Sep 18, 2026PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C.CVE-2026-84975 · Other software · pjsip · reported by GitHubHigh 7.4
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C. In 2.17 and earlier, the OpenSSL and GnuTLS backends in pjlib/src/pj/ssl_sock_ossl.c and pjlib/src/pj/ssl_sock_gtls.c copy DNS SubjectAltName values with string functions that recalculate their length and truncate an embedded NUL byte. With server verification enabled through --tls-verify-server for the PJSIP TLS/SIPS transport, a certificate containing a DNS SubjectAltName formed from the target hostname prefix followed by an embedded NUL and an attacker-controlled suffix can therefore be accepted for the prefix hostname. An attacker who possesses such a certificate from a trusted issuer and can intercept the connection can impersonate the target server, complete the SIP session, and receive REGISTER credentials. The mbedTLS backend is not affected because it preserves the explicit string length. No fixed version is available as of this review.

Sep 18, 2026PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C.CVE-2026-77396 · Other software · pjsip · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C. In 2.17 and earlier, the PJSIP AVI parser in pjmedia/src/pjmedia/avi_player.c uses an input-file video chunk length as the number of bytes copied into a frame buffer whose capacity is derived from the declared media dimensions. A crafted AVI file can therefore cause an attacker-controlled out-of-bounds write past the heap allocation when an application plays the file or pulls its frames. The existing size assertion does not protect production release builds, where assertions are disabled. Typical local playback can crash the process, while applications that accept untrusted AVI sources expose a stronger memory-corruption condition. No fixed version is available as of this review.

Sep 18, 2026Paymenter is a free and open-source webshop solution for management of hosting services.CVE-2026-71537 · Other software · Paymenter · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Paymenter is a free and open-source webshop solution for management of hosting services. Prior to 1.5.7, app/Livewire/Services/Upgrade.php::doUpgrade() relies on Service::upgradable to check for a pending service upgrade and later executes $credit->increment('amount', abs($price)) without DB::transaction or lockForUpdate() spanning those operations. An authenticated customer with an active downgradable service can submit concurrent downgrade requests that each observe no pending upgrade, create separate upgrade records, and increment the same account credit balance, producing multiple spendable refunds for one downgrade. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.7.

Sep 18, 2026Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data.CVE-2026-63458 · Other software · perses · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data. Prior to 0.54.0-beta.3, an authenticated user with viewer access to one project can supply another project through the project query parameter on project-scoped list endpoints, including /api/v1/projects/{project}/dashboards and /api/v1/datasources. The request-controlled project value is used to select dashboards, datasources, and variables without enforcing the caller's authorization for that selected project, which breaks project-level tenant isolation and exposes complete resource specifications belonging to other projects. This issue is fixed in version 0.54.0-beta.3.

Sep 18, 2026Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data.CVE-2026-63445 · Other software · perses · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data. Prior to 0.54.0-rc.0, list endpoints used with the file-system database bind the request-controlled project query parameter into the resource Query structure without validating it against directory traversal characters, and the resulting project value is used to select database paths. An authenticated attacker can supply directory traversal segments to leave the intended project directory, read arbitrary YAML or JSON files accessible to the Perses process, and bypass project isolation to enumerate other file-backed resources. This issue is fixed in version 0.54.0-rc.0.

Sep 18, 2026Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data.CVE-2026-63199 · Other software · perses · reported by GitHubHigh 8.3
Perses is an open-source dashboard and visualization project for observability data. From 0.43.0 until 0.54.0-rc.0, the datasource creation and unsaved datasource proxy paths authorize the caller on a Datasource or GlobalDatasource scope but do not require read permission for the separately grantable associated project or global Secret before resolving it. A low-privilege user with GlobalDatasource:create or corresponding project datasource creation rights can attach a project or global Secret that the user cannot otherwise read, point the datasource at a service controlled by the user, and cause Perses to send the decrypted secret in plaintext, bypassing project and global scope separation. This issue is fixed in version 0.54.0-rc.0.

Sep 18, 2026LubeLogger is a self-hosted, open-source, web-based vehicle maintenance and fuel mileage tracker.CVE-2026-62279 · Other software · hargata · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
LubeLogger is a self-hosted, open-source, web-based vehicle maintenance and fuel mileage tracker. Prior to 1.6.8, an authenticated user could submit caller-controlled recordIds to the DuplicateRecordsToOtherVehicles endpoint while naming destination vehicleIds the user could edit. The endpoint authorized the destination vehicles but fetched source records in Controllers/VehicleController.cs without checking UserCanEditVehicle for each existingRecord.VehicleId. This missing source-vehicle authorization allowed service, collision, upgrade, fuel, tax, supply, note, odometer, reminder, plan, inspection, and equipment records belonging to another user to be copied into an attacker-controlled vehicle, exposing record contents and attachment paths and creating persistent copies. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.8.

