  • Oct 17, 2026The User Registration & Membership – Free & Paid Memberships, Subscriptions, Content Restriction, User Profile, Custom User Registration & Login Builder plugin CVE-2026-96660 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The User Registration & Membership – Free & Paid Memberships, Subscriptions, Content Restriction, User Profile, Custom User Registration & Login Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Checkbox Field Value in all versions up to, and including, 5.2.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The nopriv AJAX action user_registration_user_form_submit reaches ur_process_registration() without nonce validation, meaning any unauthenticated request can reach the vulnerable code path.

    Affected

Affects up to 5.2.8. Update the plugin to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Oct 17, 2026The User Registration & Membership – Free & Paid Memberships, Subscriptions, Content Restriction, User Profile, Custom User Registration & Login Builder plugin CVE-2026-92978 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The User Registration & Membership – Free & Paid Memberships, Subscriptions, Content Restriction, User Profile, Custom User Registration & Login Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 5.2.8 This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the trigger_bulk_action function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to force administrators to approve pending user registrations or deny arbitrary user accounts, locking targeted users out of the site via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. An attacker can bypass the earlier nonce check in trigger_query_actions() by supplying an empty new_role parameter, which causes that handler to return early and cede control to the unprotected trigger_bulk_action() handler; the exit() call at the end of that handler additionally prevents WordPress core's own bulk-users nonce validation from executing.

    Affected
    up to 5.2.8
    What to do
Affects up to 5.2.8. Update the plugin to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Oct 17, 2026User Registration & Membership: Arbitrary Shortcode ExecutionCVE-2026-92798 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1

The User Registration & Membership plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Shortcode Execution in versions up to, and including, 5.2.8 This is due to insufficient input sanitization in the 'referrer_url' branch of UR_Smart_Tags::process(), where the attacker-controlled HTTP_REFERER header is only passed through sanitize_text_field() — which does not strip WordPress shortcode delimiters — before being substituted into a Content Restriction message that is subsequently executed via apply_shortcodes()/do_shortcode(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary registered shortcodes on any restricted page whose message uses the supported {{referrer_url}} smart tag.

  • Oct 17, 2026Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-92715 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.0 via the 'ID' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to modify arbitrary courses created by other instructors — overwriting their title, content, and status — and reassign ownership of those courses to themselves. This is possible because Input::sanitize_array() preserves attacker-supplied POST keys (including 'ID') without stripping them, and WordPress interprets a non-empty ID in the wp_insert_post() argument array as an update to the existing post rather than a new insert.

  • Oct 17, 2026WP Booking System – Booking Calendar: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-109369 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.8

The WP Booking System – Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0.3 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to grant themselves and arbitrary other users edit access to every booking form on the site by overwriting the user_permission meta that governs the plugin's own access-control list. Exploitation requires the attacker to have already been delegated edit rights on at least one booking form, as this delegation both downgrades the submenu capability to 'read' (making the edit page accessible) and allows them to harvest a valid wpbs_edit_form nonce that will pass validation against any other form_id.

The WP Booking System – Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0.3 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read the stored notification email body of any booking by iterating booking_id and email_log_id, exposing customer PII including names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and booking dates intended to be visible only to administrators. This is exploitable by any Subscriber-level user because admin_init fires on profile.php, a wp-admin page accessible to all authenticated users.

  • Oct 17, 2026LearnPress: PHP Object InjectionCVE-2026-104736 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The LearnPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in versions up to, and including, 4.4.10 via deserialization of untrusted input from the 'checkout-email' request parameter during the checkout AJAX action. The value is passed through sanitize_text_field(), which does not strip serialized object syntax, then stored in the LearnPress session table and later fed to LP_Helper::maybe_unserialize() → unserialize() (without an allowed_classes restriction) by LP_Session_Handler::get() on subsequent requests. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object.

  • Oct 16, 2026Hippoo Mobile App for WooCommerce: Reflected Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-111601 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.1

The Hippoo Mobile App for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'token_id' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.12.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The URL path regex constrains the path segment to word characters, but WP_REST_Request's query-string parameter precedence allows a ?token_id= value to override it and reach the handler verbatim, bypassing the regex constraint entirely.

