  • Sep 18, 2026Mnemosyne is a memory layer for artificial intelligence agents.CVE-2026-59163 · Other software · AxDSan · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1

Mnemosyne is a memory layer for artificial intelligence agents. Prior to v3.10.1, the auth check in mnemosyne/core/sync_server.py parsed the JWT's header and payload using base64 decoding, then passed the token to a jwt library call with options that effectively disabled signature verification. The server accepted any well-formed token regardless of the signature, including tokens with alg: none and tokens signed with the wrong key. The fix in v3.10.1 replaces the broken decode with a from-scratch HS256 verifier using only the Python standard library. For users who cannot upgrade immediately, restrict network access to the sync server endpoint to trusted clients only. Firewall, reverse proxy with mTLS, or localhost bind with SSH tunnel are all viable. The vulnerability is not exploitable against an unreachable endpoint.

  • Sep 17, 2026MCP Documentation Server is a local-first document management and semantic search server for AI coding agents.CVE-2026-54504 · Other software · andrea9293 · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8

MCP Documentation Server is a local-first document management and semantic search server for AI coding agents. From 1.13.0 until 1.13.1, the automatically started Web UI in src/server.ts calls startWebServer in src/web-server.ts with START_WEB_UI enabled by default and WEB_PORT set to 3080. startWebServer uses app.listen(PORT) without a host, which binds the unauthenticated document-management API to all interfaces rather than localhost. A network-reachable client can invoke GET /api/documents, GET /api/documents/:id, POST /api/documents, POST /api/search-all, DELETE /api/documents/:id, and GET /api/config without credentials to enumerate and read documents, search the corpus, insert or delete documents, and tamper with the MCP assistant's knowledge base. The service must be reachable from the attacker's LAN, VM network, container bridge, VPN, or another routed network, and the issue does not provide remote code execution. This issue is fixed in 1.13.1.

  • Sep 15, 2026CodeRAG is a lightweight semantic code search and distillation utility for AI coding agents.CVE-2026-57586 · Other software · naranor · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6

CodeRAG is a lightweight semantic code search and distillation utility for AI coding agents. Prior to 1.3.1, the default agent-coderag sync flow in code_rag/entry/cli.py calls sync_dependencies for an indexed path, and code_rag/core/manager.py treats build.gradle or build.gradle.kts as sufficient to invoke _sync_gradle. _sync_gradle prefers a repository-controlled gradlew or gradlew.bat file and passes it directly to asyncio.create_subprocess_exec with the repository root as the working directory; validate_path in code_rag/core/utils.py constrains the directory location but does not validate the executable's content or integrity. A victim who indexes an attacker-controlled Gradle repository therefore executes attacker-supplied code with the victim's operating-system privileges, allowing disclosure, modification, persistence, or denial of service in the user environment. This issue is fixed in 1.3.1.

PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to praisonaiagents 1.6.59, execute_code sandbox mode permits runtime assembly of blocklisted dunder names and allows str.format or str.format_map to resolve dotted fields through C-level attribute access that bypasses _safe_getattr. This exposes class, qualified-name, base-class, globals, and object-dictionary attributes to prompt-influenced code when approval is automatically granted, producing a high-impact read primitive without establishing a complete in-process execution chain. A missing S3 bucket ownership verification in the AWS Security Agent plugin in Amazon aws-agents-for-devsecops before 1.1.0 might allow remote attackers to obtain the private source archive of a scanned workspace, including credentials and infrastructure state contained in that archive, via a pre-registered storage bucket whose name is derived from a publicly known account identifier. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.1.0. Users should also verify that the scan output bucket in their account is owned by their own account, because upgrading does not release a bucket name that a third party has already registered.

  • Aug 28, 2026Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale.CVE-2026-54746 · Other software · hatchet-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.4

Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale. From 0.40.0 until 0.91.1, the Dispatcher gRPC service does not verify that a request's worker ID belongs to the tenant identified by the bearer-token context in Dispatcher/UpsertWorkerLabels and Dispatcher/Unsubscribe. An authenticated owner of any tenant who guesses another tenant's worker UUID can overwrite that worker's affinity labels or disconnect the worker from the dispatcher. This can cause cross-tenant integrity impact and denial of service on multi-tenant Hatchet Cloud or shared self-hosted deployments. Single-tenant deployments are not practically affected because the attacker and target tenant are the same. This issue is fixed in version 0.91.1.

In Dradis Community Edition, the ProvidersController and AgentsController gate their admin_required before_action on `defined?(Dradis::Pro)`, a constant that is never defined in CE, so the authorization check is never applied. As a result, any authenticated (non-admin) user can create an AI provider pointing to an arbitrary HTTP/HTTPS address (including internal/link-local hosts such as http://169.254.169.254) and reassign the built-in Roslin agent to use it. When an AI interaction is triggered, the server issues a request to the attacker-supplied URL (server-side request forgery). For non-2xx responses, the target's response body is reflected verbatim to the attacker's browser via ActionCable/Turbo Stream error messages, making the SSRF readable.

