  • Jul 20, 2026dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data.CVE-2026-32823 · Other software · datacycle-engine · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, the application exposes server-side state changes through `GET` routes. Because browsers automatically send cookies on same-site top-level navigation and Rails does not apply CSRF protections to `GET`, an attacker can force a logged-in victim to modify application state by embedding a link, image, iframe, or redirect to one of these endpoints. This was confirmed on the target with a normal `Standard` account: a cross-site-style `GET` to `watch_lists/:id/add_item?thing_id=...` inserted content into a watch list with no CSRF token. Additional `GET` mutation routes exist in the codebase, including user impersonation for authorized admins and cache or translation state changes. This is patched in version 26.06.08.

  • Jul 20, 2026dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data.CVE-2026-32821 · Other software · datacycle-engine · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, any authenticated API user who has their own access token can ask the collection API to evaluate permissions as a different user by supplying `user_email`. If the target user has collections, this can expose those collections through the API. In V4, once a collection id is known, the same controller also offers `add_item` and `remove_item` routes without any object-level `authorize!` checks, creating a likely cross-user modification path. This is patched in version 26.06.08.

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, the documentation and static markdown renderer accepts attacker-controlled path segments and only runs them through the Rails HTML sanitizer, which does not remove directory traversal sequences. An unauthenticated attacker can traverse out of the intended `docs` or `static` directories and render arbitrary `.md` files from the application root or engine root. This is patched in version 26.06.08.

  • Jul 20, 2026dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data.CVE-2026-32819 · Other software · datacycle-engine · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, a Standard user can enumerate other users' names and email addresses through `/users/search`, even though direct access to those user profiles is denied. This leaks internal staff addresses, full names, and existence of guest and external test accounts.

  • Jul 20, 2026dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data.CVE-2026-32806 · Other software · datacycle-engine · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, any authenticated user can request arbitrary partials or helper-backed render functions through /remote_render. The endpoint does not restrict which partial can be rendered and does not apply controller-specific authorization before rendering the selected view. This enables a low-privileged user to retrieve server-side rendered admin content that is otherwise hidden by navigation and route checks. On the test instance, a Standard user was able to retrieve the PostgreSQL admin dashboard stats even though /admin itself redirected away. This is patched in 26.06.08.

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, any unauthenticated attacker can place arbitrary HTML into flash notifications on public routes and rely on the frontend toast component to inject that content into the DOM with `innerHTML`. This creates a reflected DOM XSS that can be delivered with a crafted link to a public page such as `/docs`. Because the vulnerable JavaScript is loaded by the normal application layout, the issue is not limited to a special debug page or an isolated admin-only view.

dataCycle is a data management system for centrally storing, managing, searching, finding, and distributing data. In dataCycle-CORE, the module handling core processing and framework rules, before and including version 25.07.3, anyone with a DataLink UUID can fetch the attached text file directly, even if the link is expired, the caller is unauthenticated, or the normal show flow would have denied access. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: irqchip/imgpdc: Fix resource leak, add missing chained handler cleanup on remove The driver allocates domain generic chips using irq_alloc_domain_generic_chips() during probe and sets up chained handlers using irq_set_chained_handler_and_data(). However, on driver removal, the generic chips are not freed and the chained handlers are not removed. The generic chips remain on the global gc_list and may later be accessed by generic interrupt chip suspend, resume, or shutdown callbacks after the driver has been removed, potentially resulting in a use-after-free and kernel crash. The chained handlers that were installed in probe for peripheral and syswake interrupts are also left dangling, which can lead to spurious interrupts accessing freed memory. Fix these issues by: - Setting IRQ_DOMAIN_FLAG_DESTROY_GC flag in domain->flags, so the core code automatically removes generic chips when irq_domain_remove() is called - Clearing all chained handlers with NULL in pdc_intc_remove()

  • Jul 16, 2026Squid is a caching proxy for the Web.CVE-2026-50012 · Other software · squid-cache · reported by GitHubMedium 5.5

Squid is a caching proxy for the Web. Prior to 7.6, due to an improper input validation bug in cache digest reply handling (peerDigestSwapInMask in src/peer_digest.cc), Squid is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow: a cache digest's on-the-wire size may be larger than the mask_size declared within the digest, so a trusted peer sending a maliciously crafted reply to a cache_digest request message can trigger the overflow. This attack is limited to Squid instances compiled with the --enable-cache-digests option and configured with cache_peer entries. This issue is fixed in version 7.6.

Squid is a caching proxy for the Web. Prior to 7.6, due to an improper validation of syntactic correctness of input in the FTP gateway (src/clients/FtpGateway.cc), Squid is vulnerable to an out-of-bounds read: when a listing entry date in the TypeA or TypeB directory-listing formats is not followed by a filename, parsing was not restricted to the input buffer, so a trusted client accessing a misbehaving FTP server through Squid's gateway feature could read memory from random unrelated transactions. • Jul 15, 2026A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a map directive uses regex matching and a string expression references the map's regex capture vCVE-2026-42533 · Network & remote access · F5 · reported by f5sirt@f5.comCritical 9.2

A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a map directive uses regex matching and a string expression references the map's regex capture variables before referencing the map output variable. Alternatively, the same result could be achieved by using a non-cacheable variable in a string expression under certain conditions. An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Impact: This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX system or to possibly trigger a code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only.  Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

Grav 2.0.1 contains a decompression-bomb size-cap bypass in ZipArchiver and GPM\Installer. The size bound introduced in 2.0.1 sums the uncompressed size declared in each entry's ZIP central-directory header (ZipArchive::statIndex()['size']) and rejects archives exceeding system.gpm.archive.max_uncompressed_size before extraction. Because this declared size is attacker-forgeable and is not cross-checked against the actual inflated stream, a crafted archive declaring tiny per-entry sizes passes the cap while extractTo() writes the real, much larger content, filling disk or exhausting inodes. The archive must be supplied by a package source or admin upload (admin/operator trust). Fixed in 2.0.2. This is an incomplete fix for GHSA-928x-9mpw-8h56.