  • Oct 16, 2026Appointment Booking Plugin – LatePoint | Calendar & Scheduling for: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-110653 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.1

The Appointment Booking Plugin – LatePoint | Calendar & Scheduling for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via Race Condition in all versions up to, and including, 5.7.4. This is due to a non-atomic read-modify-write on the OTP verification attempts counter in the `verifyOTP` function: the counter is incremented using a stale in-memory value with no conditional `WHERE attempts < 10` guard on the `UPDATE` and no `SELECT ... FOR UPDATE` row lock, creating a TOCTOU window that allows concurrent requests to bypass the 10-attempt lockout. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers — who know a target customer's registered email address or phone number — to fire concurrent requests to the `auth__verify_otp` endpoint, defeat the lockout cap, brute-force the 6-digit OTP code, and authenticate as the targeted LatePoint customer, gaining full access to their account, bookings, and personal data. The nonce check present on the endpoint (`otp_verify_otp_nonce`) does not mitigate this issue, as the nonce is publicly emitted by the unauthenticated `request_otp` and `resend_otp` endpoints and is trivially obtainable by any unauthenticated attacker prior

  • Oct 16, 2026Kirki – Freeform Page Builder, Website Builder & Customizer: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-107762 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The Kirki – Freeform Page Builder, Website Builder & Customizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 6.3.2 via the 'context' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to expose arbitrary users' sensitive profile data — including email address, display name, nicename, registration date, profile image URL, and any string-valued user meta fields such as first name, last name, nickname, description, and custom meta keys — via the REST response. Exploitation requires a published page that uses a Kirki template containing at least one user-type dynamic content block; target user IDs are enumerable via standard WordPress REST endpoints, making the only prerequisite the presence of such a template on the site.

  • Oct 16, 2026Kirki – Freeform Page Builder, Website Builder & Customizer: PHP Object InjectionCVE-2026-104734 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Kirki – Freeform Page Builder, Website Builder & Customizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 6.3.2 via deserialization of untrusted input . This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present. By default, Editor-level users are granted FULL_ACCESS to the plugin's import endpoint via the KIRKI_USERS_DEFAULT_FULL_ACCESS configuration, meaning exploitation is possible at Editor privilege level rather than being restricted to administrators alone.

When a removable drive or disk image is unmounted or ejected, Nautilus prompts the user to empty the trash without verifying whether the trash directory paths are symbolic links. An attacker can exploit this flaw by tricking a user into mounting a crafted storage volume and confirming the prompt to empty the trash, leading to the arbitrary deletion of files accessible to that user.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl return a 0xFF byte that is not in the input for an empty last field followed by a lone CR in parse. When the input to parse ends in a separator and a lone CR, the parser treats the end of the input as the next character and stores the end-of-file marker in the field as the byte 0xFF. With binary set, parse("a,\r") returns the fields "a" and "\xFF". On UTF-8 flagged input the last field is a UTF-8 flagged string holding that lone byte, which is malformed UTF-8. The same input with a non-empty last field is rejected as an error. A CRLF file read line by line and chomped ends this way when its last column is empty, so the application receives a byte that is not in its input.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl read before the start of an all-blank field under allow_whitespace in strip_trail_whitespace. Under allow_whitespace, strip_trail_whitespace removes trailing spaces and tabs from each unquoted field without stopping at the start of the field. For a field of only blanks it reads the byte before the field's heap buffer. If that byte is also a space or tab, it may be zeroed and the walk continue backwards, depending on what the allocator placed there. Leading blanks are normally skipped before a field is stored, but an all-blank field still arrives after a leading escape_char that differs from quote_char, or as a quoted field in getline when its line ends in two CRs.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl allow record splitting by writing strings used as numbers without quotes in combine. combine and print do not check whether a field needs quotes when its value has Perl's integer or numeric flag set. Perl sets these flags on a string used in a numeric operation when it parses as a number, which allows leading and trailing whitespace. With binary set, as csv does by default, "12\n" passes a check such as $qty > 0 and is then written unquoted with its newline. A value validated as a number can end the record early and turn the fields after it into a separate row.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl drop the end of a record and its line ending when a UTF-8 flagged field precedes invalid UTF-8 bytes in print. When a record contains a UTF-8 flagged field, print holds back trailing bytes that are not valid UTF-8 at each buffer flush, so that a character split across two flushes can be completed. Nothing writes the held-back bytes after the record's final flush. A record whose last field ends in such a byte loses it, any closing quote and the line ending, while print still returns true. combine is not affected. The next record is written onto the same line, or, when the last field was quoted, the missing closing quote makes a reader take every following record as part of that field.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl allow quadratic CPU use by copying the unparsed remainder per record of CR-only input in getline. With eol unset, the default, getline reads with Perl's default line separator, so input with CR-only line endings arrives as one chunk. After each record the parser copies the whole unparsed remainder into a new buffer, which the next call parses and copies again, so the work grows with the square of the input size. A reader with default options that is sent CSV with classic Mac line endings spends seconds of CPU time on a megabyte of input.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl leak the parsed fields of a record that fails to parse in getline. getline collects the fields of a record into a new array and returns a reference to it only when the parse succeeds. When the record has a syntax error, getline returns undef and never frees the array or the fields parsed before the error. A long-running process parsing untrusted CSV retains every malformed record it is sent, so repeated malformed input exhausts its memory.

