Oct 27, 2026Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit.CVE-2026-57191 · Other software · asterisk · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, an unbounded `sscanf` in `res_pjsip_pubsub` when parsing the `MWI NOTIFY` `Message-Account` field may allow an unauthenticated attacker to send a carefully crafted packet that causes a stack buffer overflow and corrupts the underlying transport, permanently disabling all SIP functionality. An Asterisk restart is required to restore full operation. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3.

Oct 27, 2026Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit.CVE-2026-57190 · Other software · asterisk · reported by GitHubHigh 7
Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, the `PostgreSQL` and `TDS/MSSQL` Channel Event Log backends `cel_pgsql` and `cel_tds` may permit arbitrary SQL execution when untrusted data is set in the CEL `eventtype` column by the `CELGenUserEvent` dialplan application. The `cel_pgsql` or `cel_tds` backend must be loaded and configured, and the administrator must call `CELGenUserEvent` in the dialplan without ensuring that only valid data is passed to the application. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3.

Oct 27, 2026Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit.CVE-2026-57186 · Other software · asterisk · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. From 21.0.0-pre1 until Asterisk 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3, the `chan_ooh323` `Q.931 party-number parser` lacks the `CVE-2022-37325` fix because that fix was never forward-ported from Asterisk 20 to later versions. Malformed Q.931 elements in an `OOH323 request` can therefore crash Asterisk. This issue affects Asterisk versions greater than 20. The `chan_ooh323` addon channel driver must be explicitly compiled and installed, which is not the default, and its port must be publicly reachable. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3.

Oct 27, 2026Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit.CVE-2026-57200 · Other software · asterisk · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3, an authenticated attacker with read-only permissions for the `Asterisk REST Interface (ARI)` may, under certain conditions, execute write operations through `REST-over-WebSocket`. The authorization bypass permits `arbitrary module path` loading and conditional remote code execution. The Asterisk HTTP web server must be enabled and reachable, and the attacker must already have valid `read-only ARI credentials`. HTTP is disabled by default and binds only to 127.0.0.1 by default even when enabled. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3.

Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, a NULL pointer dereference in the `Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI)` may allow an unauthenticated attacker to crash Asterisk when `Digest Authentication` is used via `HTTP`. The Asterisk `HTTP` web server, AMI, and AMI access via `HTTP` must all be enabled; each is disabled by default. Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116692 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, third-party scorer deserialization in mlflow/genai/scorers/base.py accepts request-selected descendants of THIRD_PARTY_SCORER_ALLOWED_MODULES rather than requiring an exact allowed module. A caller can use MLflow artifact endpoints to place a Python module beneath a writable allowed package and submit its module and class through /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke. Scorer.model_validate_json() imports the module and constructs the class before trace processing. Authentication-disabled deployments permit this code execution without credentials, while basic-auth deployments require a principal capable of creating an experiment and run and uploading artifacts. In either configuration, the allowed scorer package must be writable by the server process. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116691 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 2.19.0 until 3.17.0, mlflow.crewai.autolog() records CrewAI Agent objects without consistently sanitizing nested credential-bearing values. mlflow/crewai/autolog.py::_get_agent_attributes() converts the Agent llm field to a string that includes the provider API key, while mlflow/crewai/autolog.py::_construct_full_inputs() expands the Agent object into mlflow.spanInputs. Applications can therefore send plaintext provider credentials to the MLflow trace backend or a configured OTLP destination, where trace readers can obtain them. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116690 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.10.0 until 3.17.0, the prompt branch in _create_model_version() accepts schemeless relative sources because path validation runs only when a source has a URL scheme, and mlflow.prompt.is_prompt is interpreted by tag presence rather than a true value. A remote caller can store a server-local path as the model version artifact location and use /api/2.0/mlflow/model-versions/get-artifact to read files accessible to the MLflow server process. Default unauthenticated servers require no privileges, while basic-auth deployments are exposed to authenticated users who can create registered models. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. In affected deployments, an authenticated attacker may cause a `T.140 RED` heap buffer overflow using carefully crafted packets, potentially allowing remote code execution or causing Asterisk to crash. The `chan_sip` channel driver must be installed and configured, and its `textsupport` option must be enabled; `textsupport` defaults to no. `The chan_sip driver was deprecated in Asterisk 20 and completely removed in all later versions.` Repository comparisons verify patch containment in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1 and 23.4.1, and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11 and 22.8-cert3. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, an unbounded `memcpy` of `OGG/Speex` packet data in `format_ogg_speex` can cause a heap buffer overflow and crash Asterisk when reading a file containing corrupted Speex audio. The attacker must create the file and make it available to Asterisk either through sufficiently elevated privileges or by convincing an Asterisk administrator to make it available. Asterisk must also be configured to play that file. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3.

Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, the LDAP realtime driver `res_config_ldap` may permit `LDAP filter injection` through a `SIP username`, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to make arbitrary LDAP queries using carefully crafted SIP packets and disclose information. The `res_config_ldap` module must be loaded and configured to access an LDAP server, which is not the default. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3.

Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, an authenticated attacker may cause a heap-use-after-free in `PJSIP TCP/SDP` handling by sending a `SIP INVITE` over a connection-oriented transport and disconnecting before Asterisk responds with the `200 OK`. So far, the crash has only been reproduced when Asterisk is built with `Address Sanitizer`, which detects the issue. `Address Sanitizer` is a development tool with significant performance overhead and, according to the maintainer, is not used in production systems. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3.

