Jul 14, 2026AWS HealthLake MCP Server (awslabs.healthlake-mcp-server) is a Model Context Protocol server that enables AI assistants to interact with AWS HealthLake FHIR datCVE-2026-15643 · Other software · AWS · reported by ff89ba41-3aa1-4d27-914a-91399e9639e5Critical 9.2
AWS HealthLake MCP Server (awslabs.healthlake-mcp-server) is a Model Context Protocol server that enables AI assistants to interact with AWS HealthLake FHIR datastores. A server-side request forgery in the pagination handling component in AWS awslabs.healthlake-mcp-server before 0.0.14 on all platforms might allow a remote authenticated user to exfiltrate AWS temporary security credentials to an arbitrary endpoint via a crafted next_token parameter. The server does not validate that pagination URLs point back to the expected HealthLake endpoint, allowing an actor to redirect subsequent requests to an actor-controlled server. Its recommended to upgrade to version 0.0.14 or later.

Jul 13, 2026MCP Appium is an MCP server that provides AI assistants with tools to automate mobile app testing on Android and iOS.CVE-2026-58500 · Other software · appium · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
MCP Appium is an MCP server that provides AI assistants with tools to automate mobile app testing on Android and iOS. In versions prior to 1.85.10, the createLocatorGeneratorUI function interpolates attacker-controlled element attributes — text, content-desc, resource-id, and locator selector values — directly into an HTML template literal without any HTML or JavaScript context escaping. An attacker who controls the UI of the app under test can inject arbitrary HTML and JavaScript into the MCP UI resource returned by the generate_locators tool. When a victim's MCP client renders this resource, the injected script executes and can invoke arbitrary MCP tools via window.parent.postMessage, leading to unauthorized MCP tool execution such as taking screenshots, reading page source, or any other registered capability. This issue has been fixed in version 1.85.10.

Jul 11, 2026The Bluetooth BAP Broadcast Assistant GATT client in subsys/bluetooth/audio/bap_broadcast_assistant.c reassembled remote Broadcast Receive State data into a sinCVE-2026-10660 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6.4
The Bluetooth BAP Broadcast Assistant GATT client in subsys/bluetooth/audio/bap_broadcast_assistant.c reassembled remote Broadcast Receive State data into a single file-static net_buf_simple (att_buf, BT_ATT_MAX_ATTRIBUTE_LEN = 512 bytes) shared by all connection instances, while the BUSY flag, long-read handle, and reset/offset state were per-connection. When the device acts as a Broadcast Assistant connected to multiple Scan Delegator peripherals, notification and long-read callbacks from different connections interleave on the shared buffer: the append in notify_handler (net_buf_simple_add_mem at the not-busy branch) performs no tailroom check, so receive-state notifications from two or more delegators accumulate on the same 512-byte buffer and, with a sufficiently large configured ATT MTU (BT_L2CAP_TX_MTU up to 2000) and two-to-three concurrent connections, write past the buffer into adjacent .bss (net_buf_simple_add only asserts in debug builds). Even below the overflow threshold, one connection's net_buf_simple_reset zeroes the shared length while another connection's reassembly and GATT read offset are in flight, mixing one peer's data into another's parse. Jul 9, 2026Everest Forms: Does not correctly restrict access to several REST API endpoints belonging to its onboarding assistant: the capability check is only appliedCVE-2026-12270 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanMedium 6.5
The Everest Forms WordPress plugin before 3.5.0 does not correctly restrict access to several REST API endpoints belonging to its onboarding assistant: the capability check is only applied when an attacker-controllable request header holds a specific value, so it can be bypassed by omitting or changing that header. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read onboarding status information, modify the related Everest Forms WordPress plugin before 3.5.0 options, and trigger an email from the site to an arbitrary address.