Text::CSV_XS versions from 1.46 before 1.65 for Perl have a use-after-free of bind_columns variables when skip_empty_rows skips an empty line in getline. With bind_columns, the parser writes each field into the caller's own scalar without taking a reference to it. When skip_empty_rows skips an empty last line, the parser frees the current field scalar without checking whether it is bound, dropping one reference from the application's variable. The "eof" mode does the same on any empty line. The variable is then freed while the application still references it, so later code uses freed memory and can crash the process.

Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl allow memory exhaustion by allocating one entry per index of an RFC 7111 selector in fragment. fragment expands a row= or col= selector into an array with one element per selected index before it reads any data, and it does not clamp an explicit end column in a cell= selector to the row. Only the syntax and order of the ranges are checked, so row=1-400000000 on a two-line file allocates 400 million elements. An application that passes a request-supplied fragment to fragment or csv can be made to exhaust memory, which ends the process with an Out of memory error that eval cannot catch.

Arcane is an interface for managing Docker containers, images, networks, and volumes. Prior to 2.11.0, AuthMiddleware.managerAuth accepts X-Arcane-Agent-Token credentials and the environment-token branch calls next before the AdminRequired option is evaluated. An attacker with a valid X-Arcane-Agent-Token can request /api/debug/pprof/* through a route protected by WithAdminRequired because EnvironmentPermissionSet is installed and the request continues without checking IsGlobalAdmin. This exposes administrator-restricted Go pprof runtime and diagnostic information and may impose profiling overhead. This issue is fixed in version 2.11.0.

Prior to 2.5.0, UpdateRegistry and TestRegistry in backend/api/services/container_registry_service.go allow the registry URL to change while preserving the stored encrypted token. When a holder of registries:update and registries:test repoints a generic registry URL without supplying a replacement token, TestRegistry decrypts the preserved token and RegistryLogin sends it to the attacker-controlled host because normalizeRegistryServerAddressInternal does not restrict the destination. StreamReadConstraints.maxNameLength (default 50,000 characters) is intended to bound how much memory a single JSON Object property name can consume while being parsed, independently of the much larger maxStringLength (default 100,000,000 characters) that bounds ordinary string values. For parsers built over character input — Reader, String or char[] sources, all served by ReaderBasedJsonParser — that bound is not applied while the name is being accumulated. The code path instead re-uses the string-value length check, which is roughly 2000x larger by default. In the character-input slow path, ReaderBasedJsonParser._parseName2() accumulates the name into the TextBuffer and, when a segment fills, calls TextBuffer.finishCurrentSegment(), which validates only maxStringLength. The correct check, StreamReadConstraints.validateNameLength(int), is reached afterwards in CharsToNameCanonicalizer.findSymbol(), once the entire name has been scanned to its closing quote. By that point the full name — up to maxStringLength characters — has already been buffered in memory. A remote attacker who can have a single sufficiently long JSON Object property name parsed through this path can force a

OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. Versions before 0.56.0 allow cross-site request forgery against the unauthenticated GET /auth/telegram loopback callback because telegram_auth_handler consumes an attacker-supplied one-time Telegram login token and passes the returned JWT to credentials::ops::store_session without validating browser fetch metadata or the request origin. An attacker with an OpenHuman account can cause a user with the local core running to visit a malicious page that requests the /auth/telegram endpoint on loopback port 7788, switching the user's active local session to the attacker's backend account and exposing subsequent agent actions, memory writes, and Telegram messages associated with that session to the attacker.