Sep 18, 2026LubeLogger is a self-hosted, open-source, web-based vehicle maintenance and fuel mileage tracker.CVE-2026-62278 · Other software · hargata · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
LubeLogger is a self-hosted, open-source, web-based vehicle maintenance and fuel mileage tracker. Prior to 1.6.8, authenticated non-administrative users could reach HandleTranslationFileUpload and influence the name passed from Controllers/FilesController.cs to RenameFile in Helper/FileHelper.cs. RenameFile constructed newFilePath with string replacement and moved the uploaded file without verifying the resolved absolute path remained under the web root or data directory. A crafted upload name could therefore move an uploaded file outside the intended storage directory, enabling unauthorized file placement or overwrite with the privileges of the application process. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.8.

Sep 18, 2026Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages.CVE-2026-77616 · Other software · SemanticMediaWiki · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages. In versions 7.0.0 through 7.1.0, `Special:Ask` accepts a `cursor` query parameter for keyset pagination (added in 7.0.0). The token is decoded by `CursorEncoder`, which is an **unsigned** base64url-encoded JSON blob, so its contents are fully attacker-controlled. When the cursor's sort anchor does not match the request's `sort=` / `order=`, `QueryCreator::applyCursorIfRequested()` builds an error message by interpolating the attacker-controlled `sort_prop` / `sort_order` values into a raw string via `Query::addErrors()`. Unlike SMW's message-key errors, this raw string bypasses the message layer's sanitization (`ProcessingErrorMsgHandler::normalizeAndDecodeMessages()` passes a non-key, non-encoded string through unchanged). `ErrorWidget::queryError()` then assembles the errors and passes them to `Html::errorBox()`, whose first argument is emitted as raw HTML. The result is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability: a crafted `cursor` token containing markup in `sort_prop` (or `sort_order`) executes script in the victim's browser on the wiki origin. Sep 18, 2026Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages.CVE-2026-77610 · Other software · SemanticMediaWiki · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages. Prior to version 7.2.0, query debug output (`format=debug`, or the `debug` request parameter on `Special:Ask`) is assembled by `SMW\Query\DebugFormatter` and emitted as raw HTML. Several of its sinks apply no output-context encoding, so attacker-controlled query input is reflected into the page without escaping. On `Special:Ask` the resulting string is concatenated into the page and sent through `OutputPage::addHTML`, never through the MediaWiki parser or Sanitizer. No special user right is required; an anonymous request suffices. This is a reflected XSS: the payload is taken from the request and echoed in the same response. Exploitation requires the query condition to target a text/blob-typed property (whose value is re-serialized verbatim); the predefined `_txt` properties (`Text`, etc.) that ship on every install satisfy this, so no attacker-created content is needed. Version 7.2.0 patches the issue.

Sep 18, 2026Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages.CVE-2026-77609 · Other software · SemanticMediaWiki · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages. Prior to version 7.2.0, `Special:URIResolver` resolves its user-controlled subpage to a MediaWiki title and issues an HTTP 303 redirect to `$title->getFullURL()` without validating the resolved target. A crafted subpage can make that target point off-host: an interwiki prefix redirects to the foreign wiki (for example `Special:URIResolver/mw-3AFoo`, which decodes to `mw:Foo`, redirects to `https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Foo`), and where the resolved URL carries an authority the target can even embed `user:pass@host` credentials. The result is an open redirect to an attacker-influenced host, usable for phishing from a trusted wiki URL. Version 7.2.0 fixes the issue.

The Photos app's filter-based "smart albums" build their file listing using the search configuration (photosSourceFolders) of the user viewing the album, rather than the album owner's configuration. When an album owner shares a smart album with another user, that user's own folder configuration is used to determine which of the owner's files are searched — allowing them to discover files (name, file ID, and other metadata) in folders the album owner never intended to include in the shared album. This requires the album owner to have shared a filter-based smart album with the attacker; it does not allow access to arbitrary users' files without such a share.

