Oct 6, 2026Changing an organization team's permission through the API with only the `permission` field did not rebuild the team's per-unit access, and the requested level CVE-2026-103504 · Other software · Gitea · reported by 88ee5874-cf24-4952-aea0-31affedb7ff2High 8.1
Changing an organization team's permission through the API with only the `permission` field did not rebuild the team's per-unit access, and the requested level was not applied as a cap. After an organization owner demoted a team, for example from admin to read, the team's members kept their previous unit permissions, including write access to the team's repositories. The web form was not affected.

Oct 6, 2026openapi-python-client generates Python clients from OpenAPI documents.CVE-2026-105801 · Other software · openapi-generators · reported by GitHubHigh 8.4
openapi-python-client generates Python clients from OpenAPI documents. Prior to 0.29.1, the generator does not safely neutralize malicious OpenAPI document content before rendering string, docstring, and f-string contexts in generated Python. The generated Python client can contain attacker-controlled Python that executes when a user imports the client, affecting the importing environment's integrity and potentially its confidentiality and availability. This issue is fixed in version 0.29.1.

Oct 6, 2026Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator.CVE-2026-105796 · Computers, phones & browsers · microsoft · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. From 0.5.0 until 1.35.0, Kiota's Java and PHP documentation-comment sanitizers delete block-comment terminators rather than neutralizing them, allowing overlapping characters to reform a terminator and place attacker-controlled OpenAPI text outside a generated documentation comment. The Java sanitizer also removes non-ASCII characters after deleting terminators, which can create a new terminator during normalization. Exploitation requires a developer or build pipeline to generate source from the malicious description and then compile and load the Java output or load the PHP output, after which injected code executes in the consuming application or build environment context. The version range is based on the Java defect and does not assert that PHP generation existed in every affected release. This issue is fixed in version 1.35.0.

Oct 6, 2026Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator.CVE-2026-105795 · Computers, phones & browsers · microsoft · reported by GitHubLow 3.1
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. From 1.25.1 until 1.35.0, Kiota copies x-ai-capabilities.response_semantics.oauth_card_path from an attacker-controlled or compromised OpenAPI description into a generated API plugin manifest without validating that the value is a safe package-relative file reference. Parent-directory traversal, rooted paths, or absolute URIs can therefore reach a consuming host that resolves the reference, allowing the host to cross the intended plugin-package boundary or use an unintended authentication card. Kiota does not itself read a local file or execute code merely while generating the manifest, and impact requires downstream resolution of the unsafe reference. This issue is fixed in version 1.35.0.

Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: act_api: release tail references on DELACTION failure A batched RTM_DELACTION rCVE-2026-98235 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: act_api: release tail references on DELACTION failure A batched RTM_DELACTION request takes a temporary reference on each action before attempting any deletion. tcf_action_delete() clears each processed slot and drops its temporary reference before attempting the deletion. If deletion fails, tca_action_gd() calls tcf_action_put_many() to release the remaining references, but its tcf_act_for_each_action() iterator stops at the first NULL slot. When a batch stops at an action bound to a filter, this leaks a reference on each subsequent action. A later delete of an unbound action can then return success without removing it from the IDR. Walk the full array in tcf_action_put_many() and skip NULL slots to release the references held on the unprocessed actions.

Oct 5, 2026Velociraptor allows collection of VQL queries packaged into Artifacts from endpoints.CVE-2026-78413 · Other software · Rapid7 · reported by cve@rapid7.comMedium 5.5
Velociraptor allows collection of VQL queries packaged into Artifacts from endpoints. These artifacts can be used to do anything and usually run with elevated permissions. To limit access to some dangerous artifact, Velociraptor allows for those to require high permissions like EXECVE to launch. The `Windows.Sysinternals.SysmonLogForward` is a monitoring artifact used to forward sysmon events to the server. The artifact allows the user to specify an arbitrary binary path as a parameter, and did not enforce an additional required permission, allowing users with COLLECT_CLIENT permissions (normally given by the "Investigator" role) to collect it from endpoints and run a different binary program than the installed sysmon binary. To successfully exploit this vulnerability the user must already have access to collect artifacts from the endpoint (i.e. have the COLLECT_CLIENT given typically by the "Investigator" role).

Oct 5, 2026In Eclipse Che versions 7.29.0 and later, the GET `/api/scm/resolve` and `POST /api/factory/resolver` endpoints pass an attacker-controlled URL to `URLFetcher.fCVE-2026-86671 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgHigh 8.4
In Eclipse Che versions 7.29.0 and later, the GET `/api/scm/resolve` and `POST /api/factory/resolver` endpoints pass an attacker-controlled URL to `URLFetcher.fetch()`, which calls `new URL(url).openConnection()` with no scheme or host allow-list and returns the response body to the caller. Any authenticated Che user can read arbitrary local files via the file:// scheme (including the pod's Kubernetes service-account token at `file:///var/run/secrets/kubernetes.io/serviceaccount/token`), reach internal HTTP services and cloud instance metadata endpoints (169.254.169.254), and have their stored SCM personal access token attached as an `Authorization` header to a host of their choosing. The same credential-forwarding behavior also fires when a victim opens a workspace from a malicious devfile whose `parent.uri` points to an attacker-controlled server, enabling exfiltration of the victim's SCM PAT without direct API access. No fix is available.

