  • Mar 18, 2026Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) 1612 (9.0.2.3034) allows the generation of customized reports via raw SQL queries in an upload of a .rdCVE-2025-58112 · Other software · reported by MITREHigh 8.8

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) 1612 (9.0.2.3034) allows the generation of customized reports via raw SQL queries in an upload of a .rdl (Report Definition Language) file; this is then processed by the SQL Server Reporting Service. An account with the privilege Add Reporting Services Reports can upload a malicious rdl file. If the malicious rdl file is already loaded and it is executable by the user, the Add Reporting Services Reports privilege is not required. A malicious actor can trigger the generation of the report, causing the execution of arbitrary SQL commands in the underlying database. Depending on the permissions of the account running SQL Server Reporting Services, the attacker may be able to perform additional actions, such as accessing linked servers or executing operating system commands.

  • Mar 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gve: Fix stats report corruption on queue count change The driver and the NIC share a regiCVE-2026-23262 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gve: Fix stats report corruption on queue count change The driver and the NIC share a region in memory for stats reporting. The NIC calculates its offset into this region based on the total size of the stats region and the size of the NIC's stats. When the number of queues is changed, the driver's stats region is resized. If the queue count is increased, the NIC can write past the end of the allocated stats region, causing memory corruption. If the queue count is decreased, there is a gap between the driver and NIC stats, leading to incorrect stats reporting. This change fixes the issue by allocating stats region with maximum size, and the offset calculation for NIC stats is changed to match with the calculation of the NIC.

  • Mar 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: add proper RCU protection to /proc/net/ptype Yin Fengwei reported an RCU stall in ptyCVE-2026-23255 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: add proper RCU protection to /proc/net/ptype Yin Fengwei reported an RCU stall in ptype_seq_show() and provided a patch. Real issue is that ptype_seq_next() and ptype_seq_show() violate RCU rules. ptype_seq_show() runs under rcu_read_lock(), and reads pt->dev to get device name without any barrier. At the same time, concurrent writers can remove a packet_type structure (which is correctly freed after an RCU grace period) and clear pt->dev without an RCU grace period. Define ptype_iter_state to carry a dev pointer along seq_net_private: struct ptype_iter_state { struct seq_net_private p; struct net_device *dev; // added in this patch }; We need to record the device pointer in ptype_get_idx() and ptype_seq_next() so that ptype_seq_show() is safe against concurrent pt->dev changes. We also need to add full RCU protection in ptype_seq_next(). (Missing READ_ONCE() when reading list.next values) Many thanks to Dong Chenchen for providing a repro.

  • Mar 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf/core: Fix refcount bug and potential UAF in perf_mmap Syzkaller reported a refcount_tCVE-2026-23248 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf/core: Fix refcount bug and potential UAF in perf_mmap Syzkaller reported a refcount_t: addition on 0; use-after-free warning in perf_mmap. The issue is caused by a race condition between a failing mmap() setup and a concurrent mmap() on a dependent event (e.g., using output redirection). In perf_mmap(), the ring_buffer (rb) is allocated and assigned to event->rb with the mmap_mutex held. The mutex is then released to perform map_range(). If map_range() fails, perf_mmap_close() is called to clean up. However, since the mutex was dropped, another thread attaching to this event (via inherited events or output redirection) can acquire the mutex, observe the valid event->rb pointer, and attempt to increment its reference count. If the cleanup path has already dropped the reference count to zero, this results in a use-after-free or refcount saturation warning. Fix this by extending the scope of mmap_mutex to cover the map_range() call. This ensures that the ring buffer initialization and mapping (or cleanup on failure) happens atomically effectively, preventing other threads from accessing a half-initialized o

An improper neutralization of special elements vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed an attacker with push access to a repository to achieve remote code execution on the instance. During a git push operation, user-supplied push option values were not properly sanitized before being included in internal service headers. • Mar 10, 2026SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP provides an ABAP Report for testing purposes, which allows to send HTTP requests to arbitrary internal or external endCVE-2026-24316 · Network & remote access · SAP_SE · reported by cna@sap.comMedium 6.4

SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP provides an ABAP Report for testing purposes, which allows to send HTTP requests to arbitrary internal or external endpoints. The report is therefore vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). Successful exploitation could lead to interaction with potentially sensitive internal endpoints, resulting in a low impact on data confidentiality and integrity. There is no impact on availability of the application.

  • Mar 9, 2026Due to a programming error, blocklistd leaks a socket descriptor for each adverse event report it receives.CVE-2026-2261 · Other software · FreeBSD · reported by secteam@freebsd.orgHigh 7.5

Due to a programming error, blocklistd leaks a socket descriptor for each adverse event report it receives. Once a certain number of leaked sockets is reached, blocklistd becomes unable to run the helper script: a child process is forked, but this child dereferences a null pointer and crashes before it is able to exec the helper. At this point, blocklistd still records adverse events but is unable to block new addresses or unblock addresses whose database entries have expired. Once a second, much higher number of leaked sockets is reached, blocklistd becomes unable to receive new adverse event reports. An attacker may take advantage of this by triggering a large number of adverse events from sacrificial IP addresses to effectively disable blocklistd before launching an attack. Even in the absence of attacks or probes by would-be attackers, adverse events will occur regularly in the course of normal operations, and blocklistd will gradually run out file descriptors and become ineffective. The accumulation of open sockets may have knock-on effects on other parts of the system, resulting in a general slowdown until blocklistd is restarted.

  • Mar 6, 2026CM Custom Reports: Reflected Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-2431 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.1

The CM Custom Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'date_from' and 'date_to' parameters in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