Jul 8, 2026Cline is an autonomous coding agent as an SDK, IDE extension, or CLI assistant.CVE-2026-59723 · Other software · cline · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Cline is an autonomous coding agent as an SDK, IDE extension, or CLI assistant. Prior to 3.0.30, the Cline Hub dashboard server launched by the cline dashboard command accepts WebSocket connections on the /browser endpoint without validating the Origin header, and when ROOM_SECRET is unset for local 127.0.0.1 binds, isAuthorizedBrowserRequest() allows attacker-controlled websites to send desktopCommand frames that read workspace state, mutate MCP and provider settings, and trigger command execution when a provider or model is configured. Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first. Prior to 2025.5.0, The iOS companion app ignores the SSID allowlist for internal networks. The app uses SSID to detect when to use the internal URL, but whenever the app cannot find any other URL to be used, it fallbacks to the internal URL as well, which can expose user's token when connected to a not secure network. Flowise before 3.0.6 contains an arbitrary file read vulnerability in the chatId parameter of the /api/v1/get-upload-file and /api/v1/openai-assistants-file/download endpoints. The chatId value is not validated and is passed to streamStorageFile(), where a fallback file-lookup path constructed without the orgId is evaluated after the storage-directory containment check, allowing path traversal beyond the intended storage directory. Unauthenticated attackers can read sensitive files such as /root/.flowise/database.sqlite, exposing all database content in the default configuration.

Jun 23, 2026Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first.CVE-2026-54318 · Other software · home-assistant · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first. Prior to 2026.5.3, the LocationSensorManager BroadcastReceiver is exported with no permission. Any installed app, with zero runtime permissions, can broadcast a forged Google Play Services LocationResult directly to it; the receiver trusts the extra and forwards it to the user's Home Assistant server as the device's real location. This bypasses Android's developer-mode "Mock Location" gate and allows a local malicious app to drive zone-based automations (unlock door / disarm alarm / open garage) by faking the user's GPS position. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.5.3.

Jun 23, 2026Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first.CVE-2026-54317 · Other software · home-assistant · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6
Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first. Prior to 2026.6.0, the Konnected integration registers an HTTP endpoint, KonnectedView (homeassistant/components/konnected/__init__.py), that is marked as not requiring authentication (requires_auth = False). A comment next to that line says auth is instead handled "via the access token from configuration." That promise is only half true. Write requests (POST and PUT) are handled by update_sensor(), which does check the request's Authorization: Bearer <token> header against the integration's stored access tokens (using hmac.compare_digest). Read requests (GET) are handled by a separate get() method that has no authentication check at all. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.6.0.

Jun 18, 2026Read-only transaction bypass in the pgAdmin 4 AI Assistant allows an attacker who can influence database content that the assistant reads to execute arbitrary SCVE-2026-12045 · Other software · pgadmin.org · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007Critical 9.4
Read-only transaction bypass in the pgAdmin 4 AI Assistant allows an attacker who can influence database content that the assistant reads to execute arbitrary SQL with the privileges of the pgAdmin user's database role. The AI Assistant's execute_sql_query tool runs LLM-generated SQL inside a BEGIN TRANSACTION READ ONLY wrapper to prevent data modification. The LLM-supplied query was forwarded to the database driver without restriction to a single statement or to read-only verbs, so a multi-statement payload beginning with COMMIT, END, ROLLBACK, or ABORT terminated the read-only transaction and ran subsequent statements in autocommit mode. The trailing ROLLBACK then had no effect. Delivery is via prompt injection: an attacker who can write content into any object the AI Assistant may inspect (a row, a column value, a comment) can cause the LLM to emit the multi-statement payload as a tool call. With ordinary write privileges on the pgAdmin user's role the attacker can perform unauthorised data modification. When the pgAdmin user's role is a PostgreSQL superuser or holds pg_execute_server_program, the chain extends to remote code execution on the database server host via COPY ...