Oct 26, 2026Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in hackney_conn in benoitc hackney allows a malicious HTTP server to exhaust client memory viCVE-2026-97200 · Other software · benoitc · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.2
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in hackney_conn in benoitc hackney allows a malicious HTTP server to exhaust client memory via an oversized or highly compressed response body. hackney:request/5 and hackney:body/1 return the whole response body, and nothing bounds how much the connection process buffers. Any server the client requests can trigger it. hackney_conn:read_full_body/2 and the HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 accumulators append every chunk until the body ends. With {auto_decompress, true} the buffered body is then inflated in one step with zlib:gunzip/1 or zlib:inflate/2, which return the whole output at once. Oct 26, 2026Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 request body reader of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attackerCVE-2026-115269 · Other software · mtrudel · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.7
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 request body reader of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to hold stream processes open indefinitely via WINDOW_UPDATE or empty SETTINGS frames sent while a Plug reads the request body. Bandit.HTTP2.Stream.do_read_data/4 in lib/bandit/http2/stream.ex waits for each frame with a fresh read_timeout. A stream WINDOW_UPDATE, or the zero-delta window update that every empty SETTINGS frame delivers to all streams, ends the wait without delivering any body data, and the loop starts a new full countdown. A client that sends one of these 9-byte frames before each countdown expires keeps read_body blocked, together with the stream process and whatever the application holds while reading, for as long as it likes. This issue affects bandit: from 1.4.0 before 1.14.0.

Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the WebSocket fragment reassembly of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust server memory via a fragmented message made of many 1-byte continuation frames. Bandit.WebSocket.Connection checks max_fragmented_message_size against the payload bytes received, but keeps every non-final continuation frame as a new list cell around its own binary, and nothing limits the number of fragments. A 1-byte fragment costs 7 bytes on the wire but about 150 to 170 bytes of server memory, so one connection can hold about 150 times the configured limit, roughly 1.2 to 1.4 GB at the default 8 MB. Ping frames between fragments keep the connection alive past the idle timeout. This issue affects bandit: from 1.11.0 before 1.14.0.

Oct 26, 2026Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/1.1 chunked body reader of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attackCVE-2026-111101 · Other software · mtrudel · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.7
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/1.1 chunked body reader of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust server memory and CPU via a request body made of many 1-byte chunks. The chunked reader in lib/bandit/http1/socket.ex keeps every chunk as its own list cell and binary term until IO.iodata_to_binary/1 joins them, and nothing limits the number of chunks. The :length option of read_body/2 counts only data bytes, so tiny chunks cost far more memory than their payload: 48 MB of 1-byte chunks grew one handler process to about 500 MB and took about 6 s of CPU. The route does not need to read the body, because on keep-alive connections ensure_completed/1 drains unread bodies through the same reader. This issue affects bandit: from 0.1.0 before 1.14.0.

Oct 26, 2026Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 implementation of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to gCVE-2026-110499 · Other software · mtrudel · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.7
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 implementation of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to grow per-connection memory and CPU cost without bound via a large SETTINGS_HEADER_TABLE_SIZE. Bandit resizes its HPACK encoder table to whatever size the client advertises, up to 2^32-1 bytes, and indexes response headers into it. Because responses carry distinct values such as date or content-length, nothing is evicted and the table grows with every response for the life of the connection, while each lookup scans it linearly. The SETTINGS handling in Bandit.HTTP2.Connection (lib/bandit/http2/connection.ex) passes remote_settings.header_table_size to HPAX.resize/2 with no server-side cap, and encode_headers encodes every response header as :store. Serving N responses on one connection therefore costs O(N²) CPU in the connection process. This issue affects bandit: from 0.3.6 before 1.14.0.

Oct 26, 2026Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 implementation of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to eCVE-2026-108525 · Other software · mtrudel · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.7
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 implementation of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust server memory via DATA frames sent past the advertised receive window. The attacker requests a response larger than the 65,535-byte initial window and withholds WINDOW_UPDATE, so the stream process blocks while sending and stops reading, then floods small DATA frames on that stream. Every frame is queued in the stream's mailbox until the BEAM node runs out of memory. Bandit.HTTP2.Connection.handle_frame/3 in lib/bandit/http2/connection.ex forwards each DATA frame to the stream process without consulting the receive window, and Bandit.HTTP2.FlowControl.compute_recv_window/2 replenishes the window as data arrives rather than as it is consumed, and never answers a violation with FLOW_CONTROL_ERROR. This issue affects bandit: from 0.3.1 before 1.14.0.

Oct 25, 2026Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_postgres allows a user to load destination records linked to a source record only through another tenanCVE-2026-115627 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 6
Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_postgres allows a user to load destination records linked to a source record only through another tenant's join rows. When a many_to_many relationship, or a through relationship, is loaded with a lateral join (for example with a per-record limit or sort), AshPostgres.DataLayer builds the query for the join resource, and for each resource along a through path, in lateral_join_query/3 and through_step_queries/4 without running that resource's read action, which is where attribute multitenancy is applied. When those resources use strategy :attribute multitenancy, rows belonging to other tenants were joined, so the load returned destination records that the caller's tenant is not related to. Oct 25, 2026Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash allows a client to read destination records unrelated to the source record through a through relationshCVE-2026-114214 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 6
Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash allows a client to read destination records unrelated to the source record through a through relationship. When a has_many relationship declared with through: was loaded for a single record with a limit of 1, or an unsorted has_one through relationship was loaded with a limit of 1, lateral_join?/4 in lib/ash/actions/read/relationships.ex chose the path that reads the destination without any filter linking it to the source. The load returned the first destination record by sort, or any other record with an offset. The read still runs the destination's policies but carries the relationship as accessing_from, so a client paging such a field (for example teachers(limit: 1, offset: n) through AshGraphql) can enumerate destination records that policies allow only when reached through that relationship. This issue affects ash: from 3.24.0 before 3.37.1.