Sep 17, 2026NetBox Device Type Library is a collection of community-sourced device type definitions for import into NetBox.CVE-2026-54918 · Other software · netbox-community · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
NetBox Device Type Library is a collection of community-sourced device type definitions for import into NetBox. In the affected repository revisions, NETBOX_DT_LIBRARY_URL in tests/test_configuration.py is a free-form tracked constant that an unauthenticated pull-request author can change before the validation test harness runs. During pytest collection, tests/definitions_test.py passes the value to Repo.clone_from and create_remote("upstream").fetch(), causing blind Git smart-HTTP requests to an attacker-selected host or loading attacker-controlled tests/known-*.json validation caches. The blind request cannot set arbitrary metadata-service headers or return response bodies, and this path does not execute remote Git hooks, but substituted known data can bypass slug, module, and rack uniqueness validation. This vulnerability is fixed in commit 8980c690097e92f5028c7e6df402b327d827ecd5.

Sep 17, 2026NetBox Device Type Library is a collection of community-sourced device type definitions for import into NetBox.CVE-2026-54916 · Other software · netbox-community · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
NetBox Device Type Library is a collection of community-sourced device type definitions for import into NetBox. The absence of tests/init.py and the lack of --import-mode=importlib cause pytest prepend import mode to place the tests directory at the front of sys.path during collection. An unauthenticated contributor can add a module such as tests/git.py that shadows GitPython when tests/definitions_test.py executes from git import Git, Repo, or add tests/conftest.py for automatic collection-time execution. Python imports and runs the pull-request module before any test function, allowing arbitrary code execution on the GitHub Actions runner, test-result tampering, and access to tokens or network resources exposed to the workflow. This module-shadowing path is independent of the earlier pickle deserialization flaw and the separately tracked NETBOX_DT_LIBRARY_URL issue. This vulnerability is fixed by commit b0d9a3dadd0a0a9d3c93b0b2777559fd4bad1037.

Sep 17, 2026FairEmail is a fully featured, open source, privacy-friendly email app for Android.CVE-2026-54521 · Other software · M66B · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
FairEmail is a fully featured, open source, privacy-friendly email app for Android. Prior to 1.2319, the ActivityAMP AMP message renderer in app/src/main/java/eu/faircode/email/ActivityAMP.java enables JavaScript in its WebView but incompletely sanitizes untrusted message HTML. For non-allowlisted hosts, script.removeAttr("src") leaves inline script elements in the document and does not reject event-handler attributes or javascript: URLs on other elements. A crafted AMP email can execute arbitrary JavaScript when a recipient opens the message and enables the AMP toggle. The script can read the message DOM, exfiltrate message data, and display phishing overlays within the message-body area. Exploitation requires the recipient to enable the AMP toggle, and practical exposure is reduced because AMP email is uncommon. This issue is fixed in version 1.2319.

Sep 17, 2026NetBox Device Type Library is a collection of community-sourced device type definitions for import into NetBox.CVE-2026-54752 · Other software · netbox-community · reported by GitHubCritical 9.6
NetBox Device Type Library is a collection of community-sourced device type definitions for import into NetBox. Sep 17, 2026Valhalla is an open source routing engine and accompanying libraries for use with OpenStreetMap data.CVE-2026-54716 · Other software · valhalla · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Valhalla is an open source routing engine and accompanying libraries for use with OpenStreetMap data. In 3.7.0 and earlier, a POST request to /sources_to_targets containing an exclude_polygons ring formed by three collinear points can cause unbounded memory growth in the worker. The zero-area geometry, rather than the other request options, triggers processing in src/loki/polygon_search.cc until the process is terminated by the out-of-memory killer. A single unauthenticated request can therefore stop a public-facing worker. Other endpoints that accept exclude_polygons, including /route, were not verified as affected. Sep 17, 2026GravitLauncher is an open-source Minecraft launcher based on sashok724's v3.CVE-2026-54617 · Other software · GravitLauncher · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
GravitLauncher is an open-source Minecraft launcher based on sashok724's v3. Prior to 5.7.12, an unauthenticated remote actor can send a raw HTTP request target without a leading slash to the default LaunchServer file server on port 9274. FileServerHandler.channelRead0 in components/launchserver/src/main/java/pro/gravit/launchserver/socket/handlers/fileserver/FileServerHandler.java strips the first request-target character and resolves the remaining path against updatesDir without re-normalizing and verifying containment. This leaves parent-directory components in a no-leading-slash request and allows reading any file accessible to the LaunchServer process, including .keys/ecdsa_id, .keys/legacySalt, and LaunchServer.json. Disclosure of those files can expose signing keys, refresh-token material, and database credentials, enabling forged administrative access tokens and full authentication bypass. A normalizing L7 proxy may block the primary request form, but direct exposure and L4/TCP proxies remain affected, and netty.fileServerEnabled is enabled by default. This issue is fixed in 5.7.12.