Jun 18, 2026nanobot is a personal AI assistant.CVE-2026-48716 · Other software · HKUDS · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
nanobot is a personal AI assistant. In versions 0.1.5.post3 and prior, the WhatsApp bridge in bridge/src/whatsapp.ts constructs a filesystem path using the fileName field from an incoming WhatsApp document message without sanitization. The WhatsApp bridge downloads media attachments and writes them to disk using a filename derived from the sender's message via documentMessage.fileName, which is concatenated with a prefix and its raw value is passed directly to path.join(mediaDir, outFilename). Node.js path.join resolves .. components, allowing an attacker to escape the intended media/ directory by sending a document with a crafted fileName such as ../../../.ssh/authorized_keys. Because the attacker also controls the file content (the downloaded buffer), this is a write-anywhere primitive — both path and content are attacker-controlled. A fix for this issue is planned for version 0.1.5.post4.

Jun 17, 2026LangGraph Python SDK is used to connect to running LangGraph API servers, manage assistants, threads and stream runs from Python applications.CVE-2026-48776 · Other software · langchain-ai · reported by GitHubMedium 4.2
LangGraph Python SDK is used to connect to running LangGraph API servers, manage assistants, threads and stream runs from Python applications. Versions 0.3.14 and prior have unsafe URL path construction through unsanitized caller-supplied identifier values used in HTTP request paths for resource operations. Without sanitization of those values, identifiers that contain characters with special meaning in URL paths could cause the resulting request to address a different resource (and potentially a different resource type) than the SDK method's call site indicates. In deployments where the SDK receives identifier values that originate from untrusted sources, this could result in unintended access, modification, or deletion of resources beyond the calling user's authorization scope. This issue is most consequential in deployments that forward end-user-supplied values directly into SDK identifier parameters without first validating them against an expected format (such as a UUID), and rely on URL-prefix-based authorization at an upstream layer (reverse proxy, edge gateway, WAF), where the authorization decision is made on the SDK call's intended path rather than on the final delivered

May 29, 2026n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations.CVE-2026-45707 · Other software · czlonkowski · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations. Prior to 2.51.2, when ENABLE_MULTI_TENANT=true, the HTTP transport documents that the target n8n instance is selected per-request from x-n8n-url / x-n8n-key headers. Requests that omitted those headers — or supplied only one of them — silently fell back to the process-level N8N_API_URL / N8N_API_KEY credentials configured for the operator's own n8n instance. As a result, an authenticated MCP tenant could cause n8n management calls to execute against the operator's instance instead of its own. This affects HTTP-mode deployments of n8n-mcp that are run as a shared multi-tenant service. Single-tenant deployments (ENABLE_MULTI_TENANT unset or false) are not affected. May 28, 2026Local Deep Research is an AI-powered research assistant for deep, iterative research.CVE-2026-46526 · Other software · LearningCircuit · reported by GitHubMedium 5
Local Deep Research is an AI-powered research assistant for deep, iterative research. Prior to 1.6.10, the URL checking logic in local-deep-research has a logical flaw that could be bypassed by attackers, leading to SSRF attacks. The current project uses validate_url to validate the input URL. The main logic is to perform security checks on the host portion of the URL extracted by urlparse to prevent SSRF attacks. However, there are indeed differences in parsing between urlparse and the library that actually sends the request. For example, in safe_get, validate_url is first used to perform an SSRF check, and then requests.get is used to send the actual request. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.6.10.

May 28, 2026Local Deep Research is an AI-powered research assistant for deep, iterative research.CVE-2026-43979 · Other software · LearningCircuit · reported by GitHubMedium 5
Local Deep Research is an AI-powered research assistant for deep, iterative research. Prior to 1.6.0, PDFService._markdown_to_html() constructs an HTML document by interpolating user-controlled values — specifically title (sourced from research.title or research.query) and metadata key-value pairs — directly into an f-string without any HTML escaping. An authenticated attacker can craft a research query containing HTML special characters to inject arbitrary HTML tags into the document processed by WeasyPrint during PDF export. This injection can be chained to trigger a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), bypassing the application's existing SSRF defenses in ssrf_validator.py. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.6.0.