In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.86, the high-level OpenPGP API accepted a data signature made by a signing subkey whose Subkey Binding signature carried no embedded Primary Key Binding (cross-certification) signature, in the case where that binding omits a Key Flags subpacket. RFC 9580 sec. 5.2.1.8 and sec. 10.1.3 require the embedded Primary Key Binding signature on any subkey that can issue signatures; it is the subkey's own statement that it belongs to the primary key it is bound under. OpenPGPCertificate resolved the subkey's key flags two different ways. isSigningKey() goes through getKeyFlags() and getApplyingSubpacket(), which falls back to the primary key's direct-key or primary User ID self-signature when the binding signature omits the subpacket, so the subkey inherited the primary's SIGN_DATA and counted as signing-capable; verifyEmbeddedPrimaryKeyBinding(), which enforces the requirement, reads the binding signature's own hashed subpackets, found no SIGN_DATA there, and returned early as a non-signing key without ever demanding the back signature. The same subkey was therefore signing-capable - so its signatures were attributed to the certificate and OpenPGPSignature

In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.86, the high-level OpenPGP certificate API accepted a third-party certification or trust delegation from any component key of the issuing certificate, without requiring that component to have been granted the authority to certify. OpenPGPCertificate.getCertificationBy() and getDelegationBy() resolve a third-party signature by matching its issuer key identifier against every key of the third-party certificate, then verify the issuing component's binding chain and the signature itself; nothing checked that the issuing component carried the RFC 9580 sec. 5.2.3.29 certification key flag (CERTIFY_OTHER) when the signature was created. A subkey bound only with SIGN_DATA - the online signing subkey of exactly the offline-primary arrangement those key flags exist to express - could therefore issue a positive User ID certification over an attacker-controlled identity, or a full-trust depth-one direct-key delegation of introducer trust, and the API returned it as a valid signature chain attributed to the third-party certificate. LangGraph Python SDK is used to connect to running LangGraph API servers, manage assistants, threads and stream runs from Python applications. From 0.1.45 until 0.4.4, the langgraph-sdk resource-scoped authorization decorators @auth.on.threads, @auth.on.assistants, and @auth.on.crons ignore the actions argument and register the selected handler for every action on the resource. Because that wildcard resource handler is selected before broader fallback handlers, an authenticated user may bypass fallback action, ownership, or permission checks and read, update, or delete another user's resource. Only Python deployments using actions on the affected decorators are vulnerable, and a deployment remains protected when the selected handler independently enforces all required checks for every action it receives. Oct 2, 2026oRPC is a tool that helps build APIs that are end-to-end type-safe and adhere to OpenAPI standards.CVE-2026-103918 · Other software · middleapi · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
oRPC is a tool that helps build APIs that are end-to-end type-safe and adhere to OpenAPI standards. Prior to 1.14.10, the @orpc/zod ZodSmartCoercionPlugin and experimental_ZodSmartCoercionPlugin collect object and record properties in plain objects and resolve shape keys through the prototype chain. A remote client that can reach a procedure with an object or record input can supply __proto__ to replace the prototype of the returned request object, allowing attacker-controlled inherited values to reach application lookups. For object schemas, keys such as constructor, toString, and __proto__ can instead resolve inherited members as Zod schemas and cause an unhandled TypeError before validation. The global Object.prototype, unrelated objects, other requests, and other users are not modified, and the availability effect is limited to crafted requests rather than persistent process-wide state. Oct 2, 2026oRPC is a tool that helps build APIs that are end-to-end type-safe and adhere to OpenAPI standards.CVE-2026-103036 · Other software · middleapi · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
oRPC is a tool that helps build APIs that are end-to-end type-safe and adhere to OpenAPI standards. Prior to 1.14.9, the @orpc/json-schema SmartCoercionPlugin uses JsonSchemaCoercer to collect object properties in a plain object and to resolve schema.properties entries through the prototype chain. A remote client that can reach a procedure with an object input schema can supply __proto__ to replace the prototype of the single coerced request object, or supply Object.prototype member names such as constructor and toString so inherited values are treated as sub-schemas and pass the coercer's satisfaction check. Attacker-controlled inherited properties can consequently affect handler, Object.assign, or configuration lookups, while legitimate __proto__ properties are dropped. The global Object.prototype, unrelated objects, other requests, and other users are not modified, and downstream schema validation still runs. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.9.

Asymmetric Resource Consumption vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API. Storing a password using the bcrypt algorithm with a high force like 30 in a LDAP server that supports this algorithm will cause the server CPU to run for hours checking the credentials. A bounded cost should be enforced to avoid a server DOS. This issue affects Apache Directory LDAP API: from 2.1.0 before 2.1.9. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.1.9, which fixes the issue.

Oct 2, 2026Memory allocation with excessive size value vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API.CVE-2026-102731 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 7.5
Memory allocation with excessive size value vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API. A malicious peer (or a MITM) can send a small BER-encoded response causing a large memory allocation before any data is received. This can lead to an OutOfMemoryError and denial of service. The client JVM OOMs (OutOfMemoryError bypasses the DecoderException handlers) or pins the large allocation per connection while the attacker stalls. A handful of connections exhausts any heap. The same bytes from an unauthenticated pre-bind client hit any embedding server that did not set MAX_PDU_SIZE_ATTR. This issue affects Apache Directory LDAP API: from 1.2.0 before 1.2.9. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.2.9, which fixes the issue.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
