  • Aug 30, 2026Stored Cross-site Scripting vulnerability in ash-project ash_admin executes attacker-supplied record content as script in an administrator's browser.CVE-2026-77850 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.4

Stored Cross-site Scripting vulnerability in ash-project ash_admin executes attacker-supplied record content as script in an administrator's browser. The relationship typeahead components AshAdmin.Components.Resource.RelationshipField and AshAdmin.Components.Resource.ManagedRelationshipSelectField highlight the matched search term by wrapping it in <b> tags and rendering the whole string with Phoenix.HTML.raw/1. The highlighted value is the destination record's label_field, ordinary database content that is often written by lower-privileged users. Because raw/1 disables output escaping for the entire string, a stored label such as <img src=x onerror=...> runs as JavaScript in the admin's session as soon as a matching record appears in the dropdown, giving the attacker the admin's privileges over everything AshAdmin exposes. The fix HTML-escapes the label before inserting the highlight markup. This issue affects ash_admin: from 0.13.0 before 1.3.1.

filebrowser from version 2.24.0 contains a race condition in the TUS upload handler that allows authenticated users to write past the declared Upload-Length by sending concurrent PATCH requests. • Aug 28, 2026filebrowser through 2.63.23 does not remove share records when a shared file is renamed (only deletion triggers share cleanup).CVE-2026-82237 · Other software · filebrowser · reported by VulnCheckLow 2.3

filebrowser through 2.63.23 does not remove share records when a shared file is renamed (only deletion triggers share cleanup). The share record is keyed by path, so it survives the rename and remains dormant (returning 404 while the path is empty). When any new, unrelated file later appears at the original shared path — via re-upload, another user with create permission, or a hook — the stale public share link serves that new file under the original link's password and expiry settings, unexpectedly exposing it.

  • Aug 27, 2026Affected versions of Flowintel contain an insecure direct object reference / broken object-level authorization issue across numerous task endpoints.CVE-2026-81817 · Other software · flowintel · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8High 7.2

Affected versions of Flowintel contain an insecure direct object reference / broken object-level authorization issue across numerous task endpoints. The routes generally received both a case identifier and a task identifier, but previously they did not enforce that the task actually belonged to the supplied case. As a result, an authenticated user with editor-level access to one case could potentially substitute the ID of a task from another case and invoke operations against that foreign task. The patch introduces task_case_bound_required, which loads both objects and returns 404 unless the task belongs to the requested case. This protection is applied to edit, delete, note, assignment, status, file, export, MISP-linking, subtask, external-reference, and other task-related endpoints. The fix also adds explicit checks that a requested note_id belongs to the current task before returning or exporting it, closing related cross-object access paths. Version impacted =>3.3.0

In versions of Spring Security's OAuth2 Authorization Server module 7.0.0 through 7.0.4, when Dynamic Client Registration is explicitly enabled, the registration endpoint performs insufficient validation of certain client metadata fields supplied by the registering client. • Aug 26, 2026Mage AI does not confine the paths accepted by its browser-items API to the project directory.CVE-2026-81030 · Other software · mage-ai · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1

Mage AI does not confine the paths accepted by its browser-items API to the project directory. BrowserItemResource in mage_ai/api/resources/BrowserItemResource.py passes a caller-supplied path to the filesystem read and write helpers without calling the containment helper that the sibling FileContentResource and FileResource classes both use, so the resource contains no such call while those two contain several. A user holding the Viewer role, which grants read access within the project and nothing outside it, can therefore read any file the server process can read by supplying an absolute path. The permission model that would otherwise separate roles is not consulted for this route in the default configuration, because the setting that enables it defaults to false. Callers holding the Editor role additionally write through the same unconfined path, though that role is already able to execute code by design, so the boundary crossed by this flaw is the read available to the Viewer role.

  • Aug 25, 2026browse-mcp is a Playwright-based headless-browser MCP server for MCP-capable agents.CVE-2026-55557 · Other software · That1Drifter · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6

browse-mcp is a Playwright-based headless-browser MCP server for MCP-capable agents. Prior to 0.8.2, browser_download writes a fetched response body to join(save_dir, filename) without validating the caller-controlled save_dir, while browser_save_state and browser_load_state honor a caller-controlled path unchanged. A malicious MCP client, or an autonomous agent steered by indirect prompt injection on a visited page, can choose an arbitrary save_dir or state path and a URL whose response body becomes attacker-controlled file contents, allowing writes to any path the process can reach, including ~/.bashrc, autostart entries, or cron files, and potentially leading to host code execution. The force_fetch fallback also uses a raw fetch() that bypasses the BROWSE_MCP_ALLOWED_ORIGINS origin fence. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.2.

Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains a broken object-level authorization vulnerability in the REST API company bank account write routes that allows authenticated attackers with third-party creation rights to create, replace, or delete bank account details of any company without requiring read access to that company. Attackers can inject attacker-controlled IBANs as creditor accounts, which are then written into regenerated SEPA credit-transfer files, redirecting outgoing payments to attacker-controlled accounts.

Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains a broken object-level authorization vulnerability in the REST API third-party site account write routes that allows authenticated attackers with third-party creation rights to overwrite the WebPortal password of any company by bypassing per-object access checks that are only enforced on read routes. Attackers can replace the victim company's WebPortal password through the write endpoint, authenticate as that company to access its invoice data, and also obtain the victim's previous password verifier from the API response.

BookStack before 26.05.4 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows authenticated API users with image-update or image-delete permissions to manipulate other users' avatars by exploiting missing content-type restrictions in the Image Gallery API endpoints. Attackers can supply a user avatar's ID to the API controller, which loads any image type without the web controller's gallery and drawio restrictions, and when the avatar's uploaded_to field matches a page ID accessible to the attacker, the authorization check passes allowing the attacker to rename, replace, or delete the target user's avatar without requiring user-management permission.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