May 19, 2026In MLflow version 3.9.0, the MLflow Assistant feature introduced improper origin validation in its /ajax-api endpoints.CVE-2026-2611 · Other software · mlflow · reported by security@huntr.devCritical 9.6
In MLflow version 3.9.0, the MLflow Assistant feature introduced improper origin validation in its /ajax-api endpoints. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to exploit cross-origin requests from a malicious webpage to interact with the MLflow Assistant running on a victim's local machine. By bypassing the loopback-only restriction, the attacker can modify the Assistant's configuration to enable full access, which in turn allows the execution of arbitrary commands via the Claude Code sub-agent. This issue is resolved in version 3.10.0.

Improper input validation for some Intel Endpoint Management Assistant (EMA) software before version 1.14.5 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.

May 8, 2026n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations.CVE-2026-42282 · Other software · czlonkowski · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3
n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations. Prior to version 2.47.13, when n8n-mcp runs in HTTP transport mode, authenticated MCP tools/call requests had their full arguments and JSON-RPC params written to server logs by the request dispatcher and several sibling code paths before any redaction. When a tool call carries credential material — most notably n8n_manage_credentials.data — the raw values can be persisted in logs. In deployments where logs are collected, forwarded to external systems, or viewable outside the request trust boundary (shared log storage, SIEM pipelines, support/ops access), this can result in disclosure of: bearer tokens and OAuth credentials sent through n8n_manage_credentials, per-tenant API keys and webhook auth headers embedded in tool arguments, arbitrary secret-bearing payloads passed to any MCP tool. The issue requires authentication (AUTH_TOKEN accepted by the server), so unauthenticated callers cannot trigger it; the runtime exposure is also reduced by an existing console-silencing layer in HTTP mode, but that layer is fragile and the values are still constructed and passed into

May 8, 2026n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations.CVE-2026-41495 · Other software · czlonkowski · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations. Prior to version 2.47.11, when n8n-mcp runs in HTTP transport mode, incoming requests to the POST /mcp endpoint had their request metadata written to server logs regardless of the authentication outcome. In deployments where logs are collected, forwarded to external systems, or viewable outside the request trust boundary (shared log storage, SIEM pipelines, support/ops access), this can result in disclosure of: bearer tokens from the Authorization header, per-tenant API keys from the, x-n8n-key header in multi-tenant setups, JSON-RPC request payloads sent to the MCP endpoint. Access control itself was not bypassed — unauthenticated requests were correctly rejected with 401 Unauthorized — but sensitive values from those rejected requests could still be persisted in logs. This issue has been patched in version 2.47.11.

May 7, 2026n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations.CVE-2026-42449 · Other software · czlonkowski · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations. In versions 2.47.4 through 2.47.13, the SDK embedder path (N8NDocumentationMCPServer constructor, getN8nApiClient(), and validateInstanceContext()), the synchronous URL validator in SSRFProtection.validateUrlSync() had no IPv6 checks. IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses such as http://[::ffff:169.254.169.254] bypassed the cloud-metadata, localhost, and private-IP range checks. An attacker able to supply an n8nApiUrl value could cause the server to issue HTTP requests to cloud metadata endpoints, RFC1918 private networks, or localhost services. Response bodies are returned to the caller (non-blind SSRF), and the n8nApiKey is forwarded in the x-n8n-api-key header to the attacker-controlled target. Projects with deployments embedding n8n-mcp as an SDK using N8NDocumentationMCPServer or N8NMCPEngine with user-supplied InstanceContext are affected. The first-party HTTP server deployment was not primarily affected — it has a second async validator (validateWebhookUrl) that catches IPv6 addresses. This issue has been fixed in version 2.47.14. If users are unable to upgrade immediately
