values without validating them for newlines or quotes. This allows an attacker to inject arbitrary environment variables into the configuration file. An attacker can inject arbitrary environment variables into the .env file. This could lead to configuration overwrites, Denial of Service, and potential RCE. There was no fix for this issue at the time of publication.

Feb 20, 2026openITCOCKPIT is an open source monitoring tool built for different monitoring engines like Nagios, Naemon and Prometheus.CVE-2026-24892 · Other software · openITCOCKPIT · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
openITCOCKPIT is an open source monitoring tool built for different monitoring engines like Nagios, Naemon and Prometheus. openITCOCKPIT Community Edition 5.3.1 and earlier contains an unsafe PHP deserialization pattern in the processing of changelog entries. Serialized changelog data derived from attacker-influenced application state is unserialized without restricting allowed classes. Although no current application endpoint was found to introduce PHP objects into this data path, the presence of an unrestricted unserialize() call constitutes a latent PHP object injection vulnerability. If future code changes, plugins, or refactors introduce object values into this path, the vulnerability could become immediately exploitable with severe impact, including potential remote code execution.

Feb 20, 2026openITCOCKPIT is an open source monitoring tool built for different monitoring engines like Nagios, Naemon and Prometheus.CVE-2026-24891 · Other software · openITCOCKPIT · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
openITCOCKPIT is an open source monitoring tool built for different monitoring engines like Nagios, Naemon and Prometheus. Versions 5.3.1 and below contain an unsafe deserialization sink in the Gearman worker implementation. The worker function registered as oitc_gearman calls PHP's unserialize() on job payloads without enforcing class restrictions or validating data origin. While the intended deployment assumes only trusted internal components enqueue Gearman jobs, this trust boundary is not enforced in application code. In environments where the Gearman service or worker is exposed to untrusted systems, an attacker may submit crafted serialized payloads to trigger PHP Object Injection in the worker process. This vulnerability is exploitable when Gearman listens on non-local interfaces, network access to TCP/4730 is unrestricted, or untrusted systems can enqueue jobs. Default, correctly hardened deployments may not be immediately exploitable, but the unsafe sink remains present in code regardless of deployment configuration. Enforcing this trust boundary in code would significantly reduce risk and prevent exploitation in misconfigured environments. This issue has been fixed in ver
