  • Oct 25, 2026Infinity for Reddit through 8.3.4 contains a login cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows attackers to log victims into an attacker-controlled accCVE-2026-116072 · Other software · Docile-Alligator · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3

    Infinity for Reddit through 8.3.4 contains a login cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows attackers to log victims into an attacker-controlled account because the exported LoginChromeCustomTabActivity redirect handler checks a hardcoded OAuth state value. Attackers can authorize the app's client ID with their own Reddit account, then deliver an infinity://localhost redirect containing their code and the constant state, causing the victim's posts, messages, and browsing to occur on the attacker's account.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: readdir: take no inode lock on an immutable directory iterate_dir() takes the directory's CVE-2026-99084 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: readdir: take no inode lock on an immutable directory iterate_dir() takes the directory's i_rwsem shared and holds it across ->iterate_shared(). For a directory that never has an entry and is never removed the lock keeps nothing still, it only orders every reader and every writer of that inode behind each other. For the directory of a nullfs instance that matters. The instance of the initial mount namespace is the root of every empty mount namespace and the private instance is the root of every kernel thread, so one inode is shared across users who have nothing else in common. And a reader can hold the lock for as long as it likes: back the getdents() buffer with a mapping of a file on a FUSE mount of your own, let the copy of "." and ".." fault and let the server wait. Queue an exclusive taker behind it, a mkdir() in that directory goes through start_dirop() before the read-only mount is reported, and from then on every lookup that misses the dcache in that directory, every create and every mount on it waits until the server answers. One user of an empty mount namespace stalls all the others. Add FOP_IMMUTABLE

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/bridge: Fix unlocked list_del in drm_bridge_add() When re-adding a bridge that was preCVE-2026-98973 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/bridge: Fix unlocked list_del in drm_bridge_add() When re-adding a bridge that was previously removed, drm_bridge_add() drops it from bridge_lingering_list without holding bridge_lock. Both bridge_list and bridge_lingering_list are protected by bridge_lock, as they are concurrently modified by drm_bridge_remove() and __drm_bridge_free(), and walked by the debugfs 'bridges' file. Running the list_empty() test and the list_del_init() outside of the lock may therefore corrupt either list. Perform both under bridge_lock.

    When NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including version 1.26.1 is configured with both a root trust anchor and an additional 'trust-anchor:' for an island-of-security zone whose parent is provably insecure under the root chain, a malicious actor who can deliver one forged NXDOMAIN response for a name inside the island, with the NSEC/SOA RRSIG 'SignerName' set to the insecure parent, tricks Unbound's validator to use the root trust anchor instead, and consecutively the insecure parent, thus causing that record to be treated as insecure and denying existence for records in the trust island.

This happens because the DNSSEC validator in Unbound accepts and caches the NSEC insecure response bypassing the RRSIG validation that the validator was supposed to do. • Oct 20, 2026@fastify/middie is the Express-style middleware engine for Fastify.CVE-2026-112712 · Other software · @fastify/middie · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbCritical 9.1

    @fastify/middie is the Express-style middleware engine for Fastify. In versions from 9.0.0 through 9.3.5, the use() function joined a path-scoped middleware's mount path to the plugin scope prefix in a way that could diverge from the path Fastify's router serves, most often when the scope prefix ended in a slash, and also for array mount paths and for mount paths written without a leading slash. When the two paths disagreed, the middleware was silently skipped while the route handler still ran, so path-scoped middleware such as authentication, authorization, or rate limiting could be bypassed by a single unauthenticated request. The issue is fixed in @fastify/middie 9.3.6, and users should upgrade to 9.3.6 or later. As a workaround, enforce authorization in a Fastify hook such as preHandler that runs after the router has resolved the request.

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: cw1200: fix TX padding OOB read leaking heap data to device The TX path rounds the transfer size up to the bus alignment (align_size(), up to 511 bytes for SDIO, 1 byte for SPI) but sends the padded length straight from the frame buffer, which has no room reserved for the padding. cw1200_data_write() therefore reads past the end of the frame and the bus transfer carries those bytes to the device. A bogus device can collect up to 511 bytes of kernel heap data per TX frame. The RX path does not have this problem: it allocates the skb with the aligned length (alloc_len) before reading. Compute the exact padding with the bus align_size() callback, make sure queued TX frames have tailroom for it, and zero the padding bytes before the transfer so nothing past the frame is exposed. This is not expected to change driver behavior on most cases: frame contents and transfer sizes are unchanged, only the content of the padding bytes (previously undefined stale memory, now zero), which the device never reads since the WSM header carries the real frame length. The skb expansion can only fail under memory exhaustion

