Fluent Forms Pro 6.2.7 contains an embedded malicious code vulnerability introduced via a tampered plugin build served through a decommissioned update server. The tampered build introduced a rogue PHP file (libs/class-license-sync.php), loaded via a require_once directive added to fluentformpro.php, that established a backdoor REST API endpoint, dropped persistent PHP files in mu-plugins and uploads directories, installed a passwordless administrator account, and registered scheduled tasks that survived plugin removal.

  • Aug 13, 2026Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-18146 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Notification Smartcode Values in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.11 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute in the browser of an administrator (or any user with the Fluent Forms entry-viewing capability) when they view the form's entry Submission Logs in the WordPress admin dashboard. Exploitation requires that a site administrator or Fluent Forms manager has configured an email notification whose subject or static (direct) Send To value references an attacker-influenced Smartcode such as an input_password field value, a cookie value, or submission.response.

  • Aug 12, 2026In OpenStack Designate before 22.0.2, the mDNS handler performs pool-blind lookups when resolving record queries and NOTIFY requests.CVE-2026-71194 · Other software · OpenStack · reported by MITREMedium 6.8

In OpenStack Designate before 22.0.2, the mDNS handler performs pool-blind lookups when resolving record queries and NOTIFY requests. When two zones with the same name exist across different pools, the lookup fails with a deterministic error, causing the handler to return REFUSED for all DNS queries through that path. The _handle_notify path is exploitable via a single unauthenticated UDP packet. This is independently reachable through the cross-tenant zone overlap described in a different recent CVE, and also affects legitimate same-tenant cross-pool configurations. BIND9 views do not mitigate this issue as mDNS is a shared service upstream of any view configuration.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: serial: 8250_mid: Fix NULL function pointer dereference on DNV/ICX-D/SNR platforms Commit b1b4efea05a5 ("serial: 8250_mid: Disable DMA for selected platforms") replaced the dnv_board setup and exit callbacks with PTR_IF(false, ...), which evaluates to NULL. However, the three call sites in mid8250_probe() and mid8250_remove() unconditionally dereference these function pointers without NULL checks, causing a NULL pointer dereference (kernel oops) on any Denverton (DNV), Ice Lake Xeon D (ICX-D/CDF), or Snowridge (SNR) platform. Fix this by adding the missing NULL checks before calling the setup and exit callbacks.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rtase: Workaround for TX hang caused by hardware packet parsing The hardware performs packet parsing before packet transmission. Parsing incomplete IPv4, IPv6, TCP, or UDP headers may trigger a TX hang because the hardware parser expects additional protocol header data that is not present in the packet. The hardware performs additional PTP parsing on UDP packets identified by destination ports 319/320 at the expected UDP destination port offset. If such a packet has transport data smaller than RTASE_MIN_PAD_LEN, the hardware parser expects additional packet data and may trigger a TX hang. To avoid these hardware issues, the driver applies the following workarounds. Drop malformed packets that may trigger this hardware issue before transmission. For IPv4 non-initial fragments, the hardware does not check the fragment offset before parsing the expected transport header location. As a result, these packets are still subject to transport header parsing even though they do not contain a transport header. If the transport data is shorter than the minimum transport header required by the hardware parser, pad the tr

In Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS (BC-FJA) before bc-fips 2.1.3, the native entropy source used on Intel platforms retried the CPU entropy instructions without any bound. RDSEED and RDRAND report failure through their carry flag, and the JNI seeding routine spun re-issuing the instruction for as long as that flag stayed clear, so a persistent failure of the on-chip entropy source - whether from a hardware fault, from the underlying DRBG being exhausted by contention across many cores, or from a hypervisor that does not provide the instruction - left the calling thread looping indefinitely inside the JNI call, where it could be neither interrupted nor timed out. Any operation drawing from the native entropy source could therefore hang, denying service to the application. The retry loops are now bounded (200 attempts for RDSEED and 20 for RDRAND, twice the baselines given in Intel's Digital Random Number Generator software implementation guide), pausing between attempts and, on exhaustion, clearing any partially written buffer and throwing rather than continuing to spin. The clear is performed by an un-elidable memzero, which uses a volatile pointer and an assembly memory barrier so tha

  • Aug 7, 2026lakeFS is an open-source tool that transforms object storage into a Git-like repositories.CVE-2026-48026 · Other software · treeverse · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7

lakeFS is an open-source tool that transforms object storage into a Git-like repositories. Prior to version 1.81.1 of the open source edition and 1.84.0 of the enterprise edition, lakeFS Web UI renders markdown files from repository objects without sanitizing the resulting HTML. A user with write access to any repository branch can commit a `.md` object containing arbitrary HTML/JavaScript. Any other user who opens that object, or who navigates to a repository or directory containing a malicious `README.md`, executes the attacker-supplied script in their own authenticated session. lakeFS fixes the issue in v1.81.1 and lakeFS Enterprise fixes the issue in in v1.84.0. Enterprise customers using older versions can temporarily disable Markdown rendering by adding YAML to their config. No workaround exists for OSS release. Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version for both lakeFS and lakeFS-Enterprise.