On Xtensa SoCs built with CONFIG_XTENSA_MPU and CONFIG_USERSPACE, arch_buffer_validate() in arch/xtensa/core/mpu.c — the architecture hook that verifies a user-mode-supplied buffer is accessible to the calling user thread with the requested permission — defaulted its return value to 0 (access permitted) and only set a denial result inside its per-MPU-region probe loop. When the rounded extent of the buffer wraps the 32-bit address space (size + alignment offset near SIZE_MAX, or ROUND_UP(size + offset) overflowing to 0), the loop executes zero iterations and the function returns 0 = permitted without probing any MPU region. The syscall-layer pre-checks (K_SYSCALL_MEMORY_SIZE_CHECK / Z_DETECT_POINTER_OVERFLOW) only catch a raw addr+size wrap and do not cover the ROUND_UP-induced wrap, and the string path (arch_user_string_nlen -> arch_buffer_validate) has no syscall-layer guard at all. An unprivileged user-mode thread can therefore pass a crafted (addr, size) to any syscall that validates user buffers via k_usermode_from_copy/to_copy or k_usermode_string_copy and have validation succeed for memory it must not access; the kernel then reads from (disclosure) or, with write=1, writes

This can lead to symlink-based file read, file overwrite, or directory escape attacks. The issue is particularly impactful on Python 3.10 and 3.11, where `filter_safe_tarinfos` is the sole defense against tar path traversal. This vulnerability is distinct from CVE-2025-12060 and other previously reported issues.

SAP Change and Transport System Attach Tool (ctsattach) allows an authenticated attacker to supply a specially crafted archive file which, when processed by the applications library, can trigger insecure deserialization and lead to remote code execution (RCE) on the system. Successful exploitation requires a victim to process the malicious archive, enabling the attacker to execute the RCE and extract sensitive information and gain control over the system and its processes. This vulnerability has a high impact on confidentiality and integrity of the data, with a low impact on the availability of the system.

Laravel-Mediable before 7.0.0 contains a file upload vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to achieve remote code execution by uploading a file with an embedded PHP extension disguised within a double extension such as shell.php.jpg. The PATHINFO_FILENAME extraction preserves the inner .php extension in the base name, and on misconfigured Apache or nginx servers that execute any filename containing .php as PHP, the stored file is interpreted as executable code while all MIME type, extension, and aggregate type validation checks pass due to the outer .jpg extension.

  • Jul 9, 2026decompress before 4.2.2 allows arbitrary symlink creation during archive extraction.CVE-2026-39246 · Other software · Decompress Project · reported by MITREHigh 7.5

decompress before 4.2.2 allows arbitrary symlink creation during archive extraction. When processing symlink entries (type === 'symlink'), the x.linkname field from the archive is passed directly to fs.symlink() without validation (index.js line 121). The preventWritingThroughSymlink check on line 98 only applies to file entries, not symlink creation. An attacker can craft an archive with symlink entries pointing to sensitive files outside the extraction directory (e.g., /etc/passwd), enabling information disclosure when the application reads the extracted contents.

  • Jul 9, 2026decompress before 4.2.2 allows arbitrary hardlink creation during archive extraction, enabling file read disclosure and file corruption.CVE-2026-39243 · Other software · Decompress Project · reported by MITREMedium 5.5

decompress before 4.2.2 allows arbitrary hardlink creation during archive extraction, enabling file read disclosure and file corruption. When processing hardlink entries (type === 'link'), the x.linkname field from the archive is passed directly to fs.link() without validation (index.js line 113). An attacker can craft an archive with a hardlink entry whose linkname is an absolute path to any file on the same filesystem. This creates a hardlink inside the extraction directory that shares the same inode as the target file, enabling both reading and overwriting the original file's content. Hardlinks are limited to files on the same filesystem and cannot target directories.

The Connect Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Mailchimp Merge Field Values in all versions up to, and including, 0.9.78.06 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload is only triggered when a privileged user (Administrator) performs a Contact Lookup for the email address submitted via the CF7 form, meaning execution is deferred until an administrator interacts with the affected entry.

The GamiPress – Gamification plugin to reward points, achievements, badges & ranks in WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.4 via the 'access' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to view private GamiPress activity log entries belonging to any user, including badge earnings, points balance changes, and event records from integrated plugins such as WooCommerce, LearnDash, and BuddyPress. This is exploitable by any unauthenticated visitor because the required 'gamipress' nonce is broadcast to all front-end users via wp_localize_script on the wp_enqueue_scripts hook, making the sole authentication barrier trivially bypassable.
