Sep 12, 2026MemberPress Corporate Accounts: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-15451 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The MemberPress Corporate Accounts plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in versions up to, and including, 1.5.39. This is due to a mass assignment vulnerability in the 'add_sub_account_user' function that passes the raw 'userdata' array to 'wp_insert_user' without filtering dangerous keys like role or ID. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above who hold a corporate account, to create new administrator accounts or hijack existing administrator accounts by overwriting their email addresses. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 1.5.39.

Sep 12, 2026rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress: Time-based blind SQL InjectionCVE-2026-16482 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5
The rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based blind SQL Injection via the 'compare' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.11 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This is exploitable on any public page containing an rtMedia shortcode (e.g., [rtmedia_gallery]) when the rtmedia_shortcode GET parameter is set, because RTMediaQuery::query() merges $_REQUEST into the internal query while only validating top-level array keys, allowing the nested 'compare' subvalue to reach the vulnerable sink without authentication.

Sep 12, 2026DT LMS – elearning, WordPress LMS: Unauthorized modification of dataCVE-2026-11355 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The DT LMS – elearning, WordPress LMS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on multiple AJAX handlers (including dtlms_save_poc_settings, dtlms_save_skin_settings, and dtlms_save_options_settings) in versions up to, and including, 1.1. These handlers are registered on the wp_ajax_nopriv_* hook and contain no capability check, no nonce verification, and pass user-supplied data directly to update_option(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite arbitrary plugin option values stored in the wp_options table, including Point-of-Contact email configuration and skin/branding settings, which can be used to alter the appearance and behavior of the LMS for all site visitors.

Sep 11, 2026Concrete CMS 9.5.2 and below is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in the Express "Clear Entries" function (POST /index.php/dashboard/system/expresCVE-2026-81907 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deMedium 6.1
Concrete CMS 9.5.2 and below is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in the Express "Clear Entries" function (POST /index.php/dashboard/system/express/entities/delete_entries) because the controller records but does not enforce a failed CSRF token check, allowing the destructive operation to proceed when the token is missing or invalid. A remote unauthenticated attacker can force an authenticated administrator who visits an attacker-controlled page to permanently delete all entries belonging to an attacker-selected Express entity on a web application to which the administrator is currently authenticated. Because the default Contact Express object ships with a fixed entity UUID, the target identifier can be obtained without dashboard access. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 6.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Pratik Zanjurne for reporting.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: zram: set default primary compressor in zram_destroy_comps() Patch series "zram: fix zram issues reported by sashiko". Sashiko drove by and reported [1] a couple of zram issues: a possible BUG_ON() in zlib code due to missing winbits range validation and one possible NULL-ptr dereference in zcomp. Both are low risk yet still worth fixing. This patch (of 2): zram_destroy_comps() resets all compressors and leaves them set to NULL, including the primary one, which is invalid device state, as now comp_algorithm_show()->strcmp() can be called on a NULL compressor. Set default primary compressor in zram_destroy_comps().

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs/ntfs3: fix info-leak on partial LZNT decompress in ni_read_frame() ni_read_frame() decompresses an LZNT $DATA frame into the vmapped target pages and then trusts decompress_lznt()'s return value: unc_size = decompress_lznt(frame_ondisk, ondisk_size, frame_mem, frame_size); if ((ssize_t)unc_size < 0) err = unc_size; else if (!unc_size || unc_size > frame_size) err = -EINVAL; decompress_lznt() stops as soon as the compressed stream is exhausted (e.g. a zero chunk header) and returns the number of bytes it actually wrote, which may be far less than frame_size. The bytes between unc_size and frame_size are never written. The only memset() that follows zeroes the region beyond i_valid; when the frame lies entirely within the file's valid size that memset() does not run, so the gap retains whatever was in the just-vmapped pages. All pages are then marked uptodate and returned to userspace, disclosing uninitialized (recently-freed) kernel page memory. A crafted compressed file whose stream decompresses to only a few bytes leaks the remainder of every frame on a plain read(

Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: qede: Fix NULL pointer dereference in TPA fragment processing Under memory pressure, the qCVE-2026-89511 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: qede: Fix NULL pointer dereference in TPA fragment processing Under memory pressure, the qede driver encounters NULL pointer dereferences when processing TPA continuation fragments. Commit 8a8633978b84 ("qede: Add build_skb() support.") accidentally dropped the assignment of tpa_info->buffer.data in qede_tpa_start(). When memory pressure causes an SKB allocation failure in qede_tpa_start(), the driver sets tpa_start_fail = true and attempts to recycle the physical page later in qede_tpa_end() via qede_reuse_page(). However, because buffer.data was left uninitialized (NULL), qede_reuse_page() pushes a "ghost" BD (valid DMA mapping but NULL data pointer) back into the active Rx ring. The next time the hardware uses this ring slot, it passes a NULL page to qede_fill_frag_skb(), causing a kernel panic. Example crash from production system: BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0x8 RIP: qede_fill_frag_skb+0x96/0x430 [qede] Call Trace: qede_rx_int+0xb06/0x1de0 qede_poll+0x2f4/0x6c0 __napi_poll+0x2d/0x130 Fix the root cause by restoring the tpa_info->buffer.data assignment in qede_tpa

Sep 11, 2026Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 evaluated the authorization check for an Express entry submission against the entity of the posted form rather than the entity identifCVE-2026-81916 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deMedium 5.1
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 evaluated the authorization check for an Express entry submission against the entity of the posted form rather than the entity identified by the dashboard route. As a result, a user permitted to add entries to one Express object could create entries in a different Express object outside their authorization scope, potentially polluting protected datasets, triggering workflows, or injecting content into administrative processes. The dashboard submit route resolved the mutated entity from the attacker-controlled route ID while the permission check validated the independently posted form's entity, and the submission proceeded because the two entities were never compared. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 5.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: iaa - unmap dst before software fallback on decompress On a hardware analytics errCVE-2026-80945 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.1
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: iaa - unmap dst before software fallback on decompress On a hardware analytics error, decompress retries through the software fallback, which writes req->dst with the CPU while it is still mapped DMA_FROM_DEVICE. With SWIOTLB active the later dma_unmap_sg() copies the stale bounce buffer over req->dst, corrupting the result. Unmap before the fallback runs. The async path unmaps inline; the sync path signals the retry with -EAGAIN so iaa_comp_adecompress() runs the fallback after unmapping.

