  • Sep 10, 2026Snipe-IT's predefined kit checkout path does not enforce Full Multiple Company Support (FMCS) tenant isolation on the checkout target.CVE-2026-88894 · Other software · grokability · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3

Snipe-IT's predefined kit checkout path does not enforce Full Multiple Company Support (FMCS) tenant isolation on the checkout target. Unlike the single, bulk, API, accessory, license and consumable checkout paths, App\Services\PredefinedKitCheckoutService never calls $item->canCheckoutTo($target); it only performs the actor-vs-item policy check and an availability check before persisting the checkout. With FMCS enabled, a non-superuser who belongs to at least two companies and holds the assets.checkout permission can POST to /kits/{kit}/checkout with a user_id belonging only to company B and have a company-A asset (and likewise kit licenses, consumables and accessories) assigned to that user, bypassing the company-mismatch check that blocks the same operation on every other checkout path. The issue is fixed in Snipe-IT 8.7.2; it was runtime-verified on v8.6.3 and code-inspected on v8.7.1, and the affected service has lacked the check since 2019, so earlier FMCS deployments are likely also affected.

  • Sep 10, 2026AVideo through revision c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 (master, 2026-08-23) does not enforce the Live stream password check on the stats endpoint or oCVE-2026-88874 · Other software · WWBN · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

AVideo through revision c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 (master, 2026-08-23) does not enforce the Live stream password check on the stats endpoint or on the HLS origin. Live::_getStats() (plugin/Live/Live.php) returns a password-protected transmission's RTMP stream key, its isPasswordProtected flag, and its HLS (m3u8) URL to unauthenticated callers, in both the public applications list and the hidden_applications branch used when canSeeLiveFromLiveKey() fails. Separately, the shipped NGINX configuration (deploy/nginx/nginx.conf) serves the .m3u8 playlist, the AES-128 key, and the transport-stream segments from the /live location without any auth_request (the auth_key_check directive in the .key location is commented out). A remote, unauthenticated attacker can therefore retrieve the stream key and decryption key and watch a password-protected live transmission without supplying the configured password. No patched version was available at the time of the advisory.

  • Sep 10, 2026capgo.app (npm package `capgo`) through version 12.207.1 does not compare the caller's role rank against the requested role in the validateInvite() function of CVE-2026-88863 · Other software · Cap-go · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.6

capgo.app (npm package `capgo`) through version 12.207.1 does not compare the caller's role rank against the requested role in the validateInvite() function of supabase/functions/_backend/private/invite_new_user_to_org.ts. The POST /private/invite_new_user_to_org endpoint only requires the org.update_user_roles permission for org_super_admin invitations, so an authenticated user holding only the org.invite_user permission (e.g., an org_member) can invite an external user as org_admin or org_billing_admin. When the invited account accepts the invitation via POST /private/accept_invitation, ensureOrgMembership creates the role binding using the Supabase service-role key, which bypasses the prevent_role_binding_priority_escalation and check_org_user_privileges database triggers. This allows privilege escalation resulting in full administrative control over the organization's apps, channels, members, and billing. The issue is addressed by pull request #3096, which compares the inviter's rank before permitting elevated invitations.

  • Sep 10, 2026Capgo (capgo.app) backend through 12.242.4 does not validate parent-child delegation when processing the x-limited-key-id header.CVE-2026-88862 · Other software · Cap-go · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

Capgo (capgo.app) backend through 12.242.4 does not validate parent-child delegation when processing the x-limited-key-id header. checkKeyByIdPg() in supabase/functions/_backend/utils/hono_middleware.ts resolves the attacker-supplied numeric API key ID using only the key ID, its expiration state, and the authenticating key's user_id, while hasLimitedRbacSubkeyScope() accepts any key with a non-organization (e.g., app-scoped) RBAC binding and validateSubkeyUser() only compares owning user IDs. Because Capgo treats API keys as independent RBAC principals with separate role bindings, an authenticated apikey_manager API key with no application access can supply the numeric ID of a more privileged same-owner key and have the middleware replace the authenticated principal and effective API-key secret with that key (setSubkeyAuthContext), exercising an app_admin sibling's permissions without knowing or submitting its secret. The issue was reproduced on release 12.242.4 (commit b3d02cdbc23ac59990785acacd1f113c07458568) after the fix for GHSA-8h52-44r7-w343; at the time of the advisory no patched version was available.

  • Sep 10, 2026Site Reviews: Does not prevent request data from being deserializedCVE-2026-82925 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 8.1

The Site Reviews WordPress plugin before 8.3.0 does not prevent request data from being deserialized, and derives the key protecting that data by padding out the site's WordPress nonce key, which makes the key publicly computable on installs where that key is absent, left at its sample value, or too short to be secret. This allows unauthenticated users to inject arbitrary PHP objects on such installs. The Site Reviews WordPress plugin before 8.3.0's own code contains no chain onward from the injected object, so how far it reaches depends on the other code present on the site.

  • Sep 10, 2026Registration Form for WooCommerce: Does not validate that the form referenced during registration is a legitimate registration formCVE-2026-81431 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 7.2

The Registration Form for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 1.1.3 does not validate that the form referenced during registration is a legitimate registration form, reading the permitted-role allow-list from an arbitrary attacker-controlled post instead. A user able to create a post (Contributor and above) can therefore register a new account with an arbitrary role, including Administrator, leading to full site takeover. • Sep 9, 2026Snipe-IT through 8.6.3 does not neutralize formula elements in the "unaccepted assets" acceptance report CSV export.CVE-2026-86742 · Other software · grokability · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.1

Snipe-IT through 8.6.3 does not neutralize formula elements in the "unaccepted assets" acceptance report CSV export. ReportsController::postAssetAcceptanceReport builds the CSV by hand (stripping commas and joining rows manually) and, unlike the six sibling exports in the same controller, never applies League\Csv\EscapeFormula or honors the config('app.escape_formulas') setting. An authenticated low-privilege user with ordinary create/edit rights on any record whose free-text fields appear in the report (asset name/tag, company name, category, model, or assignee display name) can set such a field to a value beginning with =, +, -, @, tab, or CR. When a user with reports.view privileges requests the export (POST /reports/unaccepted_assets) for a pending checkout acceptance referencing the poisoned record and opens the resulting CSV in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets, the injected content is evaluated as a formula in the downloader's spreadsheet context, enabling data exfiltration (e.g., HYPERLINK/WEBSERVICE) or, on legacy Windows Excel configurations, DDE command execution. Fixed in 8.7.0.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