In hrms/payroll/report/salary_payments_based_on_payment_mode/salary_payments_based_on_payment_mode.py, get_conditions constructs filter clauses from user-controlled values and get_data incorporates those clauses into a string-formatted SQL query, allowing extraction of arbitrary database data. This issue is fixed in 16.7.0.

Sep 17, 2026Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system.CVE-2026-52852 · Other software · traccar · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system. Prior to 6.14.0, an authenticated user with permission to manage groups and request reports can create a cyclic group-parent hierarchy and request a trips or stops report for a device in that hierarchy. org.traccar.api.resource.GroupResource permits the parent cycle, while org.traccar.helper.model.AttributeUtil.lookup follows group parents without cycle detection, a visited set, or a depth limit. The storage-backed lookup reached through TripsConfig. and ReportUtils.slowTripsAndStops never terminates, pins a Jetty worker at high CPU after the client disconnects, and can exhaust the web/API worker pool when requests are repeated. The position-ingestion cache-backed path is not part of the confirmed affected scope. This issue is fixed in 6.14.0.

Sep 17, 2026Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system.CVE-2026-52851 · Other software · traccar · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system. Prior to 6.14.0, an authenticated, non-readonly user with access to an object usable in a permission pair can submit DELETE /api/permissions with an extra attacker-controlled JSON key. Permission(LinkedHashMap<String, Long>) in src/main/java/org/traccar/model/Permission.java validates only the first two keys, but DatabaseStorage.removePermission() in src/main/java/org/traccar/storage/DatabaseStorage.java concatenates every map key into the SQL WHERE clause as a column identifier. The extra key therefore becomes attacker-controlled SQL and provides a blind boolean or error oracle that can extract arbitrary database values, including administrator email, password hashes, and salts, or conditionally delete permission rows. Unauthenticated requests are rejected. This issue is fixed in 6.14.0.

Sep 17, 2026OpenDDS is an open source C++ implementation of the Object Management Group (OMG) Data Distribution Service (DDS).CVE-2026-52836 · Other software · OpenDDS · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
OpenDDS is an open source C++ implementation of the Object Management Group (OMG) Data Distribution Service (DDS). Prior to 3.34.0, a network attacker can crash a reachable OpenDDS participant by sending a malformed RTPS UDP submessage whose crafted length or sequence-number state causes dds/DCPS/transport/rtps_udp/RtpsUdpReceiveStrategy.cpp in RtpsUdpReceiveStrategy::handle_input() to advance ACE_Message_Block::rd_ptr() beyond valid data. The parser can then call dds/DCPS/transport/rtps_udp/RtpsSampleHeader.cpp in RtpsSampleHeader::init(), which dereferences the invalid read pointer without first validating it against wr_ptr() or ensuring that a complete submessage header remains. The resulting SIGSEGV occurs in the receive thread, terminates the DDS process, and destroys the DDS entities hosted by that participant. No authentication, prior protocol state, or victim interaction is required. This issue is fixed in version 3.34.0.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvmet-rdma: fix response resource leak on queue teardown When an nvme target with rdma transport is removed while I/Os are in flight, a response can be posted but its send completion is never delivered before the connection is torn down. As a result nvmet_rdma_send_done() and nvmet_rdma_release_rsp() are never called for the response, and this leaks the allocated RDMA read/write context and request SGLs. These leaks are recreated by running blktests nvme/061 with the rdma transport and the siw driver. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: lg-laptop: Fix LED resource handling The event notification callback might access kbd_backlight even when it was not successfully registered with the LED subsystem. The same happens inside acpi_remove(), where the LED devices are unregistered unconditionally. Fix this by tracking the availability of the kbd_backlight LED device and use devm_led_classdev_register() to let devres take care of unregistering the LED devices during removal. For this the parent device of the LED devices is changed to the native platform device.

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wmi: fix resource leaks on probe failure During driver initialization iCVE-2026-93116 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wmi: fix resource leaks on probe failure During driver initialization in asus_wmi_add(), various subsystems are registered sequentially. However, the error path labels are out of order relative to the registration sequence. Specifically: 1. If asus_wmi_custom_fan_curve_init() fails, the driver jumps to fail_custom_fan_curve. Because this label is placed below fail_sysfs, it bypasses the cleanup calls for the input device and sysfs groups, which were successfully registered before, leaking those resources. 2. If asus_screenpad_init() fails, the driver jumps to fail_screenpad. Because fail_screenpad is placed below fail_backlight, it bypasses the cleanup calls for backlight and rfkill, leaking those resources. Fix these resource leaks by reordering the error path labels in asus_wmi_add() to match the exact reverse order of the resource allocations.