Sep 11, 2026GamiPress: Authenticated (Subscriber+) SQL InjectionCVE-2026-15439 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The GamiPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authenticated (Subscriber+) SQL Injection via the 'q' parameter of the wpForo integration AJAX selector (action gamipress_wpforo_get_posts) in versions up to, and including, 7.9.7. The value is passed only through $wpdb->esc_like() and interpolated directly into a single-quoted LIKE clause with no %s placeholder. Because esc_like() runs after WordPress core magic quotes, it doubles the injected backslash (\' -> \\'), which MySQL reads as one literal backslash followed by a live closing quote, allowing the attacker to break out of the string and inject boolean-based SQL. The wpForo plugin only needs to be active to register the callback; no wpForo vulnerability is used. Requires a Subscriber account, which can read the gamipress_admin nonce (exposed on every admin page, e.g. /wp-admin/profile.php). Note: the researcher's Simple:Press vectors (PoC 2 & 3) do not reproduce in current code, which uses $wpdb->prepare() with %s placeholders; only the wpForo selector is confirmed.

Sep 11, 2026Headroom compresses data before the data reaches a large language model.CVE-2026-71416 · Other software · headroomlabs-ai · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Headroom compresses data before the data reaches a large language model. Prior to version 0.35.0, the Headroom WebSocket server does not validate the `Origin` header of incoming client WebSocket requests before forwarding the request to the upstream server, allowing malicious WebSocket clients to perform arbitrary LLM requests without authentication. This can be exploited by a malicious WebSocket client executed in a traditional or headless browser such as lightpanda, if the browser has access to the Headroom proxy and the OpenAI API key is stored in the `OPENAI_API_KEY` environment variable. Version 0.35.0 fixes the issue.

compression is a Node.js and Express compression middleware. In versions before 1.8.2, when a client aborts the connection while a compressed response is still being sent, the zlib stream created to compress that response is never destroyed, so each aborted compressed response leaks its native zlib memory. A remote unauthenticated attacker can repeatedly open requests and disconnect early, exhausting the available memory and crashing the server. All applications using compression are affected. The issue is fixed in compression 1.8.2, and users should upgrade to 1.8.2 or later.

Sep 11, 2026hbs is an Express view engine wrapper for Handlebars.CVE-2026-87123 · Other software · hbs · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbMedium 5.9
hbs is an Express view engine wrapper for Handlebars. Version 4.3.0 can crash the Node.js process during output escaping when an async helper, registered with registerAsyncHelper, resolves to an object whose toHTML property is truthy but not callable. Handlebars escapeExpression calls the toHTML method on any value that has a truthy toHTML, so such a value throws a TypeError, and because the async substitution runs on a later tick outside the render function's try/catch, the throw is an uncaught exception that terminates the process without sending a response. Only version 4.3.0 is affected, since the throwing escape was introduced by the fix for CVE-2026-16231 and earlier versions do not escape async helper values. It can be triggered remotely when an async helper resolves to an externally influenced object such as parsed JSON. The issue is fixed in hbs 4.3.1, and users should upgrade to hbs 4.3.1 or later.

Sep 10, 2026Transmute is a free, open-source, self-hosted file conversion and compression tool.CVE-2026-54054 · Other software · transmute-app · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Transmute is a free, open-source, self-hosted file conversion and compression tool. Prior to version 1.3.0, Transmute's URL import endpoint, `POST /api/files/url`, is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). The HTTP downloader used by this endpoint fetches user-supplied URLs with redirects enabled and does not validate whether the target resolves to a public, external address. As a result, an authenticated user (or guest user if they are enabled) may be able to cause the Transmute server to make HTTP requests to internal or cloud-local resources from the server's network position. Because downloaded content is stored and can later be retrieved through `GET /api/files/{id}`, this issue can result in full-read SSRF rather than blind SSRF. This is fixed in version 1.3.0.

Sep 9, 2026PublishPress Capabilities – User Role Editor, Access Permissions, User Capabilities, Admin Menus: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-75927 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2
The PublishPress Capabilities – User Role Editor, Access Permissions, User Capabilities, Admin Menus plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 2.50.0. This is due to the `addPluginCapabilities()` function unconditionally granting the Editor role all 15 `manage_capabilities_*` capabilities — including `manage_capabilities`, `manage_capabilities_roles`, `manage_capabilities_settings`, and `manage_capabilities_backup` — via a hard-coded `$eligible_roles = ['administrator', 'editor']` assignment that runs automatically on the first `admin_init` after plugin activation with no administrator opt-in, persisting the grants directly to the database. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Editor-level access to elevate their privileges to a site-wide capability manager, enabling them to create, rename, and delete non-system roles, modify capabilities of non-administrator roles, restore role backups, and write arbitrary plugin options whose names begin with `cme_`, `capsman`, `pp_capabilities`, or `presspermit` via `update_option()`. The escalation stops short of full Administrator access, as WordPress's `map_meta_cap` la

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories.