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: release mesh path quota on failed additions Repeated failed or duplicate mesh path additions can exhaust MESH_MAX_MPATHS while the path table holds fewer paths, which stops new paths to reachable destinations from being created. mesh_path_add() reserves a slot before allocating and inserting a path. If allocation fails, the function returns without releasing the slot. If the rhashtable insertion reports an error or an existing destination, the function discards its candidate but retains the reservation. No new path is installed in any of these cases. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fddi: skfp: fix NULL deref when setting the MAC address while down skfp_ctl_set_mac_address() calls ResetAdapter() unconditionally, without checking netif_running(). ResetAdapter() first calls card_stop(), which sets smc->hw.hw_state to STOPPED, and then mac_drv_clear_tx_queue(), which walks the two transmit queues: for (i = QUEUE_S; i <= QUEUE_A0; i++) { queue = smc->hw.fp.tx[i] ; ... t = queue->tx_curr_get ; smc->hw.fp.tx[] is only populated by init_tx(), which is reached from skfp_open() through init_smt() -> init_fddi_driver() -> init_fplus() -> init_mac() -> init_tx(). The private area is allocated and zeroed by alloc_fddidev(), so on an interface that has never been brought up both queue pointers are still NULL. The hw_state test at the top of mac_drv_clear_tx_queue() does not catch this, because card_stop() has just set STOPPED; the function proceeds into the loop and dereferences NULL. ResetAdapter() does call init_smt() itself, but only after the queues have been cleared. Setting the MAC address on a down interface therefore oopses: ip link set dev fddi0 address 02:00:00:00:00:01 BUG

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix use-after-free of iface in cifs_try_adding_channels() cifs_try_adding_channels() iterates ses->iface_list with list_for_each_entry_safe_from(), which captures the next entry (niface) under iface_lock. The loop body then drops iface_lock for the whole duration of cifs_ses_add_channel(). A concurrent interface refresh (SMB3_request_interfaces() -> parse_server_interfaces()) marks all ifaces inactive and removes and frees any that are not re-advertised via list_del() + kref_put(), where release_iface() is a bare kfree(). Since niface typically has no channel holding a reference, the list reference is its last and it can be freed inside the unlocked window. On continue, the iterator advance step then dereferences niface->iface_head.next, and the loop body reads iface->rdma_capable/is_active, both on freed memory. Fix this by never keeping an unreferenced list pointer across the unlocked window. Each channel attempt now re-scans the list from the head under iface_lock, takes a kref on the selected candidate, and passes only that referenced candidate to cifs_ses_add_channel(). weight_fulfilled st

    Liberu CRM 0.9.1 before 10.0.0 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows any user holding a pending team invitation to invite additional attacker-controlled accounts with elevated privileges by exploiting a flawed authorization predicate in TeamPolicy::addTeamMember() that grants invitation rights based solely on the existence of a pending invitation email match. Attackers can send a POST request to the team-invitations route specifying the admin role for a second account, bypassing privilege-level validation in InviteTeamMember, causing the second account upon invitation acceptance to be attached to the team with full admin-level create, read, update, and delete access over all team-scoped data.

    Joomla Extension - regularlabs.com - LFI / SSRF in Modules Anywhere 1.5.0 - 9.0.5 for Joomla - Modules Anywhere Pro lets additional attributes on a module tag replace arbitrary parameters of the selected module. This feature is enabled by default in affected versions. The overrides are applied without checking who authored the content containing the tag. The security effect depends on how the selected module consumes the replaced parameter. Joomla's core Feed module provides a concrete affected path: its rssurl parameter is opened by the server and accepts local file: URLs as well as network URLs.

  • Sep 25, 2026OpenClaw (npm package 'openclaw') versions >= 2026.3.28 and < 2026.8.1 contain a credential exposure issue in memory embedding failover.CVE-2026-100548 · Other software · OpenClaw · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6

    OpenClaw (npm package 'openclaw') versions >= 2026.3.28 and < 2026.8.1 contain a credential exposure issue in memory embedding failover. When remote embedding fallback is configured and the primary embedding provider fails, the request can be sent to a different fallback provider while still reusing the primary provider's configured API key, causing that credential to be transmitted as a bearer token to an unintended vendor. The practical impact depends on the configured providers, whether failover occurs, and the privileges attached to the primary provider key. The issue is fixed in 2026.8.1; as a workaround, disable cross-provider embedding fallback or configure each provider with separate, narrowly scoped credentials.