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pinctrl: mediatek: free EINT resources on unbind mtk_eint_do_init() creates an IRQ domain,CVE-2026-92481 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pinctrl: mediatek: free EINT resources on unbind mtk_eint_do_init() creates an IRQ domain, populates it with a mapping for every EINT line and installs a chained handler on the parent interrupt, but none of these are ever released. This was harmless while the drivers were built-in, but now that they can be built as modules and unbound/rmmod'd it leaves behind a dangling IRQ domain, interrupt mappings whose chip data points at freed memory, and a chained handler that keeps firing into that freed data. The plain allocations in mtk_eint_do_init() already use the device-managed devm_*() helpers, so tear the remaining resources down the same way: register a devm action that detaches the chained handler, waits for any in-flight handler to finish, disposes of the per-line mappings and removes the IRQ domain. This mirrors the device-managed lifecycle adopted for the GPIO chip and keeps the whole EINT setup self-cleaning on unbind.

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fix a resource leak in copy_net_ns() error handling path Currently, preinit_net() doeCVE-2026-90077 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fix a resource leak in copy_net_ns() error handling path Currently, preinit_net() does two things: (1) call ns_common_init() which might fail (2) initialize resources which does not fail However, preinit_net() is returning early when (1) fails, and copy_net_ns() is jumping to the dec_ucounts: label. As a result, resources allocated by net_alloc() are leaking. We need to call key_remove_domain() and net_passive_dec() in order to release resources allocated by net_alloc(). We cannot simply jump to the put_userns: label when preinit_net() failed, for (2) is not yet done. But we can reorder (1) and (2), for there is no dependency between (1) and (2). Therefore, this patch decouples (1) from preinit_net() and changes preinit_net() back to a void function, and calls ns_common_init() after preinit_net() succeeded. Then, we can jump to immediately after ns_common_free() of the put_userns: label.

pgAdmin 4's Webserver authentication source is intended to accept an identity asserted by the web server or reverse proxy in front of pgAdmin, delivered through the WSGI/CGI environment. WebserverAuthentication.get_user() read config.WEBSERVER_REMOTE_USER from request.environ and, when that returned nothing, fell back to reading the same name directly from the inbound HTTP request headers via request.headers.get(). An inbound HTTP header is written by whoever sends the request, so any client able to reach pgAdmin could supply that header itself and be authenticated as any username it named, including an existing Administrator, without presenting a password or any other credential. The environment lookup could also be satisfied by a client-supplied header whenever WEBSERVER_REMOTE_USER was configured to an HTTP_-prefixed or hyphenated name such as HTTP_X_FORWARDED_USER or X-Forwarded-User, since WSGI servers place inbound headers into the environment under exactly those names. Deployments are affected only when 'webserver' is enabled in AUTHENTICATION_SOURCES. The fix distinguishes a genuine CGI/WSGI variable from a header-derived one and implicitly trusts only the former. Sep 17, 2026Steeltoe is an open source project that provides a collection of libraries that helps users build cloud-native applications.CVE-2026-81868 · Other software · SteeltoeOSS · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Steeltoe is an open source project that provides a collection of libraries that helps users build cloud-native applications. Prior to 4.3.0, Steeltoe.Security.Authorization.Certificate deployments using AddOrgAndSpacePolicies() and UseCertificateAuthorization() trust the public certificate supplied in the X-Client-Cert request header without proving possession of the corresponding private key. Common Cloud Foundry routers do not remove this header from inbound requests. When inbound requests are not restricted to a known trusted proxy source IP, an attacker who obtains the public certificate of an application instance in the target organization or space and can reach the application can spoof X-Client-Cert to bypass the SameOrg and SameSpace policies for the certificate validity period. This issue is fixed in version 4.3.0.

Steeltoe is an open source project that provides a collection of libraries that helps users build cloud-native applications. From 4.0.0 until 4.3.0, ConsulDiscoveryClient constructs ConsulServiceInstance objects by parsing each registration's secure metadata with a strict Boolean conversion. When GetAllInstancesAsync enumerates all services, one malformed instance can abort enumeration across every service. The outage persists until the offending registration is removed.