  • Aug 7, 2026`scim-patch`, a library to perform SCIM patch, prior to version 0.9.1 performs prototype pollution when applying a SCIM PATCH operation whose `value` object conCVE-2026-48170 · Other software · thomaspoignant · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1

`scim-patch`, a library to perform SCIM patch, prior to version 0.9.1 performs prototype pollution when applying a SCIM PATCH operation whose `value` object contains a key like `"__proto__.someProp"`. After one such patch, `Object.prototype.someProp` is set process-wide, affecting every plain object in the Node process. Any service that calls `scimPatch()` on attacker-controlled JSON (i.e. any SCIM endpoint accepting `PATCH` from an external IdP) is exploitable on a stock Node runtime. Version 0.9.1 contains a patch. A workaround is available. Calling `Object.freeze(Object.prototype)` (and the same on `Array.prototype`, `Function.prototype`) at process startup neutralizes this class of bug — assignment to a frozen prototype becomes a silent no-op in sloppy mode or a `TypeError` in strict mode. Node's `--frozen-intrinsics` flag does this for built-ins automatically.

The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Forged Upload Record via Select Field in all versions up to, and including, 1.56.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. The exploit is possible because Forminator_Core::sanitize_array() skips all filtering for keys prefixed with 'select-', and set_field_data() treats a submitted 'return' member as a trusted internal flag — allowing an unauthenticated attacker to forge and persist a complete upload field record with an arbitrary file_url value without any sanitization or validation.

The MailChimp Forms by MailMunch plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the `sign_in()` and `sign_up()` AJAX handlers in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.7. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to relink the site's MailMunch integration to an attacker-controlled MailMunch account by submitting attacker-supplied credentials. Once relinked, all subscriber data captured by the plugin's forms is delivered to the attacker, and the forms/landing pages rendered on the site are pulled from the attacker's MailMunch account.

  • Aug 5, 2026Multi Uploader for Gravity Forms: Unauthorized arbitrary media deletionCVE-2026-5581 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.1

The Multi Uploader for Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized arbitrary media deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.8. This is due to missing capability checks in the `plupload_ajax_delete_file()` function, which is registered via `wp_ajax_nopriv_gfmu_delete_file`. The nonce intended for CSRF protection is exposed on any public-facing page containing a multi-uploader form field via the `GFMU_options` JavaScript object. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete any WordPress media attachment by supplying its attachment ID, potentially leading to complete media library destruction.

  • Aug 1, 2026Kali Forms — Contact Form & Drag-and-Drop Builder: Remote Code ExecutionCVE-2026-16144 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1

The Kali Forms — Contact Form & Drag-and-Drop Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.20 via the _save_data function. This is due to insufficient validation of the 'thisPermalink' field value before it overwrites a trusted callable placeholder, allowing attacker-controlled strings to reach call_user_func() in _save_data(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute code on the server. Exploitation requires the target form to define a field with a name matching one of the reserved placeholder keys ('thisPermalink', 'entryCounter', or 'submission_link'), as check_if_placeholders_changed() only processes POST keys present in the form's field_type_map.

  • Aug 1, 2026Nex Forms – Ultimate Form Builder – Lite: Arbitrary file deletionCVE-2026-15450 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1

The Nex Forms – Ultimate Form Builder – Lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion via path traversal in versions up to, and including, 9.2.3. This is due to the delete_file() AJAX handler retrieving a file path from the database and passing it directly to unlink() with no validation (no realpath(), basename(), or allowlist check), combined with the insert_record() AJAX handler that lets the same authenticated user store an arbitrary value in the target 'location' column (wp_kses() only strips HTML tags and does not neutralize path traversal or absolute paths). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with admin-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the affected site's server, including wp-config. When the plugin's user-level option is configured to something else, this may be exploitable with lower privileges.

  • Aug 1, 2026Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-11995 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the read/unread status of or permanently trash arbitrary form submission entries belonging to any form. The nonce issued by check_ajax_referer() does not function as an authorization barrier because the nonce action 'gutena_Forms' is emitted to unauthenticated visitors via wp_localize_script() on any public page that contains a Gutena Forms block, making it freely obtainable by anonymous attackers.

  • Jul 31, 2026Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-17567 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.8 via the 'transaction' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to brute-force valid transaction hashes and view sensitive payment receipt data including customer name, email address, billing address, order items, payment method, and payment status belonging to other users. Because submission ID, form ID, and transaction creation time are either observable or guessable by an attacker, the effective brute-force space is bounded to approximately 900 candidates per second per (submission, form) pair, making exploitation practical without any prior authentication or account.