  • Aug 25, 2026browse-mcp is a Playwright-based headless-browser MCP server for MCP-capable agents.CVE-2026-55557 · Other software · That1Drifter · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6

browse-mcp is a Playwright-based headless-browser MCP server for MCP-capable agents. Prior to 0.8.2, browser_download writes a fetched response body to join(save_dir, filename) without validating the caller-controlled save_dir, while browser_save_state and browser_load_state honor a caller-controlled path unchanged. A malicious MCP client, or an autonomous agent steered by indirect prompt injection on a visited page, can choose an arbitrary save_dir or state path and a URL whose response body becomes attacker-controlled file contents, allowing writes to any path the process can reach, including ~/.bashrc, autostart entries, or cron files, and potentially leading to host code execution. Infracost provides cloud cost intelligence for engineers, AI coding agents, and CI/CD. Prior to 0.10.45, the readFile, pathExists, isDir, and matchPaths template functions in internal/config/template/parser.go use a lexical filepath.Rel check and a leaf-only os.Lstat check that do not resolve an intermediate directory symlink. A repository can contain a path such as evil/file where evil points outside the checkout, causing os.ReadFile and related operations to follow the symlink and read runner-accessible files. • Aug 21, 2026Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents.CVE-2026-62677 · Other software · omnigent-ai · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8

Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, an authenticated user can upload a session-scoped agent bundle with an absolute or traversal-containing os_env.cwd value because omnigent/spec/parser.py stores the value verbatim and omnigent/spec/validator.py does not constrain it. On a runner where OMNIGENT_RUNNER_WORKSPACE is unset, omnigent/runner/resource_registry.py preserves the attacker-controlled path and omnigent/inner/os_env.py uses the resolved path as the environment root and copytree source. The _assert_within_cwd check then treats that attacker-selected root as trusted, allowing sys_os_read, write, edit, and shell tools to access runner files and environment secrets outside the intended workspace. • Aug 17, 2026MemOS is a memory operating system for LLMs and AI agents.CVE-2026-75110 · Other software · MemTensor · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

MemOS is a memory operating system for LLMs and AI agents. In deployments where authentication is enabled (AUTH_ENABLED=true) but the undocumented, defaultless INTERNAL_SERVICE_SECRET environment variable is unset, the is_internal_request() check in src/memos/api/middleware/auth.py fails open: os.getenv("INTERNAL_SERVICE_SECRET") returns None and a request omitting the X-Internal-Service header also yields None, so the comparison None == None evaluates true. The request is then treated as a trusted internal principal and granted scopes: ["all"]. As a result, an unauthenticated remote attacker can reach the admin API-key management endpoints to mint API keys for any user, enumerate keys, revoke keys, and generate a master key for persistent privileged access, as well as all data endpoints.

Trigger.dev is a platform for building and deploying fully managed AI agents and workflows. From 4.4.2 until 4.5.0-rc.5, Aws4FetchClient.buildUrl() and Aws4FetchClient.presign() in apps/webapp/app/v3/objectStoreClient.server.ts assign user-controlled packet keys to URL.pathname, while apps/webapp/app/routes/api.v1.packets.$.ts accepts params["*"] without rejecting dot segments and uses findResource: async () => 1 without per-resource ownership validation. WHATWG path normalization collapses .. segments before signing, allowing a caller with a valid environment API key to obtain presigned URLs for another tenant's object-store keys and read or overwrite task payloads. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0-rc.5.

Trigger.dev is a platform for building and deploying fully managed AI agents and workflows. From 4.4.2 until 4.5.0-rc.4, `POST /api/v1/runs/:runParam/replay` in apps/webapp/app/routes/api.v1.runs.$runParam.replay.ts uses `prisma.taskRun.findUnique({ where: { friendlyId: runParam } })` without a runtimeEnvironmentId filter, then ReplayTaskRunService in apps/webapp/app/v3/services/replayTaskRun.server.ts replays the selected run in the victim environment. Any valid environment API key can therefore replay another tenant's run by friendlyId, consuming victim resources and repeating side effects; when `payloadType: "application/store"` is used, overrideExistingPayloadPacket() calls conditionallyImportPacket() on existingTaskRun.payload without an integrity check, so payload bytes overwritten through a separate object-store path-traversal vulnerability become attacker-controlled input to the victim task. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0-rc.4.

@jshookmcp/jshook is an MCP server that gives AI agents tools for JavaScript analysis and security research. In version 0.3.1, he network domain has a central SSRF authorization policy that blocks private, loopback, link-local, and reserved targets unless an explicit authorization object allows private network access. The policy is enforced by raw HTTP/TCP/TLS RTT tools, but the ICMP probe and traceroute tools resolve the target and invoke the native ICMP/traceroute sink directly. An MCP client with access to an active network domain can therefore ask the jshookmcp server to probe internal addresses even when local SSRF access is disabled for the other raw network tools. This exposes an internal reachability and route mapping primitive from the server network position. Version 0.3.2 fixes the issue.

Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior. Versions prior to 0.42.1 have an incomplete denylist. Several execution-routing keys of the same RCE class were omitted, so a malicious cloned repo can still reach arbitrary command execution by shipping a .env (auto-loaded at import, with no review step). The CVE-2026-47211 fix added _UNTRUSTED_ENV_DENYLIST to stop an untrusted project-directory .env from redirecting execution, but it did not account for all keys. The backend config-home and MCP/plugin roots bypass the approval gate by pointing the nested agent, MCP servers, and plugin roster at attacker config. Other variables re-enable blocked local transports, replace sub-agent prompts, switch backends, and lower tool approval classes, further weakening the approval gate. This issue has been fixed in version 0.42.1.

Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior. In versions prior to 0.39.0, if a user clones a malicious repository and runs Ouroboros commands within that directory, it can lead to arbitrary code execution and potential system takeover. The vulnerability stems from Ouroboros loading the .env file from the current working directory. Execution-affecting environment variables such as OUROBOROS_CLI_PATH, OPENCODE_CLI_PATH, and other backend selectors are accepted directly from this local .env. An attacker can include a malicious script in the repository and point the CLI path variable to it (e.g., OUROBOROS_CLI_PATH=./malicious_script.sh). When the user executes a command like ouroboros init or any command that instantiates the adapter, the malicious script is executed instead of the intended CLI. This issue has been fixed in version 0.39.0.
